THIS IS NOT A FULL UPDATE BUT PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT THIS STORY TO ACTUALLY UPDATE!

Okay, so a lot of you have been requesting time and time again when, really any, of my stories are going to be updated. So here's the situation.
I am currently a senior in highschool, taking 2 AP classes (not much I know (goes to magnet (CTA specifically) school where people took 4 in their Junior year)), and I am working on a year-long Senior Project for Engineering, I have to study for my AP classes (AP Calculus AB and AP Psychology) that come up in May.
I am also trying to apply to colleges, focusing more in-state than out. Not to mention I have to practice driving for my driving test, and a load of other excuses. (Yes I acknowledge everything I say as a reason for not uploading is an excuse, and no matter what you say your reason is for not doing something, that doesn't make it any less of an excuse.)
So here's the deal, I reread Remnant's Dragon, and yeah there are a LOT of errors (spelling, grammar, etc) I'm not going to say English is a second language, because it isn't, I just suck at English and never liked the class.
What I want to know is your answer to a few questions.

I'm busy, but I want to continue this story if any.
Q1. Would you rather I continue what I have now, or do a complete reboot?
Continue- You'll get what's upcoming now with what I left off a year and a half ago. OR
Reboot- I'll restart, same concepts, just a different way of it going and delete the original.
Reboot but leave original- This story will be considered "dead" and I'll update saying so, (I will also leave a note in the summary, and chapter 1) and say there is a reboot. This way if any of you decide to take any concepts from the original you are totally allowed to.

Q2. The original story contained an OC team of my creation in Sophomore year, two years ago, the question is do you want me to add a few OC teams? I will most likely NOT take them from others, but I may ask if I do find myself needing them.
No OC teams at all (Remove Team GALE (B-SET Cafe staff)) entirely
No new OC teams (Keep Team GALE (B-SET Cafe staff) only) but no other teams.

NOTE: The OC teams will NOT take over the story. I just want you to realize, the only characters in RWBY are Team JNPR, RWBY, CFVY (if barely) CRDL (if barely) and then the other schools' teams and the villains. This is a school, and as I made note of, there isn't a lot of staff at Beacon (or at least it seems that way) and if the relics were chess pieces and had to be distinguished, each side has 6 unique pieces, and there are 2 sides, at most there are 12 first year teams, originally I just kept it to 6 because that's 48 people, 36 without the known first year teams of JNPR, RWBY, and CRDL.
I'm just saying, there needs to be some interaction between the students other than between two teams and a team of bullies right?

If you read the AN's in the chapter, you'd know I'm considering allowing a few people from Fiore come to Remnant.
Q3. I'm letting you guys pick 3 FAIRY TAIL guild members, I will consider the top 2, but do NOTE THIS: No Team Natsu (including Happy). Reasons- It was intended for that.
So here's an example: Levy, Mirajane, and Laxus. Levy is Team Shadowgear, Mirajane Strauss siblings, and Laxus Thunder God Tribe, none are Team Natsu.
Previously I considered Wendy not part of Team Natsu, however according to other sources they say she is, so her I'm a bit debatable on.
I don't need a reason, just give your top 3 and I'll CONSIDER (Definitely one of the three)

Ex. This is mostly if I cannot decide, I will just take whoever is more desired by you guys.

And a message to you flamers. If you're going to hate on my story. Hate on it with an account. Because I have no time for people who think they can bring someone down simply because they can on the internet. If you're going to flame this story, OWN UP OR SHUT UP! I don't care what the hell you have to say if you can't say it so I, and anyone else, can send you a message. If you want to hate it say why, I hate this story. Good for you. Not my problem, you read it, you went through to where you did, if you gave up and said you hate it, that's on you, if you went through the entire story and hate it. That's on you for reading something you hate.
If you want to criticize me, go ahead, leave a flame, yell at me, just do it with an account, because if you are a guest, I'll delete the review. I don't care what a nobody has to say. Get an account and own up to it.
Do note the update may take a while for me to actually get around to, but I'll try to squeeze in any free time I can. I want to give you guys something for the year of absence, but I still want to do things for myself.
Oh actually one last question, this isn't really important or anything but I'll ask anyways.
I am NOT a social-media person. I don't touch twitter, I haven't used my facebook in years, I don't have snapchat, instagram, Tumblr or anything like that.
However, I am considering maybe getting either a Tumblr or Twitter, simply so you guys can get updates without me posting this dumb AN UPDATE everytime something happens.
If you want me to (because idk if you guys do have one) I might make either a Twitter or Tumblr, here's what I plan to do-
IF I go with Twitter- These are fast, I can give you a short update, or make a quick poll (probably a Strawpoll) on what to do.
If I go Tumblr... well actually I don't know if you get updates that fast... But you'll be getting more in depth information, maybe sneak peaks, heck anything really since it's probably easier? To get information out than the what? 140 character limit?
Just make sure you leave your reviews to fanfiction and not twitter/tumblr if I do go with it.

Results will be tallied up roughly a week from now, most likely on Saturday, November 5th, and I'll create a follow up update so you know what's happening.
From there if it's a reboot, I'll try and push out a chapter ASAP, if it's a continuation, I'll work with what I had saved.
