Alright things have calmed down slightly irl, and I am proud to preset: The first chapter of anything I have posted...as a 17 year old!
Also a minor update, this fic, after today, will now be published on TUESDAY, so as to give me a little extra time to polish up the chapters, since I'm very rarely on on Sunday ;) A second update, I think 5 sections is probably going to be my primary number, if there are more, they're bonus but it's easier for me just to do five sections :3
On to the fic :3
7.1 - Super Turtles
"So, this thing will let me call everyone who's Looping?" Grid asked, arching a brow at the tiny, oddly round-shaped turtle, who was staring at him from behind a glowing pink circle. Donatello87 nodded, holding up his own version of the communicator "Yup, and to make sure it stays through the loops, be sure to stick it in your Hammerspace whenever you aren't using it, that way when the Loop Ends, which I've noticed can be at different points, since the last loop ended just after we beat Shredder for the first time, but this one has been going on...a few years now, I think we're due to meet Draag soon." he shuddered, then nodded to the device that was in his opposite hand "I'm also going to work on making more of these, that way if a communicator is busted, or lost in a Loop where you forgot to put it away, you can let me know and I can get you another one."
Donatello then tucked away his own communicator, and tapped a button on the portal projector. The circle grew, until it was showing all of Donatello and a lab of some sorts, and the purple-wearing turtle stepped through. "It also doubles as a full on portal, so you can also hop dimensions if you need to, I've been watching the loops for a while, ever since I managed to recreate this thing, and it seems that even though we're in different worlds, our loops are happening parallel to each other, so in my world, I'm going through a baseline and in this one you guys are humans."
Griddex nodded, reaching up to once again brush his jet black hair out of his eyes. It was...strange being human, but kind of nice.
"And if I pres this button here..." he tapped a blue button, and the circle he'd stepped out of changed from showing the lab to showing Karai12 talking to her Raphael. The portal made a strange 'phwoomph' noise, that was audible on both sides, so it wasn't too odd that the two looked up at stared at Grid and the pudgy Donatello. Raphael stared, emerald eyes wide, and Donnie frowned "If this is a bad time-" Karai shook her head "Nah, this guy just woke up to what's going on, this'll help prove I'm not crazy." she smirked "Although no longer being in the loop where instead of turtles they were skunks probably isn't hurting."
Grid arched a brow, but before he could ask (not that he was sure he wanted to) Donnie reached for his Subspace Pocket, and tossed two communicators through the portal "Here then, I'll need to make a few more since the Mikey that's awake had his April wake up too, but those'll let you communicate with people across the loops, multiverse, whatever." Karai arched her own brow "this is an 80's phone, with a bunch of wires sticking out, how is this even safe to use?"
Donnie rolled his eyes "I'm the only Donatello awake, so you're going to have to get used to my world's tech. When one of the other Donnies wakes up, they can make it more normal to their world, but need I remind you that me and my brothers were mutated in 1985?"
The Raph behind Karai blinked, frowned then said "But it's 2016? How are you not all...wrinkly and old?" Donnie aimed a frown, which for him was probably a full on scowl, at the Raphael and said "Hello? Multiverse in repeated time loops here!" then pressed a button on the portal projector and the screen vanished. He sighed, then turned back to Grid "I got to get back to my world before the guys realize I'm gone. See you later." He then waved, pressed another button, and vanished through a portal to his own world.
7.2 - Unknown Location - Requested by LegionnaireBlaze - Continued from 3.1
As the Turtles vanished, sent back out into their Time Loops, Lord Simultaneous turned to the young woman who'd been hidden in the shadows, ready to send a blast at the Anchors if need be. "The Anchors must never learn of the Mini-Crash that resulted in their data being reset. Do you understand me Renet?"
The female clad in blue nodded "Of course Lord Simultaneous."
Simultaneous groaned "And we'd been doing so well too, nearly everyone was awake, I didn't have to do anything, now I've got to deal with getting those kids aware, and probably teach them everything again." he turned and stalked towards the center chamber of the Time Temple. Reaching his destination, Simultaneous crossed his arms and scowled at the massive tree trunk that took up most of the circular room "I've half a mind to prune you!" he snapped.
The tree, being a tree, didn't respond.
"And what's with switching the Anchors?" Simultaneous snapped "THAT Michelangelo as an Anchor? Are you trying to send me into my grave early?"
"Aren't you immortal?" Renet asked.
"THAT'S NOT THE POINT!"
7.3 - Kung Fu Panda
There was something...odd going on this loop. Po had gotten settled into a pretty sweet routine after the Time Loops had started, and he usually didn't stray too far from baseline, except sometimes to hurry things along so he could see his dad early. He'd never woken up early enough to save his mom, or stop Shen, but that didn't stop him from reconnecting with his Dad as many times as he could.
Until the call for the Dragon Warrior never came.
Po waited two full weeks, then made his way up to the Jade Palace, and used his much improved skills to sneak in.
Inside, he found four turtles, each with various weapons and variously colored armor, standing in a protective detail around...Tai Lung?
Po decided to stay out of the way this loop, but keep a very close eye on the strange turtles.
At least until the one in the blue armor turned and glared right at him.
7.4 - Movies
"Raph, can I...talk to you?"
Raph turned and looked at the recently returned Leo with a small frown. Like he had a few loops ago, Leo had returned on the one year date, instead of hanging around in the jungle for an extra year, but this time he seemed...confused, off. Raph had a suspicion as to why, but he also had a suspicion that if he walked up to his brother and said 'hey man has time been repeating for you? no? well no worries Im gonna go call up this other version of you and ask him if his version of me, Mike, or Don have woken up yet because apparently this other April and this other, other Me have woken up', then Leo would likely assume he was insane.
So he'd been waiting for his brother to a) catch on, b) reveal that he was going through identity crisis, and wanted to be known as Bobblehead Bobbie, Cowabunga Carl's new assistant, or c) the loop to end.
Apparently choice a was the winner, as Leo's blue eyes looked more like the eyes he saw on the awake turtles of the multiverse, the look that showed they knew more than they were letting on, instead of the eyes of the blissfully unaware, who were so cute and naive.
"Yeah, what'sa matter? Splintah say you have to go back 'cause you aint leaderly enough?"
Leo shot Raph an annoyed glare. "No. I'd like to know how you and the others got me back to the Jungle, and got the TV to display what I can only assume are faked news reels."
Raph smirked "Leo, let's you an me go somewhere were Mikey ain't eavsedroppin." he shot a pointed glare at the door, and a few seconds later Mikey let out a whine of "Duuuude?!"
7.5 -Rise of the TMNT
Alright so this loop was different.
Leo hadn't gone through too many loops yet, just a few baselines, and that one where he'd had to sit through theme songs with some of the other anchors. But other than that not much. This one was pretty cool though. Instead of being turtles, they were dogs! And all sorts of different ones too, Leo himself was an Australian Shepherd, Donnie was a German Shepherd, Mikey was a Labrador Retriever, and Raph was a massive Great Dane.
Splinter wasn't a rat, he was a tiny little chihuahua. Whatever, at least he wasn't a cat, or a squirel, then there might have been some trouble.
Wagging his tail as he once again picked out his portal-making blade, Leo hummed to himself and wondered just how scared they could get Meat Sweats.
