Regret Chapter 7 – What a Tweast!
A/N: I'm so sorry that it took so long for me to update. I had lost what I wrote and forgot how it was going to continue. So I had to restart the chapter again. It sucked! Anyways, after such a long wait here's the next chapta!
"Shatter…Senbonsakura"
Everyone stopped as the words echoed through the area, Ichigo grabbed Starrk's gloved hand tightly as he looked around; more petals fell as the owner dropped down and landed gently off to the side of everyone.
"What is the meaning of this?! Kuchiki-Taicho?! "
Soi Fon yelled as Byakuya looked over at her; his captain's robe was missing, leaving him in the normal black outfit with his scarf wrapped around his neck.
"I don't have to explain myself to you"
He stated before he looked at Ichigo, he gave him a nod before Renji and Rukia showed up; they were slightly panting as they looked back and forth between them, they watched in shock as Senbonsakura suddenly wrapped around Ichigo and Starrk, saving them from a sneak attack from behind. Ichigo blinked before he sighed, he looked up at Stark and gave a nod to him.
Starrk rolled his shoulders and stepped out of the ring of blades before he glanced at the ex-captain. He looked back at the other Shinigami and lifted his gloved hand up, without his face changing from the bored look, he fired a Cero at them; which made most of them scatter with a cry followed by more screaming when the thousand blades attacked them. Ichigo watched everything happen, his eyes following everything as he clenched his hands into fists. He didn't want this fighting; he wanted it to end.
"Howl! Zabimaru!"
Ichigo's head snapped over when the voice rang out and a cloud of dust suddenly erupted; coughing Ichigo scanned the area, looking for Renji, slowly the dust lowered and two figures showed. One being Renji and the other was Rukia, Starrk suddenly was by Ichigo again, who swallowed and waited to see what would happen.
"Let's help Soi Fon-Taicho!"
Rukia stated as she pulled out her sword and looked at Byakuya, Ichigo looked over at Renji and locked eyes with him; they looked at each other for a while before Renji sighed and closed his eyes. Ichigo grabbed Starrk's hand tightly as he waited for the attack; only the blink confused when he turned and attacked Rukia, who was also confused and just barely blocked that attack. Renji kept with the attacks before he looked back at them.
"GO! I'll hold them off!"
He yelled before he blocked an attack from different Shinigami; he was pushed back before he threw something at them, it hit them hard and made them fall backwards. It was his badge; Renji didn't look at them as he held his sword in front of him.
"Go, damnit! I'll meet up with you soon! GO!"
He yelled again as he gathered a lot of Rashie before he yelled again.
"BANKAI!"
The air around him exploded and dust flew up again, within the dust two red eyes glowed and something gave off a long eerie hiss before the dust cleared.
"Soo Zabimaru"
Starrk wrapped his arm around Ichigo and grabbed Byakuya before he vanished; Renji watched them vanish before he turned and faced the whole Second squad and Rukia, he swallowed as he sweated a little. He wasn't going to survive this…but Ichigo was able to get away.
Up on the Sokyoku hill, Ichigo stumbled away once Starrk let go of him; he hunched over and held his stomach, Byakuya blinked as he saw other captains and lieutenants there.
"Too fast"
Ichigo mumbled as he groaned, he heard Starrk come to him and turned around. He punched Starrk square in the face and made him fly back until Starrk's back hit the ground.
"You fucking bustard! Why did you leave!? Renji's going to get killed!"
He yelled at him as he glared at him, it took a while for Starrk to get back up as another voice called out.
"What did I say about punching my Espada's?"
Everyone turned around to see Aizen rubbing his face, he walked past them not caring they were there before he walked up to Ichigo, who glared at him before he stood up.
"He left Renji!"
He yelled in defense as he stomped his foot like a child, he glanced at Starrk who was just sitting up and rubbed his face.
"Did you really have to punch me? I think you broke my jaw"
He stated with the same bored look on his face, Aizen sighed before he rubbed his face again; he turned around and looked at the Shinigami's.
"So you're the people Ichigo wants to save"
Aizen asked as he nodded, he smiled as he saw three people he hoped for.
"Joshiro, Shunsui, Unohana"
He nodded before he turned around and looked at Starrk who was finally on his feet, he rubbed his face again as Ichigo huffed and crossed his arms, he turned his back obviously pissed off.
"Are you okay, Starrk?"
"I'm okay"
He nodded before he looked at Ichigo and vanished, a few of the Shinigami's blinked and looked around confused when he was suddenly gone. Aizen turned and looked at Ichigo and rolled his eyes.
"Don't pout"
"I'm not. I'm pissed, Starrk's lucky I didn't kill him"
Aizen opened his mouth to speak when a large explosion sounded that made everyone turn and looked at the large dust cloud filled the air; Ichigo looked around and frowned.
"Where did Starrk go?"
He asked as Aizen looked around before he turned and looked at Gin; who shrugged before Starrk appeared and held Renji bridle style, Renji was knocked out and bleeding. Starrk held Renji's sword in his hand as he blinked when another loud explosion happened and a shock wave hit them; Aizen looked over at Starrk and gave him a look which Starrk just shrugged.
"I may have fired off a Gran Rey Cero"
He shrugged like it was nothing before Gin started laughing as Aizen's eye twitched; before he turned and walked away.
"Idiots! All of you! Let's go before you do something stupid again"
He walked through the Garganta and turned around and wanted for them; Gin smiled before he walked through, Ichigo grabbed Starrk's sleeve and pulled him through.
"We have to get him to Szayel!"
He pulled him along before he growled and moved behind him and pushed him; with grumbles of him being lazy everyone slowly followed him before they quickly got in when another shock wave hit them. The captain's turned around and watched the gate close and cut them off from the Shinigami realm; they looked forward and followed Ichigo who was frowning and ran up to a pink haired man and started to point behind him. The pink hair man nodded and turned around before he yelled loudly.
"Lumina! Verona!"
Two very fat things came around the corner, Ichigo moved in front of the pink hair guy and glared at the two things. Before they smiled and ran up to Starrk; who arched an eyebrow at them.
"Give us the Shinigami!"
"Shinigami! Shinigami!"
Ichigo glared at them again and called out at them which made them laugh.
"If you hurt him more, I will kill you!"
Ichigo huffed before he looked at the pink haired guy who sighed and walked up and took him from Starrk.
"You're due for a checkup"
He stated just before Starrk vanished, he rolled his eyes and turned around he mumbled under his breath as he walked away with Ichigo giggling.
"Ichigo. Who was that?"
Joshiro asked as Ichigo came back, Ichigo blushed and rubbed his head.
"That's Szayel…he's my boyfriend"
