A/N: Here's the epilogue. Thank you for sticking with me even though this is a rare pair. I'm happy to have written this and I can't wait to finish writing my other fanfics and starting my new one. Already have an idea for it! It's gonna be America x Prussia, yeeeey. For those of you who've seen the movie Epic, that's what the AU is going to be about. Got the inspiration because I haven't seen an AU like that and I figured "eh, why not". And if you haven't seen the movie, then I highly recommend it! Also, for those of you who live near Phoenix/Arizona and are going to Phoenix Comic Con, I'll be there all four days and hosting a pottertalia panel on Friday. I'll be the Prussia in charge~ Anywho, thank you all for reading this! I'm glad if you enjoyed it and such. Hope you continue reading what I write~ ((Also, yay for reincarnation))

"Thanks for helping me move in, Lud. Knowing me, I'd probably wait forever to bring all my crap up." The albino grunted, dropping the last box in his dorm.

"That's exactly why I'm helping you." The tall blond grunted, setting the box he was carrying next to the stack of boxes labelled, "Gilbert's things" in a rather delicate handwriting. Surprisingly, it was the eccentric albino's own handwriting.

Gilbert Beilschmidt was a 19 year old starting college, the albino choosing to live in the dorms since his family house wasn't close enough to his university. Those in the dorms were housed with a roommate, but Gilbert had yet to meet his. Apparently the other college kid had yet to arrive at the school. Gilbert didn't really care, it at least saved him the trouble of claiming which bed was his.

The beds were bunk beds, a wooden ladder leading up to the top bunk. In the room were two desks, one placed on the wall facing away from the beds and the other was placed next to the bed, overlooking a window. Gilbert stretched, popping his back and letting out a delighted grunt.

"I'm going back to the car to get the rest of your things. Try not to cause trouble in the short time I'm gone." Ludwig grunted. Though he looked to be peeved at his brother, Gilbert knew better. Growing up close to his younger brother, he was able to read the kid. So it was easy for Gilbert to tell that his brother was only teasing.

Gilbert snorted, putting his hands behind his head. "I'll try not to blow people away with my awesomeness, but keep in mind I said try."

Rolling his eyes, Ludwig sighed and turned around, walking out of the room and leaving the door ajar. While Ludwig went to get the last two boxes, Gilbert spent his time inspecting the room. There was a joint bathroom, only having a toilet, sink, and a cramped shower. He grimaced slightly, that was going to be a pain. Well, at least he didn't have to go to a public shower, that'd be more trouble than it's worth.

The sound of a suit case being set on the floor drew the albino's eyes towards the door. Standing in the doorway was a rather tall male. He had sandy blond hair, thick eyebrows, and piercing green eyes. He had on a loose pair of tan cargo pants, a white button up accompanying them. From where he stood, Gilbert could make out the appearance of two piercings along the top of the blonde's left ear.

While Gilbert sized up the blond, the man did the same. Gilbert had on a long-sleeved black t-shirt that hung off one of his shoulders, a grey tank top on underneath. As for pants, he wore a pair of dark blue jeans, cut in order to make mid-thigh shorts.

The man raised a brow, though it seemed to be in interest rather than surprise.

"I take it you're my roommate?" He hummed, his British accent sending a delightful tingle down Gilbert's spine.

He oddly felt a strong sense of Déjà vu, but easily brushed it off. Instead he grinned widely, moving to stand in front of the other. He held out his hand, obviously waiting for a handshake.

"Guten tag, name's Gilbert Beilschmidt! Looks like I'm your roomie for this year. You'd better not snore or you're sleeping outside." The albino joked, chuckling to himself.

"Kirkland, Arthur Kirkland." Arthur said, taking Gilbert's hand and introducing himself. After a pause he smiled and added, "Don't worry, I don't snore."

Glancing over his shoulder at the bunk beds, Arthur let go of the German's hand and let out a small hum. "Top or bottom? I prefer top over anything."

Gilbert tilted his head to the side, unable to hold back the small grin pulling at his lips. "Eh?"

Arthur smirked at him, his gaze flirtatious. Casually, he nodded to the beds. "As in which bed you'd like. I'd like the top."

Easily picking up the flirtatious tone, Gilbert sent him a smirk of equal seductiveness. "That's alright, I prefer bottom anyways."

Apparently Arthur hadn't expected Gilbert to reciprocate his obvious flirting, but it was evident the man wasn't at all displeased. With a brow raised, he smirked.

However, just as he was about to open his mouth and say something, Ludwig chose then to enter the room.

"Brother, I have the last boxes." He paused mid-step when he realized Gilbert wasn't the only one in the room. "Oh, hello. Are you Gilbert's roommate?"

Arthur's smile quickly turned back to its charming, innocent one. "Yes, indeed I am. My name is Arthur Kirkland, nice to meet you."

Ludwig set the boxes down and shook the man's outstretched hand. "Ludwig Beilschmidt, the feeling's mutual. I apologize in advance if my brother causes you any trouble. He has a knack for causing a stir wherever he goes."

Ignoring the objection from Gilbert, Ludwig let go of Arthur's hand. The Brit merely smiled, chuckling. "Don't worry, I don't think he'll be too much trouble."

"Don't be afraid to set him straight if he does causes trouble."

"I'll be sure to punish him if he gets too out of hand." Arthur chuckled.

Pausing for a second, Ludwig contemplated the Brit's words and how… Odd… They sounded. Still, he shrugged it off. Looking at his brother, he moved over to give him a pat on the shoulder.

"Be good, Gilbert. Don't cause trouble for Mr. Kirkland. Remember to call home and visit when you can. Don't slack in your studies either."

Rolling his eyes, Gilbert began ushering his brother out of the room. "Ja ja, I know! I promise to call once everything is settled."

Ludwig sighed, walking out of the room. "Alright, if you're sure."

Gilbert grinned at him, ruffling the taller male's hair. "Just who do you think you're talking to? Don't worry, I'll be a good bird, promise."

Looking a little relieved, Ludwig eventually left after a few more minutes of reminding Gilbert to do this and to do that. To an outsider, one would think either Ludwig was a mother saying goodbye to their child, or he was an elder brother trying to make sure his younger sibling didn't do anything stupid.

Sighing, Gilbert closed the door and leaned against it. After a few seconds of silence, only then did he remember Arthur was still in the room. He quickly stood up straight, scratching the back of his head.

"Sorry you had to see that. Ludwig can be a real mother hen sometimes."

Arthur chuckled, shaking his head. "Don't worry, I didn't mind."

Again a silence befell them, this one growing more and more awkward by the minute. Eventually Arthur made the first move, the Brit strolling forward. Gilbert swallowed, once again leaning against the door as Arthur continued to move until he was standing in front of the other. Reaching out slowly, Arthur smirked as he noticed Gilbert quickly hold his breath.

However Arthur, being the tease he was, instead wrapped his hand around the door handle. "I still need to bring my things up here. Would you mind helping me?"

Blinking, Gilbert's face shifted between a disappointed pout and a grin. He pushed the door open himself, bouncing out happily. "Sure. Lead the way."

Arthur grinned, to think he had been dreading having a roommate. But seeing as how his roommate was an alluring fellow, how could he be mad? And not to mention Gilbert flirted in return with him. Needless to say, Arthur could tell which way Gilbert swung. That made things easier for him. Arthur was looking forward to this school year. Though, he was mainly looking forward to the time shared with Gilbert inside and out of their room. He chuckled to himself, thoroughly pleased. Oh yes, this was going to be one hell of a year.
