Okay heres another update, hope you've enjoyed the last two chapters-Lakyn

I looked at Emmett confused as he stood in the concealment of the trees, not coming to see the beautiful animals. "Teddy-Bear?" I said softly looking at him as I stood up quietly. "Please." When he spoke his voice was low and hushed. "Just give me a minute" he finished leaning on a tree his head in his hands. I sighed worried before turning back to the fish, setting my hand slightly into the warm water. They stared up at me unblinking for a few seconds, before they slowly came to my hand rubbing against it. It was surprising, that instead of feeling slimy and scaly, they felt soft.

I grinned at the animals, as I saw a doe lingering at the other side of the water, and a few bunnies a few feet away. I had always had a weird gift for attracting animals and making them feel safe, so I was in love with animals, it was one of the abnormalities of me that I actually enjoyed. "Woah." I heard Emmett whisper, and looked up at him. I saw the animals tense slightly but ignored it.

Emmett shook his head slightly, and took a deep breath. "Bella... I'm... I'm not like any of your other friends." He finally stuttered out and I looked at him confused. "And I don't know how to explain it..."He said aggravated "I'm... I'm not human." He finally spat out and understanding filled me.

"I know" I said softly. His head snapped up and he met my eyes. I gave him a small smile. "Your strength seems limitless, you never eat, your deathly pale, Your... really fast. You never come to school or visit me when its sunny, and you go camping in horrible places not meant for camping. I knew you couldn't be human, because non of that is normal, but I don't know... I don't know what it is you really are"

As I spoke I had gone over to him, and as I finished I laid my hand on his cheek softly. "And I don't care what you are." I began, looking into his eyes, "Because either way, human or not, your still my Teddy-Bear" I finished placing my lips to his, intending to pull away seconds after, but Em had other plans. He pressed his lips harder to mine, desperation for me to understand how he felt apparent in the way he kissed. I responded by pressing my mouth harder onto his pushing all of me into it, making him feel how honest I was being.

He pulled his head back, where his lips where an inch from mine. "Even if I'm a vampire?" He whispered his eyes locked onto mine searching for an answer. I smiled slightly, "I don't care" I replied and he gave a sigh of relief, pressing his lips back onto mine.

"Thank god" He whispered when we parted, leaning his forehead on mine and I grinned happily. "Just call me Bella" I joked and he rolled his eyes at me, smiling at my dorkiness.

Later as we sat by the pond/mini-lake, our feet in the water, he was explaining everything to me. "We don't want to be monsters" Emmett explained looking over at me. "Carlisle was a priests son, and his father put Christian ideas deep into his mind, and when he was turned, he refused to feed off of humans, and tried desperately to kill himself. But a vampire cant die, not in the ways humans can and not nearly as easily. Eventually, he was overwhelmed by the thirst, and was close to the forest. He then found out that there were other ways to satisfy the inhuman thirst, ways that didn't involve murdering humans.

He turned all of us, except for Alice and Jasper, they came later, little Alice barged in and I came home to find all of my stuff in the garage. And Jazz just came along seeing as they're mates. But anyway, Carlisle showed us all a way to not kill people, and he's our father figure, so we wouldn't dream of purposely straying from the diet, but sometimes, sometime we can't help it. Sometimes we slip, and then we have to pack everything up and disappear, to somewhere else, somewhere far away." That made me stop playing with his hand to look at him saddened.

"So... so you guys might have to... to leave forks" I asked my voice breaking twice as I struggled to spit the sentence out as I stared at our entwined hands. "Its not often that we slip, and I wouldn't...I wouldn't be able to leave you. I can't leave you, not that I would even try" He said his other hand slipping under my chin and making me look at him. "I love you, remember" He said and I nodded numbly, "I love you too" I whispered and moved to where I was tucked into his side and he slipped his arm around me and began humming. I slowly began nodding off and whispered something I can't even remember, and as I succumbed to the darkness I heard him respond. "Without you I would be nothing but a shell, you are my life now."
