Chapter 7: District 5 interviews

Good job it didn't take you guys 4 days this time! :D I am pretty sure that I have all of the tribute. I have my friend sending in the district 11 boy. But if I don't use him I will tell you and have people send in THE FINAL TRIBUTE IN THE 43RD HUNGER GAMES! So thanks to all the people who sent in tributes! Once my friend sends in his tribute I will take down the tribute form and I will get all of the interviews done. In the arena I might change your weapon but I will ask you first in a PM so don't worry. Also if you get a weapon as a sponsor gift let's just assume that you can use it flawlessly because I want a lot of action. I will talk more before the games I plan on getting up district 5 and 6 today but once again don't be mad if I don't.

Now let's give one big round of applause for DISTRICT FIVE. Star claps her hands in a circle signaling a "round of applause". The audience copies her clapping their hands in giant circles too. Now let's bring up TALEN JANE. There is a thunderous applause. She is wearing a beautiful red dress that matches her curly auburn hair. Her green eyes look cute and confident as well as her freckles. She is all smiles and waves while she walks up to the interview chair.

So Talen you seem to have very big muscles for a girl your age, why is that? Well it's because I love being outside. Also that's because my family owns the only farm in district 5. It's not really a farm just a few animals we have on our plot of land but it produces enough to be a farm!

So do you think you have a chance at winning these games Talen? Well of course I have a chance. I'm goanna win this thing! They talk for a while longer and Talen seems friendly and sweet but she also has a competitive attitude that might win her sponsors. Then the buzzer goes off in the middle of her talking about her life but she just stops mid-sentence gets up and politely walks to her chair.

Well she seems nice doesn't she, Star asks the crowd? They give a loud cheer in response. Now let's bring up (she starts a drum roll by tapping her chair) TED GEIS!

Quinn once again bursts out laughing. The boy has greasy blond hair, brown eyes and tons of pimples that have been covered up in about three layers of makeup. In addition to all of this he is wearing a crown, a cape and a puffy outfit that have all been bejeweled to shine brightly. He looks like an oddly colored rainbow. He does a superior walk up to the stage with his head held high and a "you are all dirt" look on his face. Once he gets to the chair he flips up the cape and plops himself down.

So…, says Star. What about that training score Ted? A two…, that is the lowest score in these games. Ha those gamemakers wouldn't know real talent if it slapped them. I don't know what was wrong. I used every weapon in that stupid place and still they gave me a two. YA BUT YOU WERE CRAP WITH ALL OF THEM, a voice from one of the gamemakers balconies calls.

I seriously don't know what you're talking about, he says dismissing him with a lazy flick of his hand. You seem confident, says Star. Ha like these pieces of crap could beat me he says gesturing to the tributes behind him.

Ya, says Star. But some of them are tough, she says pointing at Ludmila who is being guarded by two peacekeepers and Quinn who is sitting with her legs over one arm of the chair and her head on the other as she chews gum very obviously by opening her mouth very wide every time she takes a bite (she has decided to ruin her perfectly straight hair by putting it in a bun. Pft so what there no problem, I could beat them with my hands tied.

Just then a heavy gold necklace drills him in the side of the face. They turn to see Ludmila being restrained by the peackeepers no longer wearing her necklace. Wow she has great aim says Star obviously astounded.

So you seem like you have tons of friends. Ha friends are for wimps they can all go die in a hole for all I care. But the truth is everybody loves me. With that the buzzer goes off and he tries to make a dramatic exit by whipping his cape very hard.
