Hey there folks, Gavenga323 here, back from the grave with some news. Over the course of my 'break'(read: mixture of writer's block and just plain laziness) I took a look at the story recently, and I must say...
I am disappointed with myself.
I took a look at Ben, my dear OC, and realized that I had unintentionally turned him into a Gary Stu, something I loathe with an absolute passion. Put that together with several plot holes and grammar mistakes I noticed riddled throughout the story, and I came to see that my story, really wasn't all that much.
So...
I am writing to inform you of two things.
1. I am NOT DEAD. (unless Murphy decides to get real bloodthirsty upon my next leaving the house, in which case, it was fun everyone!)
2. Bloody Prince is being REWRITTEN.
If you were enjoying the story up to this point, sorry, but there were several things throughout the story so far that REALLY make me cringe now that I think about it, the kinda cringe you get when you see those stories written by horny teens who self insert themselves into DxD to write out their fantasies with Rias(if you're reading this and you are one of those people, my apologies if I have offended you, but COME ON MAN, self inserts just put you in a light that is ANYTHING but good, and I honestly have no real right to speak, because I found that I had unintentionally put a bit of myself into my OC... *cringe*).
Also, I find that I made some of the characters just... wrong. No real description for it, but they just felt *off*. But enough of that. So yes, sorry for the wait folks, and double sorry for the news.
On the bright side...
Look for the reVAMPed (get it? ... ... ... I'll drink bleach now...) version of Bloody Prince, titled 'Of Demons and Monstrous Damsels'. You can expect it... sometime. Honestly, it WILL be here in the next month or so, I can't give an exact date, because well, double check the author message in Ch1 and you'll understand.
TL;DR - My story is shit(your opinion may vary based on the reviews); I am restarting.
