Holy macaroni it's been a long time since I updated! I hope you all had a very good holiday and new year! :)) And also thank you for all who have favorited, followed and reviewed this story! I really appreciate your continuing support! I had never thought this random fanfic would've got so many people reading it, so thank you again! :) Also, I'm so sorry for the delay and excuses, but here it is, as short as it is, chapter 6! Hope you enjoy it, and thank you for your patience and waiting!

Edward's POV

Ed stared at Sakura in horror. Dead or alive. Sure, he had earlier been in situations like this, but all of these people he had encountered so far, had had that look of a deadman. These were ninjas, who had been able to break through Al's rock wall. This was not good.

Ed glanced at Naruto, who was sweating and had a tormented look on his face.

Sakura frowned. "Well, have you seen them Naruto?" Naruto shook his head, maybe a little too roughly. "N-No... Of course not Sakura-chan! Why would we have?" Sakura sighed. "Well, I quess it can't be helped then. By the way, you two," she said and turned to Alphonse and Edward. "I haven't seen you around here. From the looks of you, I would say you aren't ninjas, am I right?"

Ed nodded. "No, we aren't. We would like to keep the personal information about us for ourselves now, if you know what I mean? For now I can say that we're staying at Naruto's house, since we don't have enough money to pay for an apartment." Sakura nodded understandingly and turned to Alphonse. "So... What's with the suit of armor?"

Al and Ed flinched. Al started to panic and said something like: "Uhm, i-it's for um, training!"

"But didn't you just say you weren't ninjas?" Sakura asked, confused.

"Um, we're shopping merchants, you know, and this suit, um, it's supposed to strengthen my muscles, by carrying extra weight on me, so I would get stronger if I sometime would have to get an extra large package somewhere." Sakura's muscles seemed to relax and she then streched. "Okay, I understand. Have you eaten anything since you arrived to Konoha?" Ed nodded. "Yeah. This person called Iruka offered us some ramen back at a restaurant. It was very good." "Oh, so you've met Iruka! That's great!" "Bleurgh! Enough with the talking now!" Kiba interrupted. "You, you little runt, I still haven't forgiven you about attacking Akamaru! You've clearly hurt it's feelings!" Akamaru barked in agreement.

Ed felt like he was about to crack Kiba's neck, this was the last time he would be able to say the word runt again, but then controlled his anger and turned his back at him. "We'll be leaving now, as we don't have time for blockhead's like you. And now if you excuse us, we'd be ready to le-" "No, wait." Sakura suddenly grabbed Edward's right arm, as he tried to shook it off. The last thing he wanted for the ninjas to know was that he had an automail arm. He was sure he was going to get inspected and his automail would be taken from him. "I've gotta take you to Tsunade-sama. She is the leader of our village, and you'll be in trouble if you don't go and address yourselves at her office." Sakura said.

'Like we weren't in enough trouble before this,' Ed thoght sarcastically. Then Sakura grabbed Alphonse by his helmet's ponytail and started to drag them both towards a large building with a red roof and a round sign, that Edward couldn't read. This was really bad. If the ninjas had already told their leader about them being in their village, there was no doubt they would be dead, if they were to meet that Tsunade.

At the door, Edward quickly got himself off of Sakura's grip, which was actually pretty damn hard, comparing her power resources to her small size. "Here we are!" Sakura informed happily. "Now follow me and don't do anything stupid." She walked forwards and Alphonse and Edward saw for their best to follow her.

After a while of walking Ed asked Sakura if they had a restroom in the building. Sakura nodded and Edward grabbed Alphonse and ran into the toilet. As they were out of Sakura's hearing distance, Ed pulled Alphonse close. "We can't let the village leader see us," he whispered. "If they will find out we we're the ones they're hunting for, we're done for. So, here's my plan, listen up close..."

As Edward stepped out of the bathroom, he had now disquised himself as a foreigner, and transmutated his hair's colour to brown letiing it hang loose and was now wearing a purple jacket that covered his mouth. He had now deconstrated Alphonse, not fully, but so that his bloodseal had survived, and had transmuted some parts of his body into a metal basket, where he was carrying parts of his brother for example Al's head. He slipped away behind Sakura, as quietly as he could, despite the other people in the building. As soon as he finally reached the exit and got out, he ran towards the nearest alley as fast as he could. In the dark, he sighed and sat down on a wooden box next to a wall. "That was close. We musn't ever let Sakura or her friends see us again. Ok then, let me just transmute you back, Al."

Edward put the box of metal to the ground and clapped his hands together and placed them on Alphonse, thinking about the armor. The same almost white light appeared in front of him, as he transmuted Alphonse back. Soon, in no-time, his brother was standing in front of him, flexing his body parts. "Thank you brother, but please, don't ever do that again." Ed laughed sorrily(?) and stretched. "Okay, sorry. Well, what do you think, where should we head to?" Al took a thinking pose and scratched his armor head. "Well, I would say to another village, but if Truth sent us here to do something, then we should stay here and study books and learn more of their culture." Edward nodded. "Yeah, I agree. But what do we do if Sakura or the others find us?" "Well, we can always ask help from Naruto." "Yes, but I noticed he isn't pretty good at lying, so no." Long silence.

Ed rose up. "Hm. Since we don't have any place to go, then I would say that we would ask someone for a place to sleep, for example THEM!" Ed threw himself to the ground and transmuted a spear that flew up towards two dark silhouettes on the rooftop that quickly avoided the attack. Edward glared at them. "Show yourselves!" He shouted. After seconds, the two ninjas came out of the shadows. They were wearing black robes with red clouds. The other one had a traumatised look and the other one looked like a psycopathic shark. "Good evening gentlemen," said the shark and took a step closer. Ed growled at the man. "Don't you 'good evening' us! You don't need to be stupid to understand that you two are murderers, so don't even try to get close to us, or you're gonna get your ass' kicked." The shark broke into a laugh and the other one looked at Edward's eyes with his unnatural, extremely disturbing red ones, that had three pupils.

Suddenly Ed felt the shadows in the alleway thicken, becoming so dark he couldn't even see longer than the tip of his nose. Then he felt a horrible, yet so familiar pain in his right arm and left foot. He slowly looked down and saw the short missing blood covered body parts. He screamed from the bottom of his stomach in pain and agony. "No... Not this s**t again... Please no..." he whispered as he fell to the bloody ground. Fear and despair started to push him to the ground. It couldn't get any worse, Edward thought as he felt tears fill his eyes. But no. It wasn't over. As Ed looked up from the pond of blood he saw the 'thing' from his nightmares and dreams, that would haunt him to the end of his life. His mother. Her mased up body, ribbones sticking from the open stomach, and the eyes full of terror and pain. Edward felt as the ramen in his stomach rose upwards his throat, into the ground. Tears flooding from his eyes, he burrowed his face into his hands, shaking.

Alphonse's POV

His brother was standing there, helpless, suddenly letting out a cry of terror, and freaking Al out. "Brother!" He ran to Edward and took him into his arms. "Brother. Listen to me. You gotta calm down." It was like his brother was trapped inside his own head, unable to escape. Soons, tears started to run down his cheeks, a small terrified whine coming from his shaking lips. Alphonse glared at the two ninjas, anger blazing in his eyes. "What did you do to my brother?" The two men looked at him silently. "Itatchi here is just messin' around a bit with him," the shark said. Alphonse let out a low growl. "I think I asked you clearly enough," he said quietly, but loud enough for the two to hear him."What. Did. You. Do. To. My. Brother."

The one called Itatchi flinched as Alphonse said those words, but quickly pushed the glance away. The shark tsk-ed. Then for Al's surprise, Itatchi spoke. "Genjutsu. I haven't harmed your brother." The shark glanced at his partner. "And now suddenly you're getting all social with enemies, telling them your attacks. Pure genious..." "Shut up, Kisame..." Kisame didn't say a word. Al saw the chance and ran away, Edward in his hands.

He ran across alleys and streets in the dark, and when he finally reached Naruto's apartment, there was no one there. Al tried the door, and opened it. Leaving the door open was so typical Naruto... He then set Edward on the bed, whose eyes were still the size of plates, saliva in the corners of his mouth. Alphonse then tried everything he knew, to get his brother away from the coma. In despair, he covered his head in his large palms. "I'm so sorry, brother... I don't know what to do... Please help me. Brother..." Silence. Then it struck him. Alkahestry. He almost jumped from the chair he was sitting in. May had taught him some before they were transported into the Village. Then he rose and quickly borrowed some of the kunais, Naruto had left on the table beside the bed. Al then placed them in a circle around Edward's head, and drew a star ther placing his hands on the edges of the circle. Blue light started to shine from it, lighting up the room.

As he was done he looked at his brother. His eyes were closed. Resting. Alphonse was so happy he could die. He wished he was able to cry. That's how relieved he was. He then stayed there, beside Edward, as long as he woke up.
