Hello! This is the seventh chapter of Lost Inheritance and seriously, thank you all for the reviews! I had a bit of work at school that I had to take a bit of time to take care of. However, I also damaged my hand so I wasn't able to write for a while. Now that I have a little break, I managed to start the chapter! Also, thank you to the people who have sent me a review or PM message and asking questions to which I happily answered. Also, next week I would be getting another short little break in school so at that time I would be able to write for a little bit. By the way, is anyone confused on who is speaking? I just am curious and I'm terribly sorry if you do not understand. I will try to make it more clear if I can. Also another note, I have changed Raven's status and so she is now a Issei's Queen instead of a knight. I was debating whether or not to make her a queen or have her stay as a Knight and I chose Raven to be a Queen instead. I will update my other chapters of this change. Now, we can continue:
Issei gulped down his saliva as he stared at the scene in front of him.
'…Whose Oppai am I seeing right now?' Issei thought while his sweat dropped.
Two enormous breast were right in Issei's face and Issei cautiously looked up and saw, to his surprise, Rias laying there, her beautiful crimson hair behind her back.
'Rias?! What is she doing here?!' Issei mentally yelled out.
{Oh! This is a magnificent view! I haven't seen oppai these big in a while!} Erebos shouted with glee.
"Shut up you hentai dragon! What I want to know is why Rias is here!" Issei yelled.
{She's been to your house before, remember? She healed your wounds-}
"Did she see my back?!" Issei shouted in panic.
{Relax Issei, she didn't, I had concealed her eyes so that she didn't see. Those are nasty wounds. I remember you getting them.} Erebos said.
"Thanks…and yea, I remember that battle too…" Issei said, his mind flashing back to when he received those injuries.
{She's waking up!} Erebos said quickly.
Issei immediately cut off his mental link with Erebos and saw Rias's eyes looking at him lovingly.
"Good morning Issei," Rias said with a warm smile.
"Good morning…can you please explain what's going on?" Issei asked timidly.
"I went to your house and saw that you were sleeping. I decided to invite myself in. However, I noticed some obstacles so I had pushed them away," Rias answered with a sly yet slightly annoyed smile.
"Huh?" Issei said and he peered over Rias to see Kalawarner there on the floor in nothing but her undergarments.
"I see…is there any other reason why you invited yourself in my bed?" Issei asked.
Rias smiled warmly at him again. "I wanted to use you as my body pillow."
'A body pillow huh?' Issei thought sheepishly.
{I feel honored!} Erebos shouted.
Issei ignored that comment and he flinched in surprise when Rias climbed on top of him.
"We still have time," Rias said, her crimson hair falling and brushing Issei's face, "I would love to take time to bond with my teacher."
*Chu*
Issei felt his eyes widen when Rias kissed him on the forehead.
"Uh, buchou, I am a man," Issei reminded her.
"Do you wish to go down on me?" Rias asked startling Issei. "Go ahead. I'll let you do anything you want."
{Anything you want?! I never knew that I would hear words so powerful ever in my life!} Erebos said with joy.
(Erebos-dono, please…) Ddraig sighed.
"Uh…buchou!" Issei said, appalled at her statement.
"Oi! Bitch! What do you think you're doing with my Issei?" an arrogant yet seductive voice yelled.
Rias and Issei looked to see Kalawarner there with a very annoyed look on her face.
'I was very lucky when I found out Raven wasn't sleeping with Issei, and now I get interrupted by her?! I'll make you pay!' Kalawarner thought venomously.
"What do you think I'm doing? And he's my Ise-kun," Rias said and she hugged Issei's, shoving his face into her breasts.
"You got some nerve," Kalawarner growled with a tick mark on her forehead and her eye twitched.
"Buchou! I can't breathe!" Issei's muffled voice was shouting.
"Issei-san? We have school today, so please, get up!" Asia's voice rang throughout the house.
"Oh, that's right," Rias said and she let go of Issei who took in as much air as he could due to almost suffocating (though of course, he can't die anyway).
"Are you up Issei-san? You're going to be late!" Asia said.
"Ok," Issei said.
"Please wait for us Asia-chan," Rias said.
There was a brief silence, to which Issei had a bad feeling, before Issei's door crashed open and Asia was there with tears in her eyes.
"Uh, hi Asia-chan!" Issei said nervously.
"Good morning Asia-chan," Rias said with an innocent smile.
Asia looked at the sight of Kalawarner and Rias with Issei and she grabbed her shirt and yelled, "I am going to get naked too!"
"EH?!" Issei yelled in complete shock while Kalawarner and Rias stared at her in surprise at Asia's boldness.
"I don't want to be left out!" Asia said and she would've taken off her shirt had it not been for Issei frantically pulling her shirt down.
"Ah! Wait Asia-chan!" Issei said and he sighed.
"Asia-chan? Issei-san?" a voice said behind them and Issei looked over Asia's shoulder to see Rin there.
"What am I going to do when you are at school?" Rin asked.
"I got you and Raven enrolled into my school. I'm nervous about you and Raven being alone here," Issei said.
"Really? What year am I?" Rin asked.
"You will be in my class as a second year and Raven is enrolled as a third-year. Raven will be with Buchou and Akeno-san," Issei answered.
"Come on, I'll cook some breakfast. Then we can go to school," Issei said.
At Kuoh Academy, Issei, Asia, Yuuma, and Ayami were all waiting in their class for their teacher to arrive.
Motohama and Matsuda then came up to Issei with a frown on their faces.
"Issei!" Motohama yelled and he slammed both his hands on Issei's desk.
"Answer me! How is it that you keep getting surrounded by such beautiful women?! I've heard some nasty rumors about you, so watch your back!" Motohama said.
"Really? What kind of rumors?" Issei asked curiously.
"Rumors of Hyoudou Issei taking beautiful girls one by one and doing all sorts of evil things to them!" Matsuda said angrily.
"What?!" Issei shouted at the ludicrous lie.
"Not only that," Motohama said, "by threatening Himejima-senpai and Rias-senpai with something, you do all sorts of lewd and the most gut-wrenching sexual acts with them!"
"Wha-" Issei tried to say but he was interrupted by Matsuda.
"Your tainted hands also do not hesitate to stretch over to Toujou Koneko-chan, mascot of the academy, and you devour her undeveloped body like how a beast devours its prey!"
"And if that's not enough," Motohama continued, "you're never ending lust reaches out to Asia-chan, the new transfer student!"
"What the hell…" Issei said while he sweat dropped.
"And we started it!" Matsuda said with a grin.
"What?!" Issei yelled out.
"I'd go crazy with jealousy if I didn't spread those rumors!" Motohama said angrily.
"No! Perhaps we have already gone mad with jealousy!" Matsuda shouted.
"Geez you guys…" Issei sighed.
"What's going on? Is it more perverted talk between the two horny morons?" a voice said.
Motohama and Matsuda turned to see Asia with a girl that had light brown hair with two braids and wore pink spectacles.
"Kiryuu?" Motohama said.
"Aika?" Matsuda said.
"You got lucky Asia, you're boyfriend, Issei, is practically incorruptible by them," Kiryuu said.
"B-boyfriend?!" Asia said with a blush.
"I'm not Asia's boyfriend! I'm just looking after her at my place!" Issei said with a slight blush.
"You two are always stuck together all the time. People wouldn't be surprised if you two were connecting every night," Kiryuu said with a sly smile and emphasizing the word "connecting".
"Connecting?!" Matsuda and Motohama said angrily.
"Connecting?" Asia repeated, not knowing the hidden meaning behind the word.
"That's ridiculous, we're not electronics or anything, we can't connect," Issei said with a sigh.
"Issei-san!" a voice shouted in Issei's head.
"Rin? Is that you?" Issei asked.
"Yes, can you come outside for a second? I want to talk to you," Rin requested.
"Okay," Issei said.
"Excuse me," Issei said and he got up and went out of the classroom.
"Oh, so you two weren't really going out," Kiryuu said with slight disappointment.
"Wh-What?!" Asia said in shock.
"I recall you telling me-" Kiryuu was saying with a smile but Asia had covered her mouth with both her hands.
"Kiryuu-san, please stop it!" Asia said indignantly with a blush on her face.
Both Matsuda and Motohama had comical tears flowing down their face and they both shouted, "Why that idiot?!"
Issei stepped out the room and saw Rin there in his uniform. Rin was putting both his hands behind his back and he was sweating a bit.
"Rin, what's wrong?" Issei asked.
"I'm just a bit nervous," Rin said, a bit embarrassed.
"Yea, I was like that too when I first came here. Don't worry, you'll get over it soon," Issei said. "Come on, the teacher is inside. We should get going."
"But what if they find me weird?" Rin asked.
"Don't worry about it. I'll be there for you," Issei said with a reassuring smile and Rin shyly smiled back.
Issei headed inside and sat at his seat. Everyone was already seated and the teacher cleared her throat.
"Hello class. I would like to announce that we have a new transfer student today. Come on in," the teacher said.
Rin walked in and he faced the class.
"Hello, my name is Rin Noroi, it's nice to meet you!" Rin said and he bowed.
There was a brief moment of silence and Issei prepared himself when there were squeals from the girls.
"He's so cute!" one girl squealed.
"His white hair and teal eyes look sexy!"
"He must be the Second Lost Prince of Kuoh Academy!"
"Quiet!" the teacher said sternly.
"Now, where do you want to sit?" the teacher asked after quickly restoring order before anything could get out of hand, specifically with the girls.
"I wish to sit next to Issei-san," Rin quickly said.
"Do you know Issei?" the teacher asked with slight surprise.
"Yes, he's taking care of me at his house. I actually know R-Yuuma, Ayami, Asia, and Masumi. We all live at his house," Rin blurted out without knowing the impact of his words.
"YOU ALSO LIVE WITH ISSEI?!" the class shouted except for Asia, Issei, Yuuma, Ayami, and Masumi. All of them sighed and palmed their heads at Rin's big mouth.
All the boys had their fists raised in ire and they shouted, "You're also a damn lady killer?! Unforgivable!"
During lunch time, Rin sighed as he sat with Issei and everyone else.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know they would get so jealous," Rin said and as if to prove his point, every boy in his class that were in the cafeteria were glaring at him with unspeakable anger.
"Yea, I get that a lot too," Issei sighed.
"The girls are now whispering about me being the 'Second Lost Prince of Kuoh Academy,'" Rin said. "Who's the first prince?"
"That would be me Rin," Issei said with a sad smile on his face.
"Wow, so you must be popular too," Rin said with a awed voice.
There were then exclamations of surprise and joy and Issei turned to see Rias, Akeno, and Raven walking in the cafeteria.
"Look, apparently, there's now a third Great Lady in Kuoh Academy!" a girl was whispering.
"I heard that she was a new transfer student," another girl whispered.
"She's so cool and beautiful!" one boy said with hearts in his eyes.
"Her great ebony skin is so smooth, and her eyes are so mesmerizing!" another boy said and he too had hearts in his eyes.
"Oh, hey Raven, Rias, Akeno!" Issei yelled out.
"Oh! Issei!" Raven said and she went over to Issei before pecking him on the cheek. Issei smiled bashfully.
Everyone's jaw dropped at the sight of Raven, who was now the 'Third Great Lady of Kuoh Academy', kissing Issei who was the 'Lost Prince of Kuoh Academy.' Rias glared at Raven and Akeno smiled creepily with a hostile aura coming off her.
"What?! How many great women like you Issei Hyoudou!" several boys shouted, their fists raised in comical anger.
"Hi Raven-onee-sama!" Rin said cheerfully.
"Hey Rin," Raven said with a smile and she also pecked Rin on the cheek.
BAM!
Everyone's jaw dropped a second time.
"What the hell is going on?!" every boy was shouting. "Why are we cursed with such bad luck?! WHY CAN'T THEY KISS ME?!"
Time skip to afterschool…
Issei and his peerage including Ayami and Yuuma, were marching over to the Occult Research Club.
When they arrived, Rias was there with Akeno and the rest of her peerage.
"Hello Buchou, I just wanted to formally introduce my newest Rook," Issei said and Rin stepped forward.
"Hello, my name is Rin Noroi. I am Issei-san's Rook. Please treat me well!" Rin bowed.
"Hello Rin. I am Rias Gremory. Your fight with Raiser's Rooks were impressive," Rias said.
Rin's eyes flashed back to that moment where all of Raiser's peerage were looking at him with fear. He sighed and said flatly, "Yes. Thank you of the compliment."
"Issei, I wanted to hold a meeting at your house with my peerage. Will that be okay with you?" Rias asked.
"Sure," Issei said. "You can use my room."
With that note, Issei closed his eyes and concentrated. A huge black magic circle covered the floor and all of them were transported to Issei's house.
"You know where my room is. I'm going get some snacks. Would you guys like anything?" He asked everyone. Everyone shook their heads.
"Okay, call me if you need me!" Issei said and he retreated to the kitchen where he grabbed some Kit Kats and started to munch on them.
Both Yuuma and Ayami transformed into their fallen angel bodies before going to the shower. Raven decided to go into the living room to read and Masumi and Rin went to their rooms to play League. Rias and her peerage went to Issei's room to start their meeting.
After around twenty minutes passed, Issei heard Rias and her peerage coming downstairs. He walked over and said, "Have you finished the meeting?"
Rias had a smile on which confused Issei until she said, "We have finished. More importantly…" Rias held up a photo of Issei as a little boy with a girl with light brown hair and violet pink eyes.
Issei immediately sweat-dropped at that photo and he said, "Uh…that was a friend of mine…"
"Really? Who is she?" Rias asked.
"She was Issei's neighbor, her name was Irina Shidou," a voice said and everyone looked to see Masumi there with her ears and tails out.
Masumi! Please, don't say anything! That was one of my most regrettable moments ever!" Issei shouted with embarrassment.
"Oh please, you lost that bet fair and square!" Masumi said and she sighed. "Such good memories."
"What did Issei do?" Rias asked.
"Well, he made a bet with me about something and since he lost that bet, he had to turn into a child for a whole week. It was extremely funny, hearing Issei's voice when he was little," Masumi said with a giggle. Rias's eyes started to shine with curiosity and Issei groaned.
'I'll never hear the end of it!' He thought.
"How did I lose that bet?" Issei said to himself, "That bet haunted me for days…"
"However, he had met Irina when he was going for a walk and he got, well, invited to her house. She actually kind of forced him," Masumi admitted.
"Hey, Issei-kun…" a voice said.
Issei looked to see Kiba staring at the photo.
"Hmm? What is it Kiba?" Issei asked and he walked over to Kiba and saw him staring at the photo of him and Irina or more specifically, what was behind them.
Issei's eyes narrowed as he quickly caught on to what was going on.
"Yes, Kiba. That is a holy sword behind us," Issei said making everyone's eyes widen before peering over Issei and Kiba's shoulder to see the photo again.
"Issei…did you know?" Rias asked.
"Yes, I had sensed that the sword was a holy one. However, it is long gone and God knows where it is," Issei said.
That was when a phone rang throughout the house. Issei blinked in surprise before saying, "Excuse me."
Issei left Rias and her peerage and grabbed his phone.
"Hello?" Issei said.
"Yo, Sekiryuutei," a voice nonchalantly said.
Issei blinked in surprise before he lightly smiled.
"Hey, we haven't spoken in a while," Issei said.
"We barely spoke at all that time," the voice said. "Anyway, I have some stuff I want to tell you about. You might find them interesting."
"I'll be right there," Issei said. He hung up before going to the living room.
"Raven, I will be going out for a bit. Please take charge," Issei said.
"Okay!" Raven said. "Bye!"
Issei smiled and closed his eyes. A black magic circle appeared under Issei before transporting Issei to a nice two story house.
He knocked on the door and after a minute of waiting, the door opened to reveal a man that looked like he was in his mid-twenties. This man had dark brown hair with golden bangs and a black goatee. His eyes were purple and they were shining with amusement.
"Azazel," Issei said bowing to the Fallen Angel.
"Sekiryuutei," the man known as Azazel said. "Please, come inside. I have much I wish to talk about."
"I am pretty sure you do," Issei said and he walked in Azazel's home. Azazel led Issei into his living room where Issei silently admired the simplicity of the room.
"You have quite a comfortable house," Issei commented as he sat on a sofa which was really soft and squishy.
"Thank you," Azazel said and went to another room before returning a minute later with a bottle of sake.
"Do you wish for some?" Azazel asked.
"I'm underage," Issei said with a small smile.
Azazel smiled back and laughed.
"Now, I know for a fact that is not true. We met around twenty years ago and you look exactly the same now."
"I know, but I don't really like sake. I'm not the alcoholic type," Issei answered.
"Hmph, you're missing out then," Azazel said and he poured himself a glass before downing it in one gulp.
"So, what did you wish to talk to me about?" Issei asked curiously.
"Before that," Azazel said, pouring himself another glass, "I want to ask, how are the two fallen angels at your home?"
"You mean Raynare and Kalawarner? They're fine and happy with their life," Issei said.
"Ah, good. Mittelt is back at Grigori after she came back begging me for forgiveness. However, she's still just a simple helper around Grigori but she's happy for now. Also, I was quite perturbed when Mittelt mentioned that she, Raynare, Kalawarner and Dohnaseek were in a plot to kill you," Azazel said. "For that, I am quite sorry."
"Don't worry, they wouldn't be able to kill me even if they tired," Issei said, waving off Azazel's apology.
"However, that means that I know that a traitor is within my ranks and I know who," Azazel said with a smile.
"Oh? Did Mittelt mention his name?" Issei asked.
"Yes, Kokabiel," Azazel said.
"I see. Is there anything you wish for me to about that?" Issei asked.
"Yes, if you see him, please beat the living shit out of him. I'm afraid he's trying to start another war, but his motives are unclear right now. Even I don't know what he's doing," Azazel admitted. "However, he doesn't know I'm here in Japan," he added.
"Starting another war? That will be very troublesome," Issei said with a serious face.
"Yes. However, I'm interested in you. When I met you all those years ago, I felt like you were different but I didn't make a note of it. I didn't feel any power from you but something about you caught my eye. I'm surprised that you are the Sekiryuutei and a devil at that," Azazel said.
"I knew who you were. I could sense your power and the fact that you were a fallen angel. I was surprised, but I didn't bother you. We did exchange greetings and talked a bit, I remember that, but I never wanted to attack you. You do know I have no interest in war. Aren't you also not interested in war?" Issei asked.
"Yes I am. Frankly, the idea of war can go fuck itself. I just want to study Sacred Gears and invent things," Azazel said.
"That's a good hobby if you ask me," Issei commented.
"I agree," Azazel said with a smirk.
"So, if I do find Kokabiel and beat the living shit out of him, what will you do with him?" Issei asked curiously.
"Well, I have yet to decide on a punishment and I also was thinking on how I was going to reward you," Azazel said.
"There's no need for a reward. I'm just doing a little favor for you, that all," Issei said coolly.
"Oh? You deny a reward? You seem modest and not greedy in the slightest despite the fact that you are a devil," Azazel noted with interest. "That's amusing. You are one of a kind Hyoudou Issei, though the fact that you are also human might be the reason why you are not greedy or lustful like a devil. However, humans can be greedy bastards too."
"I'm not that special," Issei said.
"Well, well! You're humble too! You really are an interesting one," Azazel said and he laughed.
Issei sighed and smiled sheepishly.
"Now, for the reason why I called you here is to inform you that the Vanishing Dragon is here, in Japan," Azazel said.
Issei's eyebrow raised in interest and he said, "Hmm, Ddraig did sense him earlier but I never knew he would be here, in this city."
"Yes, as a matter of fact, I actually trained him."
Issei became surprised. "You trained him? Well, he must be strong, no doubt about that. However, I don't really care about the rivalry between Ddraig and Albion. I don't like to attract attention."
"Well, seeing how you are a dragon you do know that's impossible right? The nature of a dragon will attract strong beings to you whether you wish for it or not," Azazel said.
"Yes, I know. It seems like it's a curse when you think about it," Issei said with a sigh. "Is that all you wanted to talk to me about?"
"Well, that actually wasn't all, I wanted to see your sacred gear in person," Azazel admitted.
Issei smiled and said, "Well of course. All you had to do was ask."
Issei stood up from the couch and held out his right arm.
"Boosted Gear!" Issei said.
(Boost!)
The red gauntlet appeared on Issei's arm and Azazel watched it with sparkling eyes.
"Amazing," Azazel whispered. "To see the Boosted Gear this close is amazing. It has a very nice color."
"Hello, Fallen Angel," Ddraig's voice said from Issei's gauntlet and the green gem on Issei's gauntlet hand glowed.
Azazel's eyes widened and he bowed his head, "Red Dragon Emperor. It is a pleasure to meet you."
"Hmph. So you are the Governor of the Fallen Angels. I'll admit, you aren't what I expected, you're looks don't match some of your kind's mindset," Ddraig said.
"How do you know what I look like?" Azazel asked curiously.
"I thought that would be obvious, Issei is my host, therefore, I can see from his perspective, what he sees, I can see if I wish to," Ddraig answered.
"I see. Well, it was an honor to meet you," Azazel said and he bowed again.
"Farewell," Ddraig said before the green gem's light faded away.
"Satisfied?" Issei asked.
"Yes, thank you," Azazel said. "I want to, one day, design a gear like yours Issei."
"When that happens, I will be glad to see it," Issei said with a smirk.
"Now, I know you're hiding something from me, and I want to know what it is. I can't really feel your power right now and I want to know why. Care to explain?" Azazel said with a knowing smile.
Issei didn't answer though he kept his smile.
"Well, I can't really answer that. I'm really good at concealing my power I guess you can say," Issei said, brushing past the question.
Azazel smirked but decided to let it go.
"Fair enough. Anyway, it was nice talking with you."
"Until next time Azazel," Issei said and he stood up before forming a magic circle which transported him away.
Azazel smiled. 'The time when him and Vali meet is going to be very soon.'
Issei appeared in his living room and looked at the clock. It read 8:35.
"Wow, we were talking a lot.'
Issei was about to go to his room when heard a knock on his door.
'And who could that be?' Issei thought and he opened the door. What greeted his sight her two people in white robes. Issei immediately sensed that they were holding something holy.
"Hello. May I ask who you are?" Issei said politely.
"You're so mean! Can't you recognize me?" one of the people said.
Issei's eyes widened and he stuttered, "I-Irina?!"
Said person removed her hood and smiled.
"Yup! You do remember me!" Irina said and she hugged Issei. Issei smiled and hugged her back.
Irina then grabbed Issei and put him behind her.
"Issei, you may not believe this, but there are-" Irina was about say more but Issei interrupted.
"There are devils. I know Irina," Issei said.
Irina looked at him with a look of complete surprise.
"You know?" Irina asked.
"Yes. Please, come in. And don't start anything. I would rather not have my house destroyed," Issei said with a frown.
Irina blushed but nodded. Issei let Irina and the other cloaked figure in before closing the door.
"Raven! We have guest! Do you mind getting me a cider please?" Issei shouted.
"Hai!" Raven answered.
Issei gestured to his couch and Irina and the other woman sat in it.
Issei sat down opposite of them and at that moment, Raven arrived with a bottle of apple cider and a glass cup.
"Friend from the church?" Raven asked looking at Irina and the other woman.
"No, they're not our friends from the church," Issei replied.
Irina and the other woman exchanged shocked glances.
"Irina…this may be difficult, but I'm a devil," Issei said softly.
Irina looked at Issei with clear shock.
"W-what? But I can't sense your power!" Irina said with a frown.
"I restrict my power so that other people can't sense me," Issei said.
The other woman tensed up. "I sense fallen angels," is what she said.
"They are under my protection and care," Issei replied instantly, not wanting destruction in his house.
Raven then looked carefully at the two people.
"Excalibur Mimic and Excalibur Destruction?" Raven said with a raised eyebrow.
Both women stiffened and Issei tensed as well.
"Interesting," Issei said stiffly. He then sighed then asked Irina, "Who sent you?"
"Michael," Irina said.
Issei's eyes flashed with pain and Raven glanced at him.
"You need the other Excaliburs correct?" Issei said.
Irina and the other woman looked surprised but nodded.
"I assume you are also tracking someone down, right Irina and…?" Issei looked questionably at the other woman.
"Xenovia is my name," the other woman said.
"Xenovia. Who are you tracking down?" Issei asked.
"Exorcist Freed and Genocide Archbishop Valper Galilei," Irina answered.
"Freed? I met him before. And Valper…I heard he was excommunicated for his practices. It had something to do with the Holy Sword Project correct?" Issei said.
Both Xenovia and Irina were shocked.
"How do you know so much?!" Xenovia asked and her robe rose to reveal a sword handle. Raven frowned and tensed in case something bad happened.
"I know many things," was all Issei said. "It will be explained all in due time. Michael is my friend you know so I know a lot of things that happen in heaven. Not that Michael knows that anyway."
"What do you mean?" Irina asked.
"Michael thinks I'm dead or have gone mad. You see, Michael and I date way back before you guys were born. Something…happened and I disappeared. Michael could not forgive himself that day…"
Raven flinched and looked at the ground in sadness.
"Oh…so…even though you're a devil you knew Michael?" Irina asked, her curiosity growing.
"Yes, I even knew God. I've seen him with my own eyes," Issei replied with a small smile.
"Really?! You've seen the Lord! I'm so jealous!" Irina said with a pout.
Xenovia was surprised.
"Wow, you must be a pretty old man then huh?" Xenovia said causing Issei to fall comically on the ground.
"Xenovia! That's rude to comment on someone's age!" Irina said to her.
"It's okay, I'm really old but I like to stay young," Issei said with a strained smile. He then felt someone pull at something at the back of his head.
"Huh?" Issei turned to see Masumi there with a silver hairpin.
Issei's hair fell down and Irina stared.
"Issei…you have long hair? Were you secretly a girl?" Irina asked.
Issei felt his pride crushed and he went into a corner while mumbling, "I'm not a girl…"
Masumi laughed and clutched her sides. Raven frowned and smacked the fox's butt.
"Ow!" Masumi whined, rubbing her rear end.
Raven sighed and addressed both Irina and Xenovia, "Why did you come here in the first place?"
"We wanted to make sure no other devils interrupted us. We also needed to meet the devil who's in charge of this territory," Xenovia said.
"Ah, you mean Rias Gremory? We know her so we can take you to her," Issei said suddenly, somehow back in his seat without no one noticing him moving.
At the abandoned school house, Rias sat at the couch while Irina and Xenovia sat opposite of her.
"So, you are supposed to find the other three Excaliburs that was stolen by fallen angels according to your superiors?" Rias asked.
"Yes," Irina confirmed.
"So what do you wish for us to do?" Rias asked with a smile.
"This particular problem is between us and the fallen angels. We can't afford to engage with the devils of this town," Xenovia said.
"You're being awfully condescending," Rias commented. "Do you think that we have sided with the fallen angels in order to do something to the Holy Swords?"
"Devils despise Holy Swords. You're in the same position as the fallen angels," Xenovia said.
Rias's eyes glowed red with suppressed anger.
'Uh oh, Rias is getting pissed!'Issei thought in a panic.
"If we must, we will completely annihilate you," Xenovia said bluntly. "Even if you are the sister of a Maou."
"If you know that, then let me tell you something, I would never side with the fallen angels. I would never do something that would shame the Maous," Rias declared.
Xenovia smiled. "I am glad to hear that. I am sure that the daughter of a Maou would not be so foolish."
"Then you do know that I will not help you in your search of the Excaliburs?" Rias said.
"Yes, we wish for you to pledge non-interference in this matter," Xenovia said.
Rias smiled, "Understood."
"Thank you for your time," Xenovia said and she stood up along with Irina. "We will be going now."
When Xenovia and Irina started walking however, Xenovia stopped and looked at Asia.
"Are you Asia Argento?" Xenovia asked.
"Y-yes," Asia said, nervous as to why she was being addressed.
"I never thought I would see a witch here," Xenovia said.
Asia's eyes widened and Rias bristled.
"Oh, so your that ex-nun who became a witch?" Irina asked innocently. "I heard you were excommunicated because you could heal devils and fallen angels, but I never thought you would become a devil!"
Asia was shaking and her head was bowed.
"Hey Asia-san, do you still believe in God even though you are a Devil?"
"I-I believed in the lord all my life, I-I just can't let him go," Asia said and her eyes were swimming with tears. Raven put a comforting arm around her.
"In that case, let us kill you now," Xenovia said.
Asia's eyes widened and Rias and her peerage tensed.
"Now we can't have that!" Issei said firmly and he stepped in front of Asia.
"I will not let you touch her, even it means for the Church to go against me," Issei said.
"Oh? Is that a challenge to the entire Church?" Xenovia said.
"Issei, please don't," Rias said.
"Very well," a voice said.
Everyone turned to see Kiba there leaning on the door.
"Yuuto…?!" Rias said.
"Who are you?" Xenovia asked.
'And where did you go?' Issei thought.
"I'm your senpai," Kiba said. "I will be your opponent."
Done, this chapter is a little short compared to my other chapters but I still needed to get this out of the way. Next chapter is going to have more action.
