Dr. Pamela Isley: (Speaks onto a recorder) Rats! My experiment with the rattlesnake DNA and the orchids has failed. But I still have high hopes for the animal-plant transfusion and if it succeeds, plants will be able to defend themselves and survive. I would have given nature a fighting chance against the scourges of man.

(Pamela heard screaming from within Dr. Woordroe's work room)

Dr. Pamela Isley: Personal note, my procedure could've proceed further if Dr. Woordroe hadn't been taking my venom samples into his mysterious quarters. Now why won't he let me go in there?

(Another scream came from the work room)

Dr. Pamela Isley: What is he doing in there?

(Dr. Pamela Isley entered the room finding herself in a wide-open corridor of the asylum)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Greetings gentlemen to a secret place where you could bet on my new experiment!

(Pamela saw 5 TV screens that broadcasted various faces: The Joker, The Penguin, Lex Luthor, a professor, a Russian general, and a black-hooded individual)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Bring in the test subject my underlings!

(Men brought in an inmate and placed him on a platform)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: May I present to you Antonio Diego, a serial killer brought to Arkham from South America. I've placed tubes into his cranium within a specialized mask. Now I will inject Antonio with my special serum called Venom, which I added with my own my own ingredients of steroids and toxins. Time to scream.

(Dr. Woordroe pressed the button on Antonio's chest which caused the inmate to shriek as he grew bigger and muscular. He went from screaming to growling)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Genius! I was able to create a super soldier. I call this little number Bane. Bane of Humanity. Bidding starts at a mere ten thousand.

(Dr. Woordroe then noticed Dr. Pamela Isley)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Dr. Isley!

(He grabbed Pamela and took her back out to her station)

Dr. Pamela Isley: Let go of me! How could you experiment on that poor man inhumanely?! And worse, offering it to the most dangerous of criminals!

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Mr. Bruce Wayne did not have the stomache for bioweaponry, so he cut the funding off our work.

Dr. Pamela Isley: Our work?

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Without your research, I wouldn't have made it this far. Join me Pamela, and together we'll be powerful intertwined.

Dr. Pamela Isley: Join you? I've spent my life trying to prevent plants from extinction, then you corrupt my life's work for some maniacal scheme for world domination! When I get through with you, you won't even be able to acquire a job in "High School Chemistry". Do you hear me! You psycho!

Dr. Jason Woordroe: ...I'll respect your words Pamela, sadly I'm not good with rejection. I'm afraid you'll have to die, Aaaaah!

Dr. Pamela Isley: Aaaaaah!

(Dr. Woordroe pushed Pamela onto her table of venom which broke from the collision and threw shelves of of toxins and venomous creatures on top of her)

Dr. Jason Woordroe: Yes, let the toxins burn a grave for you deep beneath the Earth you love so much. Bye bye dear. Fellow maniacs, bidding BEGINS!

(Dr. Woordroe left the station)

Dr. Gretchen: Dr. Crane, may we speak with you?

Dr. Jonathan Crane: Yes. What seems to be the matter?

Warden Sharpe: I'm sorry, but we have to let you go.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: What?!

Dr. Gretchen: I'm sorry, but we overheard that you were experimenting on some of the inmates with your fear gas.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: Wasn't I allowed to use them?

Warden Sharpe: Not as test subjects for hallucinogens that might drive them to suicide.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: Why do you care? Your job is to make sure that these loons are locked up so that I can test on them.

Dr. Gretchen: Doctors are supposed to help the inmates, not terrorize them with your experiments.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: Well I can't be obliged to do whatever I like, so I'll just escort myself out.

Warden Sharpe: Unfortunately, we'll have to keep your equipment.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: What?!

Warden Sharpe: I will not permit you to continue your research on fear. The idea is both outrageous and immoral.

Dr. Jonathan Crane: You'll regret doing this Warden Sharpe.

Dr. Gretchen: In what matter do you mean?

Dr. Jonathan Crane: Why? Does the premature threat...Scare you?
