Atizonas POV

I run to the left as a bomb explodes to my right. I'm trying to take a breath in but smoke is filling my lungs. My eyes are filled with water making it hard to see. I'm searching for him, but can't see anything with this damn smoke. "TIM!"

No response.

I continue trudging on through the thick sludge in hopes of seeing some sort of life. The mud is up to my knees and I groan each time I yank my foot out to take another step. "Timothy!" . I continue to yell his name for what feels like hours. My throat is now raw and sore from the shouting.

Suddenly the sludge dissapears and I'm standing on sand. The sun is beaming down from the sky. I have to shield my eyes with my hand, and even then I'm squinting. Another explosion goes off in the distance. Then I see him walking towards me, he's shouting something but I cant hear him.

A piercing sound fills the air and a bullet goes straight through his chest. My hands cover my mouth at first instinct. His body drops to the ground.

I run and run, the sweat dripping down my face. When I reach him he is spluttering for air. "Arizona" his hushed low voice call's out for me.

I kneel down by his side my eyes filled with tears. The blood pours out of his wound, staining his army uniform. I push my hands down trying to stop it, but it's no use. His big blue eyes find mine. "Timmy, oh Timmy you're going to be fine" I say over and over, "You're going to be alright".

I scream out for help but all it does is echo through the desert, being swooped off by the wind. I hold his hand and stroke it softly with my thumb. He coughs and his blinking begins to slow like he is trying to keep them open.

His eyes look so deep into mine one last time before he takes his last breath and his eyes begin to glaze over. My Timmy. My big brother, my bestfriend, who used to play football in the backyard with me, who used to drive me anywhere I wanted, who told me I could do anything if I put my mind to it, who told me he supported me with my sexuality, my brother who's blonde hair gleamed under the sun, whos blue eyes and dimples brought joy into my life, the golden boy of the family,

Is gone.

I put my forehead to his and scream out as tears wash over me.

I jolt awake, my head resting on a tear soaked pillow. The covers kicked off the bed during my nightmare that I get every few weeks.

I sit at the edge of my bed, eyes wide and staring into space. I still haven't come to terms with Tim's death. I don't think I ever will. My hands are shaking like they normally do and I stand on wobbly legs.

I make my way to kitchen to grab a drink of water when I hear shouting from the hallway. I walk to my door and put my head against it trying to make out what is being said.

"Callie open the freaking door! I need to talk to you". Its Erica.

I look through the peep hole and the witch is leaning her shoulder against her door. I see some clothes thrown on the ground and my mind immeditley goes to Callie. I run to my bedroom and grab my phone that's resting on my bedside table.

Hey are you home? Your girlfriend is outside trying to get in. Are you alright? - Arizona.

Not a second later I get a reply,

I know. Something happened and I don't want to see her. Hoping she will just go away... Not likely though. -Callie

I frantically type,

Callie, Do you want me to get rid of her? - Arizona

I bite my nail waiting for a reply.

No! Don't go out there. This is my problem. I'll deal with it. -Callie.

Just a minute later I hear her door open. I hop over the couch not very elegently and scramble to the door, pushing my ear to it.

"Erica you need to leave, Right now. I told you I don't want to speak to you." Callies husky voice replies.

"Honey, I am sorry I don't know what I was thinking, you have to believe me. Then when I came home to this.. Callie I love you , and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I relise that now!" she pleads.

Whatever she did must of been bad because I hear Callie trying to slam the door in her face, but not succeding.

"Erica get your hand off of my door." Callie says with a hint of desperation.

"This is my house too." is the reply.

That's it.

I swing open my door and stand there frozen. Oh my god Arizona, what the hell where you thinking. My mouth's parted as if trying to say something but there's just silence.

"What do you want you skank?" Erica says and begins to walk over to me. She's much taller than I am and has to tilt her head down to look at me.

"Excuse me?" I hear from behind Erica. "If anyones the skank, It's you!" Callie says and moves to stand beside us.

I look up into her cold eyes and smirk a little. That ticks her off. In an instint she shoves me to the ground. Callie grabs her and pushes her against the wall, yelling something in Spanish. I get up and walk to her side.

The neighbours have began to pour out, to intrigued to stay behind their door's and listen. I grab Callies arm and begin to pull her into her apartment. She keeps yelling as I push her gently inside and close the door.

Her big brown eyes are filled with anger and tears. She collapses to ground in an emotional heap. Her sobs fill the apartment. I kneel down and try to sooth her by whispering "You'r fine, she doesn't deserve you" into her ear. I finally pry her up off the ground and bring her to the sofa. A sleepy looking cat is on the edge and jumps onto callies lap when she gets settled.

Callie cries into a pillow and I notice the bottle of wine on the coffee table. It's empty. It defenitley was a tough night.

I come back from the kitchen with a glass of water and sit next to her. Her dark curls are sticking to her face from the tears. I reach up and push them behind her ears. Then brown eyes slowly drift up to mine.

I feel a flutter in my stomach and my heart rate picks up. "Drink" I say and hold the glass up to her. She takes a few sips then sets it down on the table.

"Thanks for everything" she says with sniffle. I can't help but ask.

"What happened out there?"

Her eyes freeze and and body tenses. She leans her head back against the sofa and says "She screwed the receptionist."

I can't help but have a shocked look on my face but I quickly shake it off as a small tear falls down her cheek. "Oh.." I reply.

We sit in silence for a while until I hear her breathing even out. She's fallen asleep. I grab the blanket from the end of the sofa and lay it gently over her.

I quietly begin to get up and grab my phone off the table. I lean down and kiss her head, softly not to wake her. "I'm sorry this happened to you Calliope" I whisper.

I take one last look over my shoulder at the sleeping beauty and return to my apartment.
