I'm so sorry for the late update. I lost two friends and have hit a massive writers block. Not to mention work is for shit right now. Really starting to piss me off but I hope you all understand and don't hate me.
In this chapter we get moving on and I plan another two more chapters until we hit a turn in the story. I hope you all enjoy the happiness for a time before shit hits the fan!

Loki seemed just so sad, sitting in the garden by himself, dipping his fingers into the fish pond where the three of us try to catch the large fishes that live in it. Thor cheats because he has bigger hands than us. Loki's dark hair fell over his eyes as I walked near him, dressed in the dresses Frigga gave me. She loves to dress me up and to do my hair whenever I come here. She only has two sons so having me as a daughter has made her dream come ever closer.
"Loki, what's wrong?" I asked, poking him in the arm, kneeling next to him. A saw a faint smirk come across his face but that quickly went when he told me that Odin and Thor are gone for the day.
"Why would they leave you here then?" I asked him and Loki shrugged his shoulders.
"Because father doesn't see me as his son. His favorite is Thor." Loki said and I shook my head.
"That's a lie and you know it." Maybe it's because Thor is older and you know how these things go. The oldest son gets to be king and you Loki get to save his butt when he get's into trouble." I said and Loki smiled.
"Like always."
"Like always." I said and we just sat there for a while until I thought of a brilliant idea. "Loki, today is March 15th in my world right?"
"I believe so. Why?"
"Because I'm naming this day, Loki Day. On March 15th it's just you and me. We can do anything you want to do and Thor isn't allowed okay?" I asked him and Loki picked his head up, his eyes shining bright and a smile across his face grew wider.
"I think this may be better than my name day." Loki said and I gently shoved his shoulder.
"Oh, come on Loki, last year wasn't so bad. I did make Thor dress up and die didn't I?" I asked him and Loki burst out laughing. Last year on Loki's name day I made Thor play a bad guy so that Loki could save me, and kill Thor. Happiest day of his life.
"I remember that." Loki said and got up. It's strange how both Loki and Thor have been getting taller while I'm still small. It's not fair. I hate being short. "Alright. From this day on it will be called Loki day. And I know what we should do first." Loki said, taking my hand, and we ran off towards whatever Loki wanted to do.
And I was surprised. The first thing he wanted to go was to go into the kitchen, and make lunch using his magic. Ever since he discovered that he had the gift he's been reading up on spells and how to do things with it. It's really fun when he makes me float in the air whenever I have my wings out. This way I can practice and not worry about falling. Loki seemed so happy as I cheered him on as things floated about the room.
Once lunch was made we sat near the fireplace and ate, talking about Earth and how my life down below is. Loki seemed really angry when I tell him of the kids and how they chase me home. Loki said that when he and Thor are older, that they'll come to get me, taking me back here so that I can live here with them. I told him that's all I wanted since I came here. This place doesn't see me as a freak and it feels like the home I never had.
"Promise me that you'll come for me." I held out my pinky finger.
"I promise." Loki took my finger in his and we made the promise.
After we ate we went into the library so Loki could read up on more spells. We found a few, laughing when things began to fly off the shelf when he didn't get it right. It felt so normal to be around Loki while with Thor, it's always 'he has to be the hero', 'it's his way or no way', always.
Well...that's how it was before I came here.
Now that I'm here, kicking Thor to act his age and be an actual prince, he's gotten better. I always make sure that Loki has a say and his heard when Thor is back in his old ways. I almost prefer Loki to Thor some days but then, Loki can act really strange. He'll space out, act different, and just seems so cold. I worry about him because he's the brother I never had and I don't want to lose him.
I don't want to lose both of them.
"Come on, this way!" Loki said and I chased him down the hallways of the palace. Right as we turned the corner we ran into none other than Thor and Odin themselves.
"Well now, what have you two been up to while we were away?" Odin asked us as we came to a stop in front of them.
"Playing, as usual. Since Thor wasn't here I decided to name today Loki Day. I've been doing whatever Loki wanted to do today." I said and Odin has a small smile come across his face.
"What a wonderful idea." Odin said and turned to the dark-haired boy. "I'm sorry my boy, the council called me away and I wanted to give Thor a chance to see what he will be stepping into once he's a man." I gave Loki a told you so look and he rolled his eyes.
"It's alright. It's been really fun. We almost missed you Thor." I said and me and Loki laughed. Thor gave a pout and gave me a glare I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Now children, behave." Odin said and we stopped. "I'm off to see your mother Thor. Why don't you go and play? You've had enough for today I think." Odin said and Thor nodded his blond head.
"Alright father." Thor said and I waved Odin good-bye, the three of us walking away. Thor seemed quiet as we headed back to our spot in the garden. He seemed really...distant.
"Thor, are you alright?" I asked him as we sat down. Loki went off towards one of the fruit trees to get something for us. Thor didn't answer until Loki reached the tree, out of range from hearing us talk.
"Father and the council were talking to me today. About when I become king and everything." Thor said.
"So?"
"They said that I might have to start training soon, I mean, warrior training like the soldiers do. Loki too."
"Don't you and Loki already do that?" Thor shook his head.
"That's sword fighting, not real training. They say since we're old enough we could be put into classes with others. They said a king has to defend the kingdom when it calls for it."
"You mean you'll go to war?!" I said and Thor nodded his head. "But you can't! You're almost eleven years old! Loki's the same age as you!"
"Father says that I would've started sooner, with Loki too, but he...made an exception."
"What?"
"You came. Father didn't want to take you away from us so he allowed us to have a year together before Loki and I would start. You'll be able to visit us but we just won't have a lot of time together." Thor said and I kind of understood. It's like school but different.
"So, how long do we have left?"
"A few months left. Don't worry though, we'll still have fun together. We're friends forever!" Thor cheered and he almost sounded like me almost. I laughed and gently shoved Thor just as Loki came back, dropping fruit onto our laps.
I wonder what it will be like having Thor and Loki going into warrior training with other kids? I know they won't forget me but I guess I'll be fine. It'll feel weird but I just hope things will at least be the same.
I just have this feeling that something bad is going to happen.
