A/N: WOAH! An update. Also guess what? Im alive.(Sorry about the long wait...)
Unfortunately I STILL don't own Bleach. How disappointing is that?
Rukia snapped awake with a gasp, the scary movie that she had watch with Orihime last night was definitely the cause of this nightmare. Except the characters of the movie had been replaced with her friends and her Nii-sama, and that made it at least ten times scarier.
Despite knowing that it was just a nightmare, Rukia still had trouble pushing the worry about her friends and her Nii-sama to the back of her mind. So she swung her legs over the edge of her bed stood, making her way out of her room and to Byakuya's.
"Nii-sama?" Rukia slid the door to his room open and peeked inside noting the figure on the bed moving at the intrusion.
"Rukia, what are you doing?" the voice was not as smooth as usual and the question was not as sharp sounding as it would be if the clan head was fully awake. At this point Byakuya had sat up and was staring groggily at Rukia, who was still standing in the doorway.
"Uh" Rukia looked at her feet and began to fidget "I had a nightmare and-" She was cut off by the sound of movement and her brother sighing.
"Come here. You can sleep with me tonight" Rukia practically dove into the spot that was made for her, and was back asleep almost the moment she hit the bed. Byakuya smiled slightly as her kissed her hair "Goodnight, Rukia"
And the twenty-eight head of the Kuchiki clan could've sworn that the tiny girl he adopted from Rukongai was smiling as she slept peacefully next to him.
I personally don't like the ending of this one, it was really hard f or me to write for some reason, ANYWAY lemme know what you guys think.
