Timmy, Sam, Tucker, Cosmo, and Wanda reappeared in the fairy dungeon after their failed attempt to stop Lord K from resuming his control over Fairy World.

"Aw man, a dungeon, my third least favorite place to be." Tucker said in disappointment, but no one was paying attention to him.

"Cosmo, why didn't you tell anyone that you were the fairy who defeated Lord K?" Wanda demanded to know.

"I did?" Cosmo asked until he smiled with remembrance. "Oh yeah, I did. It's all coming back to me now…"

10 million years a-

"We already know what happened!" Sam shouted, interrupting his flashback.

"Hey, I was watching that!" Cosmo shouted in dismay.

Wanda then asked, "Where was I when this happened?"

"There's this whole side of me you know nothing about."

Timmy slapped his forehead in frustration, "Great, not only is there no way to stop Lord K, but there's no way outta-" Timmy stopped when he spotted something. "Wait!" he ran further into the dungeon and shouted when he spots, "Danny!"

"Danny?" Sam and Tucker repeated in surprise as they and the fairies follow Timmy to find him kneeling down by an unconscious Danny Fenton.

"What happened?" Sam asked, kneeling down by her friend in concern.

"Lord K did this." Timmy sadly realized. "He said he took a half-ghost to power his staff. He must've been talking about Danny."

"I'm sorry, Timmy." Wanda said sadly, trying to make Timmy feel better despite her dislike of ghosts.

But Timmy shook his head. "No, this is my fault."

"No, it's not, Timmy." Sam said, trying to comfort him.

"Yes, it is!" Timmy cried out in anger. "If I hadn't gotten in his way, none of this would be happening," he kneeled down toward the unconscious teen and spoke to him, "And I shouldn't have acted like a jerk to you even when I didn't know you were Danny Phantom. I'm so sorry."

Everyone stared at Timmy in sadness that no one noticed Danny put his hand on Timmy's shoulder. Timmy gasped in shock when he saw Danny slowly open his eyes and smile weakly.

"Apology accepted." Danny weakly responded to Timmy.

Timmy smiled widely. "Danny, you're alive!"

Danny rubbed Timmy's head affectionately, and Sam helped him up on his feet.

"You okay, dude?" Tucker asked his friend.

"Yeah, I think so." Danny answered, holding onto his chest like he felt a little pain.

A concerned Sam asked, "What happened to you?"

Danny answered, "Lord K took away my ghost half and is using it to power his staff so he can take over whatever this place is."

"He's unstoppable with your ghost half, Danny." Wanda told the teen.

Cosmo added, "Him and his bad-tasting lollipop are in more control of Fairy World than before."

Wanda continued pleading to Danny, "I always thought ghosts couldn't be trusted, but if you're really the hero Timmy says you are, we really need your help."

Seeing how much the ghost-hating creatures needed help, Danny narrowed his eyes and assured them, "Don't worry. I'll do whatever it takes to help you."

"How are you gonna do that?" Tucker asked.

Danny whispered back, "Still working on that."

Timmy then asked, "How are you gonna do that, Danny? I think it's pretty obvious that we're doomed."

Danny looked at him and assured, "No, we're not, Timmy."

"Yes, we are." Timmy retorted in frustration, "There is no powerful fairy hero and without your ghost half, you can't be Danny Phantom! There's nothing we can do now."

Timmy bowed his head in sadness, but Danny leaned down to Timmy's height and placed his hands on his shoulders. "Timmy, you can't let whatever Lord K said get to you. That's what I've learned over the past few months. Even if he took the powers that made me look like a hero, he didn't take the real thing that made me a hero."

Timmy looked at him puzzled. "What?" he asked, wondering what he meant.

"My friends." While Timmy looked surprised, Danny continued, "Sam and Tucker are what I always do my best to protect, even when I'm Danny Fenton; and right now, Cosmo and Wanda need you to be their hero: Timmy Turner. You think you can do it?"

Timmy smiled and nodded, and then he and Danny hugged. Sam smiled as she watched the two while Tucker sniffled. "Are you crying?" Sam asked Tucker with a smirk.

"What? No, I just have something in my eye." Tucker answered, rubbing what was actually a tear.

Danny stood up and held his fists. "Okay." He said, looking at his friends. "Timmy. Sam. Tucker. Cosmo. Wanda. Let's put Keef back in his place."

"Wait!" Tucker interrupted with a smile. "His name is Keef?"

Then he started laughing, followed by Cosmo, who started laughing, "Ha, ha, Keef!"

Timmy and Danny started laughing as well. "Ahem." Wanda said, interrupting them.

An unamused Sam suggested, "Maybe you should make fun of his name after we defeat him."

Danny finally calmed down and said, "Right. Okay, guys, let's…"

"…get heroic!" Timmy finished.
