Jake couldn't concentrate,he was too busy planning what he would love to do with Amanda,the girl who had hexed Luna,if it wasn't illegal,something to make her regret even thinking about bullying Luna. He hadn't told her,but he knew for a fact that it was Amanda who had stuck up the sticky note saying she hoped Luna really did die from childbirth. Once the exam was over,he stumbled out and found the very person he hoped to Vietullo. He tapped her on the shoulder and she turned around,frowning,before raising her eyebrows.

"Hey Jake,where's Luna?" asked Maria,her eyebrows were raised into her fringe at the absence of her best friend. Jake quickly told her the whole story,and when he finished,he noticed she had a thoughtful look on her face. "Jacob, just leave it to me. I've got an idea,the girl's name was Amanda,right? Well,I'll show her no one messes with Luna while I'm around. Trust me,and no questions,please" Maria tapped the side of her nose and walked off,laughing like an evil witch. Jake had no idea what she was planning,but he trusted her. After all,Maria was a Ravenclaw and that was the house of creativity and intelligence wasn't it?

A little while later,Maria strolled up to Amanda in the hallway,in clear view of everyone,who all stopped what they were doing to see the inevitable confrontation. "Amanda. You and I need to talk." She said casually. "Ugh,what do you want,Mudblood?" Snapped Amanda. That was a signal to Maria and she whipped out an axe."This." Amanda screamed and ran for her life.

She ran straight through a classroom door and jumped out the open window (It was a first floor one) Maria ran into the classroom and threw the axe out the window and screamed,"Here's Johnny!" The axe landed on Amanda's back,who gave a squeak of surprise,the impact didn't hurt her at all.

"It's not real,you dunderhead! Do you think I would risk going to Azkaban for the murder of you?! No! I won't! For Merlin's sake it's only cardboard! Now,here's one thing,no one messes with Luna,you got that? Good." Maria stalked off,leaving Amanda to slowly get up,burning from head to toe with rage,that Maria girl was really going to be sorry.

Luna was feeling dizzy,it had been almost thirty-seven hours and there was still not one baby. She had been administered a pain relieving potion to help with the pain,but now it worn off. Suddenly ,she felt something slip out from her. "It's a boy!" someone yelled,before the baby started bawling and Luna fainted from pure exhaustion.

"Are you sure my baby girl's okay? Look at her,the poor girl,she's gone so pale. She had a pair of babies when she wasn't much more than one herself" a worried voice whipered.

"Selena,I assure you,your daughter's fine,she might be sore,but then,that's natural,she had a caesarean section after all. Look,she still has a pulse." Someone was feeling along Luna's wrist.

"Luna? Luna,Sweetheart,can you hear me?" Someone was gently tapping her face. Luna opened her eyes to see her mother's blurry face. For a moment,Luna couldn't remember why she was there,all she could think about was that she was so tired and sore,before noticing the cradle next to her bed and remembering the what had happened nine months ago.

"Jake's coming in a few minutes." Mum said abruptly as Luna lifted the first baby out of the cradle and in the crook of her arm. Luna looked over her shoulder at her mother. "Why?" She asked in surprise. "Because he's the father."

Jake was very surprised when Professor Mcgonagall had taken him out of the common room and into her office,but not as surprised as he was when he saw his mother waiting for him. "Thank you, Minevra,come on,Jake,Luna might be still unconscious,the poor little thing,but the twins are definitely out." Mum said briskly.

"What? If we're going to see the twins,shouldn't Anthony come too?" asked Jake.

"Not yet,he's their uncle,but you're their father,that what the DNA tests say,anyway. Now come on! No more questions!" Mum grabbed some floo powder,threw it into the fireplace and shouted,"St Mungos!" then stepped in,dragging Jake,who was still trying to figure out how he was the twin's father,with her.

"So there's one of each gender?" asked Luna,looking down at both babies.

"Yes,the boy's the one with the brown hair,the girl has your hair." Mum explained.

"Selena? Are you in there?" called a voice.

"Yes,come in." Mum called back and a moment later,both Jake and his mother stepped inside.

"Did you name them?" asked Jake's mother.

"Brianna,Luna's only just come round! Do you expect her to think of names the moment she wakes up?" Mum laughed in amusement,then got up from Luna's bedside.

"Maybe we should leave you two to decide on name? You are their parents after all. Brianna,maybe we should give these two a little privacy?" suggested Mum. Jake's mother nodded and followed Mum out the cubicle. Jake sat next to Luna's bed and Luna passed him their new son.

"He looks just like his father." She murmured,adjusting her daughter in a more comfortable position. Jake looked over and grinned."And she looks just like her mother. What are we calling him?" asked Jake nodding towards the sleeping baby in his arms.

"Maybe something sounding upper-class?" offered Luna. Jake laughed.

"Prince Charles?" he joked.

"No,definitely not! How about Kendall?" Luna suggested.

"No,that makes him sound some kind of mint."Jake shook his head.

"Kevin?" he offered. Luna shook her head.

"Kadence?" she asked.

"Isn't that a girl's name?" asked Jake.

"No,I looked up some suggestions for names for a boy and Kadence was there. We can call him Kaden for short if you like." Luna offered.

"No,Kadence is fun to say,I think we'll keep it Kadence. What about this one,she's a girl,right?" asked Jake. Luna nodded.

"Chloe?" she suggested.

"Shouldn't we make the letters match,they are twins after all." Jake pointed out.

"I like Katie,maybe we could call her Katherine,but call her Katie for short?" Luna asked,

"Kadence and Katie,I like that." Jake nodded. Luna smiled.

"Welcome to the world,Kadence and Katie." she said softly.

There,that's the longest chapter I've written for this story,it's winding down,but I am planning a sequel,if you're interested,it's been long written in my llama notebook. This story is the improved version of a stupid drabble I wrote in my notebook during school. Massive thanks to my wonderful younger brother,for helping me with that scene with Maria chasing Amanda with a cardboard both died laughing when I told it,it was so funny! XD He suggested it,so all credit goes to him. He also came up with the twin's names,so that's another thing I'm thanking him for. On to the review!
