Hello, here is another one! If you have any questions what so ever please don't hesitate to ask.

Enjoy!

Wow.

That's was the only word Shanara could think of as she was left utterly dumbfounded when Dead Master had finished explaining her 'plan'. The ridiculousness of the plan edged itself further into her mind as she recalled the details one last time.

So, let me get this straight" Shanara started. 'You want us to 'distract' the Shiki while you go look for their leader, and then somehow manage to meet up with Black Gold Saw and the others, whose location we don't even know?"

"Yes" Dead Master replied with a straight face.

"… Fine…" replied Shanara, feeling she would regret her decision. With that, Dead Master closed her eyes and literally joined into the shadows, but not without giving us a final wink.

Shanara lets out a sigh as she walks looks around her. She counts around 10-12 Shiki around her and thinks as to how this is gonna work. Kayz already went to a different room and is probably having the same problem she's having. Shanara placed her left hand on her hip and her right beneath her chin, probably wondering as to exactly she was going to successfully distract 12 Shiki without botching the operation in the process. She knew it was exactly 11:58 a.m. How she knew that was a mystery to even her. Shanara suddenly had this really odd urge to just… look at them sleeping. She turned around and focused her sights on a medium built female. She wore a dark pink shirt a pair of blue jeans. Her eyes were closed but she was smiling ever so slightly. What Shanara didn't expect was her eyes to slowly open. Shanara gasped in surprise and accidentally fell on her rear. She didn't expect them to be up so soon. Two minutes past by so fast! Shanara looked around her only to notice that the other Shiki began to awake. She had to think fast.

Female Shiki POV

After a nice long rest my eyes started to finally flutter open. However, instead of darkness being there to greet me, I instead I find a pair of teal, turquoise colored eyes there to greet me. The figure seemed to be surprised and based on the thud I heard, I figured she fell. I rose up of the piece of wood I decided to be my place of rest. What I saw however would have made my heart stopped if it hadn't already been dead. The one think I noticed immediately was that she was not a human. The way we see is through shades of light and dark blue, effectively allowing us to have perfect night vision and if the figure on the floor had been human, her blood would have been smelled before I even awoke, not to mention I would have been able to see her veins.

Before I could retort the figure simply stood up and seemed to be in a state of panic. She then suddenly darted out the room leaving more the half of the rooms occupants with but a simple question: who the fuck was that?

Shanara's POV

Oh no. Oh no. Oh no! This was NOT part the plan, no not at all. Hell, I didn't even formulate one before they woke up and much less now.

I began to sprint as fast as I could back to where Kayz was, praying to whatever deity I could think of Kayz was a lot better than I was. Dashing through the dark, wooden corridors I found the room Kayz was in, or at least that's what I thought.

I began to turn the corner to her room but not before I accidentally head butted someone in the face. Landing on my rear once again, I stood up to and was about to help up the person I knocked down but not before noticing who the person was.

I gasped in shock and recoiled back as it was none other than the blue headed Nao. She looked up and had the same reaction I did, but minus the recoil. After staring at each other for a solid 15 seconds, I bent down to help her up. At this point the hallway that I had been running down from was filled with Shiki that were both confused and intrigued about who was in front of them. Me.

I extended my hand, palm out, and Nao took the prompt and took my hand as I pulled her up. I was about to say something but not before I felt a small piece of wood hit my head. I looked up only to see the wooden ceilings frame slowly begin to fracture and break apart. It didn't take a genius to figure out that something was about to fall directly on top of her. She thought of backing away fast, but before her body could move, she found herself out of the way of the object that was about to fall onto her. Instead, she was about 3 feet away from the factures and not a moment later…

CRASH!

The dust and smoke that had accumulated had been lifted up, cloaking whatever happened to fall. Approximately 7 seconds later, the object that caused the wooden ceiling to buckle and break but what none had expected.

Shanara's voice was but a whisper comprised of both surprise and joy as she spoke a simple word.

"Strength?"

Sorry bros/gals for making this chapter really short, but until I get more than just two reviews from the same guy I just can't find any inspiration to continue this story. 10 or more reviews would definitely help :D

Until then, Ciao

Sincerely,
