Though Maui would not usually possess this skill but due to his fame of stealing Te Fiti's heart from her grant him this skill. Te Fiti is a island goddess, thus Maui had step on her body to get to heart without waking her up.

Manaiakalani: the Fisher of Islands- A++ (Anti Fortress)
The famous fish hook of Maui, used to raise the island according to Hawaiian mythology. Act as both a weapon and a conduit for Maui's power.
Separating him from it can weaken him terribly. Maui can use a final attack that condense all his power into the fish hook turning it into a Broken Phantasm, he can use his once due to his other noble phantasm.
Moana: the Gift of Te Fiti's heart- A+ ( Anti Unit)
This noble phantasm can allow Maui to recreate Manaiakalani: the Fisher of Islands if it ever broke. As this can only be use once, Maui has to be very careful with its use.
Kala: the Primordial Pyre- A ( Anti Army)
In his legend Maui was able to catch the sun-Kala and was credit with granting human fire. This grant Maui complete immunity to fire or Solar base power, this also allow him to wield it without the World interference.

A/N: And finish. As you all can see I did not just take Maui's power and stat from the Disney one as it was quite limited. I took some from his mythology as unlike some of the other, Maui myth and Disney Maui are very different in power wise, so I merge them into one being.
