The other pirates swung across and I felt a hand close over my mouth as I was being dragged backwards. It was Barbosa. I clenched up my arm and thrust my elbow into his groin. He immediately let go. A large groan escaped his lips as he sputtered angrily in my direction.

I saw Elizabeth and Will embrace. It had obviously been a long time. I snorted as I turned to face the aching captain, I could feel Elizabeth's glare on the back of my head.

I turned back around after having a good laugh, and called my crew to board as well. In thirty seconds they were flanking me as I marched towards William.

"I am going to make this short, since the more time we waste the closer they get. We need your help Willam, to stop an enemy before it arrives." I said, businesslike, nailed it.

He turned, his brow furrowed, "What enemy?"

"Pirate hunters, I do not know their official name." I replied.

"Why would I help you, I see no immediate threat, except to a Northerner." He replied, voice low, he had obviously been filled in on my status

"Once they finish off the pirate Lords of the North, they will come for the South." And for added effect I glanced to Elizabeth.

"We will be in the North?" He asked, his eyes flicking between me and her.

I snorted, I knew his question, "Your crew will survive the cold, they have before." I paused, "So are you with us?"

He nodded, and that's all it took. I turned, walked to the edge of the ship. Grabbed my rope and swung back across. The Dutchman was on our side.

"Don't look so down, we will be entering Northern waters soon Jora." Barbosa said, his voice snide.

I glanced up at him, I could see the frustration in his eyes as I placed my hands behind my head. I had been lounging since we had started off. The Flying Dutchman next to the ship. I yawned, smiling slightly. My eyes half closed for added effect.

I giggled, "I do not feel down. I am glad for this long needed rest."

He growled, he didn't like that I wasn't helping the crew at all. He had seen me move a few times since we had set out two weeks prior. The wind was beginning to chill and I was frustrated with the fact that we had left most of our clothing on the Black Storm. Who, despite a bad storm that happened last night, was still following. Just out of sight.

"Jora, please." He replied, spitting onto the deck of the ship, "At least keep a lookout for the ships you so speak of."

I chuckled softly, "They only come out at night."

He nodded, "Then get your people ready. They are hunting you before they are hunting us." He paused, watching my discomfort, "Since you are the last of the great pirate Lords of the North."

I sputtered slightly, he had hit a nerve and Anette held me back as I tried to follow after him. He shouldn't speak of the deceased. Especially those who beat him.

I scanned the water, the air was chilled the occasional ice chunk floated by. The water was dark, and the waves were normal. The moon shone bright as I scanned the water. I had become increasingly uncomfortable the past few days. As the sun began to set earlier and earlier. We had entered the North waters. And with that, the domain of my people, and their hunters.

I startled when Anette set her hand on my shoulder, and I almost laughed out loud at how tense I was.

She glanced around, checking for anyone on the main deck who would overhear,"Any news from the ship?"

I shook my head, pursing my lips. I had not caught wind of them for the past three days, and I was worried if they had fallen victim to the hunters. We would have heard cannon fire, but then again. I had never heard of a loud attack. That's why they attacked at night, when the darkness calmed the mind. And sent sailors to bed. I glanced back down at the waves. Catching sight of something odd.

A piece of ice sat about three inches above the water. And it looked no bigger than a biscuit. But if it was what I thought is was, we were in trouble.

I gripped the side ladder tightly in hand as I lowered myself barely above the dark water. It lapped at my boots and chilled my toes. I looked hard at the piece of ice, as I realized it wasn't floating. It was stationary and fear gripped my stomach with it's icy clutches.

I rushed back up the ladder and I could barely contain myself as I jumped to the poop deck. Interrupting the small chat of Barbossa and Elizabeth.

"We need to turn, right now!" I puffed, watching as the small bread-like piece of ice get closer.

Elizabeth sneered slightly, "It is a small ice chunk, for a Northerner you are quite scared of ice."

I glared her way, snarling as I replied, "It's a burg, and we are about to hit it."

With that I felt the ship creek and cracking start. The whole ship shuddered violently as I gripped the railing. The front of the ship rose out of the water, and I clung to the railing like a child. I could feel the snapping of the underbelly of the Black Pearl as we slid up onto the ice. Looking down I could see the creamy blue white of the burg beneath us. We straightened out, and I released my arms from their death grip on the railing. We were lucky to have landed on top of it, and not just knock a corner. We would have been tossed into the icy water below.
