Rose Point of view

He finally admitted his feelings for me!, I am over the moon right now. It's been one week since the incredible birthday party Adrian threw me. One week ago since Dimitri declared his love for me once again. We have tried to keep our distance until I could tell Adrian that I didn't want to be with him. Dimitri wanted me to tell him the day of the party but I told him I wasn't going to destroy the little happiness he had. The council has concluded that they had enough proof that Dimitri wasn't a Strigoi and they gave him, his guardian title back and gave him a new charge Christian Ozera, could you believe it? The one who's parents turned Strigoi. That was more time that I would spent having him around. Before I could even tell Liss about Dimitri and I, I had to break up with Adrian, it only seemed fair. So today was the day that I would tell Adrian that I couldn't be with him. I called him and told him to meet me at his place that we needed a serious talk.

I walked to his condo, I was about to knock on the door but I was suprised as he opened.

"Babe" Adrian said as he leaned in to kiss me as I responded to a tap kiss.

Adrian led me deeper into his place. Since we started dating we haven't been here alone. Adrian lead me to the living room and he took the sofa first.

"What did you want to talk about little Dhampir?" Adrian asked me.

" I can't be with you any more. I'm done" I said as I started to walk away but he quickly grabbed me .

"What do you mean you done?" Adran asked as his voice suddenly got low.

I faced him face to face and saw just sadness.

"I'm done with this I can't be with you, I don't love you. You deserve someone better than me" I said as once again I tried to leave.

" I don't want someone else I want you" Adrian said as his voice weaken.

"Rose look at me at least" Adrian said and this time it wasnt his voice.

He was using compulsion.

My body suddenly turned to him and I was once again looking at his eyes.

"You won't break up with me" Adrian said again with his compulsion voice as he walked to me.

I wanted to say no but my mind was going the way the compulsion wanted it to do. I thought I would be immune to being compled since I'm a Shadowkiss.

"Why is he doing this" I thought to myself.

" I want you to forget we ever had this conversation. You'll remember that you had the greatest time in your life with all the people you must love at the party. Your mine and no one else. After the party you spent the night with me" Adrian said once again.

I suddenly forgot the conversation we had, the only thing last remember was the party and me spending the night with Adrian. Adrian smiled at me and I returned the smile back. Adrian kissed me and I responded back not with full force like he did. Our little makeout session was soon becoming heated that Adrian pulled away.

" Let's go to Lissa, my shift almost starts" I told him as I kissed him.

Today Lissa would be in her office gods knows doing what. It was heavy guarded by my team of royal guards. We where missing two more people to make the team completed, but the council are waiting until two guardians from Russia graduate. We made it to Lissa's office and saw she was in company of Christian and his new guardian Dimitri Belikov. Dimitri looked at me with so much love, but I rolled my eyes at him. Dimitri suddenly turned cold again as if I hurt him.

" Wasn't he mad at me?" I thought to myself as I walked to Lissa.

"Hey" I said to Lissa.

Lissa turned around the face me and her smile quickly disappear.

" Who compelled you?" Lissa asked me as she looked at my eyes.

" What are you talking about?" I asked her back confused.

" You heard me, someone compelled you. Your aurora is dark blue and that only means compulsion" Lissa said as she suddenly got me in her head.

I looked at my body as my eyes were light yellowish. I looked at my aurora and saw the hint of dark blue in there and some darkness. I quickly went back to my head.

" I don't know who did it, plus if I'm a shadowkissed aren't I suppose to be immune to it?" I asked Lissa.

" Your not immune to it if a Spirit User does it" Lissa said and suddenly turned to Adrian.

" Let's see what she remembers, Roza what do you remember from your party?" Dimitri asked.

I tried not to look into his eyes because I knew I would melt like ice. I put my guardian mask on so I could be able to look at him.

" who asked him to talk" I thought to myself.

" the only thing I remember is that I had a blast with my friends and family, I spent the night with Adrian" I said to him then I turned to Adrian and he nodded.

Dimitri's face suddenly turned paler and sad. He looked at me like if I should have known something that I didn't.

"What is his problem?" I thought to myself.

"You! Why?" Lissa asked Adrian .

I turned my attention to Adrian as she looked at me as if he didn't know what she was referring to.

"Me what?" Adrian asked.

" Rose can only be compelled by Spirit Users, your the only Spirit User we know" Lissa said as her voice was raising.

" Liss you know my compulsion isn't as strong" Adrian stutter.

" A Spirit User's compulsion to a Shadowkissed doesn't have to be strong to be able to work" Lissa said aggravated.

I came up to her and placed my hands on her.

" Liss calm down" I told her.

Lissa ignored me she touched my hands and I quickly remember everything. I fell to the ground holding my head at how fast the event were coming back. Lissa walked passed me and looked at Adrian in the eyes. Christian and Dimitri just stood their quite and watching. Dimitri looked like he wanted to punch Adrian.

" Did you compel Rose?" Lissa asked looking at Adrian eyes but with a different tone in her voice.

Compulsion.

"Yes she wanted to break up with me and I couldn't have her leave me. She is meant to be with me" Adrian said.

"Why would you do that, Adrian if she wanted to break up with you then you have to accept it. Rose broke up with you and you'll cope with it. Leave" Lissa said to him and he walked out.

Dimitri helped me up as I couldn't believe what Adrian had done. Lissa turned to me and smiled.

" Well okay then..." Christian said as he got up from his seat and wrapped his arms around Lissa.

I felt so calm being in Dimitri's arms once again. Dimitri looked at me with those adorable eyes that would melt me to the ground.

" So you guys are a thing now?" Christian asked.

Dimitri and I looked at each other as we were sending each other messages like should we tell them. Dimitri looked at Christian and Lissa.

" We're a thing, if you allow us Vasilissa" Dimitri said.

Lissa actually laughed a little.

" First call me Lissa, I'm fine with you guy's together. You guys deserve your happy ever after" Lissa smiled.

"Heck yeah we do" I said with a laugh as I hugged Comrade.

We all parted when we heard a knock on the door.

"Come in" Lissa said.

A guardian walked in and instantly bowed at Lissa.

"Hello my Queen" he said as he got up.

" I have come with a message from the guardian council, your last two guardians are on their way. They just graduated. Here are their names" he said and handed her a envelope.

He quickly bowed once again and left. I walked to where Lissa was as she was opening the envelope that contained the names of Lissa's final guardians that would complete the royal guard. When I saw the names I instantly smiled. The letter said.

Dear Queen Vasilissa,

Your six guardian is Nikolai Kvmeng and your seven guardian Viktoria Belikov... They will arrive in two days

Lissa and I looked at each other surprised at the name. Dimitri's younger sister would be Lissa's seventh guardian.

"This should be good" I said as Lissa and I laughed.

This will be a last chapter for a while because I have Regents (Finals) for one week. The next update will be the 26th or maybe sooner...
