Bella's Pov

By the time the weekend came I decided to instead of causing problems with Edward I would just ask him and hope for the best. I found him in his…our room

"Edward…is it okay if I go and visit my sisters?" I asked him in the sweetest voice I could make, Edward looked at me suspiciously but then nodded, "thanks" I said. He walked past me not saying a word and went into his father's study.

I quickly drove back to Charlie's house hoping Alice would be there and not with Jasper for at least a moment. When I got there Alice was there…and so was Jasper.

"Hey Alice can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked without saying hello first. Alice rolled her eyes, "Hello to you too" she muttered, "HI, talk now please" I made my voice desperate but she came into the kitchen with me.

"What's wrong?" she asked worried now, "What did you see with the murders?" I whispered hoping jasper couldn't hear us. Alice froze and started to stutter, "W-What murders? What are you talking about?"

I rolled my eyes this time, "Edward told me everything Alice now spill" I lied, she sighed and told me everything, "12 humans were killed a few weeks ago and just 2 weeks back 12 origins went camping and never came back…and Carlisle thinks that the next to be taken might be the next generation of mates" I stayed quiet and didn't speak letting it all in.

"Edward didn't send you did he" Alice pursed her lips as I shook my head and I heard her curse under her breath, she grabbed my shoulders and shook me making me look up at her, "you can't tell anyone, okay, anyone, I haven't even told Jasper about what Carlisle said" I nodded "I have to get back" I told her and she nodded, "Bye jasper" I said quickly as I left not hearing his responds.

I drove back to Edward's house and went upstairs without talking to anyone; I lay down on the bed and decided to take a nap hoping it would ease my mind.

I felt shaking and realized that my nap was over; I opened my eyes and saw Edward sitting next to me on the bed. I was lying on his chest…and I didn't move.

"I'm sorry if I woke you" I heard Edward's voice tell me, I lifted myself off his chest and fell onto my pillow, "doesn't matter, I have to study for school anyway" I told him but made no move to get out of bed.

After a few moments of silence "thought you were going to study" he teased me, I cracked a smile, "well you thought wrong" I teased back ad looked at his face, "you look stress" I spoke before I could think it.

He turned to me, his green eyes met mine, and "I am…if only I could tell you…"he stopped talking after that and looked away from me, "tell me I whispered.

He looked back at me and let out a heavy sigh, "I'm sorry but until I turn 21 and become leader I can't"

I nodded, "I understand, but if you ever need me I'm here you know" after receiving no answer I turned my back to him and went into the bathroom to take a shower.

"NO! Bella you have to focus….again" Riley yelled at me, were back at the clearing and he's still teaching me black magic.

I closed my eyes and concentrated into my mind and spirit to get my power, "I'm sorry Riley I can't" I whined.

I looked up at riley as he crouched down to how I sat on the ground, "Bella, it's almost time you i nodded and he stood back up "but once I leave for college I won't be stuck here any longer" I spoke before he could and I too stood up to his level.

He turned back to me and laughed, "you're serious" he continued to laugh and it just made me angry, "Bella, you are mated to the next leader of this god forsaken place, there not just going to let you walk out of here just like that" he laughed a little longer, "sure they might let you take classes at the community college here but…no Bella. If you want to leave here then you have to do black magic in order to show them who Isabella Swan really is"

I took in what he said and realized he was right, 'okay" I sighed in defeat, he let a smirk creep on his face, "Okay…again"

I sat back down and concentrated on putting a curse on the doll, "Purger l'interieur, éteindre la lumiere dans cette font"

I looked down and saw that the doll looked the same as it did a second ago…but I felt the evil within the object. Riley's laugh startled me as he rubbed my back, "that ah girl"

"You're strong Bella…remember that" he told me and this time…I believed him.
