A/N: I'm sorry for the wait but here is the next chapter!

For the next four months I tried to piece together my forgotten life. I continued to have dreams about the past, but it was fragmented. The most important piece though, was watching Namonia kill my siblings and cousins, leaving myself and Juro alive. I didn't tell anyone else about my memories, only that I was working out who Juro was exactly. Morgan calmed down with his excessive training and Setsuko took over Billy's role as our technician. School ended and the summer passed rather slowly. We took the time we weren't in classes to train more. I started teaching each other them simple jutsu in relation to their element. Adam was difficult, because Thunder wasn't exactly an elemental chakra. But I managed to help him alter a few lightening jutsu for his use. He and Sam were able to combine their powers and create another justu. It brought about a thunder storm, and when Morgan and Kendra joined in, they created a perfect storm.

Once everyone was able to finally get complete control over their element, I brought up the idea of cross training them. But the process would be slow because as August rolled in school started again. It still did not make sense to me why children in this world spent thirteen years minimum in school before actually going to work. I didn't argue, and continued to attend their school without complaint in order to fit in. But I would have rather spend my time training and finishing this battle.

The first week of the new school year was over. The busy nature of school was starting to set in again but that didn't stop the attacks against the city. We hadn't even set our bags down before the alarms went off on Friday afternoon. We dropped our bags and immediately teleported to the attack scene. There wasn't a monster there; just Drake, Juro, and a bunch of zamas attacking the shopping center. It seemed that all of the civilians had evacuated already which meant that we could jump straight into the fight. Kendra and Adam went after Drake, while Jordan, Morgan, and Sam took on the zamas. That left me against Juro but I wasn't complaining in the least.

Juro attacked me with everything he had, and I recognized many of the moves as sloppy knock offs of the ones I had been taught while being a goddess. They were all fire style and unfortunately for him I knew their weaknesses better than he did. As he threw a fireball at me I blocked it with a wall of ice before jumping over it and shooting bullets of ice out of my mouth. Juro wasn't fast enough to block them and I didn't give him time to recover before I sent spikes of ice at him. But they were blocked by a wall of fire. This was much stronger than the fire jutsu that Juro was using. Before I knew it I was being attacked by another ranger. It was a female and her suit was purple, indicating that she held the purple gem.

Juro backed off as this new ranger attacked, throwing both light and dark attacks at me. I did my best to block them with my ice, but it was like she could read my mind. One of her attacks caught me off guard and tossed me back. I looked over to where Adam and Kendra had been fighting Drake. Kendra was fighting another ranger as well, one in a white suit; he must have been the one to put up the wall of fire. My attention was brought back to the purple ranger before I could analyze Kendra's battle. The ranger and Juro stood above me, Juro's face twisted in a sadistic smirk.

"I've always wondered why she let you live. No matter, you won't survive this day" Juro stated as he raised his sword above his head, angling it down towards me. I glared at him as he started to thrust the sword down. The purple ranger made no move to stop him, but I heard a voice in my head telling me to fight back. As the sword drew closer I quickly made hand signs before my body was cocooned in a mound of earth. I powered down from my ranger suit and lined the side of the mound with my detonating clay. I pumped some of my chakra into the clay and earth before hiding myself into the earth. As the mound exploded I popped up from the earth, closer to where Sam Jordan, and Morgan had just finished the zamas off. I quickly morphed again and waited for the smoke to clear. When it did, Juro and the purple ranger were on the ground. The purple ranger's suit was starting to fail and the white ranger was trying to get past Kendra to get to her. But Kendra was putting up a good fight. Adam was helping her since Drake had fled.

The suit finally failed and laying on the ground next to Juro was a teenage girl I had seen often. The brunette was in many of her classes last year and a few this year. Finally the white ranger broke through Kendra and Adam's defenses and teleported away from the battle with Juro and the girl. The team teleported back to the house and gathered in the living room.

"So those two hold the last two gems" Sam acknowledged after everyone was sitting. I nodded, thinking about Juro and the girl.

"That was weird. The white one went after Kendra specifically." Adam said, which Kendra confirmed. I stopped listening as I tried to place a name to the face I had seen.

"Kimi?" I heard Kendra ask after a few minutes. I looked up at her briefly before I stood up. I grabbed the year book that Aisha insisted I got last year from my room. I flipped through the pages as I walked back into the living room.

"We were just saying that they are probably new here" Morgan said as he saw the book I was holding. I didn't even look up at him as I scanned through the pictures of students.

"No, at least not both of them" I said as I found the picture I was looking for. I held it up to for them to see, putting my finger right below her picture.

"You remembered her from the year book?" Jordan asked looking at the picture. I gave a short laugh and shook my head.

"She was in a lot of my classes last year. And she's in a few of mine this year. Her name is Sotiria but if I'm correct she prefers Terry or Tiria." I told them looking at the picture again.

"I remember her, she was always so quiet, but she was really sweet. She always seemed to know what people were thinking and tried to help them through whatever issues they had" Setsuko stated, looking over at the picture.

"She may actually be able to read people's minds. She could read my movements like it was nothing, and the only few people who can do that are those that possess special kekkei genkai. She didn't look like an Uchiha or a Hyuuga so the only other explanation is that she can read minds." I explained looking around at them.

"Kekkei genkai?" Adam asked curiously.

"Special abilities that are passed through clans. For instance, the Hyuuga clan have special eyes, known as the Byakugan, that allow them to see through solid objects, the chakra circulatory system and see in a larger field span than a regular person. A Hyuuga is easy to pick out because their eyes lack pupils. The Uchiha clan also have special eyes, the Sharingan, that allow them to do various things. Most notably is the ability to cast their enemy into a genjutsu with a mere look into their eyes. It can also copy the movements of others and make it seem like they can predict the future by tricking their opponent to copy their own movements. But it can do so much more than that. The stronger the Sharingan, the more powerful things the user can do. There are three known forms of the Sharingan but most Uchihas do not possess anything more than the fully formed first form." I paused and looked up at Kendra briefly. "I believe that Kendra is a member of the Uchiha clan."

"How can you be so sure?" Kendra asked as everyone else stared at her. I picked up a piece of paper and drew a picture of the typical Sharingan.

"You look like an Uchiha, black hair and black eyes. Your body build is similar to many of the Uchiha women I've met, and the way you fight is similar indicates that you have the Sharingan." I held up the picture and showed it to her. "It looks like this, a red eye with three black tomes that spin. This is a fully formed Sharingan."

"It looks like what your eyes do" Setsuko stated, looking at the picture. "I'd always wondered what it was called."

"So…you can find my family then?" Kendra asked hopefully. That made me curious.

"Kendra and I, along with my older sister Mitsuko were taken from our families when we were babies. There was this organization that took orphaned children and turned them into super soldiers. It started about fifty or sixty years ago and has gradually spread all across the galaxy to bring in more children. In order for them to bring in more children to build their army up they started kidnapping children. They took children from strong families and races." Setsuko explained quietly.

"That makes sense. A man I know from Konoha where the Uchiha clan lived, told me that in one night a group of children had disappeared and no one could figure out how. The Uchiha clan head lost two of his children, a set of baby twins. That same night, the two daughters of the Fourth Hokage and his wife also went missing, one was an infant and the other was barely a year old. A member of another clan, the Yamanakas, also lost their four year old son." I replied, remembering the story Itachi told me of the night his little brother and sister were kidnapped. "It is possible that you two and your older sister are three of those missing children."

"Getting back on track, we must figure out why these two are against us. I can't imagine they would want to actually take over the world. If they did I wonder why the gems would choose them." Adam chipped in trying to refocus the group.

"It could be for many reasons. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is try to understand why they are on the other side and work to convince them to switch sides. And we need to identify the white ranger" Sam spoke up, for the first time throughout the conversation.

"Sam's right, we can't do anything until we know who he is" Kendra agreed.

"On the other hand, I believe we've meet everyone who is on Namonia's side. She isn't strong enough to get out of her prison yet, but having so many people on her side is going to help her gain the needed energy. And If I had to guess, eventually she's going to try to find one of the remaining Uchiha to help complete her plan" I stated looking at everyone.

"Why do you say that?" Jordan asked, obviously uncomfortable with the thought of Namonia getting stronger.

"Because it was an Uchiha who first weakened the seal on her prison. If it hadn't been for that incident, there would have been no way for her to be here" I replied, thoughts of every Uchiha still alive that could be forced to help Namonia running through my mind. First and foremost in my mind was Kendra. I made a silent promise to myself that I would not let anyone get their hands on her. And I would find a way to confirm that Kendra was Itachi's little sister. I would help my new friends find their peace in knowing where and who they came from.

"Alright I think that's enough for today. Let's focus on trying to figure out who the white ranger is and then we will go from there" Adam said, dismissing the situation. Looking down at the time, I realized that he had to go teach a class soon. I nodded at him as he stood up. I followed suit and closed the year book once again. I was tired again, like I had been for the last four months. I knew that everyone else had noticed, but I still couldn't place what exactly was wrong with me.

"Hey Kimi?" I heard Morgan call as I started walking back to my room. I turned to see everyone staring at me worriedly. I sighed, knowing where this was heading.

"Yes?" I asked, acting as if I didn't know what they were going to ask.

"You told me once that you knew more about teamwork than I did. I was wondering if you could explain that more" Morgan said, his voice strong but his face betrayed that strength. I sat the yearbook down on the desk near the hallway and walked back over to the couch I had been sitting on.

"In my world when a student graduates the academy they are placed on a three man team with a sensei or a teacher if you would prefer. Most students graduate when they are about twelve but I graduated when I was seven. Usually after becoming Genin, low ranked ninja, a team will take on simple and often stupid missions until they pass the Chunin exams. The exams are hard to pass and are set up so that those who are not ready to be Chunin cannot pass. They're held twice a year, and often in different villages. Depending on what villages are allied some villages don't allow ninja from other villages to participate. Each village sets them up differently, and each exam is different. There are usually three exams, one to measure intelligence and the ability to be sneaky, one to measure survival skills, and one to measure strategy and leadership. My team and I were barely together for a few months before we were sent to the Chunin exams, that year they had been held in our own village. We passed it on the first try and were all promoted to Chunin, we were the first team in Iwa history to ever pass together. Usually one or two would pass, or none of them would. People used to state that it was because of my relation to the Tsuchikage that we succeeded the way we did. When I turned eight I was promoted to Jonin and asked to become a member of the ANBU. My grandfather decided to make a special team out of my own and another ANBU team. We were the first and only six man cell, and our main goal was to track and take down high ranked threats to the village. That meant any S-class criminals or other rogue ninja who posed a threat to the village. Being on this team meant that I would eventually have to go after my own brother. Deidara abandoned the village the same year that I was placed on the special ANBU team, under my grandfather's orders. For three years the six of us did as we were told, taking out threats and keeping our village safe." I stated, not looking at any of them.

"That's harsh, why would anyone put themselves through that?" Jordan asked as my story sunk in. I smirked.

"Why do your people enlist in the military? Is it not to protect this country?" I asked, knowing how he felt about the military. "We become ninja because we want to protect our home and our loved ones. My sister and I were kidnapped when I was five and she was three, by a group of bandits working for a rogue ninja that wanted to kill my father and grandfather. When my father got word about our abduction he told my clan not to go after us. My grandfather disagreed, and having the higher position gave my brother's team a search and rescue mission. I didn't know it at the time, all I knew was that my sister and I were in danger. My sister could barely walk, let alone fight off a group of bandits. When it got dark I hid my sister. I managed to sneak a knife off one of the bandits and waited until they had let their guard down. I managed to take three of them down before they realized what had happened. They barely had time to react though because as I took down a fourth, my brother's team arrived. My brother and his team finished them off before carrying my sister and I back to the village. It was that night that I realized why I wanted to become a ninja. To protect those who couldn't."

"So your grandfather is this Sukikage?" Kendra asked looking at me curiously.

"He is the Tsuchikage yes," I corrected.

"Why did he only send you here and not your entire team?" Kendra went on ignoring my correction. My eyes darkened as I thought back to what had happened.

"When I was eleven my grandfather realized he needed a way to get inside information from a group called the Akatsuki. I have a unique ability, one that we knew from my brother they would want. I would be able to communicate with my grandfather easier than my brother had been able to. Members from various clans in the village had started planning a coup d'état, though it wasn't a very good secret. Grandfather decided to kill two birds with one stone. I was tasked with ridding the village of those who had been part of the plan for the coup and as a result I would be deemed an S-class rogue ninja. So one night after returning home from a mission that ended badly, I donned my ANBU uniform and carried out my mission. In total I killed about forty ninja, ten of which came from my own clan." I paused, thinking back to that night. Seeing my baby cousin walk in on me killing the council, his father, and mine with such a horror struck face. I wanted to cry then and there, but I had a job to do.

"But how does that get you here?" Aisha asked curiously. I wasn't aware she had walked in but I looked at her with a sad smile.

"And how could they know it was you who killed all those people?" Jordan asked.

"My cousin walked in on me killing the clan council. His father and my father were there as well and I was forced to kill his father in front of him. By the time he came out of his shock I had already left the village. Regardless of him seeing me, I had left my calling card all over the crime scenes. We didn't want it to look like it was planned, but my grandfather needed a way to identify me as the one who had done it. The Akatsuki sought me out almost immediately after that. They spent a year teaching me all of their fighting styles, when they realized that I was Deidara's sister. They were preparing me for this mission." I paused and took a deep breathe. "Their leader had been manipulated by another goddess, Kaguya, who had teamed up with Namonia to get out of their prisons. The leader of the organization believed that these gems would help fight against the two if they were ever to get free. They decided to send me here to gather the gems while they attempted to counter everything they have done already to free Kaguya." I finished, taking a deep breath again.

"That's terrible. I'm sorry that you had to deal with all of that. Will you be welcomed back to the village when this is all over?" Aisha asked pulling me into a hug.

"Probably not. But that's alright, I'll find something to do" I stated pulling away from her.

"Why not? They could easily explain the coup d'état" Setsuko replied.

"Because that wasn't the only thing I was charged with." I retaliated looking down at the floor. "Ninja code states to finish a mission no matter what. The mission I was on before I had to kill everyone ended with four of my five teammates dead and the other severely injured. After I had left the village I was placed in the Bingo book and under the lists of charges were the murders of my four teammates. The one who survived, Kyo Nakamura, was also in the plan for the coup, and after hearing what I had done he accused me of betraying my team. He's alive because of me but many ninja believed him."

"So even if you were to try to return you wouldn't be welcomed?" Morgan clarified.

"I'd likely be put on trial and sentenced to death, being the granddaughter of the Tsuchikage couldn't protect me from that. Again I'll likely just find something else to do." I replied not looking at any of them. Before they could ask any more questions I stood up again to walk to my room but before I could I felt extremely week. Before I could comprehend what had happened, my vision went black and my mind was foggy.
