Author's Note: Hey yall! I actually managed to upload two days in a row! I'm determined to finish what I started. So, here is another one for the books. Enjoy!

Forrest's POV

Forrest sat back on the grass and let out a giant belch. His mother gave him a sharp look and he quickly excused himself. They had just finished a small lunch and now Forrest felt like taking a nice nap in the sun. He and Ferio hadn't said much to each other during the course of their meal. He honestly didn't want to talk to Ferio at all. He was still sore from Ferio taking all the credit from him. Instead, he chatted to his mother. She had had no luck in finding Fuu either. Ferio had quietly murmured the same. Forrest had noticed his cousin was in deep thought. He wondered what Ferio could be thinking about.

"Probably about Fuu" a small voice whispered in the wind.

Forrest shook his head and gazed up at the sky. His dark, amber eyes lazily roamed the passing clouds. He started to close his eyes as he basked in the warmth of the sunlight filtering through the trees.

"Alright! Let's keep searching. It's a big forest so she has to be out there somewhere!" Forrest's eyes shot open at his mother's sudden outburst. Sighing, he stood up and stretched out his muscled arms. Bidding his mother and Ferio farewell, he sauntered back into the depths of the forest.

Ferio's POV

Ferio felt drained and exhausted. He had been walking non-stop in search for Fuu. That girl, I swear, when I find her, I'm putting a bell on her so that I don't lose her again! He continued walking, all the while raging at Fuu's lack of direction.

A sudden, soft melody wafted from the trees. He stopped to listen to the hauntingly, beautiful notes that drifted around him. His eyelids felt heavy making him want to lie down right there and sleep for eternity. The music was enticing and Ferio couldn't help but hum along. He was extremely off-key, breaking the spell the music had on him. He snapped back to reality and shook his head violently. Stay focused! Ferio forced himself to continue walking until a figure stood in his way.

"Well done, Ferio. You have finished the fourth task. Just three more to go" Fuu said before walking off again. He wanted to follow her, but somehow, he now knew he couldn't fail whatever test this was. He sighed and went on his way, singing off-key to pass the time.

Forrest's POV

Forrest rubbed his tired eyes. That melody had made him terribly sleepy. If it hadn't been for Ferio's awful voice, he would have been out cold. He had successfully completed another task, according to Fuu. He now tried preparing himself for the next "task", or whatever was going on. He didn't know why he was being tested or how it involved Fuu. What he did know, however, was that he couldn't lose.

His thoughts slowly drifted to the blonde Wind Knight and he was suddenly surprised to see her conversing quietly with Ferio. Is he being tested too? Forrest watched as Ferio brought Fuu into his embrace and capture her pink lips. Forrest's chest twisted with jealousy. What is this?! Forrest fumed as he started walking towards them. He saw them pull apart and Fuu's face was filled with blissful love. He stopped in his tracks at her broad smile. Forrest couldn't bring himself to disturb those feelings. He knew, deep down, he would be content with her being happy if she always smiled like that. All that mattered was her happiness.

Forrest sadly glanced back at the couple before turning around and walking away. I should be happy for her, right?

"Good job, Forrest. You have successfully completed five tasks. I know you can finish the last two. Do your best!" Fuu's voice whispered in his ear. Forrest smiled; hope filing his chest once again. She wasn't Ferio's just yet!
