Coles POV
After the ship was finished prepping I went to my room, it was small and gad a bed and desk, armed guards sat outside. I played back thinking of that hybrid cat girl. She reminded me so much of Terra.
Terra had been my best and only friend, we used to run around my palace and hide from servants, steal food and play pranks. My parents always said something about us being betrothed but back then I didn't know what it meant. Then one day Terra was gone, a Jedi had taken her away apparently, I was heartbroken, knowing I would never see her again. The next day was known as the devils reaping, The entire planet burnt to a crisp. My family hid me in a crystal cave to protect me. Dooku found me, the only survivor. A prince without a kingdom, a son without a parent, a boy without a friend. Dooku took me in but he was never around, I just hung around with ships. I sometimes played with Dooku's slave but each one would only last a short amount of time. I could never form an attachment to anyone, because they'd always leave, die or disappear. When I hit my teens I started going out every night, drinking, sleeping around with different girls every night. I couldn't fall in love because they'd disappear, they always do. Thats why I flirt, to put up that superficial barrier.
I heard a knock on my door. "Come in,"
Tabs walked in, she was coming to Curosont to see her sister. She looked at me with her startling green eyes, Terra's eyes. "Are you ok, I heard you screaming?" I looked at her before realising my nightmare.
"I'm fine!" I snapped.
"Fine, geez. No girls going to like you if you sit in your room putting all day,"
*flash back*
"Fine, geez. No girls going to like you if you sit in your room putting all day," Terra teased.*
*end flash back*
"Get out," I groaned, I couldn't bear it, she was too much like Terra, my princess.
