Ble Fotia: I'M BACK BABY. Long time no see my friends.

Eragon: Welcome back.

Percy: Yo, dude. What's up?

Ble Fotia:(Slaps Jason across the face) Not Much, You?

Jason: What was that for?!

Annabeth:(Silencing Jason) Oh, you know. Floating in the meaningless limbo that we enter in between chapters. The usual.

Ble Fotia: … Right. Well sorry about the wait, but the next chapter is here! Disclaimer please, Aylss.

Aylss: Ble Fotia does not own our respective series'. If you haven't understood that yet.

Ble Fotia: Sweet. On to the chapter.

General POV

They were all awoken very early. A loud BEEP sounded throughout their rooms, and any who didn't wake up because of that were unceremoniously dumped out of their beds as they flipped over. They all slowly changed and wandered out of their rooms into the common area again. Ble Fotia was already seated in his throne, flicking through a Playwizard magazine. It vanished as he stood to stretch. They eventually all took their seats, and he waved his hands to summon breakfast. It was plain, so I won't bother to describe it. Ble Fotia spread his hands, saying "Welcome, to day two of fourteen here at Château de feu bleu! We move onto our second game today, known as Paranoia. I explained the rules yesterday, so I won't repeat myself. We'll have… Reyna start first. Ask away Reyna.

Reyna POV

Well this is unexpected. I looked at the hot little shi- I mean Leo, who was sitting next to me. A question. What to ask...? I know! I lean over to him and whisper in his ear. He immediately flushed, and unconfidently said "Piper." I smirked victoriously. "Flip your coin, Fotia. I need to know the question now." Piper sounded inpatient. My smirk grew. Ble Fotia threw a coin in the air and it landed on his palm. Heads up. My smirk stretched to an uncomfortable level of smugness, so I stopped. "Well," I began, " The question I asked Leo was…." I paused for effect. Piper's left eye was starting to twitch. "... Who would you consider marrying? Not after any dates or time to get to know them from how much you know them right now. His answer was Piper." My smirk was returning. It wasn't me he was obsessed with after all, was it? "Well Leo, It's your turn now. Ask away." I gestured to Jason, who looked remarkably calm. Leo leaned over to Jason and whispered in his ear. Leo laughed at Jason's shocked face, then Jason laughed and the two boys high-fived."Definitely," was Jason's incredibly enthusiastic response. Ble Fotia flipped his coin, which landed tails up. So Jason moved on to Piper. Piper's answer was a short "No" and that coin also coming up tails. Piper's question to Annabeth must have been a surprise to Annabeth, judging by her shocked face. Her answer was cryptic, as not many people understood what she meant by "Second". The coin came up heads though, so Piper got to explain her wonderful question. "I asked Annabeth what base she got to with Percy." At some of our fellow participant's confusion, Ble Fotia waved his hand, summoning what appeared to be a PowerPoint Presentation. "So," He began," Some people have decided to base relationships around a 'Base' system, based on a baseball diamond." He somehow had a clicker-thingy in his hands, which he clicked and a picture of a baseball diamond appeared on the small screen. "This is first base." He gestured to said base. "Most consider this basic dating stuff, holding hands, hugs, kisses on the cheek, the like. Second base is here," Again, gestured to said base. "It's usually considered mouth-to-mouth kissing and occasional steamy make-out. Third base, here," Cue gesture. "Is common and multiple make-out sessions, and taking the chance to appreciate your partner's body with your hands. Home base, the final base, is located here," Final gesture to base. "And is considered 'going all the way' as in, you know,... intercourse." He was looking incredibly awkward right around now. Probably because he was teaching a bunch of twenty-somethings about dating. Oh well, that's his problem.

Murtagh POV

I had not understood a word of that. What is this baseball anyway. Ble Fotia looked right at me. He grinned. "Okay guys, new plan. We're putting this game on old for something more fun. BASEBALL!" Everybody looked at him. Leo leaned forward. "You have a baseball diamond here?" Ble Fotia just scoffed at him. "Of course I do. I have whatever I want."

"That makes sense." Annabeth's voice was dry.

"See? She agrees" Ble Fotia's smile was oddly happy for someone who was just told that they were making no sense at all. "Baseball time." That bizarre grey smoke filled the room again, and suddenly we were on a bizarre field like the one in the picture on the wall… and all wearing bizarre outfits. The outfits were the exact same, except they were two different colors, and Nasuada was wearing a bizarre pad. Half of us were wearing odd, elongated gloves with netting between the thumb and first finger. Ble Fotia was holding a stick and a ball with red stitching on it. "Okay," He began. "We've got two teams and an umpire or referee. My team, The Flaming Hornets, is in blue, go sit in that little shelter right there." Reyna, Ayra, Will, Eragon, Aylss, and Annabeth all filed in to said shelter. "You guys in red are Leo's team, The Happy Dragons. Leo, direct them to positions while I brief my team on batting order and Nasuada on the rules." We all made a small circle around Leo. "Okay guys, heres the run-down. When the ball gets near you, you try to catch it. If you catch it, they're out. If not, throw it to first base as soon as possible. If they're already at first, throw it to me. Okay here's how it's gonna go…."

General POV

Leo was on the pitcher's mound, with Percy at first, Hazel at second, Murtagh at third, and Piper playing catcher to finish the behind her was Nasuada as umpire. Due to lack of people, there was no shortstop or center fielder. Frank and Jason were left and right fielder, respectively. Annabeth stepped up to the plate, blew a bubble out of gum she got somewhere and popped said bubble, then readied her bat. Leo threw the ball straight at Piper's glove. Annabeth didn't even flinch. "Strike!" Nasuada called out. Piper tossed the ball back. Leo grinned, then wound up and tossed. The ball connected soundly with the bat. Annabeth dropped the bat and sprinted for first just as Murtagh snatched the ball out of the air. "Out!" Annabeth jogged back to the dugout as Eragon stepped up to the plate. Leo let the ball rip, flying to meet Eragon's bat. The ball flew out over right field, where Jason jumped into the air and used his powers to push him up a bit. He miscalculated his height and the ball flew over him, coming to land right infront of the fence. Eragon ran quickly to first and was rounding second when Jason reached the threw hard and managed to get it to Hazel, who threw it towards Murtagh. Eragon slid towards third, touching just as Murtagh caught, then dropped the ball. "Safe!" Ble Fotia sidled up to the plate. Leo threw, Ble Fotia swung, and…. The ball slammed into Piper's mitt. "Strike!" Leo threw the second ball, Ble Fotia swung again, and the ball slammed into Piper's mitt again. "Strike two!" Ble Fotia took a step back and swung a few times. He shook his head and stepped up to the plate. Leo threw again, and Ble Fotia swung with all of his might. "Foul ball!" Leo threw. Ble Fotia swung. "Strike Three! You're Out!"

"Goddamnit!"

"Language!"

Aylss stepped up to the plate, adjusting her grip on the bat. Leo threw the ball. "Ball!" Piper retrived the ball and threw it back to him. Aylss wound up and Leo threw. Aylss swung and connected. The ball flew, straight down center, and over the fence. "HOME RUN!" Eragon jogged home as Alyss took a lap around the bases. Will stepped up to the base. Leo threw and Will connected, sending the ball right back at Leo. Leo's glove came up and caught the ball, switching the teams.

Ble Fotia was pitching. Aylss was at second, Eragon at third, Reyna at catcher, Will in left field, Annabeth at first, and Arya in right field. Piper was first up to bat, hitting a double. Leo was next, getting to first base. With Piper on third and Leo on first, Murtagh stepped up to bat. He struck out. Frank was up next. He also struck out. Hazel stepped up to bat. Her bat slammed the ball all the way out to the sprinted towards the ball and then tripped over a small hole in the ground. Hazel managed to get to third in that time. She rounded for home, where Reyna was waiting for the ball. It dropped into her glove, and Hazel turned back to third. The ball flew past her to Eragon so she turned back to home. Leo was waiting there a few feet away, and the ball slammed into his glove. He chased Hazel down and tagged her for the last out of the inning.

The game continued on for a few more innings, with final score being 26 Flaming Hornets and 24 Happy Dragons.

Ble Fotia: Well guys, what did you think of that?

Jason: Why did you strike out?

Ble Fotia: What do you mean?

Jason: Well it's your story. Everything here happens because you control it. So why did you, a practical god in this, strike out.

Ble Fotia: Well because I suck at baseball in real life, so I reflected that in this.

Arya: So what was that scene at the end.

Ble Fotia: That's called a 'pickle'. Its pretty rare, so I added it to spice up the chapter. Also, sorry about the horribly long delay. My muse took a veeeery long vacation. Probably to the Bahamas. Lucky bastard. Ah well, toodles!
