Hey! I just wanted to clear a few things up before we start here.
1. The season in which this story is placed is Autumn. It has been that way since chapter 2, but I just wanted to make sure you all knew this.
2. All the characters are 17. It has been two years since Adrien and Marinette first used the Miraculouses.
3. Reviews, favorites, follows, and overall just your views, encourage me to keep writing. I want to hear your ideas and constructive criticism. (You give me attention, I give you more writing. Fair trade, right?)
4. This chapter is short because I have a very important exam coming up, so I need to study for that. As soon as I overcome my fatigue, I shall write some more. Again, I must say, send me your ideas. ALL OF THEM. They're all amazing, and there is no such thing as bad ideas, if yours is not used, it's because it doesn't fit in with the plot.
5. When this story is closed to being finished (I'm thinking at least 13 chapters) I will be writing a collection of oneshots. So if you have any ideas for that, go ahead and share them!
Anyways, just thanks for all the support you guys have given me. You really are all pawsome. Forgive the puns throughout this chapter. I do not apawlogise. Good day, now!
In the place of Alya stood a hero. Her hair had been turned a deeper shade of red, tipped in white, with fox ears sticking out. Her orange and white mask did nothing to affect her peripheral vision; everything was crystal clear. The orange, black, and white suit was like a second skin and was very comfortable. The skirt-like tail hanging behind her, reaching to just around the knees. The flute that was placed on her back was an unusual choice for a weapon, but if it would aid her in Marinette's rescue, then there was no reason to complain.
Alya refrained from squealing at given this honor. Instead, she quickly glanced at her self and feeling her flute before jumping off to the direction of Heavy Metal. Her brows furrowed in determination, her facial features set with confidence. Even if she was a bit shaky and nervous inside, this was no time for that. Marinette, Ladybug, needed her. And she would not disappoint.
Fear.
She was afraid. But the paralyzing sensation was not enough to numb the agonizing terror that coursed through her. The car the villain had picked up was headed straight towards her.
She choked on her guilt at the thought of the many secrets she hid. All the goodbyes that never were spoken. Her kitty. What would he think when he finally knew she was gone. None of it was fair. And there was absolutely nothing she could do. The crushing air around her suddenly felt lighter. Her breath was freer, and she allowed the blackness to take a hold on her.
Death was a lot more peaceful than she thought. And dizzy. And the traumatized screaming of her partner was unexpected. Wait, what?!
Marinette snapped to her senses to see she was being carried off through the air by a strange woman, in a fox themed costume. She strained her neck to see the car had landed where she once was, and a furrious cat was attacking the Akuma like crazy. She wondered what had gotten into him to make him lose his cool.
Her thought process was interrupted when the mysterious girl who saved her set her carefully down on a roof a fair distance away from the battle. Marinette could still watch from afar without being in harm's way.
"Girl, we are gonna have a long chat about this later. For now, stay here Marinette, I mean it! Now I gotta go help Cat Noir," she said.
Girl? Marinette? Who was this person?! Who on Earth is... Marinette thought untail it struck her. Holy crap. Alya has a miraculous. HOW?! Since when did this happen?!
