"Let it rip!" both Reiji and Ryuga launched their beys into the makeshift dirt bey stadium ryuga had created with his L-Drago.
"Ryuga your choice of stadium is magnificent, how did you know my Serpents battle performance is better on dirt?" Reiji teased.
"Shut up! My L-Drago will beat you no matter what conditions it has to fight in! Go now!" L-Drago obeyed its master and charged at Serpent.
"Hurry and doge it!" serpent move swiftly out of L-Dragos's way. "Go now my friend and attack that over grown lizard!" Serpent smashed into L-Drago full force. "What? How come L-Drago wasn't effected?"
"Its going to take a lot more than just a few weak hits to stop him" Ryuga laughed.
"Dammit he's right" reiji spoke to himself. "OK, serpent dark move." Serpents poison made its way to L-Drago.
"Oh, NO!" Ryuga gasped "Not the poison!" Reiji gave Ryuga a WTF look and ordered his Serpent to attack the bey again. Serpent sent L-Drago flying back, landing on the edge L-Drago still spun.
"Well...looks like you got me" Ryuga sighed "It looks like I can do one more small move before your poison takes effect...so L-Drago, Dragon Emperor Supreme Flight!" L-Drago flew up into the night sky, stopping in front of the full moon. The red and orange dragon appeared and let out a vicious roar and came charging down at serpent, but he didn't hit the bey only struck the ground causing the nearby earth to shake violently and the ground to crack. Birds flew from the safety of the tress and reiji held onto Madoka for dear life. Then the ground caved in and they three fell into and underground cave of some sorts.
"Oh, have a look around this is me and L-Dragos's secret underground training area. I like it a lot because it offers L-Drago a great advantage." the tow looked around, they all stood on a platform above a pool of flames with a proper bey dish in the center. Lava poured out of cracks and openings in the walls and there was a thin ledge around the whole place, leading out of the cave.
"Um...before we start this epic battle for Madoka may I place her somewhere safer than this unstable platform?"
"Fine" Ryuga groaned while madoka made her way to the ledge.
"also may I use the restroom before we start?"
"No"
"But-"
"NO!"
"I don't see how this is safer than the platform!" Madoka stood desperately trying not to fall.
"Trust me it is!"
"Oh my gosh! Can we do this?" Ryuga asked.
"I still have to use the restroom" Reiji mumbled.
"GO! Now L-Drago attack serpent!"
"L-Drago isn't effected my my poison?" Reiji asked "OMG madoka my poison isn't working!"
"Shut up you over grown child!" Ryuga shouted. The two beys smashed into each other causing rocks to fall and splash lava around. As th battle went on Madoka noticed the cave was starting to well...cave in.
"OK, Reiji we should go, like right now."
"Just five more minutes?"
"Leavening with or without you on this one."
"OK, coming" the two made a dash for the exit with Ryuga on their heels. Once out side Reiji tackled Madoka down in order to shield her from the falling stones.
"Did-did Ryuga make it out?" she whispered, looking at the pile of rock.
"I'm not sure, but I don't feel like finding out." Reiji took Madoka's had in his and the bolted toward the city.
"Well lets go over what we have" Madoka sighed "eighty dollars and my credit card."
"We also don't know where we are" Reiji added.
"Thank you for helping y stating the obvious!" she growled in annoyance, sometimes Reiji was a it to childish.
"I helped, yay!" but the loved him for it. "Anyways I say we find and stay at a hotel for tonight and figure stuff out in the morning." The couple found and paid for a night in the nearby hotel.
"OK, Reiji i'm going to bed, you coming?"
"mmm, OK" Madoka noticed Reiji shifting on his feet with discomfort.
"What is it? Wait..." she thought back to what Reiji had asked Ryuga before they started to battle again "you can use the restroom now."
"Oh, thank god!" Reiji ran off.
"he really had to go that bad? Oh, well i'm just glad were back together" Madoka fell back into bed with a yawn. She felt Reiji wiggle him self into her arm and nuzzle into the top of her head with a soft sigh. And the two fell asleep in each others arms once again!
