Here it is! My next chapter. You're finally going to see which World Sora and his pals landed in. I spent days writing this chapter, and was hoping to make it really long...but unfortunately, the page can't hold 4000+ words, so..I had to split my story in half pretty much, but its still a long chapter.
I wanted to add music options, but some places will be missing some, due to KH not having music for this World, yet. But I am planning on updating the music after KH III OST is made. I'm pretty sure the film I chose for the first World will be seen in the real game...Anyway, enjoy! :-D

Chapter 7: Arriving At The New World
Far out at sea, a large ship was sailing on rough waters, with many gray clouds shrouding over it. A terrible storm was raging, bringing high winds that were strong enough to tear the sail right off the mast of the ship. The men who were voyaging on the ship were very busy trying to keep it from being sunk by the waves that were furiously washing up on the deck from the storm. The vessel was viciously rocking side to side while the crewman were doing everything they could do to tie the sail down.
"Come on lads! Come on!" One of the men shouted while pulling hard on the rope attached to the main mast.
The heavy waves continued to wash up on their decks, rocking the ship so hard that the the cannons were breaking loose! All the men were trying to tie them back up, but one of them, a young man by the name of Thomas was having trouble. He tried to catch a cannon as the rope holding it snapped in two, hoping to stop it from rolling back towards the rest of the crew. But the cannon was too heavy for him to stop alone! As he tried to push the runaway cannon back up, he found himself being pushed back because of the decks being slippery from the storm.
"John! Get down here!" He called to a certain man for help, for the cannon was coming close to running him over.
A man up top with blond hair, was busy helping some other men tie up the sail from the top of the mast, until he heard someone cry for help! He quickly grabbed hold of a long rope and swung himself down to the main deck. He hurried over to Thomas, who was still struggling to hold back the large iron cannon.
"It's all right, Thomas!" John assured him, as he held onto the rolling cannon to assist the young man.. "Push! I'll help you tie her off."
As they worked together to push the loose cannon the storm continued to rage. Water was pouring over the working crew! Thomas and John were still having trouble getting the cannon tied up, when suddenly, a monstrous wave landed on the deck and was headed right at them!
"Thomas, watch out...!" John warned the younger man, but the wave crashed over top of the two!
John was luckily still holding onto a rope, but Thomas was pushed roughly off the deck and went through the side of the ship's rail, and was soon falling backwards!
"Help!" He cried as he was tossed into the sea.
A man from up top saw him and yelled, "man over board!"
Thomas continued crying for help as the angry waters carried him further out to sea. The crew aboard the ship believed it was hopeless to try saving the drowning man in the storm, and continued the ship on it's course. But John Smith wasn't about to give up so easily. He quickly tied the rope he had been holding onto that was attached to the ship around his middle. Then, he began running toward the end of the ship's back deck. Once he reached the edge, he leaped off of the ship and dove into the sea. The men who saw him dive off the ship were shocked by his actions.
"Are you crazy?" A man with black hair shouted to John.
The rest of the crew leaned over the sides to watch. John swam over to the sinking Thomas as fast as he could! After he made it over to him, he wrapped his right arm around the nearly drowned Thomas, and tried to swim back to the ship. But it was no use! The currants were too strong to swim against.
The men on the ship were still watching them, to see if they would make it back or not. Until suddenly, the rope holding John broke off the mast! Three of the men quickly ran to the rope to catch it before it fell into the sea. Luckily, one of the men were able to catch the loose end. They all three grasped the rope and tugged back on it as hard as they could to save the two men from being lost at sea forever.
"Heave!" They cried.
The big waves crashed over top of John and Thomas, bringing them down into the bottom of the sea. John held on tightly to the rope that was pulling them up, while still holding onto Thomas with his other hand. Just when he didn't think he could hold his breath any longer, the crew finally managed to pull John up out of the water. Together, the three men grabbed hold of the two and pulled them back onto the ship. It was a close call, but they were both brought back safely on board.
"Well, that was refreshing." The drenched man with blond hair joked.
Everyone congratulated John Smith on his daring rescue. While they were drying them off with blankets, the leader of their expedition, Governor James Ratcliffe, approached them to see what all the commotion was about.
"Trouble on deck?" The Governor asked.
John stood back up on his feet and answered, "Thomas fell over board, sir."
"I see...well done, Smith." Governor Ratcliffe also congratulated him. He then made his way across the deck while carrying his little dog in his arms, and walked over to the rest of the crew to give out direct orders to head the ship back on course.
"It won't be long before we reach the New World, and remember what awaits us there...Freedom...prosperity...the adventure of our lives." Governor Ratcliffe said, and then he walked back toward his cabin. The storm was finally clearing up, and the vessel continued sailing onward, to its destination.

Deep within a forest, a winding river flowed beneath rows of trees, where wildlife could be found roaming about. Above the rushing water were many handcrafted canoes, all being rowed in the same direction. Horns blowing could be heard, and the canoes followed the sounds which came from their own village. The village was located in the middle of the forest, where a tribe of Indians lived together. The tribe rowed their canoes toward the banks of their village. They had been away for some time with their Chief, and were returning back home.
Outside of the Indian village, to where the wind had taken her stood a young and high spirited Indian princess, who went by the name of Pocahontas. She stood high above a great lake, out on a pointed rock that went out over a waterfall. As a gust of wind carrying colorful leaves blew toward the rock where she stood, she closed her eyes as the wind and leaves swept over her face. She loved being free to follow the wind to wherever it would take her. But little did the Indian princess know that something was about to take place, that could possibly change the peaceful life that she knew...

After they had flown through space looking for a world to visit, their search was finally paying off. They had at last found an unfamiliar World to explore. Sora landed the gummi ship by a riverbank surrounded by pine trees. The trio couldn't wait to get off the ship!
"Good! We finally made it to a World." Sora said as he jumped out of the ship. Donald and Goofy jumped out after him. Goofy began to look around them.
"This place sure is peaceful. Don't you think?" He asked the others.
"Yeah. I wonder who lives out here." Sora replied with a smile.
As Donald started to walk, his blue hat started to shake on his head. "Wak!..." Donald cried. "Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Sora! Goofy! Come here."
As they walked over to him Donald lifted the front of his hat to reveal a tiny cricket.
"Hey, its Jiminy!" Sora cried as Jiminy Cricket leaped off of Donald's head.
~A Walk In Andante plays (KH II OST)~
Jiminy has always accompanied the trio on there adventures, and he records every event that happens long the way in his tiny journal. But this time, they weren't aware that he had stowed away in Donald's hat, so they were surprised to see the little cricket there.
"Yep! You three are always going on these wild adventures, and you meet so many folk along the way, so I figured I'd better come with you to write it all down in my journal." Jiminy explained. "Sorry about not coming out to say hello. I was busy sorting through my recordings from your last journey."
After explaining, Jiminy hopped on top of Sora's shoulder. "I hope you don't mind me riding with you. Donald's hat wasn't nearly as comfortable. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a nice hat, but a little too stuffy to travel in." Jiminy explained to Sora.
Donald couldn't help overhearing, and began tapping his flat yellow foot on the ground. Sora and Goofy started laughing to themselves.
"Sure," Sora laughed while looking over at his shoulder where the small cricket stood, "you can sit back there. I'm glad you decided to come with us."
He leaned over into Jiminy's ear, "don't worry about Donald. He'll get over what you said about his hat. Just give him some time to cool off." The spiky haired boy whispered to the cricket.
Jiminy winked at him as he climbed into Sora's hood, where he'd be throughout the rest of their journey.

"Come on guys. What do you say we go take a look around." Sora suggested to his friends. Donald and Goofy nodded, and followed the young hero with the keyblade.

Meanwhile, back at the Indian village, the Chief's daughter, Pocahontas, had returned back to her village to greet her father, Chief Powhatan. She had followed him into a house built out of chopped wood, covered by a large cloth. Inside the hut, they were having a conversation.
"Father, for many nights now, I've been having a very strange dream. I think its telling me something's about to happen, something exciting." Pocahontas explained to the chief.
"Yes." He agreed. "Something exciting is about to happen."
She started to smile excitedly at her father. "Really? What is it?" She asked, very anxious to find out.
The Indian chief placed both of his hands on her shoulders, and smiled at his daughter. "Kocoum has asked to seek your hand in marriage."
Her smile began to fade. "Marry Kocoum?" She asked, feeling very unsure if that was something she wanted.
The thought of marrying so soon, without even first knowing who she would be betrothed to frightened her. She tried to hide how she felt about it from her father, and gave him loving smile. However, the chief knew his daughter well enough to notice when she was upset, so he knew that behind her smile, she was feeling troubled about it.
"My daughter, Kocoum will make a fine husband." He declared.
Pocahontas turned from her father and walked away.
~Missing You plays (KH II OST)~
"Father, I think my dream is pointing me down another path." She began to explained.
"This is the right path for you." Her father assured her.
Pocahontas loved her father very much, and would do anything that would please him. But she couldn't help feeling that the path her father felt so sure was right for her was the life she wanted.
Before leaving, her father brought out her mother's necklace, which his wife had wore on their wedding day. Pocahontas's mother was no longer with them, but she could feel her presence whenever the wind blew. Chief Powhatan clasped the sentimental piece around her neck and smiled.
"It suits you." He whispered to her.
She smiled fondly at her father, then, followed him outside.

Still exploring through the woods, Sora, Donald and Goofy were beginning wonder if they'd ever find someone...until, they suddenly heard a drumroll sound coming from the side of some trees.
They decided to investigate, and followed the sound of the drum. As they got closer, they could hear voices.
"Did you guys hear that?" Sora asked the other two.
"It sounds close!" Donald added excitedly.
They continued walking toward the voices, until they found themselves walking on a the shore, where what looked like a pirate's ship was anchored. They decided to get a closer look at the ship.
"Hmm. It doesn't really look like a pirate ship, but maybe..." Sora stopped talking when he saw a group of men standing in a circle, just past the shore from where they stood. The trio quickly hid behind a tree that stood near them, trying not to attract attention to themselves.
They watched as a man with black hair, dressed in purple clothes and carrying a flag on a pole walked into the center of circle and began a speech: "I hereby claim this land and all its riches in the name of His Majesty, King James the First, and do so name this settlement Jamestown."
After his speech a group of the men started to cheer. Sora and his friends continued to watch from behind a tall tree, a little unsure if they should show themselves to the men or not. They weren't sure if they were a group they could trust, or if they were an unfriendly bunch they'd be better off staying away from.
Before they had time to decide what they would do, one of the crewman turned around to check on their ship and spotted the three friends standing behind the tree. He immediately alerted the rest of the crew that he found some invaders.
"Men! Over here!" He called to them.
Sora and the others gasped, and weren't sure what they should do. There was no time for running, they were too close to where the men were standing to outrun them. They had no choice but to come out and try to act casual around the angry crew. Five of the men demanded that they come out from behind the tree, and over to them. Sora, Donald and Goofy did as they told them and walked over to the upset crew.
As they approached them, the crewman led them to their governor for questioning. When governor Ratcliffe saw the trio he started asking them where they came from.
"I do not recall seeing any of you aboard my ship. So tell me, how did you get here?" Ratcliffe demanded an explanation.
Sora looked at him with a confused expression on his face. "Er...we just came out here to see you...claim the, uh..." Sora was having trouble making up an excuse for them being there.
"Ah! I know how the lads got here, now." A man with red hair interrupted. "They wanted to see the new World! So they stowed away on board the ship and hid in the cellar until we reached land. It makes perfect sense, now!"
Seeing how the story seemed to satisfy the entire crew's suspicions, Sora and his friends decided to play along and act like they were just stowaways. However, a few members from the crew started to complain about the three stowaways riding the ship for nothing.
"Where were you three when that terrible storm hit our ship while we were on course?" The black haired man, by the name of Ben, asked sternly.
Most of the crew agreed with him and got upset about it too.
"Aye! We were busting our backs out there against that storm while trying to keep the sails from being torn off by the wind!" Another guy shouted.
The whole crew were beginning to get upset at them! To keep the crew from having suspicions about them not being on board their ship, they pretended to understand what the crew were accusing them of, even though they were really very confused about the whole thing. By now, the crew were very riled, and trying to calm them down might be harder than they thought.
"Look, uh..." Sora spoke up, "we didn't mean to make you do all the work, I guess we must have been asleep down there, haha...er...anyway, we're sorry." He playfully apologized.
"Oh sure!" Ben shouted. "You all just fell asleep during the roughest storm for any boat to be sailing in. Do you really expect us to believe that?"
Sora and his friends were silent, they didn't know what to say. It was the governor's job to make sure everything stayed in order, so he organized a proper solution.
"Now, now lads, I'm sure there is a way we can be fair about this situation..." Ratcliffe began.
Sora, Donald and Goofy were beginning to wish they hadn't been so curious about the noises that had led them here.
Since these boys snook on board, and rode to the newfound land for doing nothing, I say we make them work to pay off their debt they owe for riding aboard His Majesty's ship. Should they refuse to work, then we will not act fairly in this matter and will do as our King's laws permit us to." Ratcliffe said to the crew with a sinister grin spread across his face.
The trio were really beginning to worry now! Governor Ratcliffe walked up to Sora and looked into his eyes.
"I'm sure you boys will cooperate, won't you?" He asked him.
"Uh, I guess-"
"Splendid!" Ratcliffe interrupted before he could finish.
The governor began explaining the reason for them being there, while Donald and Goofy looked at each other confused. Ratcliffe started handing shovels and piques out to the men, and told them to dig for gold. He had gotten permission from their King to take some men and go out to sea to find an unclaimed piece of land, to dig up and search for gold on, and the men would be the ones to dig it up.
"One more thing." Ratcliffe warned them. "Always be on the lookout for any Indians prowling about. They are vicious and dangerous, and you should shoot them on sight! They will only try to force us off the land they think belongs to them."
After he finished giving out instructions, he again asked Sora and company if they all would agree to to work for him. The crew were very pleased with the governor's arrangement for the supposed stowaways. Seeing how they didn't have any choice in order to keep the World borders a secret, Sora figured it was the best thing to do. But, to make sure it was alright with the others before making a decision, Sora looked over at Donald and Goofy to get their approval. Donald wasn't sure about this, but he nodded with a frown, and Goofy did the same.
"Alright." Sora replied to Ratcliffe and his crew. "We'll help with the digging."
"Smart choice!" The governor complimented the trio. "You can start digging for my-the King's gold, right over there." He said as he pointed to a flat area of the ground where no grass grew.

That's all for chapter 7. Thanks for reading. Were you satisfied with my choice of World?
Do you think it was smart of Sora to go with the story where they are considered sneaky stowaways?
Find out what happens next in the upcoming chapter 8... :-)
