The statues were really heavy, and my feet kept slipping out from under me as I tried to move them aside. It wasn't working, and I needed to think. Those people counted on me, and Jake was injured. "Come on Wonder Girl", I could hear him say in my head with his little smirk. I took a step to look around the room again. I looked at the book shelves, but nothing really seemed out of place. "Hm...", I pondered as I walked to the other side. As I was growing confused and almost at a lost I thought of something! I stood next to a statue, and crouched down. I pushed, and turned, and grunted, but it didn't budge. "Damn it"! I muttered giving it a kick with the toe of my shoe. With a sigh I placed my fists on my hips by my gun holster, and stared up. On the ceiling I noticed something peculiar, but I couldn't quite make it out. Squinting my eyes to see better didn't help any and I began to walk back when a tile shifted under my foot! The whole room shook for a moment, and the statues shifted. With a final click as the room settled again I went back to the statues. Crouching down, and pushing one of them moved a bit! Relief flooded though me as I pushed and shoved as hard as I could to get it over a tile. Once this statue had reached its mark it sank in, and clicked deeply. I repeated this with the other remaining statues until it was all in place. With a deep and final click of the last statue the whole room shook faintly, and the locked door opened up. As the door opened mindless, hungry zombies poured in. I ran back to the other side of the room as I grabbed my gun, and then turned to aim. Shot after shot they slowly started to dwindle in number. As they died down I had enough room to run through them into the next room. In the next room spikes were jumping up through the floor in a synchronized pattern!
