Meanwhile, back at the Flea Bite.

"Get ready to close up, Charlie." said Sasha.

"Ooh..." said Charlie. "Early... Does that mean I get a treat?"

"Yeah." Itchy said with a laugh. "And me?"

Charlie rolled his eyes.

"What is Bess doing at this fine hour?" he asked.

"At her cousin Gertrude's." said Itchy.

"My little joke went way over your head. I hope you know that." said Charlie.

"Oh, so you were talking to Sasha about-"

"Yes, I was!" Charlie shouted.

"Well, even I'm not that direct!" Itchy shouted as Annabelle's reflection appeared in a drinking glass.

"And that's probably why you don't get none!" Charlie shouted.

"Charlie..." Annabelle said.

"Real funny, Charlie." said Itchy. "You don't know how our relationship is!"

"Itchy!" Annabelle said, unhappily.

"Exactly!" Charlie shouted. "It's not like I'm not treating her like a lady, so it's none of your-"

"QUIET!" Annabelle shouted.

The boys quiet down.

"Listen closely." said Annabelle. "I have an assignment for you."

"Oh boy... A Halloween assignment. Boring just like all the others." said Charlie.

"You'll end up liking this assignment." said Annabelle.

"In that case... Tell us." said Charlie.

"An RV crashed near San Francisco." said Annabelle. "Friends of yours. the damage is not fixable. See Cherry for a miracle dog tag. DO NOT misuse it, Charles. They need help getting out of the crash site. Do you hear me?"

"Loud and clear." said Charlie. "Come on, Itch."

With that, the duo was off.
