*Tsunade's POV*

Sighing softly, I quietly closed my granddaughter's bedroom door and made my way into the kitchen where I tossed a few of Sakura's old bandages into the trash.

"How is she?"

I nearly screeched as I whirled around with my hand on my rapidly beating chest. I narrowed my eyes as they fell upon Sasuke as he leaned against the wall of the doorway to the kitchen.

"Are you trying to give me a heart attack you brat?!"

The teen smirked, crossing his arms over his bare chest as his intense onyx orbs looked upon me in amusement.

"I didn't mean to startle you."

I snorted, knowing damn well that they were his exact intensions. I threw the rest of the bandages away and began to wash my hands as I proceeded to answer Sasuke's earlier question.

"She's doing much better. Her bruises are a bit more prominent now but the swelling around her eye has dropped considerably so she can open it and see clearly."

Relief washed over the boy's normally stoic face before it quickly vanished and he looked upon me seriously. "What are you going to do about her mother?"

I tensed at the mentioning of my daughter as I felt a fit of rage welling into the pit of my stomach. It was still hard for me to believe that my child had become such a dispicable person but reality was truth and the pain it caused was burrowed deep within my bones; I exhaled heavily.

"I plan to stop by her house." I responded in all honestly. "I will let Mebuki know that Sakura and Angel will no longer be living with her and that I won't hesitate to put my foot up her ass if she doesn't like it."

Sasuke smirked at my declaration as he nodded his head in approval. "My mother wants Sakura and Angel over for dinner tonight."

I smiled at the mentioning of Mikoto; she had really grown to become a great woman and mother. "They can go as long as you bring them both home at a respectable time...oh and that reminds me, tell Fugaku he isn't slick and that I know he has been beating around the bush about getting his prostate examined. He has one week to come to my office or I will make a personal visit to his office! I'm quite sure he wouldn't want that."

Sasuke snickered knowing well enough that his father was avoiding the examination and once the mental image of Tsunade bending his Dad over his desk at the precinct to examine his prostate was friggin hilarious...maybe he should "accidentally" forget to tell him Tsunade's threat.

"Stop plotting against your father brat!"

Sasuke huffed as he scowled at me. I couldn't help but grin as I pushed myself from the sink and made my way over to the counter where my purse sat. Reaching my hand into the bag, I pulled out my wallet and pulled out a credit card. Tossing the wallet back into my purse, I turned to Sasuke with the card handed out towards him.

"Since you are more of the responsible one..." Tsunade paused as Naruto snored loudly in his sleep and rolled over before continuing. "I'll let you handle this."

Sasuke took the card and looked up at me in confusion. "I don't understand."

"Well..." I replied as I zipped up the purse and placed the strap over my shoulder. "Sakura needs some clothes and being that you're not going to school and have a car, you can take her to the mall."

"Ah." Replied Sasuke.

"Yes and please keep that card out of Naruto's hands. I don't need thousands of dollars spent on Ramen. I already had one hell of time paying his last debt off."

Sasuke snickered as he remembered the day that Naruto had somehow gotten a hold of Tsunade's credit card and went on a Ramen frenzy and spent nearly $3000. Tsunade had punched the idiot through 3 walls and not once did he ever drop that dopey ass grin of his; how could he? He had $3000 worth of Ramen!

Glaring at the snickering raven, I stepped away from the counter as Shizune stepped out of my bedroom with my great grandson craddled in her arms and his baby bag hanging off her shoulders. Angel was wrapped up in his blue blanket and was curiously playing with a strand of Shizune's raven locks and would occasionally tug on it gently. I smiled as I watched as Shizune attempted to pry the baby's hand from her hair but the young infant wasn't having any of it and tightened his grip. Shizune huffed and pouted at the overly adorable child as I decided to intervene and help the poor woman out.

"Hello there handsome." I gushed as I scooped my great grandson up into my arms. The baby immediately released Shizune's hair and his attention was drawn to my nose and he threw his pudgy little hands forward and made a grab for it. I couldnt help but giggle as his bright green eyes lit up as he grabbed my nose and gurgled in victory.

"Are you giving Shizune trouble young man?" I asked softly and the infant blinked up at me with wide eyed fascination and garbled a few words in reply. With a warm smile I turned to the raven haired woman as she readjusted the baby bag and was now holding a briefcase.

"Are you ready?"

"Yes and we need to stop and get breakfast along the way." Said Shuzune as she made her way towards the front door, grabbing the car keys along the way.

"Okay." I replied before turning to Sasuke. "Let Sakura know that we are taking Angel to daycare and that we will be picking him up as well. Keep that card on you..." I paused as I looked directly into the teen's eyes. "I highly doubt Mebuki will come here but if she does; call me."

Sasuke nodded and I quickly wrapped Angel up in his blanket and began making my way towards the front door before turning to the teen once more. "Make sure Sakura takes it easy today, she is still injured and will need to rest as much as possible." With that said I walked out of the door with Shizune following after me and locking the door.

*Sakura's POV*

Feeling my spine pop as I stretched, I let off a long strenuous yawn before bolting upright in slight panic.

"Where the fuck am I?" I muttered in confusion as I slowly eyed my surroundings with half lidded eyes. After a few moments of scanning my surroundings blankly, my eyes began to adjust and everything began to look familiar. Running a hand across my face and finally through my hair I began to remember the events of the day before as I pulled back my blankets and stood from the bed.

The first realization that dawned on me was the fact that I could see clearly from both of my eyes. I ran a hand gently down the eye that had been swollen shut and winced slightly. It may have healed significantly but it was still very tender to the touch. I grabbed the hem of my shirt and rolled it up and eyed the now more prominent bruising along my side where my mom had kicked me in the stomach. Frowning deeply I released my shirt and looked around my room once more and narrowed my eyes as I remembered I had been sleeping in the living room on the floor in between Naruto and Sasuke. Shrugging I realized that all of my bandages were gone so my grandmother must have escorted me back to my room in order to remove my bandages without waking up the boys.

Thinking of the boys, I made my way out of my room and walked into the kitchen where I spotted Sasuke standing at the counter, slicing a tomatoe. I shook my head with a frown.

"You're going to turn into one if you don't stop eatting them so much."

"Hn…" muttered the raven haired teen before taking a bite out of the juicy fruit.

I shook my head as I watched at his dark onyx orbs about rolled to the back of his head while eating. "I think we need to have a intervention."

Sasuke smirked before turning towards me. "How are you feeling?"

I shrugged. "Not so bad honestly, whatever grandma gave me got me feeling pretty good."

"You sound like a junkie."

"Shut up." I muttered, leaning back against the counter. "Did Grandma take Angel to daycare?"

Sasuke nodded. "Yea, she said she would pick him up as well."

"Ah…this is something I'll have to get used to."

The young Uchiha arched a brow. "What do you mean?"

"Someone else handling Angel and me not having to stress and worry."

"It would have been the same if you had stayed with us."

I felt my brow twitch in annoyance; they were never going to let this go. "Your parents have enough on their shoulders dealing with you three barbarians, they don't need another kid, a baby and all of my drama."

Sasuke scoffed at being called a barbarian. "You are family as well as Angel and we would have gladly accepted your so called drama."

I smirked at his statement, not wanting to admit that it had warmed my heart; they truly do love me and have my back. "Your mom is going to be all over Angel tonight isn't she?"

Sasuke rolled his eyes. "You already know the answer to that."

I laughed. "She's going to have him so spoiled."

"Well, he is her first grandson."

I sighed in exasperation. "When the hell is Itachi going to stop being a hoe and settle down and give your mom some grandchildren?"

"Never."

I snorted with a shake of my head. "So what's the plan for the day and where is Naruto? I would have expected him to be in here wolfing down ramen."

Sasuke snickered. "The idiot is still asleep and Tsunade left me her card to take you shopping."

My eyes widened with shock and happiness. "Are you serious?"

"Yes, just make sure the idiot doesn't know I have the card. He will try and steal it from me…and you remember what happened last time."

"Do you think I want Grandma to tear me a new asshole? Besides Naruto doesn't need anymore ramen anyway!" I suddenly paused as a thought struck me and I took ahold of a few pink locks. "Hmm…now that I think about it…I think I'm ready for a change."

Sasuke eyed me cautiously. "a change?"

I nodded enthusiastically, "Im in the need for a new hairstyle." I grinned and began making my way back to my room. "Get Naruto up and get dressed, we can head out in 30 minutes." I replied as I walked into my room and closed the door behind me.

Sighing heavily, I rolled up the dirty diaper I had just taken off of Angel and placed in on the floor. I reached back over to my little man and quickly placed on another diaper before I recieved an unwanted surprise in my face. I poked Angel on his tummy causing the small infant to bare his gums in a silly grin. Laughing at his response, I readjusted my son's overalls and clasped all of the buttons along his legs together before hoisting him up and cradling him in my arm.

Once Angel was comfortably tucked in my arm I bent down and grabbed the dirty diaper and proceeded to toss it in the trash. After the task was done I brought Angel into the living room and placed him in his rocker so I could finish packing his bag and getting myself dressed.

Tsunade and Shizune had brought Angel home not too long ago and quickly headed back out to have dinner and to spend some quality time together. Tsunade had claimed that they wouldn't be out too late and told me to have a good time with the Uchihas before handing me a key to the house and left. Tucking a strand of my now short pink hair behind my ear, I grinned to myself as a sudden wave of excitement hit me. Its been a while since I had last seen Itachi and I was looking forward to seeing him and reintroducing him to Angel. Plus I deeply missed Fugaku and Mikoto and wouldn't mind an awesome home cooked meal either.

Finishing up with packing Angel's bag with much needed accessories, I tossed the bag on the couch and just as I was about to head to the bathroom to change my clothes, there was a knock on the door. I arched a brow in confusion as I looked at the clock on the stove to see that Naruto and Sasuke were really early in picking me up.

They had gone home after dropping me off from the mall to help their mother cook and straighten up the house and had promised to come back and pick up Angel and I. Furrowing my brows I began to head towards the door as the knocking began to resound again.

"I'm coming." I called out as I began to become annoyed by the persistent knocking. Grabbing ahold of the chain lock, I slid it back and grabbed the doorknob, twisting the lock and opened the door.

A fist was the first thing that greeted me and I felt myself fall back and land flat on my back, both hands grabbing at my now bleeding nose.

"Ow! What the fuck?!" I yelled as I pulled my hands from my nose and noted that they were covered in blood. With tears pricking in the corners of my eyes I snapped my gaze to the door ready to give this bastard a beating of a lifetime.

I arched a brow when my gaze landed on a furious Temari with her hand still stretched out from punching me in the face and a very wide eyed Tenten stood frozen behind her. The brunette seemed to suddenly snap out of her stupor and ran to my side and atttempted to help me up.

"Damnit Temi! You said you were going to talk to her, not sucker punch her in the face!" yelled Tenten. Temari dropped her hand when she realized that she had my undivided attention and fixed me with a fierce glare, ignoring her girlfriend entirely.

"Why?" growled the sandy blonde, intense green eyes narrowing more dangerously.

"Why what?" I snapped as I was failing miserably at controlling the blood gushing out of my nose.

"Why didn't you tell me? Why the fuck didn't you come to me Sakura?!"

I flinched at her words knowing that she was talking about the incident with my mom at school. I snapped my gaze to Tenten as the teen stared down at me apologetically. I gave her a reassuring smile before sighing heavily and wiped at my nose with the back of my hand, wincing slightly and frowning in disgust at the mess it was making on my shirt. I slowly shifted my gaze back onto the fuming blonde and just as I was about to open my mouth and explain, a loud wail erupted.

I sprung to my feet instantly and bolted into the living room where Angel was screaming his little lungs out. Making my way over to the baby swing, I took off my bloody T-shirt and cleaned my face with it before tossing it onto the floor. I soon scooped Angel out of his baby swing and cuddled him to my chest, and slowly began to rock him.

"What are you crying for little man? Everything's going to be alright." I murmured softly, silencing my son's screams immediately.

I turned towards my uninvited guests as I heard the front door close and I spotted Temari inching her way towards me with her eyes glued onto the now silent child nestled in my arms.

"Oh my god! He is so cute!" gushed Tenten as the brunette found her way to my side and gushing over my baby boy. Angel cooed up at Tenten as the teen poked at his tummy and continued to marvel at how cute he is.

"Who is that Sakura?"

I shifted my gaze away from Temari and towards my son. "This is Angel."

"Oh my God! Can I hold him?" questioned Tenten as she looked upon Angel with barely concealed excitement.

Without a second thought I carefully handed the baby over to the teen whom carefully took a hold of my son and craddled him close. I turned towards Temari as her eyes finally left Angel's and shifted onto me with a seriousness that startled me.

"What is he to you?" questioned the sandy blonde.

My throat suddenly became dry as I felt my heart leap into my throat; the wheels were rapidly turning in Temari's mind and I knew she asked that question for a reason. Fortunately, Tenten chose that moment to speak.

"It's obviously her little brother Temi! I mean look at him, he looks just like her!" replied Tenten in matter of fact tone as she giggled when Angel grabbed a hold of her nose with a gurgle.

Temari's eyes never strayed from me as she took another step closer to me. "Why do I get the feeling that he isnt your little brother Sakura?"

Shifting my gaze from the sandy blonde, I turned my gaze onto Angel, swallowing the lump that formed in my throat as a sudden sheen of persperation began to bead across my forehead. "Because he isnt my brother."

TenTen froze as she snapped her head towards me, eyes narrowing dangerously close. "What do you mean he isnt your little brother?"

I looked between Tenten's confused expression and Temari's inquisitive gaze and sighed heavily. "He isn't my little brother...he is my son."
