YUKI'S POWERS: (I know it is two more then I said but there a tie between a couple of the powers)
Control over ice (which when angered will include creating snowstorms though so he doesn't seem all-powerful the ability is incredible draining and hard to control.)
Combination of gentle fist and Haku's fighting style (they tied so I combined them. So Yuki will at times using needles in his fighting style so it will be like gentle fist but with needles at the end of the hand to really hit and completely destroy the pressure point; crippling or killing the person.)
Wandlessly do magic (well it will be like wandless magic but only the easy to mid-level spells no wandless killing curses. However, he can transform a rock into gold or something useful like a dagger Also Harry doesn't use his magic all too often preferring to do things by hand as to not be lazy)
sword master ( it will be more sword style dealing with speed and flexibility not pure strength and Yuki will still make some mistakes in his sword fighting because he has only been using a sword for about three years or so)
Seer (This will be completely random, He can't call on this power whenever he wants to and since he has just recently got this ability he will have trouble understanding the vision he gets. He will also be confused on if the Visions are dreams or not since most of them will happen while he is asleep rather than awake; a lot of it in the beginning is going to be like a deja vu feeling.)
Using magic to enhance body (Super speed, flexibility, and strength. Oh and he doesn't use this unless it is really important, like his in a fight and losing a fight he can't afford to lose. He never uses it in a fighting tournament unless the person he is fighting has pissed him off severely some was; like cheating or insulting his family. He does not use it in spars because he prefers improving himself naturally so when he does use it, it really packs a powerful punch)
Chapter Seven
A day, a day and half at most, that was how long it had been since both Kagome and him and first fallen down the well and ending up in what Harry had since found out was feudal Japan. That was how long it had been yet Harry's pounding head, and the slight twitch his eye had screamed that it had to have been longer than that. Though that may be because of everything that had happened since then, and the fact that for the last couple of hours both Kagome and Inuyasha seemed to want to do nothing but argue with each other.
Arguing which usually ended with Inuyasha being sat, something Harry had at first found hilarious and got a good deal of vindictive amusement, in that's what you get for trying to hurt my sister kind of way. But had now since gotten tired of it, and just really wanted the two of them to STOP fighting so they could all figure out just what was going to happen now. Especially now the jewel which had been in Kagome's side, a jewel that Harry now new was the powerful shikon no tama, had been shattered; which was just only one of the numerous reasons Kagome and Inuyaha keep on arguing.
Not only that Harry was really starting to get a good grasp on just how dangerous this time period was, both for Kagome and him. And this wasn't only because of the demons that freely roamed around during this time, there were so many other things that were dangerous for the two of them due to the mindset they had because of the time there were from; especially for Kagome. Which was something Harry was trying to figure out just how to get through to Kagome's head; so far the best idea he could thing was be really blunt about it.
Harry thoughts were interrupted, about just what he was going to say to Kagome, by a loud scream of SIT from said sister. Causing the pain in Harry's head to spike as he looked up with dread in his eyes to see just what other argument Kagome had gotten into with Inuyasha. What he saw when he looked up caused the eye twitch he had been trying, and failing, to will away to get even worse and caused his headache to go up another notch; much to Harry's displeasure.
It seemed that Inuyasha had somehow taken offence to the fact that Kagome was wearing a traditional miko outfit, which according to both Inuyasha and Kaede, made Kagome look exactly like Kikyo; which again according to those to Kagome could be the reincarnation. Something Harry wasn't completely sure of and wouldn't believe until he had unreputable prove in front of him.
But apparently something he had said had angered Kagome enough to tell him that she was going home, which was something that had Harry perking up. This was just what he needed, he could tell her everything he wanted to away from listening ears before they both came back; because Harry knew Kagome would feel responsible about the jewel and would come back to fix her mistake. Rather he liked it or not.
Still hearing that Kagome wanted to go home, Harry stood up and followed his sister as she stormed off; ignoring the cursing of Inuyasha from the hole he was in as he did so. Though as he followed his sister, and thought of everything that he was going to say to her once they got to the other side of the well, Harry swore he could feel something going around them. Swore he could feel something in the air that screamed a sort of danger to Harry, but what exactly Harry wasn't completely sure of.
Nevertheless Harry promised to be on edge, if only because Harry got the feeling that that feeling of danger revolved around Kagome, as he jumped behind his sister she leaped into the glowing blue of the well that would hopefully send them back to the future.
Harry thought perhaps he was coming off as a bit of pessimistic when he realized yes the well had managed to take them both back to the future and know he really shouldn't of doubted or worried about that. At the same time he got the feeling that the well wouldn't be so accommodating in the future; something deep within his gut screamed this. At the same time the feeling was also telling him that he needed to be prepared, or as Kagome seemed to think he was over prepared, for it when this did happen. Meaning Harry knew he had some serious packing to do once the prepared to go back to the past; most likely using his powers to make sure he could get everything he needed.
But first he really needed to talk to Kagome, he felt the conversation was something that was desperately needed. That in mind Harry brought up everything he had in mind and had been thinking about for the last day and a half, since this nightmare had really started, before turning to his still fuming sister; a completely serious look on his face. Causing Kagome to freeze where she was a pale slightly when she heard him say.
"Kagome we really need to talk about something." Kagome knew from experience that when Harry said something like that she really wasn't going to like what was about to be said, and she got the feeling she really wasn't going to like what her brother had to say, but first she had to get something out before he said anything, so with that in mind Kagome blurted out.
"You're not stopping me from going back to the past brother. Inuyasha may frustrate me something fierce but it is my duty to get all the pieces of that jewel. I was the one who broke it so I have to be the one that gets the pieces together and fix it. My gut screams this at me, and you always said it was best to listen to are instincts when they were telling us something!" After saying this Kagome looked at her brother that screamed to him that she wouldn't be swayed causing Harry to sight deeply before replying.
"I know Kagome, I knew that before when even came back to our time, that you would go back there, and that isn't what I wanted to talk to you about; at least not completely. But I am proud at you dedication on fixing things like you are." Here Harry paused and took a deep breath before starting. Knowing if he didn't Kagome most likely would let him later.
"Now I know that I will not be able to stop you from going back to the past, but know this. I will being going back with you and nothing you can say will stop me from doing so; just as nothing I can say would stop you." Here Harry gave Kagome a look similar to the one she had given him just moments ago; letting her know that that wasn't up for discussion either; something that Kagome secretly was really grateful from.
Though now she was even more worried for what her brother wanted to tell her because she could tell he wasn't even really beginning in what he wanted to say. Something that was proven true when Harry took another deep breath before speaking once more; his tone telling her just how serious he was.
"Now Kagome, I think well. You saw how different things were back in the feudal era right? How very different it is from today's time right?" here Kagome angrily interrupted her brother, getting a good feeling just what he was about to say.
"Are you saying that I need to change? Be more like how the women back then were if I want to fit in. Because if that is what you're saying I can tell you right now I am not going to do that. I have never been one to bit my tongue and just sit there a look pretty and you know that! You made sure I was never like that and I can't believe you're going to tell me to be like that now! How…" This time it was Kagome who was interrupted when Harry angrily cut off her rant; not believing that his sister automatically assumed the worst of him when she knew him.
"That not what in the least bit what I was going to say Kagome! What I was saying that it is dangerous there for BOTH of us. Especially with the way we think and act, it would immediately label us as different and that isn't something that would be a good thing. All I am trying to say is maybe we should both try to blend in a little meaning not a little more feudal era friendly cloths for BOTH of us…" once more Harry trailed off before getting another look in his eyes that said he wasn't going to be argued with; making a slightly embarrassed and ashamed Kagome's back stiffen at the look in her brother's eye as he continued speaking.
"Now what I really want to speak to you about is Training. I am going to help you with it and you are going to train to at least be able to shoot you bow and arrow better or I am going to speak to mother about keeping you here until you can at least handle it." This got an angry look from Harry and she was about to start screaming at Harry again but Harry helped up a hand to stop her before she could even begin.
"Kagome, demons and other such creatures run free there. There even without demons there are bandits and other such dangers on the road. There are no police back then, and as much as I hate to say this I know I will not be able to protect you from everything out there. We could very easily be separated or I could be distracted or even killed and unable to help you. And knowing that you can at least defend yourself somewhat would be a good weight of my back and I know mom would feel safer knowing this as well. In fact if I bring it up you know she'll make it so you have to train with me."
Kagome paled as she heard this, knowing their mother had long since wanted Kagome to learn to defend herself and knowing that Harry was right that if their mother realized just how dangerous the past was, something Harry was sure to inform her of if Kagome didn't train, or take said training serious, then she would make sure Kagome couldn't go to the past at all. Something Kagome knew deep within her soul that she had to do. SO with that in mind and knowing her brother wouldn't let this go Kagome managed to whimper out.
"But you're a sadistic when it comes to training! Even worse you're a perfectionist" Harry's reply to her whining really didn't make her feel any better, to be fair it really wasn't a comforting statement.
"I'm not sadistic, I'm realistic, you want to survive don't you?"
