Authors note- hey everyone. I'm actually writing on my phone. Please review and I hope you enjoy.

It's been awhile since I had my last memory. I'm on my first mission in fiore, with Alexa. Our client wants us to find the ancient book of time. So we can find a spell and take off the curse of the wood winds. Alexa and I are walking through the busy streets, in search of a man called Michael Menard a butcher here. People were glared at us, we were wearing cloaks so no one knew our identity. We were lost, and the closest store was a florist.

I walked over, "hello miss." I said waiting at the counter. "Oh, hello dearie it's lovely seeing you. And nice seeing you too." She said looking at Alexa's hidden guild mark. "Come on back I'm making tea." She happily replied. We stared at her confused, nodded and then followed her. "Dearies, sorry bout that, it would be weird if we stood out there talking. Bad for service. So what do you need?" She asked. Handing us China tea cups and scones. We sat down, "we're looking for the butcher." Alexa said taking a sip of her tea. I nodded. "Good your here to help. Ever since that curse has been here. We aren't aloud to trust outsiders. Even family. The curse gives us illusions to make us hopeful. Then they slaughter us, and we find them the next the morning. " she said. Flinging her hands in different directions to tell the story.

"I can tell you don't remember me. I'm glad you found the place your looking for. " she smiled. " but that's not your sister." She accused teasingly pointing at Alexa. " well she's not. This is Alexa. My sister is on a mission in blossom." She nodded. " oh yea the butcher. Down this road then turn right. The place with the sign of bakery. The place next to it is the butcher shop." I nodded. That made since but not that much since. We said our goodbyes and left.

" that was weird." Alexa remarked. I nodded. " she seemed to know my past and why we came here. I wish I could ask her questions but she seem to have done so much for us already." I said. She nodded. " time to turn right." We took a quick turn, I ran into someone, " oh sorry." A hand went up to me. I took it. My hoodie was off. People were staring at me. I quickly reached and pulled it over my head. "Cath what are you doing here?"

"Ken?"

"Yes. I going to ask you again what are you doing here?"

"On a mission. You?" I asked brushing off the dirt on my skirt.

"Same. I'm heading to the butchers."

"We're doing that to." I said pointing to me and Alexa.

"I guess we're going together." And with that he grabbed our

hand's. Dragging us down the lane.

"I guess this is it." He said while letting go of our hands. Ow we murmured rubbing our wrist. We walked inside. Raw meat hung from all sides of the room. We walked up to the counter. Alexa rang the bell twice, "any one here? We're from fairy tail". "You came you came. Come in come in." We nodded heading towards the back. "Please sit." He gestured towards the chairs. We sat down. "What did you need help with?" I asked. Grabbing out a note pad. "Oh yea. Yea. Fiore has curse of illusions. Sending people mad and dying. Place in blossom, place of the archive magic of the past. Lies the book of illusions. Bring it back and read the last page of it. Then once back please we celebrate and find out something you truly desire." He finished. I could tell he was foreign from fiore. At least he tried. "Now go." He said shoeing us out the door.

"I guess we're going to Beth, siah and Asia. Today to." I exclaimed. " don't forget truth. He went with them." He reminded me. I sighed. "Did you try to fix things up?" I asked. "He thinks your fine and clear. But doesn't trust you. Also still thinks of you as yang. He has so many questions."

"And so do we." Alexa piped in. I nodded. " Kyle? Why did you change your name to ken?" I asked.

"Oh yeah. Originally I was called kile, but my name is ken. It's just the formal way." I nodded. (Just in case your wondering why I changed the name.) we walked in silence until we got to the edge of the city. It will take two days to get there. But 4 days to go there and back." I said. Alexa whipped out a silver key, "the gate of the tracker I choose you." A young man appeared out of smoke. "Hello lady Alexa. What would you like me to do?" He asked while Bowing. "Hello, Edgar, we would like to borrow three of your finest horses."

She said. He nodded. "As you wish my lady." She nodded in thanks. He disappeared.

"I guess we're camping out here tonight." Alexa said. While setting up the tents and sleeping bags, ken Was sent to find fire wood. While I'm on a job to make the fire, cook and then watch the first half of the night. "Did you miss me." He asked. Dropping the twigs into the fire. "Not the least I smiled." Alexa walked over. "What are you making cath? She asked. "Oh nothing much fish. Berries and a rabbit. The rabbit is for me. I hate fish." I said. I kindled the fire as we ate. "Good night everyone." I said, as I head to my post. "Night spear." I murmured as the spear came within hand. The night sky and watching the area brought me back to the vision of protecting Beth. So many question. So vague answers. The crunching of branches behind me sent me spiraling up. I pinned the person against the tree. Pressing the tip of the arrowhead against their neck. "Hey it's me." Ken whispered. I sighed. "Sorry." I said. Stepping back. "Why are you not asleep." I asked. Looking. Towards the night sky. I placed my head in his shoulder. "I remember doing this with yang when I was younger. We would look at the constellations and try to talk to them. They responded once in awhile." He said. I smiled. He brushed my hair with his fingers. My eyes grew heavy and my spear disappeared.

"Time to get going cath." Ken said waking me up. I rubbed my eyes while standing up. " how did you sleep sleepy head." Alexa asked. "I'm the one up half of the night." I protested. Throwing wood hips at her. I got onto my horse, and grabbed my backpack. Time to go. We galloped through the woods. Up hills, one mountain, and fought weird creatures on the way. We finally made it to blossom. I smiled in exhaustion.
