Katsumi: GOMEN GOMEN GOMEN~!

Butch: Thanks for leaving us.

Katsumi: I was really busy! GOMEN!

Butch: Yeah, because school is that hard?

Katsumi: No, but I had to adjust to it. We have a new principal, and they made a lot of new changes.

Brick: Eh, the school isn't the only thing that changed.

Katsumi: Ok, don't even go there.

Brick: Fine, I won't.

Butch: Someone has a new crush~! Someone has a new crush~!

Brick: I said I wouldn't, but I didn't say he would.

Katsumi: Shut up Butch! He's not even in my grade! He's a year older.

Butch: But you are taking classes a year above your grade. So it's the same thing.

Brick: Where is everyone today? Eh, whatever… Kat doesn't own D! PPGZ! She only owns her own characters. BunniesGoRAWRRR owns Akari Rose and Raiden and Glossy-Butterfly58 owns Akane.

(Normal POV)

"Why do I need to hold your damn hand? It's not like this is an actual date!" Kyo exclaimed as Butch raised an eyebrow at her actions. "Oh Kyo, you know you'll fall in love with me." Butch cooed. Kyo growled in response.

"You two look so cute arguing…" Miya said as she giggled. The two blushed in embarrassment. They forgot the others were walking with them. "Cute? They look like a married couple. Always arguing." Brick commented. Mieko and Miya giggled in response.

"I think it's nice we get to go to a festival. We haven't been to one in a long time." Miya told them. "Really? Where are you from anyways?" Boomer asked her. She immediately regretted what she said. Thanks a lot Miya… Kyo thought. Their improv master was gone, so it was up to Kyo.

"Eh, um we lived in America for a while… to visit family. But we are actually from here in New Townsville." Kyo said, trying her best not to stutter. "Family eh? You girls don't look related to me." Butch said as he put his arm around Kyo's waist, much to her annoyance.

"Well, our um families are really close, so we like to think we're all one big family." Mieko answered, much to Kyo's relief. She had nothing. "And Kimi's family too?" Brick asked. Kyo and Mieko looked over at Miya, who was feeling VERY bad about saying her last twenty words.

"No, she is just one of our f-friends. She hardly sees her family anyways. She's from America, but she's Japanese like us as well. She spent most of her life in a hospital here." Miya said, relieved that she didn't stutter very much.

"MIYA!" Kyo and Mieko yelled. "What?" She asked, confusion taking over. Kyo connected her mind to Miya's. "Are you kidding me?! Miya, please stop saying words you'll regret later!"

Huh? What did I do?

Completely annoyed, Kyo disconnected her mind from Miya's. The boys were quiet. They were just thinking. They never had any health problems, and Boomer remembered Kenji telling him that she was sick one day.

"I hate you." Kyo said to Butch, who smirked.

"Love you too."

(Naomi's POV)

"No, no! I said put them over here! In the glass cake display. I'm 16, your 21. How is it that I'm a better worker?!" I asked a female kitchen worker who was now putting Rose's pineapple upside down cupcakes in the place I orders her to put them. Some people just never learn.

"Need some help?"

I turned around to see the only male worker in the castle. "YES! Thank you Kenji! Everyone here sucks!" I exclaimed. He laughed. "I think you're upsetting them Naomi." He whispered. I looked around to see two female workers glaring at me.

I sweat-dropped. "Eto, you two are awesome!" I reassured them. They raised an eyebrow before leaving back to the castle, since their part of the job was done. I let out a sigh of relief. "Close one…" I mumbled.

"Well, someone needs to learn when to shut their mou-"

"Shut up Kenji." I cut him off, before we started laughing again. He grabbed a few desserts and started arranging them into place. "Kenji, have you seen the girls? They look pretty." I told him. "No, I haven't. I'm sure that the princes would be happy to see them dressed up though." Kenji said, trying to be polite; even if it is a girl-type of conversation.

"Strange thing is, I didn't see Kimi. The girls convinced her to come with them, but in the end she ended up not going." I told him. He stared at the ground for a couple of seconds. "She's probably just tired or something. Nothing for us to worry about, I'm sure." Kenji said as he gave me a reassuring smile. I smiled back.

"You're right! I should focus on getting people to buy my desserts! Not worry about someone! I'm going sell if it's the last thing I do!" I exclaimed, putting my fist into my hand with a confident expression. Kenji sweat-dropped.

"Eto, that's not really what I meant Naomi." Kenji told me, but I barely listened. I saw the girls and guys walking in. They were holding hands~! Even Kyo and Butch!

"So Kawaii~!" I exclaimed. The girls' outfits were so much cuter with the boys with them. They matched perfectly! "Huh?" Kenji said, confusion written on his face as he tilted his head to side like a puppy. Kawaii~

"The cute little couples arrived!" I yelled happily. I guess Mieko heard me because she blushed a bit. Mieko leaned over to Kyo and whispered something.

Ok, I'm not good at reading lips but I'll give it a try!

Eto… ….. "Try" … "to"… "pop"? No… "stop"! "the" … "boys" … "from"…"mating"? or "meeting"? Ah, I can't read the next one. Um "if"… "we" … "see" … "her" K…. so she said "Try to stop the boy from meeting-idk- if we see her." Strange…

"Huh? Where'd Kenji go?" I asked out loud, noticing his disappearance. I shrugged at my own question. In the corner of my eye I saw strands of brown hair with tinges of red. Now who has hair like that….?

(Katsumi's POV)

I was sitting at a table where people can eat or socialize with other people. I was by myself. I saw the girls enter the festival with the boys. They were holding hands with their counterparts. Kyo, however, looked a bit annoyed. They said a few words and split up. Kyo and Butch walked past me as they looked at all the rides. They didn't even notice me. Both a good thing and a bad thing.

That's when I realized the plan might be harder than I thought. At least, for me. I'm always hidden even when in plain sight. I think it's a miracle the girls noticed me when I met them. Even if they are my friends, I still preferred to be by myself. I don't know why, though. That's why I always left them during lunch back then. I never thought someone would follow me. I didn't even think they saw me. I would be a perfect background person in a movie, they would see me, but they wouldn't notice me.

Miya has a sweet personality and attracts any boy she sees, Kyo has a tough personality and is known for playing any sport, Mieko is childish at times and she's known to be intelligent. Me, I'm just a girl who's hated for being 'good at everything'. I'm not.

They don't realize that I'm not perfect. If I was perfect, I would be a normal teenager. I would have my parents with me, and I would never be in the background. They don't realize how lucky they are to be living a life that's not mine. I'm being hunted down, used, forced to live under a harsh destiny and they have the right to say I'm PERFECT? I'm far… from being that.

I grabbed a small part of my hair. I had a friend once who would always call me ginger. In the sunlight, you can clearly see red hairs shining with my brown hair. Strange because it's natural.

"Hey, you look lonely! I don't like that!" I heard someone say to me. I looked up to see Akari Rose. Akari had on a yellow top with sleeves up to her elbow and the top even had a hoodie. On the shirt it said in black letters: Smile a lot! It hugged her curves and made it look a bit more dressy than casual. (That's a GOOD thing!)

She had on jeans and black mid-calf boots with a little wedge. For accessories (I spent WAY too much time with Yumiko…) she had on a yellow bracelet with little fake black diamonds (they looked real which made me a bit uncomfortable; I don't know why.) and a pair of black earrings. Her light brown hair was left down and it reached her um, 'lower back'. I could see that she has a black streak in her hair. Overall, she looked really pretty.

"I'm fine." I told her. She didn't take that as an answer. "No, when you're lonely like that it makes me feel bad Petunia. My name's Akari Rose! What's your name?" She asked me. "Katsumi." I told her. "Really? That's a pretty name. You know, you look familiar…" She said to me as she put her finger on her chin. I kept a calm expression and didn't say a word.

"Oh! You look like one the workers I know! I found your doppelganger Katsumi!" She said to me with a smile. I couldn't help but smile as well. She really is unique…

"Rose, will you stop reading people's mind today? They might attack you…." I heard someone say jokingly in a kind voice. I laughed a bit and turned around to see a guy that looked 18, a year older than Akari. He had dirty blonde hair that looked like Taylor Lautner's hair (Yumiko's favorite celebrity) except it was a bit messier. He was tall. Well, anyone who is taller than me is tall. He has dark golden eyes that were filled with kindness and understanding. I blushed a bit from just looking at him.

Just kidding. I'm not that kind of girl. He was handsome/cute, I'll give him that. Akari pouted. "But she said I was unique!" She told him. "She didn't say it Rose. She thought it." He said to her. "Same thing~" She countered. Feeling a bit awkward hearing this, I was getting ready to walk away.

"Hi, my name is Raiden. You are?" He asked me with a smile as he put his arm around Akari. So he's Raiden… Mieko said Akari has a boyfriend. "Katsumi. Very nice to meet you." I said quietly. I only said six words and I was already getting uncomfortable to speak again. They weren't the reason for it; I just wasn't comfortable talking to people other than the girls and Kenji.

"Are you ok? You're a bit pale." He asked me. Akari looked at me and her eyes were filled with concern. "It's n-nothing." I mumbled. I got up from my seat and said good-bye before the two walked off hand-in-hand in one direction and I walked away in the other. I honestly don't know why I'm pale. I guess I'm a bit nervous, but usually when I'm nervous, I don't have any ways to show it. Like how some people smile uncontrollably, some stutter…. A lot. Or even sweat buckets.

"Hey Katsumi!" Someone said to me. I fixed my dress (the front was bugging me. Actually, the entire thing was bugging me. So short it's scary) and turned around.

Kenji.

I don't know why, but one second I smiled seeing him, then the next second I'm hugging him in fear. "You'll be fine. Don't worry about it." He said to prevent me from crying. I like him, but only as a brother. Same for him with me but as a sister. It's very hard to explain, especially since he has an actual sister, Emi. And she's his twin. I find it a bit strange how we care about each other this much even after a couple of days meeting each other. Eh, whatever, this is the same guy who would stalk me without me knowing. That's scary because I should've sensed him. How is it that I'm not freaked out by him following me back then? Interesting.

I nodded slowly at his words and looked at him. He smiled and I was forced to let go of him because he walked away. For the first time, I actually missed him. I hope I'm not thinking incest (even if we're not related.) or something. I'm way too innocent to do something like that. I barely learned what that was this year. Sad, right?

As the sun was starting to set, someone walked up to the stage with a microphone in hand. Behind the lady were instruments like a piano, guitar, drums, and bass guitar and maybe some more behind the curtains. I guess the band Blake told 'Kimi' about is going to arrive soon.

"Attention all citizens of New Townsville. We'd like to thank you all for coming to the festival this year. I hope you have a wonderful time." The announcer lady said before everyone returned to what they were doing. I really want to leave. I have a feeling I shouldn't be here.

And that someone found me.

….

The chill…. The chill down my spine was back. I straightened the way I was standing and looked around. Whoever was looking at me isn't anymore. I started walking towards the entrance, so I could leave. My mind didn't let me, so I stopped walking for no apparent reason.

I stared at the ground while I was tried to figure out what the heck is going on. I lost my ability to move. Another reason why I should panic. SHOULD, panic. Doesn't mean I am. Maybe I'll die today. And then everything would be over. I don't want to lose my life, believe me, but sometimes I feel that it's the only way. I'm not suicidal, trust me.

Before I knew it, my vision started blurring. I could barely see anything. My hearing was going deaf and my body started falling asleep.

No longer being able to control my legs, I fell on my knees as my breathing was practically useless. I fell on my side on the ground as I tried to maintain consciousness. I tried to remember what I did in the morning to cause all this but that just made the pain in my head worse. Nothing that I know of affected all this. So…. Why?

My breathing came to a stop.

My eyes closed shut. All I see is darkness.

I could hear the sounds of screams and yells before I heard nothing from the outside world.

Before I felt nothing.

"I hope you enjoyed being shut down. But don't worry, this is temporary. This is for denying our request to be a part of us. We can be invincible. You can have EVERTHING you desire. If you won't join us on your own you'll join us by force." "Hee hee! We're in her mind~"

"SHUT UP BOOMER." "Oh... sorry."

(Normal POV)

Much to her dismay, Butch STILL held her hand as they walked back to the small line they were headed to. Of course, she couldn't let go. Not because of the plan, but because his grip was too damn strong. Not that it was hurting her hand though, she still had blood flowing.

"What ride is this?" She asked as she tried to find the sign which stated the name. "Zero Gravity. Though I don't get why they called it that." Butch told her. She nodded in reply, not really knowing what to say.

She saw the ride and had to admit, it looked pretty fun. She could hear the sounds of screams from girls as the ride was almost over. She felt chills go down her spine as she watched the people stumble out of the ride. One girl even ran towards a trashcan. That just made Kyo even more eager to go on the ride.

"You go ahead." Butch told her. "Boomer called a second ago. He said that we need to do something." Butch explained. Kyo raised an eyebrow, but didn't question it. "K. I don't really care." Kyo told him bluntly. Butch nodded, a bit hurt by her choice of words. He shrugged it off though. It's something you would always expect out of Kyo.

He walked away from his 'girlfriend' and caught up to Boomer who was waiting by the gate. "I believe we have someone to visit, dear younger brother." Butch said to his younger blonde-haired brother. "Yup. I saw someone take our target. So to the hospital we go!" Boomer exclaimed happily.

"I don't think anyone would be happy going to a hospital Boomer." Butch told him. "Right!" Boomer yelled, his fist in the air. Then his happy expression changed to a depressing one. "Let's go Butch…." Boomer said in a gloomy tone. Butch raised an eyebrow.

Who knew the idiot can act?

The two brothers made their way out of festival before Boomer started giggling. Well, as much as a 16 year old male can giggle. "I... knew that wouldn't last." Butch said as he rolled his eyes.

"That was fun though Butch. Let's get to the hospital then, I don't want to leave Miya over at the festival too long." Boomer told him as they continued walking. "Same with me. Kyo might head back to the castle." Butch replied.

"Heh-heh, your date hates you~ your date hates you~!" Boomer said in a mocking/singing tone. "She doesn't hate me idiot. Kyo is just playing hard to get." Butch told his brother as an angry symbol appeared on his forehead.

"Now would you get serious? You can't be all lollipops and rainbows in there." Butch added. "I know! I'm just getting all of cheerfulness out by getting you angry." Boomer said with a smile. Butch sighed.

"Lil bro, I'm not sure if you're being smart, or idiotic." Butch commented. Boomer rolled his eyes and happily ran in the hospital. "I'm being both!" Boomer yelled.

"THESE ARE SO GOOD!" Both Mieko and Brick yelled as they ate Akari's special cupcakes made by Naomi. The two happily munched on their desserts as they walked out of festival. Of course, not without the two carrying a small bag with other desserts. Kimi's red velvet cake was a favorite too. As well as Miya's blueberry tarts. Oh, and the two couldn't forget Kyo's pumpkin pie, the only food that was actually good that she made. Naomi was hesitant about using her pie though, since the girl can't even bake cookies.

"I didn't think we'd leave so early Brick." Mieko told him as she swallowed a bite. "Did you want to stay? We can go back if you want. We don't have to le-"

"It's fine Brick; I was getting tired of walking anyways. These legs are not made for walking for more than an hour." Mieko cut him off. As much as she didn't like him, she felt kinda bad that he was about to wallow in guilt. "Thank you." Brick mumbled.

"For what?" Mieko asked him. "For making me feel better. I know what you just did. You knew I was going to panic." Brick told her. Mieko couldn't help but blush. "Then you're welcome Prince Brick." Mieko told him, using his 'full title'. Brick rolled his eyes, but the pink tinged on his face was obvious. Mieko just smiled at him. On the inside, she felt a bit hurt.

Someone finally likes her, but she really doesn't return the feelings. The same thing happened with Sakamoto, but Brick is actually a bit more decent. Even if he is evil. And rude (w/ Blossom). And a smart-ass. And a so-called leader. And a skirt-flipper.

But at least he didn't put bugs in her hair. That was a scary day.

Then again, Brick likes Mieko, not Momoko. He hates Blossom. He thinks she's dead. Mieko is someone else. Same with Momoko. They are two different people; Momoko being the real one. He probably won't like the real her. He'll be too into Mieko to accept the real thing.

She felt her heart crack a bit. What was she feeling? Regret? She couldn't figure it out.

"Hey, Mieko? Are you alright? You look tired." Brick said, catching her attention. "Eh, eh…. I'm fine Brick. I guess I'm a bit sleepy though." Mieko told him. It wasn't a lie. All of that thinking made her a bit fatigued.

"Well, were almost in the worker's hallway. You can go to bed from there." Brick told her. Mieko had to look around to realize they were already in the castle. Whoa… Mieko thought.

How long was I distracted?

They finally got to her pink door. "Well, Night Mieko. I'll see you tomorrow." Brick told her. "U-um, maybe we can watch a movie, Brick. I'm not that tired anymore. You know, when a kid is tired when a family is traveling, but when they get to their relatives' house they're full of energy. I feel like that." Mieko told him. That one was a lie, but she felt like it shouldn't end there.

Brick smiled. "Sure! Come on! The theater room is over here!" Brick exclaimed. He grabbed her hand and the two ran down the hallways. "W-wait! You guys have a private theater room?!" Mieko asked him in shock.

"Yup! I'm surprised you haven't noticed it. It's sort of close to the library." Brick told her. "Well I don't think you should drag me. I'm kinda clu- Oof!" Mieko tried to warn him but ended up tripping on her own foot.

She fell; her face landing on Brick's back, causing both to fall on the floor. "-msy." Mieko finished; very late. Brick just laughed, much to her surprise. "Are you ok?" He asked her. "I'm sorry! I'm fine! But I'm sorry! Gomen!" Mieko apologized repeatedly.

"It's ok Mieko." Brick reassured her. He helped her up and they walked into the room. "M-Momoko?"

Huh? I can't make out whose voice this is… Mieko thought, hoping whoever is using telepathy will say who they are.

"It's m-me. Kat. Kaoru didn't use telepathy so that's why it's hard to t-talk. I'm using an old connection. It'll o-only last a minute before it breaks."

Oh, ok. What do you need?

"Can you s- send some of your h-healing energy to me? I'm not doing so w-well."

I'm not even sure if I can do that Katsumi… "Yes you can. Just f-focus y-your energy. I-imagine it b-being sent like e-electricity on a w-wire." Katsumi told her in Mieko's mind.

Do you really think I can do it? Mieko asked her. "Y-yes y-you c-can. I'm starting to l-lose y-you. P-please h-hurry" Katsumi told her, her voice starting to turn into static.

"Hey Mieko, I'm going to put in a movie, K?" Brick told her. Mieko nodded, but wasn't sure of what he just said. Ok, focus my energy…. Mieko thought in her head. Her eyes glowed pink, despite the contacts she was wearing.

Mieko closed her eyes and imagined her power being sent though a wire. "I'm b-better n-now M-Momoko. L-later!" Katsumi told her before the connection broke, and Mieko could no longer hear her teal eyed friend.

"Some people are so hard to figure out…" Mieko mumbled to herself. "Like who?" Brick asked as he sat on a cushiony seat next to her. Mieko's eyes widened before she blurted out a random name.

Or at least, a random name to Brick.

"Katsumi!" She said out loud, before instantly regretting it. "Who's she?" Brick asked. Mieko wanted to run right then and there. "Um, an old friend. She was quite strange. She went to the same school as the girls and I before we moved, heh-heh?" Mieko tried to cover up.

Brick, despite being an intelligent being, bought the whole story. "Hm, interesting. She must have really missed you girls." Brick commented. Mieko nodded. "What movie did you pick?" Mieko asked him, trying to change the subject.

"Since we both like super heroes, I put in The Avengers." He answered. Mieko instantly smiled. "I love that movie!" she exclaimed. Now it was Brick's turn to smile.

This is going to be a good night. Brick thought in his head.

"Did Boomer tell you why he and Butch had to go?" Kyo asked Miya as they played some carnival games. Right now, they were playing a game on who could blow the largest bubble (had that at a carnival once. I won!). Miya was obviously winning.

She picked a mini Octi key chain as her prize. "Miss, you can get a jumbo prize, you won." The lady who was working in the stand told her. Miya shook her head. "I want this one." She told her. The woman nodded.

"Ok then sweetie, then at least get three more mini prizes." She told Miya.

Miya was hesitant, but ended up getting a soccer key chain, a cookie key chain, and a key chain with Len on it. Those three were of course, for her friends. She then answered Kyo. "No, he said that it was an emergency though." Miya told Kyo as she handed her the soccer key chain.

"Hmm, I'm not sure about this. I have a bad feeling that we shouldn't have let them leave." Kyo told her. Miya nodded. "Me too. I'm worried about Mieko and Katsumi-san as well." Miya told her as they walked to the food part of the festival/carnival.

"Yeah, but I'm sure Kat's fine. Mieko too. They won't kick the bucket that easily. Mieko at least needs to eat something before she dies, and Kat won't rest until the world is safe." Kyo informed her. Miya nodded.

"You think that she saw Blake already?" Miya asked her. "Probably. Every time I blink I can feel emotions coming from where she's at. I think it's from Blake." Kyo told her. Miya titled her head, mimicking both Kenji and Katsumi.

"You can't sense where Mieko is at?" She asked. Kyo shook her head. "She's too far from us. If I connect our minds, I'll only be able to talk to her, not feel the emotions surrounding her." Kyo informed her. Miya nodded, understanding what her Raven-haired friend told her.

"That's cool. I wish I could do something helpful with my abilities." Miya said as she sighed. Despite Kyo's stubborn personality, she put a comforting arm around her best friend's shoulders. "Hey, you come in handy too. Animals are like spies. They see everything." Kyo reassured her.

Miya smiled. "Really!? Arigatou gozaimasu Kyo!" She thanked her. "Yeah, yeah. I'm awesome. Now let's get some food. I'm hungry." Kyo told her as they walked to the front of the line. There weren't any people waiting in line anyways.

Miya just got Mexican food, which were something called Arroz con Frijoles and a Tamale. Strange names, but looks tasty. She also got a bottle of water. Kyo, rather happy with her food choice, got eel and eggs. They found a table and sat down.

"Have you ever tried that kind of food?" Kyo asked. "Um, unless you count some breakfast Katsumi-san made in the mansion for us once." Miya said to her. "Which was?" Kyo asked.

"Um, she said it was called a breakfast burrito. It had beans, bacon, eggs, and potatoes." Miya answered. Kyo nodded. "I remember that day. It was so freakin' good. She said she got it from a recipe at a restaurant she used to go to as a kid. I also remember that day because Momoko made ice-cream shakes. That was even more delicious." Kyo commented.

Miya took a bite of her tamale, after unwrapping it. She was caught off guard by the hint of spiciness, but enjoyed the taste of it. (My aunt makes really good tamales~! Even if I don't like her very much.)

"Should we head back after we finish eating?" Miya asked, her hand covering her mouth. Kyo nodded. "Yeah, I'm getting tired of waiting for the perv." Kyo said.

"Am I really that perverted?"

"GAH!" Kyo yelled, throwing her eating utensil. Boomer ducked to avoid being hit by it. Butch, the one who said the words just raised an eyebrow. Who knew she can get scared that easily? Maybe it's just when she's caught off guard….

"Hi Miya-chan!" Boomer greeted. "Hello Boomer-san! We were just thinking about leaving. Good thing you guys came back." Miya told him, greeting him back as well. Boomer nodded happily.

"Aw come on Kyo, I didn't think you'd be so scared~." Butch teased as Kyo faced away from him. "Lies, you did that on purpose." Kyo muttered angrily. "WELL, I did mean to surprise you. Not, scare you to death." Butch told her.

Kyo, sensing the truth in his words, turned to face him. "If we weren't in public I would punch you in the face." She said bluntly. "Aw~ she does care." Butch teased. "I hate you." Kyo told him, a blush forming on her face.

"I love you too." Butch teased even more. "When are you going to stop that?!" Kyo yelled furiously.

~Earlier~

"Thank you Momoko…." Katsumi mumbled as she walked into the park. She had on a dark teal tank, black shorts, and dark teal converse with black music notes. She would still have her dress on, but it was ruined. A memory she does not want to replay.

She felt the bruise on her left cheek fade away and the cuts and marks on her arms disappear as well. But the feeling that someone has seen her left eye still haunts her. The memory, despite how much she wanted to forget it, it was still fresh in her mind.

Violence.

Revenge.

She just wanted to wake up and figure out it was all a dream. But it's not. This is a reality; her reality. She made her way to a tree. Her tree. She would always go to the biggest tree in the park. Katsumi stopped going after an incident that happened a long time ago.

She made her way up the tree, and then lied down on the second highest branch. Katsumi took out her IPod and put on her teal headphones. "Oh Rin and Len, Why can't we get rid of Justin Bieber and make you two real?" She mumbled. She was listening to Kodoku no Hate.

"Interesting idea, but some people deserve to be tortured by the Canadian."

"KYA!" Katsumi yelled, caught completely off guard (that's a first). She fell off the tree branch, landing on the ground with a big 'thud'. "OH SHOOT!" she heard a male voice yell.

"Are you…. Ok?" the person asked her, but was taken by her appearance. Katsumi slowly got up; cracking her back in the process. "Well, I didn't think my day could get any worse…" She whispered to herself. She turned to face the person.

Blake.

Blake just stared at her, completely flabbergasted at what he was seeing. "Y-YOU!" He exclaimed, pointing at Katsumi, whose face stayed its emotionless self. "Hello Prince Blake, pleasure to meet you. Now if I may, I'll be leaving." Katsumi said quietly before walking away.

Before she TRIED to walk away.

Blake grabbed her wrist to stop her, but it didn't stop Katsumi from wincing in pain. The only thing Momoko's power couldn't fix. "N-No, wait! We have met before. I was just younger… Eto… younger than you….. But now I look a bit older…. Eh, uh, eto….. It's hard to explain. I remember your name, Katsumi. And, I don't do formalities; Just Blake is fine." He told her. Katsumi raised in eyebrow.

"I'm serious! I was younger than you before! At night! We met at night. Do you remember meeting a kid at night a long time ago?" He asked her. Who knew that taking theatre class would pay off?

"Yeah, sure I do. The kid had some of my cake then fell asleep." Katsumi told him with a shrug. "That was me!" Blake exclaimed. "Ok, you do look like him…. And since all of the nonsense here is real, I guess I have no choice but to believe you." Katsumi told him, getting rather tired of talking as she failed miserably trying to remove a black choker on her neck. (Some stuff you don't understand, will be answered in the next chapter)

Blake smiled like an idiot after she said those words. What Katsumi was trying to figure out was how the guy is her counterpart. He acts nothing like her. Maybe her past self, but not her today-self. He gave her a hug, his arms going around her waist.

"You don't know how much I've wanted to see you again…" He whispered to her. He gently kissed her cheek (O_o) while Katsumi just stared at nothing.

"I…. I can't do this…" Katsumi mumbled to herself. Blake heard her. "What do you mean?" He asked, looking at her in the eyes.

Katsumi did her best to look away. "You don't know me… How much we've suffered… We should have never come here." She said out loud. "Who do mean when you say we?" Blake asked her.

"You don't realize how much I wanted to kill you and get this over with." Katsumi told him as her eyes filled with tears the second time this week. Blake took a step back.

"What are you talking about Katsumi? Is someone forcing you to do something? I can stop them. I have powers." Blake stated.

Katsumi took a step forward, her eyes focusing on the ground below them. Her hands balled up into fists as she tried to gain the courage to say something she should regret.

"I'm Melody. I'm Kimi."

Blake's eyes widened.

She should regret it, but she doesn't.

Katsumi: Gomenasai everyone. I tried to post sooner, but something always came up. Next chapter might be late as well, who knows? I really am sorry. I was going nuts since I couldn't work on my stories.
