Once again sorry for the long update. I had a writer's block. Anyway, here is it.

Natsu and Mermaid Heel, reconcile

"Natsu, I'm sorrrryyy. I didn't mean to tell her where you are" Happy said with tears streaming down his face.

"That's okay buddy" Natsu replied, looking cautiously at Larissa, who eyed him with malicious smile.

"Well, well... Look what I find here. My best student with the guy I was hunting for. Good job Kagura. You caught him before me." Natsu looked from Larissa to Kagura, who looked at her master with her usual expressionless face. Larissa looked at Natsu's get up and smirked. "I see. You dressed up as a girl to blend in here. I must say that sailor uniform looks good on you." Natsu blushed, embarrassed. "Well, what are you waiting for Kagura? Take him."

"I refuse."

Suddenly, it all became dead silent. Happy was too busy crying out of guilt. Natsu looked nervously between Kagura, who still had the same emotionless face, and Larissa, who looked flabbergasted.

Kagura Mikazuchi was a prideful mage, the ace of Mermaid Heel, the epitome of strength in her guild. Similar to Erza in her own guild, she never took orders from anyone. She was usually the one giving orders. The only people she let order her around barring her Guildmaster was her master Larissa. The person who had given her all her knowledge in swordsmanship. The woman who had trained her since she arrived in Mermaid Heel when she was little, and treated her like her own daughter. One of the people who helped her to become as strong as she was then. She respected Larissa and looked up to her, ignoring her "conservative" personality. So it was very shocking to see her going against her master's wishes for a guy she just met.

"Wha-what did you say Kagura?"

"I refuse. I am sorry Larissa-san, but I can't capture him."

"And why is that?" Larissa said, desperately trying to keep calm.

"He is my friend."

"BUT HE'S A GUY!" she shrieked, making Natsu jumped. "HE'S A GUY AND HE'S HERE IN MERMAID HEEL! IT'S AGAINTS OUR LAW!"

"That law is very old. I think it is time to change."

"DOESN'T MATTER! IF YOU WON'T CAPTURE HIM, THEN I WILL!" Larissa lunged at Natsu. Natsu was a little startled but quickly readied himself for a fight. But before Larissa's sword could touch Natsu, Kagura blocked it with her own sword. Both Natsu and Larissa looked flabbergasted at Kagura, defending Natsu. Larissa kept striking but each strike was blocked by Kagura.

"Why Kagura?! Why?!"

"I told you! He is a friend of Erza, and so, he is my friend as well!"

"What the heck! How long have you known him?!"

"About 1 and a half hour!"

"One and a half hour and you already decide to go up against me for him?!"

Natsu looked at the fight between the master and student, confused and at lost. A whimper finally snapped him.

"Natsu... helped me..." Happy said, his body was still tied. Natsu quickly helped his friend. After letting him go from the rope, Natsu looked back at the fight.

"What do you think we should do now Natsu?"

"I think we should escape from here to find Erza while Kagura hold her up for us."

"But they're fighting in front of the door."

"You're right. Let's go from the balcony. You can fly us from there."

"Good idea."

Natsu and Happy quickly went to the balcony. But their movement did not go unnoticed by Larissa.

"Not so fast!" Larissa re-equipped her bamboo sword into a giant axe and threw it onto Kagura. "Aaargh!" Kagura couldn't move it off of her body. The axe was set with magic which made it extremely heavy for other people other than its owner.

While Kagura was immobilized, Larissa ran toward Natsu drawing a spear. Before Happy could fly, Larissa lunged her spear at Natsu, knocking him from Happy's grasp. Natsu quickly side-stepped and barely got away from the strike. Larissa's spear hit Happy instead, throwing him toward the wall and knocked him unconscious. Larissa herself had put too much force at her lunge and made her body move forward, in a verge of falling from the balcony.

"Larissa-san!"

"AAAHHH!" Larissa fell from the balcony but Natsu caught her hand before she could fall into the lake below. Eventhough the lake was shallow, falling from the height they were in was still dangerous. Larissa and Kagura looked at Natsu, surprised.

"What are you doing?!"

"Saving you! What else?!"

Natsu tried to pull her with one hand but the woman was heavier than he thought. "Oh man! You're heavy! I can't pull you up with one arm!"

"What?! You mean I'm fat?!" Larissa said indignantly.

"You really should going on a diet! Gosh! And Happy said Lucy was heavy." Natsu huffed and sighed. "Gimme your other hand!" Natsu stretched his other hand to her. Larissa looked at his hand hesitantly.

"Natsu! Your bag!" Natsu realized that his bag had slide from his shoulder down to his other hand and was about to fall. Natsu quickly caught it in his other hand. But he felt his grip on Larissa's hand was loosening and he needed both of his hand to pull her up. He looked at Larissa and to the bag who had the gift he supposed to deliver to Erza. Erza would kill him if he ever lost it. But...

Natsu looked back. Kagura was still trying to get the heavy axe off of her and Happy was unconscious. No one's going to help him. He looked at Larissa's helpless expression. "*sigh* It can't be helped."

Natsu let go of his bag and it fell from his hand down and into the lake. Both Kagura and Larissa were shocked by his action. He stretched his now free hand to Larissa. "Come on! Your other hand!"

Larissa stared at him, still shocked and hesitant for a moment, before putting her hand on his and let him pull her up.

15 minutes later:

Natsu sighed while carrying the still unconscious Happy in his arms, Kagura and Larissa walking by his sides.

"It's okay. We will help you explain the situation. I am sure Erza and our master will understand. Right Larissa-san?" said Kagura from his right.

"Y-yes. Of course! I'll help you tell them. After all it was my fault" Larissa replied from his left, a little more hesitant than Kagura.

Natsu didn't feel better from their reassurance. They were on their way down to the lake to find Natsu's bag. Kagura said there was still a chance for them to save the gift inside it. "It's no use. Whatever it is inside that box would've been soaked through. It wouldn't look like a gift anymore. Erza will definitely kill me." Happy blinked and finally opened his eyes.

"You okay buddy?"

"Natsu? What happened?"

"You were knocked unconscious by her spear" Natsu replied while tilting his head towards Larissa.

"Aaahh! The mad woman" Happy shrieked and instantly took flight from Natsu's hand.

"Relax, she's on our side now."

"Eh?"

"Yes, um... I'm sorry for the troubles I caused you" Larissa said, embarassed. Then she turned to Natsu. "And thank you for saving me."

Natsu grinned. "You're welcome. Glad that you're finally stop chasing me."

"Yeah. I was thinking about asking our Guildmaster to lift the law about forbidding men here. Now that I think about it, that law is pretty old and we have been keeping it for almost three centuries."

"That's good" Kagura said, smiling.

"Kagura! You're... you're smiling!"

"I guess I am."

"But you... how... when..."

"Let us talk about that later. That is Erza over there."

And sure enough. There, stood Erza with Milliana, Natsu's soaked bag in her hand. Erza's expression started to turn into a teasing smile when she saw Natsu's clothes while Milliana snickered. "Sailor uniform!" Milliana said, pointing at Natsu, still laughing loudly, while Natsu scowled. She instanly stopped laughing and her eyes sparkled when she spotted Happy and he gulped. "Kitty!" Milliana captured Happy in a bone-crashing hug.

"I never imagined you as girl. Now that I look at you, I must say, you make a fine girl Natsu. If only there is a wig, then it will be perfect" Erza said, chuckling.

Natsu blushed, getting more and more embarrassed.

"Well, he did wear a wi-"

"Argh! Shut up!" Natsu glared at Kagura, who was sporting identical teasing smirk with Erza.

"Anyway, about your mission here..." Erza started. Natsu gulped. Kagura stepped in front of him to defend him.

"Please Erza, let us explain."

"No need." Erza put her hand in front of Kagura. "I know what happened." They looked confusedly at her. "Natsu and Kagura were caught by Larissa who was told by Happy that you were in the master's room and when Natsu and Happy tried to escape from the balcony, Larissa tried to stop him but it made her almost fell. Natsu caught her and saved her from falling but sacrificed his bag which contained the gift that I am supposed to give to Mermaid Heel's Guildmaster." Her expression changed into a proud smile. "You did the right thing Natsu. I am proud f you."

All of them (except Milliana, who was busy playing with Happy, and Happy, who tried to escape from Milliana) stared at her, flabbergasted.

"How do you know all this?"

"I told her" they heard a female voice replied behind Erza. An old, stubby lady, around Porlyusica's age, with a gentle smile on her wrinkled face and warm green eyes, and dirty blond hair tied into a bun, wearing black Victorian dress, appeared from behind Erza. Kagura and Larissa were shocked.

"Who's this granny?" Natsu asked. He was instantly smacked by Erza, Kagura and Larissa. "What the hell was that for?!"

"Watch your manners Natsu! This is..."

"My name is Casablanca, Mermaid Heel's Guildmaster. It is nice to finally meet you in person Natsu Dragneel" she said, smiling, not seeming to take offense from his words. Natsu widened his eyes at the soaked box on the old lady's hand.

"Ah! That's right! Sorry 'bout that" Natsu said, pointing at the box.

"It's okay. The box is pretty tough. I believe the inside was still intact."

Natsu tilted his head to the side. "What's inside that box anyway?"

"I am also wondering the same thing."

"Huh? You don't know either, Erza?"

"No. I am only assigned by master to give it." Now, everyone's eyes, including Happy and Milliana, were drawn to the box curiously.

Casablanca smiled. "Why don't you see it yourself?" She got out a key from her pocket and put it into the keyhole attached to the box. They watched her with great interest. She opened the box to reveal-

A pile of sweets...

?

"Those are...sweets" Kagura said, unsurely.

"They are" Casablanca nodded, still smiling. Natsu started to think that maybe the smile was forever plastered on her face.

"Wow! They look yummy! There are chocolate chips, lollipop candy, cupcakes, chocolate bars... Ah! But nothing is better than fish."

"Um... I am not trying to be rude but... Why does master Makarov want to give you sweets for a gift to help with the cooperation?" Larissa asked.

"Why not? It is, after all, 'a token of friendship', so it must be a friendly gift."

"What?! You mean I risked my live for a pile of sweets?!"

"Yes" Casablanca gave him a closed-eyed smile, which starting to irritate Natsu. "But I admit your struggle to give this box to me was admirable. You even fought our strongest mage and our strongest swordswoman too do it" she said, indicating Kagura and Larissa. Both women looked down, blushing.

"Hey, that's right! You haven't told us why you know what happened to us!"

"I saw you. When I came back from the meeting and met Erza-san and Milliana-san here." Kagura and Larissa realized what it meant.

"Huh? What's that mean? There's no way you could see us from down here. We're way too high."

"Master Casablanca's magic is a kind of clairvoyance magic. She could see and hear anything from far away. She can also read people's thought" Kagura explained.

"Wait, so you mean she saw and heard everything? As in everything?"

Larissa gulped, blushing even redder. "You... you saw us back then?"

"From start to finish. From the moment Natsu-san and Kagura-san met at the edge of lake." Now it's Kagura's turn to blush red. That meant she knew her secret and heard all her conversation with Natsu regarding her past and hatred. She glanced at Erza. She prayed that her master hadn't told Erza anything she heard from their conversation.

"Um... master?" Everyone turned to Larissa. "I want to ask you to lift our law of forbidding men to enter our territory."

"Why Larissa-san, that was what I was thinking." Larissa's eyes widened. "I always wanted to erase that law. It was a very old law anyway. But you and Kagura-san were always so adamant in keeping it. But I think Natsu-san's kindness and sincerity finally made you realize that not all men are jerk." Both of them blushed again and nodded. "Now that I get your approval, I shall erase that law. From now on, men are allowed to come to Mermaid Heel." She then turned to Natsu. "I am terribly sorry for all the troubles that you had to endure. Why don't we celebrate together?"

"Celebrate? For what?"

"For the new cooperation between Fairy Tail and Mermaid Heel of course."

"So, the cooperation works?" Erza asked.

"Of course. After all, Natsu-san had helped me to convince two most stubborn mages in my guild. It is worth to celebrate."

"You mean like a party?" Natsu asked, his eyes sparkled. Erza knew what was coming.

"I'll beat you to a pulp if you challenge anyone into a fight or if you break anything."

"Oh, relax Erza. This is a celebration after all."

"Larissa-san, Kagura-san, Milliana-san."

"Yes master!" the three replied.

"Prepare for the welcome party for our friends from Fairy Tail, Natsu-san and Erza-san... And Happy-san of course" she added when she noticed Happy in Milliana's arms.

"Yes master." They scattered, preparing to spread the news and gave orders to the other members, Happy brought along by Milliana.

"Um... just one thing though."

"What is it Natsu-san?"

"Can I change out of this first?" Natsu said, pointing at his sailor uniform.
