Elsword began making his way towards the bandits. His steps were slow and quiet. I was behind him, Oblivion was in my hand and kept correcting my movements. It got quite annoying so I completely ignored him. Elsword unsheathed his sword and began moving faster. I blinked and soon I could only see his silhouette. I gasped and realized how fast he was moving.
Soon I caught up with Elsword and we looked at each other. Neither of us said a word. We both knew that if we exposed ourselves to the Bandits we would surely be in danger. Adrenaline pumped through my body with every second that passed. "Don't screw this up for us Rin. If you do, all your team mates would grieve" Oblivion said quietly and wisely.
The Bandits had curved swords and blades of all kinds. I could see this as we neared them. Elsword did some hand gesture which I assumed meant, 'Attack from behind before they can see' I nodded in agreement and got into a attack stance. Every second a bandit breathed I could feel it, and smell it (lol) It smelt like some kind of alcohol. And then, We attacked. Blade and steel met flesh and bone as we attacked. Two bandits fell to the floor which made the others look at us.
Anger flared in their eyes as they all unsheathed their weapons. A bandit walked in front of them all and crossed his arms. He smirked. "What do we have here? Two love birds?" He teased. I did not move from my original position, neither did Elsword. Though, in my mind I imagined running straight for that bandit and striking. "How did you find us?" He asked pacing around us.
"You are quite loud.." Elsword answered, attitude in his voice. The Bandit laughed and stepped forwards towards Elsword. "Watch it kid, or you may as well die" As the rear attacker of this so called 'attack' I began examining the camp. It had loot and treasure of all kinds. Elsword and the Bandit said a few more words and soon the red head attacked. The Bandit countered the strike with a swipe of his blade.
Some of the bandits began stalking towards us. I held my sword towards them just in case any of them caught me off guard. Most of them were taller than me, an unfair advantage. But I didn't let that bug me. And then, the bandits attacked all at once. I slashed and kicked them all, drawing blood with every swipe. Elsword was behind me, struggling with the bandits on his side.
The bandits managed to cut my arms and one bandit scarred my face. Yet every time a bandit neared my sword they would fall to the ground as I attacked and succeeded to beat them. The battle was rough and intense. Every time I had a chance, I would glance at Elsword to see how he was doing. He had a lot of blood on his clothes and armour. It looked like it was his own. He was breathing heavily and slowly. I was afraid that he would faint on the spot.
Another blade struck me, making me stumble backwards. I was stabbed, cut, kicked and punched. The amount of fighting opponents lessened but it seemed that they were getting stronger. And then it happened...
Well this has been another chapter of Electrifying Oblivion, written by your truly,
