NOTICE: School is starting soon and I still, desperately, need to work on my summer work. I WILL NOT be updating for a few weeks (maybe even a month or two). After the next chapter comes out, I shall be MIA for awhile on here till I find free time during school. The reason I'm so busy is that I have AP classes, SAT prep classes, confirmation classes, tagalog classes, after school sports, and my resting time from all that. I have a lot right now to do. Plus, I have to start going out to service events for this club I'm in at school. I'm deeply sorry to those who are inconvenienced by this. You will just have to wait with expectations and your own personal fantasies about what happens next after the next chapter comes out and the long wait begins.

Thank you for taking the time to read the above notice. *smiles*

I want to take this moment to thank khodijah98 for her character. I'm sorry your character won't be properly introduced until the next chapter, but I'll still thank you then as well. (She's still in this chapter though.) If only there wasn't a word limit, then everything would have been peachy. I hope you all enjoy her character and wait for what the future holds for Miyu, Tsuna, and them as her appearance is added into their lives.

This - Is when people are communicating via mind. [Basically italic and bold mean this.]

"This" - This is for documents, remembering other character's words when not in a flashback, on phone talks or earphone, notes, texts, and letters.

DISCLAIMER: I don't own Katekyo Hitman Reborn!? *cries* Worst day ever to realize it.

Miyu's POV-

"Is everyone ready?," Kyoko asked me and Haru. I was just finishing Haru's hair.

"Mm! Just let me look for my kinchaku...," I said, looking around Kyoko's room for it, not being able to find it.

I could have sworn I brought it.

"Is this it?," Haru asked, holding up my bag.

"Yes!," I beamed, taking it from her, pulling her into a hug. "Thank you, Haru-chan!"

We all quickly left, not wanting to miss the festival. Haru and Kyoko were trying to describe to me the festivals in Namimori, but they just kept giving me the wrong idea. I had my hair up in a high ponytail, thankfully no makeup, and a pink yukata with magenta petals and a matching magenta obi. Kyoko was wearing a flower clip in her hair and a blue yukata with red fish and a purple obi. She tucked her phone into her obi so her phone charm was sticking out. I made Haru's hair into a side ponytail with a clip that had a bunch of red berries on it, leaving some pieces of her hair down. Haru was wearing a yellow yukata with green leaves and white swirls. Her obi was red with a pink string tied around the middle of the obi. All three of us were wearing getas of course.

"It's not that big," I said when we entered the festival.

Kyoko giggled at my comment, making me think I said something embarrassing. "Your family's festival was just enormous."

Haru nodded, agreeing. "You need a map for it!"

"Guess I'm just use to it. I've never been to another town's festival before," I admitted. "Huh?... Hey, isn't that Tsuna-san and his friends?"

Haru and Kyoko looked at where I was looking and agreed. We headed over to them to greet them and potentially have fun with them at the festival like we did a week ago, except I wasn't plotting something to get Tsuna and Kyoko alone this time.

"Three choco-bananas please!~" Haru ordered, catching the guy's attention.

"Haru-chan! Miyu-chan! Kyo-Kyoko-chan!," Tsuna said when he saw the three of us.

"Wow~ You have a stand here?," Kyoko asked, looking at Yamamoto and Gokudera who were with the bananas behind the counter.

"Um, yeah," Tsuna replied.

I pouted as Haru voiced out our shared disappointment. "What a pity. We wanted to see the fireworks together with everyone."

"Yeah," Kyoko agreed as I just nodded, crossing my arms.

"Wha!?," Tsuna asked, surprised by our mutual wish.

"Here," Gokudera said, handing us girls our order.

"Wow~ That looks good," Haru replied as I took a bite out of mine. For some reason Kyoko was watching me and not eating her banana.

"It's so sweet!," I giggled happily, holding my bitten banana with two hands.

"Cuuteee." Kyoko said to me, pinching my cheek as she blushed.

"Nooo!," I whined, hiding behind Gokudera for safety.

"Fireworks...," Tsuna said, in his own little world right now, so everyone chose to ignore him.

"We should get going so you can experience how festivals go here," Haru said to me, giving me a little shove forward.

"Tsuna-san really can't come with us?," I asked, a bit upset at that fact.

I really wanted Tsuna-san to join us...

"Sadly," Kyoko said to me as we turned to see Tsuna waving bye as we walked away.

Tsuna's POV-

Aww... I wish we could have seen the fireworks together~

I was imagining me and Kyoko standing on a hill, watching the fireworks together, until that scene flashed to the moment Miyu and I kissed during the fireworks show in her hometown. I slapped my own face.

Why am I still thinking about that? She said to pretend it never happened.

"But if we sell everything, we can see the fireworks too, right?," Yamamoto asked.

"Hmm, yeah. I guess that's true," Gokudera replied.

"Oh!," I said, realizing something. "Want to work hard and...finish this up quickly?"

"If that's what you want Tenth!," Gokudera said like the loyal guy he believes he is.

"Yeah, we should," Yamamoto said as calmly as usual.

Gokudera pointed ahead. "Hey! Buy some damn it!," Gokudera cursed at some potential customers.

"Scary!," people were saying as they walked by.

"COME OVER HERE?!," Gokudera shouted, angry.

The more Gokudera-kun gets worked up, the further the customers go.

"Here! Here's two of them," Yamamoto said to a little boy.

"Say thank you to him," the little boy's mother said.

"Thanks!," the boy said, going off with his mom.

But Yamamoto on the other-hand is impressive! !

"YOU GUYS SAVOR IT. DAMN IT!," Gokudera threatened.

"Here's two of them!," Yamamoto said kindly.

But at this rate, we won't be able to make it for the fireworks.

"Aw, I can't keep watching over you guys," said a feminine voice.

"Adult I-Pin!," I said, spotting her in her floral yukata. "The yukata really suits you."

"Aw, Sawada-san, I just borrowed the landlord's daughter's old one," I-Pin said modestly. "Anyways, because you're selling chocolate-dipped bananas, it's a waste to display these not dipped ones."

"Huh?," Gokudera asked, listening to I-Pin's ideas.

"We should display ones that were already dipped in chocolate! Appearance is important in product selling," I-Pin explained.

"I see," Gokudera nodded, wondering why he didn't think of that.

"I-Pin is skilled at sales," I observed.

"And I guess feng shui would do the rest," she said cutely.

It's some Chinese thing again! !

Though, because of I-Pin's suggestion, our bananas sold well.

"Sawada-san, you're working? Good for you. To help in your cause I would like three chocolate bananas for the two baby brothers," said a familiar voice. I turned around and saw SeijiChi, a little boy that I don't remember meeting properly, and Mamoru who was glaring between me and SeijiChi.

"S-Sure, right away," I said, making their order.

"Where's Miyu?," Mamoru asked. "Hentai," he added.

"I thought we settled that what happened was an accident and that I wasn't a pervert!," I complained when SeijiChi took the bananas from me and handed them out.

"Miyu may believe in your words and reasoning, but I don't!," he replied, giving me a hard stare.

"Here Baby Moru, I got you some delicious chocolate covered fruit!," SeijiChi said excitedly, holding the banana in Mamoru's face.

I saw a vein pop out of Mamoru's head as he snatched the banana and started to yell at SeijiChi for calling him a baby.

I sweat dropped.

Miyu-chan's family is really weird.

"Oh, you didn't answer my question. Where's Miyu? She's usually hanging around you folks," Mamoru said, calming down.

"She was with Kyoko-chan and Haru," I told him. "Why?"

"I didn't sense her presence for a second...," he said, worried.

"What?," I asked. He just waved me off and walked off with his two brothers, or one. I don't know where the little one went.

"We only have one more box of bananas to sell!," Gokudera reported.

"Whoa! At this rate we'll make it to the fireworks with more than enough time!," I cheered.

"Sorry but, can I be excused for five minutes?," Yamamoto asked me. "Every year I play ball-throwing games, and if I don't do it, it wouldn't feel right."

He's going to end up doing what he did last week! This person probably makes vendors cry like Reborn too!

Hibari's POV-

"Hn?" I quickly looked to the side and pulled out one of my tonfas casually as an arrow came out of nowhere, making contact with my tonfa. I smirked at the thought of biting someone to death at their feeble attempt of catching me off-guard.

"Don't act almighty, Kyou-chan," said an unknown female's voice. My face hardened.

I took out my other tonfa and got into a stance. "Show yourself."

No one calls me that name but...

A girl in a green hooded cloak walked out of the shadows of the trees holding nothing remotely close to a bow in her hands. A bundle of arrows were on her back. The cape that should have shrouded her body was open and showing rather loose clothing. A crop top, combat boots, and shorts.

How revealing.

"Now now, is that any way to treat a lady?," she asked me mockingly.

I didn't like how this woman acted toward me. At first I thought it was- No, it can't be.

I charged towards the woman and as I swung at her head, she just leaned to the side and kneed me in the gut as if I was in slow motion. I looked up at her, unfazed. I smirked.

"I'll bite you to death."

"As much as I want to see if I can beat a little Kyou-chan, there's no time for this," said the woman.

I narrowed my eyes at her. I wanted to fight.

"Tsuna's in trouble," she said to me, but I didn't care. "And the robbers are crowding at the shrine."

"Tch. Who are you?"

"Didn't figure it out yet, Kyou-chan? Guess I did mature over the years," she said to me, reaching a hand up to the brim of her hood. She threw it off, nearly catching me by surprise. "Wow, never thought I'd see that look."

"... Miyu," I grumbled out. "Makes sense."

"Oi, I've gotten better at fighting! Well, at least the me from the universe I'm from. Time travel is so confusing, especially when the present goes to the future. The future is ever-changing after all."

"Let me test out your skills."

"No time for that. The 10-year bazooka broke again, so I don't know how long I'm going to be here. More than ten minutes passed since I came here... If you follow with what I say, you'll get to bite a huge crowd of people to death."

Tsuna's POV-

I ended up in a trap where I was faced with the robbers who have been stealing from the stand owners. The lifeguards from the beach were also apart of the robbers. The leader grabbed me by my shirt and held a knife near my head.

"I'm so happy, I'm trembling," Hibari said. "I thought I found a delicious crowd, and then it turns out to be a great catch with the group of robbers we were after."

"Who the hell is he?!," one of the robbers asked.

"The Disciplinary Committee of Namimori Junior High!," a different robber answered.

Did Hibari-san come to save me?

"You've saved me the trouble of having to collect money from several different people. We, the Disciplinary Committee, will take all the money you stole," Hibari announced.

"WHA?!," my captured self asked.

This person only thinks of himself!

"Another idiot that pisses me off. Perfect," said the asshole guy who tried to stab me with a knife just seconds ago. "Just to annihilate one junior high kid, I called over too many badass lower-classmen of mine." Hibari and I were surrounded in no time flat. "They have too much strength left over."

"HOW MANY ARE THERE?!," I shouted, looking for an end to this crowd.

"No need to go easy on them!," the asshole shouted. "Kill off even that messed up kid too!"

"Isn't this many a little too much even for Hibari-san?," I asked myself, not noticing a guy with a bat coming at me from behind, about to swing at my head. I didn't notice till an arrow came out of nowhere, breaking the bat before it could make contact with my head. "HIIIEEE!" That arrow wasn't the last, but the first of many that came from all directions as Hibari started his fight as well.

Just who's shooting?!

I was afraid of getting hit by the arrows, but none were making contact with me. There were times when they nearly did, but never even grazed me.

This person is really good at shooting.

"Tsuna, you jump in too and fight. Don't fall behind," Reborn said, shooting me.

Gokudera and Yamamoto came out with dynamite and a bat, ready to battle as a cloaked figure came out with a metallic bow and arrows.

"This is the first time you three have battled with these two in the fight as well," Reborn said, but I took no notice since I was occupied with my opponents. After we were victorious, the cloaked person disappeared.

As the three of us, Hibari left, were sitting down, trashed from fighting, the girls came running to us. Haru and Kyoko were dragging Miyu behind them. Lambo and I-Pin ran after the trio.

"S-Slow down!," Miyu shouted.

"Hey!," Kyoko waved with her free hand.

"Tsuna-san!," Haru called out, waving with her free hand as well.

"What're they doing here?," I asked, partly embarrassed from being in my underwear and the fact that I still had a chance to watch the fireworks with Kyoko.

"I called them over," Reborn stated, handing me my clothes. "This is the best secret spot to watch fireworks."

"Where did you go earlier Miyu-chan?," I overheard Kyoko asking Miyu as I was coming towards the three girls. "You were gone for almost half an hour!"

"I-I was?!," Miyu replied shocked. "I don't know where I went either to be honest. I remember seeing purple everywhere and different colors of lights... Not the mention my head really hurts. It feels like someone hit me with a one-ton mallet or something. Maybe I should get a check up."

That sounds like something Reborn would do!

"I hope you're okay," Kyoko said to Miyu, patting her back.

"Look! The fireworks are starting!," Haru yelled when Yamamoto, Gokudera, Reborn, and I got to them.

I looked up at the sky, happy that I was watching this with Kyoko, even though we weren't alone together. We all sat down and gazed up at the sky. I was sitting behind the girls.

Kyoko-chan looks so pretty.

""Sorry...Miyu-chan," I said to Miyu.

"Why are you apologizing...Tsuna-san?," she asked me, a bit wearily. "What happened...was an accident. It's best not to look into it. Right?" She smiled at me and shushed me. "Let's pretend that never happened. Okay?""

I blushed, covering my mouth with my hand.

Why am I thinking of that now of all times?!

I couldn't stop thinking of the shades of pink that were gracing Miyu's face during that accident.

"She nodded, "Though...that was my first kiss...""

Her lips were-

I can't stop thinking about that kiss!

""You can do this. Just kiss her before the fireworks go off," Miyu said, putting her hands on my shoulders.

"Why before they go off?"

"Because it's more romantic like that and memorable.""

N-No way! Now whenever I see or hear about fireworks, I'll think about that kiss!

I looked over at Miyu and I saw that she had her face buried in the sleeves of her yukata. She looked like a little kid playing hide and seek where she was the seeker.

C-Cute... No! Don't be thinking like that with her! I wonder if she's thinking of the same thing I am...

Miyu's POV-

I was right about kissing under the fireworks. It was memorable and I can't forget it, no matter how much I try to not think of it. I couldn't look at the fireworks. My heart won't stop racing when I did.

My first kiss...and it's with my best friend...who likes my good female friend. I need to buy something sugary on the way home! Maybe the sugar will keep my mind of off Tsuna's- KYA!

After the fireworks ended, we all were going to go our separate ways.

"Bye everyone!," Kyoko said, bowing to everyone in our group. Her and Haru turned to start walking back to Kyoko's house since all our overnight stuff was there and we were still sleeping over tonight. "Coming Miyu-chan?"

"J-Just go on ahead. I wanted to buy something at the store," I replied, shooing with my hand.

"We can come with you," Haru said.

"No, I'm fine going by myself. You two must be tired. I'll meet up with you guys in a bit," I said, walking in a different direction after bowing to the boys.

When I got to a convenience store, I went to the candy section immediately and grabbed as much candy that could fit in my arms. After having the cashier ring me up, I opened my kinchaku to get my money.

"Huh?" I took out a squarish charm, not remembering having one in my bag in the first place. "What?!" I recognized this charm. The pink, yellow, green, and orange colors were all there, proving that this was indeed the charm I made for Tsuna and Kyoko. But whose?

How long has this been here?

"Umm...excuse me?"

I looked up at the cashier, realizing how long I was taking. "S-Sorry!" I handed them the money for the candy and quickly walked out with my bag, plastic bag full of candy, and the charm. I couldn't run in my getas.

Ten hours later

"I gained weight!," I cried, on the floor of my bathroom, the back of my hand covering my mouth. I was already home from Kyoko's and all that candy I had was not a good idea. According to the scale, I gained twelve pounds somehow...who am I kidding, all that candy got to my fat.

I wish I had a fast metabolism!

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.

"I'm up, I'm up!," I yelled, sitting up in bed. My room was dark though.

What time is it?

I looked at my digital clock and saw that it was three in the morning. I grabbed my phone, wondering who could be texting me at this time.

"Haru?"

TEXT MESSAGING

Haru: "Did you know Tsuna-san abuses Lambo-chan!? Could Tsuna-san really just be a big bully?!"

Haru: "I mean he's starting to use dirty words with Reborn-chan now and he throws I-Pin around REALLY hard!"

Haru: "...Do you think Tsuna-san changed?"

Haru: "The Tsuna-san I know is really kind!"

Haru: "What do you think?"

Haru: "Should I still like him?"

Haru: "Bianchi-can and Reborn-chan think I should test Tsuna-san to see how he is as a person now. Should I? GAH! Help me think of some ways to test Tsuna! PLEASE! Reborn gave me themes as well."

Haru: "Help me Miyu-chan!"

"...," I read over the messages, trying to take this all in. "...I'm tired..."

BEEP. BEEP.

Haru: "Miyu-chan!"

"Ah!," I said, waking myself up. "I can't fall back asleep yet."

I slapped my cheeks, trying to wake myself up. Once feeling a little more awake, I reread the messages Haru sent me.

"Huh?... Should she still like Tsuna-san?... Of course! Why does she think Tsuna-san is doing all this bad stuff?," I asked myself.

I spent the next few hours texting with Haru like crazy, helping her with her plans. Though I wasn't one-hundred percent awake, so I may have missed out on some details. By the time I woke up, Haru came over to tell me all about what happened today with her tests and how she was at the police station twice.

...Just how long was I asleep?

"Tsuna-san has taken away Haru's heart again!," Haru told me, falling dreamily onto the couch as I was making myself something to fill my empty stomach that skipped two meals.

"What does that mean, Haru-chan?," I asked, not sure what she's trying to say.

Haru sat up, gasping. "Miyu-chan, have you ever been in love before?"

"Love?," I asked, thinking about it. "Nope."

"Not even a crush?!"

"Crush?"

Does Ieyasu-kun count?... He was a made up figure in my dreams though...

"I guess you can say so..."

"Tell me about the fellow!"

I was taken aback by her request, but complied. "Well, his name was Ieyasu. He had blond hair and a light shade of orange for the color of his eyes. He was a gentle, valiant, and kind man. In my opinion, he was quite handsome!"

"...Why do you say it in past tense? Hahi?! Does that mean...he's-"

"I don't see him in my dreams anymore."

"Dream man...? That doesn't count as a crush!"

"S-Sorry... I didn't know."

"How old was this dream guy of yours? It gives me some insight on your taste in boys."

"Age?..." I thought about it carefully before answering. "Probably in his twenties."

"Hahi?! You like older men Miyu-chan!"

"I-I do?!"

"Yes! I know about these things, trust me."

I guess you learn more about yourself everyday.

"So wait, who is your crush, Haru-chan?"

Haru blushed, holding her cheeks in her hands as she gushed out, "Tsuna-san of course! We're going to get married and everything one day!"

My eyes widened. "T-Tsuna-san?!"

"Yeeeessss!"

But Tsuna-san likes Kyoko-chan and I've been trying to get Kyoko-chan and Tsuna-san together, but now Haru-chan likes Tsuna-san, so who should I be rooting for?

I was starting to get dizzy from all this thinking I was putting my brain through.

"Dare of courage?," I asked Reborn as I picked one of the lottery looking things that were in Reborn's hand. Mamoru did the same. The two of us were on our way home from a greenhouse. We were buying some plants our mother wanted. "What's that?"

"It's the Lantern Festival today though. Should it really be today?," Mamoru asked as my question was ignored.

"Ummm," I said, wanting my question answered.

"That's what makes it better," Reborn replied. "Come to Namimori Graveyard tonight at nine."

Hours pasted and it was almost nine. Mamoru and I were walking to the graveyard as planned earlier. I was wearing a purple tank top with black, horizontal stripes; blue jean shorts, a gray jacket that I left unzipped, and white strap-on sandals. I had my hair tied up into a ponytail with a green bow. Mamoru was wearing tan shorts with plain sandals and a black and white tank top that reminded me of basketball. There was a gray beanie on his head.

"Why do we have to meet at night at such a creepy place?," I asked my brother, looking around with the flashlight I brought.

"Because we're doing a dare of courage," he told me.

"What's that? No one told me."

"It's like a test of courage. See how brave you are going through a scary place." I stopped and stared at him, making him stop and stare back blankly.

"..."

"..."

"Let's go home," I said, tugging his arm back the way we came.

"No, look we're already here," he replied, pointing to where our friends were with flashlights and candles. I teared up, gulping.

I don't wanna be scared!

"Looks like everyone's here but Tsuna," Reborn told all of us. "Should we start ahead of him?"

We all agreed and Reborn told us our pairings. I was paired with my brother.

"Can we scare everyone like ghosts?," Haru asked, raising her hand. She was paired with Kyoko.

"Can I do that too?," I asked, immediately holding up my hand as well.

In the end everyone was going to scare Tsuna and Lambo.

"What should we do?," I asked my brother as everyone was in their groups, planning on what to do to scare the pair.

I flinched, feeling an ominous aura from my brother as well as his all too happy face. "This is perfect. I'm going to make the little boy piss his pants."

"O-Oniichan?," I asked nervously.

He's getting too into this.

As we got into our spot, my brother started building a trap and setting up a fog machine while I just sat and watched.

I gasped, my eyes widening for a second as I sensed something. It as an evil spirit. I looked over at my brother, who seemed to sense it too. It was nearby meaning it could harm one of my friends.

"I'll go," I said, getting up.

"Don't take too long or I'll have to come in after you," he said to me seriously.

I nodded and ran off towards the source of negative energy. On my way, I noticed other spirits were all riled up and disturbed by the anomaly. I ran faster when I started to hear screams as well as feel the evil spirit's power rising.

Gosh, today of all days too. The spirit's powers are at its highest today! I hope no one tried to use electricity to take it down!

"GUHAHAHAHA! I NOW HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO EVEN MAKE MY FEET REAL! THIS IS BOTHERSOME! I'LL DRAG YOU TWO AT THE SAME TIME TO THE DOOR!," someone shouted with great power.

"What?!, I heard Tsuna shout.

T-Tsuna-san?!

"Damn. Such Strength!," someone else cursed.

When I got through the trees I saw a door to the afterlife open as well as my target trying to pull in Tsuna and some other guy that looked like my target. Maybe they're related somehow.

"COME HERE, IT'S TIME TO DIE NOW," said the spirit.

"STOP IT!," the spirit's victims shouted.

"Not so fast!," I shouted, running towards them, pulling out piece of paper from my pockets.

"M-Miyu-chan?!," Tsuna yelled, seeing me coming.

"Young Hime!?," the other victim yelled.

"Let them go!," I yelled kicking the spirit in the stomach, causing him to let go of the two boys.

"Ugh, don't tell me...," said the spirit, getting up.

"You were able to kick a ghost?!," Tsuna asked, surprised.

I threw some talismans onto the ground in front of me and the two behind me as the spirit sprinted towards us. He ran into a wall before even touching me.

"Damn priest," the spirit cursed as I slipped another talisman between my fingers.

"I think it's time you return home," I said to the spirit. "Before things get ugly for you."

"Dammit...but... I'm more powerful now," the spirit said to me, punching the barrier I made. I was confused at first until I started to see cracks.

"I think Adult Lambo's electricity gave Romeo enough power to break it," Tsuna said to no one in particular.

I bit my lip, throwing a fire paper at the spirit I assumed was named Romeo just as the barrier broke. He dodged it and so I quickly threw a dispelling talisman at him. He roared in pain as I got his limbs. I was about to finish him off and send him back to his world when Bianchi came running with two poisoned cakes in her hands. She yelled at me and Tsuna to get out of the way as she smashed her cakes into Romeo and the other guy's face. She pushed me and Tsuna over in the process. Tsuna caught me and cushioned my fall.

"Begone," Bianchi said as the evil spirit disappeared. Tsuna and I got up.

"Ah! He disappeared," Tsuna pointed out.

What kind of spiritual energy is this! It's really effective!

"I'm so refreshed," Bianchi said as Reborn and the others came running over.

"Bianchi was so fervent about this day that she even hired a summoner," Reborn explained to me and Tsuna.

"So you called the ghost on purpose?!," Tsuna shouted as my eyes widened.

Angered spirites like that are dangerous! Someone could have died!... There are still summoners who'd summon spirits like this? There's an oath that no one should summon something harmful like that!

"I'm two times as refreshed because there were two," Bianchi said as Tsuna was fanning the other victim.

"I've told you already! This one's Lambo!," Tsuna shouted. "Are you okay? Lambo! !"

That's Lambo-chan?! Oh, I was told that he possessed the ten-year bazooka...interesting.

"Are you okay, Miyu?," Mamoru asked me, putting a hand on my shoulder. I nodded.

I wasn't prepared for something like this though...I only had a few talismans with me...," I said to my brother.

"It turned out alright in the end, so don't worry," he said to me, patting my head.

"Umm... Miyu-chan, why do you have talismans?," Tsuna asked me.

"I'm a shrine maiden and a priestess... You didn't know Tsuna-san?," I asked innocently. "I thought it was obvious by now."

"H-Huh?"

Everyone was leaving now. The only people left here was me, Kyoko, my brother, and Ryohei. The three of them were talking as I just stood there listening.

Miyu... Come to me~

"What?," I quietly said, looking around.

"Something wrong Miyu-chan?," Kyoko asked me.

I looked at her before looking behind me. "Nothing... I just thought I heard someone calling me."

"You're probably just tired," Kyoko said to me.

"Yeah...," I said, agreeing with her.

That voice sounded so familiar though...

Miyu, hurry!

I jumped a bit. I sensed someone I knew, and yet couldn't put my finger on who it was. I looked at my brother. He didn't seem fazed by anything.

Should I go?... I mean... Whoever it is obviously knows me...

"Oniichan, I think I left something back there," I told him, pointing in the direction of the flame I was sensing. It was a powerful, pure sky flame from what I could see. "Can I go get it really quick?" I held up my flashlight up in emphasis.

He narrowed his eyes, thinking about it. "Just make it quick okay?"

"Yes sir!," I joked, running off.

After maneuvering around some trees and graves, I was in a clear opening that was surrounded by graves and not any trees. The flame I was following was gone.

"Hello? Who was calling me?," I asked, looking around me.

Did I hallucinate?

I was about to give up and push this off as my mind playing tricks on me when the flame appeared behind me, catching me off-guard.

You came.

I turned around and the floating flame in front of me could only mean one thing. The person calling me was of the deceased. They were a spirit.

"W-Who are you?," I asked a bit frightened.

It's been awhile, Miyu~

The flame stretched and a body was starting to appear. I put both of my hands over my mouth, gasping as I fell down to my knees slowly.

"Are you okay?," the male spirit asked me, going down on one knee with his hands on my shoulders.

I looked up at his face. "I-I- This isn't real... You're just a dream guy!"

He chuckled, amused. "I do admit I haunted your dreams when you were younger, but I really am a real person, Miyu," he said to me. "Well, I was a real person back then."

"Ieyasu-kun...," I softly said, hugging the man. "My friend had me convinced that you were made-up and just a representation of my ideal guy."

"Aren't I your ideal man?," he asked, chuckling a bit as I blushed.

"I-I admit I had a crush on you when I was younger," I said.

"Had? Don't you still do?"

"No!"

"Then why are you blushing?"

"I-It's hot..."

"Okay, okay."

"How are you here in front of me right now? Am I dreaming?"

"It's the Lantern Festival today, remember? Plus, I've always had a lot of power in the first place."

"I see... Where were you when Romeo attacked?"

"Sorry, I didn't want anyone else to see me."

"Why?"

"I was afraid that you would start treating me differently if you knew..."

"Knew what?"

"You'll find out soon enough lovely Miyu. I know that you're going to Italy...you'll be out of my reach...and you'll be in hers. Please don't think any less of me when you find out the truth."

"What? What are you talking about Ieyasu-kun?"

"...I'm selfish... The woman I love...you're a lot like her. We died in two separate places...and we're not allowed to finally pass on and reunite yet. I have many regrets and duties to fulfill that bound me here...and she is bound here by her own emotions." I didn't know what to say. "Visiting you when you were younger was my selfish wish to be with her, even if it wasn't fully her."

The way he says that...it's like he means-

"Miyu!," I heard my brother's voice yell.

"I must go now. Till we meet again mademoiselle," Ieyasu said to me before he disappeared.

I put a hand over my heart.

This warmth...it reminds me of Tsuna-san's... But why?

"Miyu!," my brother yelled, coming down to my side. "Why are you on the ground here? Did something happen?"

"I'm fine...," I said, thinking.

Ieyasu-kun...it's like you were saying your lover and I were once the same person...like she is my ancestor... It can't be true. Right?

"Thank you, Yamamoto-san!," I said, bowing to the baseball player who was giving me all the dolls he won from festivals. He even helped me carry them to the town's orphanage so that I could donate them.

"It's no problem. This is the right thing to do," he said to me as we rang the doorbell to the orphanage.

And old woman answered the door. She smiled at the two of us.

"Welcome, are you two here to adopt? You look a little too young to be wanting a child... Newlyweds?," she woman asked.

I blushed waving my hand in a 'no' motion. "No, we're just friends and we're really young. We go to Namimori Junior High. We're here to donate these dolls."

Yamamoto grinned. "I'm Yamamoto Takeshi and this here is Fujiwara Miyu."

"Fujiwara?... From the household Fujiwara?," the old woman asked.

I nodded, a bit embarrassed. "Where would you like us to put these?" I gestured to the five large bags of dolls were had with us.

"Oh, put them inside here! Stay for some tea while you're both here," the woman quickly said, opening the double doors for us to easily come into the place. We did as she said and put down the bags in the living room. Yamamoto and I sat on the couch as the old woman came in with a tray full of tea and tea cups.

"Thank you," I said, taking the cup offered to me. Yamamoto did the same.

"Thank you both for your donation, no, consideration. Not many people are this kind to donate much anymore," the old woman said sadly.

"Why's that?," I asked, furring my brows. "I know my family has always been donating to the orphanage in my hometown and to the orphanage in our Italy location, but what about others?"

"Greed my child. Greed is what happened."

"Oh no..."

Some people just have no heart these days...

"Kaede-san?," a girl asked, coming into the room. I looked at her. She looked around me and Yamamoto's age with dark seafoam green eyes, covered with glasses. Her skin was rather pale and her hair was a shade of navy blue that faded down to turquoise all the way to her mid-waist. Her hair was tied back into a low ponytail. She was wearing an over-sized, white shirt that had a paw print on the front with mint colored leggings.

"Ah yes, Hayami-chan. Please bring these bags to the children and give them out. They were just donated by this lovely couple," the old woman named Kaede said to the girl. I wasn't paying much attention to my surroundings anymore. I was too interested in this Hayami girl's hair. The girl nodded, giving me and Yamamoto a quick glance before rushing to grab all five bags at once. She looked as though she was afraid to be in this room with Yamamoto and me present. I was going to ask her if she needed help, but Yamamoto beat me to it. The girl denied it in a quiet tone saying he was a guest.

Is she shy?

I wondered that as Yamamoto and I were walking out of the orphanage.

"I'm going to Italy tomorrow?," I asked, making sure I heard my parents right.

"Only for a few days," my mother told me, helping me pack my things.

"Is Mamoru-nii, SeijiChi-nii, or anyone coming with me?," I asked, helping my mom.

"No, you'll meet with your uncle from the Italy estate before heading to the Vongola's headquarters or anywhere else," my father said, leaning against the doorway. "We have your passport and papers all ready."

I left my room since my mother took control of my packing. I stepped outside of the clinic for some fresh air. I wanted to talk to Tsuna before I go to tell him all my worries, but before I could even start walking to his house, I found Dino.

"Dino-san," I said when he walked to me.

"Hello Miyu, are you ready for Italy?," he asked me.

I smiled, unsure of my drive. "Yeah."

"Are you sure?," he asked me. "There's a lot to do and see there."

I spent the next few hours with Dino as he rambled on about life in Italy, all the sights to see, places to shop, and more. I managed to escape Dino's lecture by making it to Tsuna's house. His mom let me in and led me to Tsuna's room.

"Please excuse the mess in Tsu-kun's room," Nana said to me, a bit embarrassed. "His friend, Gokudera-kun, is here too."

"Gokudera-san?," I questioned as she opened the door to Tsuna's room for me.

"Tsu-kun!~ Your friend Miyu-chan is here!," she said into the room as I walked in.

"Hello," I said, bowing to the two males.

"M-Miyu-chan?," Tsuna said as I stood up again, looking at Tsuna's room.

"Eh?" Tsuna's room was a mess. There were mangas, food, clothes, video games, and trash everywhere.

Tsuna-san's room is really sloppy... Are all boy's rooms messy? I guess Mamoru-nii's room gets messy sometimes...but never this messy.

I was sitting across from the two boys as they were talking about Gokuderas promotion in the Vongola. I decided against commenting on Tsuna's room.

"Wait, you're going to Italy tomorrow with Dino-san for that promotion?," I questioned, cutting into their conversation.

Gokudera nodded.

So he's coming to Italy with us...

Tsuna encouraged Gokudera to go to Italy and even wanted to plan a farewell party for him, Gokudera didn't want a big party. So the three of us celebrated his promotion. After Gokudera left, Tsuna and I went to the porch to cool off and relax. Tsuna was laying down with his head on a thick pillow. I was sitting down next to him. Reborn was having a popsicle on the other side of Tsuna.

"Hm...," Tsuna said like he was troubled.

"What's the matter? You're looking all tired," Reborn said to Tsuna as I started to eat some grapes Tsuna's mother handed me. "You're lonely because your subordinate left?"

"No way, I'm feeling much more peaceful," Tsuna replied as I quietly listened. "He's so scary, and he's always causing trouble for me. If Gokudera stays by my side, I'll never last no matter how many lives I have."

He is scary sometimes...he even caused Tsuna-san to be injured.

"Gokudera-kun respects me as the Tenth leader of Vongola...but how about as his friend?" Tsuna sat up. "When I was going to the festivals and watching fireworks with Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto-kun, and..." Tsuna looked at me and smiled. "Miyu-chan. I was really happy. I've never had friends like that before."

I blushed lightly just like he did as he spoke.

Tsuna-san...I'll always be your friend...your best friend... Now if only I said that out loud and not in my head...

"How do I put it? At times like that... Just talking about nothing or hanging around without really doing anything... It felt like we were really friends, but Gokudera-kun got a promotion now, and he's going back to Italy as a member of the mafia... I shouldn't say anything, but from a friend's point of view, I really don't want him to leave."

...should I go to Italy? Though I would only be there for a few days...not forever like Gokudera-san...

"Tenth!," I heard Gokudera's voice sob. It scared me because I was caught up in the moment that was happening here.

"W-Who is it?," Tsuna asked, scared.

"M-Meow!"

"A cat?," I asked right when Tsuna said, "A fox?"

We looked at each other, one more embarrassed about what they said than the other.

"Let me heal your cheek Tsuna-san," I said, taking off the bandage on his cheek.

"Thank you," he said to me. After I finished healing it, I headed back inside. I paced around Tsuna's room, trying to figure out what to tell him about my own departure from Japan.

"Time to go to bed!," Tsuna said happily as he walked into his room, taking off the pants he was wearing. I froze, looking at his polka dot underwear. He looked up at me, holding his pants in his hands. "M-Miy-"

"Kyaa!," I screamed, bending down, covering my face with my hands. "Pervert! ! Tsuna-san! You said you only went into your underwear in front of others because of the Dying Will Bullet! Liar!"

"I-I didn't know you were still here!," he yelled back, scrambling around. My guess is he was pulling his pants back on. "You can look now..."

"O-Okay...," I said, uncovering my face to see Tsuna sitting down at the table in his pants. I sat down across from him, my face red.

"Not to be rude but...why are you still here Miyu-chan?," Tsuna asked me, embarrassed.

"I-I came here to talk to you. I never got around to doing that because of Gokudera-san's problem...," I said, looking down at my lap.

"Oh, sorry about that. What did you need to tell me?"

I took a deep breath and yelled out, "I'M GOING TO ITALY FOR AWHILE! I WON'T BE BACK UNTIL BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS UP AGAIN!"

I looked at Tsuna for his reaction. He was still trying to process what I just said.

"You're...going to Italy?"

I nodded. "Vongola Ninth wanted to meet with me, so I'm leaving tomorrow with Dino-san and I guess Gokudera-san as well."

"I see...at least you won't be staying there for more than two weeks," Tsuna said, smiling a bit thankfully at that fact.

I nodded, smiling back, but then it turned into a frown. "I'm a bit scared. I've never been on a plane before or out of the country."

"Don't be scared Miyu-chan. It's like you're going on vacation."

"Vacation... I guess. I've always had a small wish to see the world, but my interest for that never really stuck with me all this time. It's scary to be in a new place where no one there knows you. Here, I have you and the others at least..."

"Call me before and after your plane ride then," Tsuna said to me. "Just talk to me Miyu-chan." He smiled at me and the way his face tilted a bit and how his hair was...I swear I forgot that breathing is necessary for living.

The next morning, I was waiting with Dino, his men, and Reborn for Gokudera to come. My family already said their goodbyes to me and are waiting for my plane to take off.

"He's coming," said one of Dino's men.

Ah!," Dino said, surprised. "Yamamoto!"

I looked too and saw Yamamoto walking over with his carry-ons. "Yamamoto-san!"

"I heard you were going to bring me on a trip to Italy, Dino," Yamamoto said, scratching the back of his head.

"What happened to Gokudera?," Dino asked him.

"He told me to pass on the message that he's not coming," Yamamoto said as I went over to his side, happy that one of my friends was here with me to enjoy a vacation in Italy. I silently wished everyone else could have came too.

"Is that right?," Dino asked, amused.

"That's good, you don't need to carry out this cold-blooded assassination mission," Reborn said to Dino.

A-Assassination?!

"Psh, you knew?," Dino said, blushing like a little schoolgirl.

"You were going to kill Gokudera-san?!," I yelled.

Dino pulled out his gun. "The Ninth wanted me to test how loyal Gokudera was. He used to be just a thug that nobody could tame, so of curse the Ninth was suspicious of him. He even ordered me to kill him if he showed up. But I was planning to help him escape overseas even if he did come." Dino fired his gun and water came out.

"Ah! My faith in you was been reestablished!," I said to Dino, patting his shoulders happily.

"When did you lose faith in me?," he asked.

"I knew all along it was going to be like this anyways," Reborn said.

Reborn-sama is so wise...

PHONE CONVERSATION START

Tsuna: "Hello?"

Me: "I'm in Italy now Tsuna-san! Yamamoto-san's here too, but he's just waking up now. We just landed."

Tsuna: "Should you really be calling me now then if you're getting ready to get off the plane?"

Me: "You said to call you when I came into Italy..."

Tsuna: "Oh! That's right! Don't be sad Miyu-chan! I-I just forgot is all!"

Me: "Oh really? Hehe, Tsuna-san, you're so forgetful. Oh, Yamamoto-san, say hi to Tsuna-san."

Yamamoto: "Yo Tsuna!"

Tsuna: "You really are in Italy too..."

Me: "We're going to head to my family's household here before anything else."

Tsuna: "Your family owns an estate in Italy?!"

Me: "Yeah. How do you think my ancestors communicated to Vongola Primo?"

Tsuna: "I guess that's true... Be careful there, okay Miyu-chan? There's a lot of dangerous people there since you're involved with the mafia."

Me: "There' s nothing to worry about though. I'm under the protection on my family, Dino-san's family, and your family."

Tsuna: "I'm not in the mafia! I'm not the boss of the Vongola!"

Me: "Hahaha. I'll talk to you later, Tsuna-san. I'll be sure to get you lot of gifts from Italy. Bye!"

Tsuna: "Oh, um, bye Miyu-chan."

PHONE CONVERSATION END

"Whoa, this place is just as huge as your first home!," Yamamoto exclaimed as one of my family members escorted me, Yamamoto, Dino, and Dino's right hand man, Romario to where my uncle was waiting. My uncle, my mother's brother, runs the Fujiwara household in Italy. I guess you can call him a sub-head. If there was a huge clan meeting, he would be the representative of the part of our family in Italy. After meeting with him we headed off to Vongola HQ by foot. It was only an hours walk.

"This place is pretty close to your household when you think about it, Miyu," Yamamoto said to me.

"That's because Vongola Primo and Fujiwara Secondo were really very close. He helped her and her family when they first arrived in Italy. They formed a connection which lead Fujiwara Keiko to build an estate near Primo's," Dino explained, amused.

"Really?," I asked, cocking my head to the side.

I guess they really were deep in love...until he betrayed her.

"This place is different than your house Miyu. This place is like a castle and yours is a traditional Japanese estate," Yamamoto said finding everything just amusing to himself.

We were walking through the entrance into Vongola HQ. As we did so, there were rows of people bowing as we walked by them. I was use to things like this, so I wasn't fazed. The interior of this place was fancy and expensive looking. It was well-furnished and as clean as can be. I could see my reflection on the floor.

"Dino-san, where are we staying?," I asked, turning my attention from the floors to him.

"Well, I had your stuff and Yamamoto's sent over to my place," Dino replied.

"So we're staying with Dino-san during this trip," I said to myself.

"I'm going to show Yamamoto around during your meeting," Dino told me.

"This place is the Vongola's right?," Yamamoto asked, wanting to make sure. Dino nodded causing Yamamoto to grin. "I didn't know Tsuna's family played the mafia game too! Haha!"

Dino, Romario, and I sweat dropped from Yamamoto's innocent denseness. I mean, I'm not even that dense.

He still thinks this is a game?!

We stopped in front of a door and Romario opened it for me. I thanked him and walked on in, nervous. The door closed behind me and I saw the old man from the competition for my clan's blessing.

"Vongola Ninth," I said, bowing to the old man.

He laughed sounding warmhearted. "Just call me Nono."

How can this man be a killer? He looks like a loving grandpa...

"It's been awhile since we've met," he said to me, gesturing for me to sit down.

I sat down. "Thank you for telling me how your family runs during the competition."

"It was my pleasure. No matter what family you chose, it was an honor for me."

"U-Um...what did you wish to see me about?"

"I wanted to give you something and tell you some information, regardless of whether or not you want to hear it yet," he said seriously. "Your cooperation will make things easier."

I gulped, not sure if I was ready yet due to the tone of what he wants to tell me, but I had to be. I needed to be professional and serious. I was going to be the next head on my family, so I can't show any weakness.

"Tell me what you wish," I replied.

"For starters...since we have days together, there's no real rush," he said, taking out a picture from his desk. He slid it out in front of me slowly. "Does this man mean anything to you?"

I picked up the picture and looked at it. I gasped, clutching the picture tighter.

N-No way... I-Ieyasu-kun?

"Who is this man? Please tell me," I said urgently.

It's can't be... Please tell me it isn't...

"Who do you think it is?"

"... Ieyasu-kun..." I bit my lip, thinking of

"I see, so I was right. You have met him."

""Visiting you when you were younger was my selfish wish to be with her, even if it wasn't fully her.""

... Why?

"He visited me often in my dreams when I was younger... I've recently spoke with him a few days ago during the day of the Lantern Festival... Who is he really?" I looked a bit too desperate to know.

""I do admit I haunted your dreams when you were younger, but I really am a real person, Miyu," he said to me. "Well, I was a real person back then.""

"He is dead of course now. He changed his name to Ieyasu when he left for Japan," Nono told me.

""Sorry, I didn't want anyone else to see me."

"Why?"

"I was afraid that you would start treating me differently if you knew..."

"Knew what?"

"You'll find out soon enough lovely Miyu. I know that you're going to Italy...you'll be out of my reach...""

"Before Japan, he lived here in Italy."

""...and you'll be in hers. Please don't think any less of me when you find out the truth.""

"His name was Giotto and he met a girl that helped him to build what you are in now... He was the Great Sky, Vongola Primo."

""The woman I love...you're a lot like her. We died in two separate places...and we're not allowed to finally pass on and reunite yet. I have many regrets and duties to fulfill that bound me here...and she is bound here by her own emotions.""

I looked down at my lap, my bangs hiding my face.

Keiko-sama...

"His Japanese name is Sawada Ieyasu...and according to his family tree, Tsunayoshi is his most recent descendant other than his father. Since Tsunayoshi is a blood relative to Primo, he is a candidate for the position of Vongola boss."

My eyes widened.

Ieyasu-kun...not only have you never told me about your affiliation with the mafia and my ancestor...but also that Tsuna-san is...one of your very great grandchildren...

"Your ancestor, Fujiwara Secondo... Fujiwara Keiko," Nono said, taking out another picture and sliding it out to me.

I lifted my head up a bit and took hold of the new picture. It was of Ieyasu-Giotto and Keiko. Keiko was in a royal-looking kimono, sitting in a fancy red chair with Giotto behind the chair, his hands on her shoulders naturally. The both of them were kindly smiling. Judging from this picture, they were both probably around my age if not older. I've never really seen any picture of Keiko when I was growing up, but now that I do see her...

"Here's another one in a dress Giotto had made for her," Nono said, handing me another picture.

"She does look like me," I whispered to myself, not quiet enough though.

Keiko was standing with her hands behind her in a white and yellow Victorian-styled dress. Her hair was long and around past her butt, longer than my hair is currently. Unlike mine, her hair was black, but her gold eyes were no joke. The shape of her face as well as her facial features, it all looked to familiar and yet different; more defined. It was spooky seeing something like this. She looked older in this picture than the other one I saw with Giotto.

So they met in their teens...

"The Vongola was already established as a vigilante group by the time this picture was taken," Nono said pointing at the picture with Giotto and Keiko both in it.

"Vigilante group...I remember you telling me about how the Vongola started out as a small group for the people and later became involved with the mafia."

So the Vongola was created while they were our age...that's hard to believe...

"...!" I saw something in the picture of just Keiko that brought me into a state of shock.

Nono, noticing my gaze and shock, started too explain. "Based off of some pictures, knowledge, and letters...it was safe to say that the two were engaged and planned to marry... That picture was taken nearly eight years after the Vongola was first created."

"... Primo-sama betrayed Keiko-sama...from what I've learned growing up."

"No one really knows for sure... According to papers that recorded the time before Keiko's death, it stated that Primo did indeed betray her...but it's so very easy to lie on papers."

"Are you trying to tell me that...everything my family knows about our Second Head...could be a lie?"

"Internal decay, spies, and traitors are common from families this big with a taste of power and money."

"What about my family's curse? That's not a lie...because Keiko-sama's lover was in the mafia... My family seems to be convinced that I'll also fall in love with someone in the mafia. It's crazy...right?"

"So far, it seems like history is repeating itself. Hopefully not everything will be repeated," Nono said, taking the pictures back from me, putting them away.

I-If that's true then...my family isn't trying to get me to love just any male in the mafia... The furisode...the competition...the sudden move to Namimori... Could my grandparent's bad health only be a lie? They have been getting more and more active now since we came... Of all classes too...I was put in his. I was assigned a seat right behind him... I even proclaimed him as my best friend... Everything...was so they could get me to fall in love with Tsuna-san!

I thought back to the charm I made and found in my kinchaku.

If that was Kyoko-chan's...then...

FLASHBACK START

"Ah, all of our things poured out of our bags," I whined, picking out my things from Kyoko's. She did the same, but for her things.

"Sasagawa-chan," SeijiChi said to her, bending down, helping to sort out our things. "There's a really pretty spot near the fish pond by the cherry blossom trees. There's still some petals left on them. It'd be a fun place to go to before the fireworks start. It's also one of the best secret viewing places for it."

What I didn't notice before, was that SeijiChi swapped the charm into my kinchaku instead of Kyoko's. I was too focused on what he said and distinguishing my things to really register that he did that.

FLASHBACK END

I've had it since I accidentally crashed into Kyoko-chan! That means...

I thought back to when Tsuna and I kissed.

Oh my-

""I wouldn't say your charm was useless," Reborn said, appearing on Tsuna's head."

That's why Reborn-sama took my phone...it was to lure me out so that Tsuna-san would crash into me... Reborn-sama planned that and SeijiChi-nii helped him!

My heart started racing as I thought more about Tsuna.

""Oh, the charm will only work if both people with the same charm are alone together. A kiss will seal the deal, whether accidental or not, it doesn't matter. After that kiss happens, your fates will be intertwined for all eternity! Hehe, did you get that?""

Ack!

Dino came and picked me up along with Yamamoto and Romario. We went to the Chiavarone Famiy's HQ to wash up in our guest rooms before exploring Italy till nightfall and eating at some high-class restaurant out on their balcony.

"This is the best pasta I've ever had!," I squealed happily, slurping the noddles into my mouth.

"No, I think their pizza here is the best!," Yamamoto laughed as he ate a custom slice of pizza.

I swallowed, coming up with a compromise. "The pasta and pizza here are on the same scale of deliciousness. No other food can compare."

"Really?," Yamamoto asked, grabbing a fork and trying my pasta. I grabbed a slice of his pizza and tried it. We both looked at each other with sparkles around us, grinning and nodding.

Dino sweat dropped. "I didn't even get to recommend what I thought was the best..."

Later that night, I was leaning on the balcony of my room while drinking out of a juice box.

"Me and Tsuna-san's fate...is intertwined...," I said to myself, blushing. I shook my head. "No, if it wasn't meant to be then it won't happen." I wasn't talking about our fated being together, I was talking about being with him in a relationship. I felt confused and a bit upset at what Reborn and my family plotted.

"Primo's guardians went like this: G, his storm guardian, Asari Ugetsu, his rain guardian, Knuckle, his sun guardian, Lampo, his lightening guardian, Alaude, his cloud guardian, and Daemon Spade, his mist guardian," Nono told me as I listened, nodding along with what he said. "You're aware of the flame system, yes?"

"Yes, I'm very familiar with it," I told him.

"Yours is a sun one, right?," he asked, sipping his tea.

I gasped. "H-How did you know?"

He smiled at me. "I can see right through you."

"Eeee!," I squealed, wrapping my arms around my chest, cowering a bit.

"N-No! Not like that!," Nono quickly said, trying to get rid of the misunderstanding. He cleared his throat, a smear of blush on his cheeks. "I'm a good judge of character, I guess you can say."

I let go of myself. "Oh, I see. Well you're the sky. Do you know how I know that?"

"Because family bosses are usually sky flame bearers?"

"Nope!"

"Because I come off as one?"

"No!... Well yes, but not just that. Do you give up?"

He chuckled. "Yes, I admit defeat."

"I can see as well as sense things like this. I didn't even have to train! I was born with it."

"You are able to see spirits as well, right?"

"It's not a surprise that I can, I mean my family also doubles as exorcists."

"So this isn't something only the heads of your clan are born with?"

"No, of course not. Everyone with some part of our blood are born with it. Genetics, I guess you can say."

"What is it like to see spirits?"

"Despite what some may think, there are not infinitely many spirits roaming the earth. There is a spirit world, a hell, and a heaven. The spirit world is where everyone's soul goes. There that soul is faced with judgement from the higher power and is sent to either Heaven or Hell. The ones that haunt our world, are the ones that cannot pass onto judgement and travel freely between our world and the spirit one. The souls in Heaven or Hell can travel between their respected worlds and the spirit world, but never to our world...unless you use summoning magic...but that's considered black magic here and is a forbidden practice."

"Why is it forbidden? What if you were summoning someone from Heaven?"

"Well...think of it like this. Even the best hero can become the villain and the worst villain could just as well be the hero."

"In Heaven's realm, do they watch over the ones in our world?"

"Yes, they do."

"Then won't that turn them bad from watching-"

"Pardon me cutting you off, but no. Heaven's air is one that controls the emotions of the souls. The soul can only turn bad in our world. Once they turn bad, they get sent to judgment again to see if they're still fit to stay in Heaven."

"Is it possible the other way around too?"

"...I wouldn't say it isn't...more like it's rare for that to happen. When it does...you are unable to leave Heaven and no black magic in the world could undo your binds."

"How can a soul not pass onto judgement?"

"Dying with regrets. Not just simple ones like wanting to eat ice cream one last time, but things much more...stronger than that. Also, souls can refuse to go because of things they know they must do... Like Primo-sama. Judging from what he's ever said to me, I'd say it's a choice that he wanted to stay, he has regrets, and something is keeping him here. Oh, your soul can also be trapped within a hexed object."

"All of the soul?"

"It doesn't have to be."

"How does reincarnation work?"

"Oh, let me give an example. Primo-sama dies and his soul is gone from his physical body. Well, upon entering the spirit world for the first time, a part of his soul would leave him and then that part would be sent into... I'm sorry but I must be vague here. There has to be some mystery to life after all. The end product is Tsunayoshi-san."

"I see. I understand completely... This was an interesting conversation. I learned so much. This old man here has found more peace and something to look forward to when my time comes," Nono said to me, pounding his heart with his fist loud enough for me to hear.

"D-Don't say something like that! A lot of people will be upset if they heard you talking like you were going to die any second," I said, worried and mentally making a list of things to send to the Ninth to ensure his life is long lived.

"I could die at any second. Whether from my own health or an assignation."

That's right...this is the mafia we're talking about. Of course his life is always at risk... I don't like that. If Tsuna-san...if he has to live like this, risking his life with every waking second...as his friend, my heart wouldn't be able to handle that. Just think about what his lover would feel like about this situation!

That night, I couldn't sleep because I was worried for Tsuna's future.

"Did you sleep well?," Nono asked me, as I yawned and rubbed my eyes.

"...not really," I murmured.

"Well there isn't anything I particularity have to talk to you about today. How about you select the topic of discussion."

"Well... What can you tell me about the Simon Family?"

"Don't you know of them?"

"...Not a whole lot. All I know is that their first boss was a dear friend as well to Keiko-sama and Primo-sama...but then Primo-sama betrayed him as well."

"The Simon Family...was the second ally the Vongola ever had," Nono told me. "I'm afraid I don't have a picture of the Simon Family's first boss, but his name was Simon Cozarto. Him and his guardians were the rare few who possessed the Flames of the Earth. The flames that could compete with the Flames of the Sky."

"I know of the Earth flames."

...I wonder...

"Something on your mind?"

"N-Nothing. Sorry," I said, pushing my thoughts away as Nono eyed me suspiciously.

I can't think of that here. It's not safe.

"Cozarto and his guardians were reported dead here anyways. The Simon Family still continues to this day though. It's an extremely small and weak family, so they are often picked on and forgotten a lot of times," said Nono. "Since no one really cares of an individual's position in the family, we have no real information on them."

"That's not right... Why cant the Vongola help them out?," I asked.

"Things aren't that simple anymore..."

"...Excuse me Nono-sama, but that's horrible if you're trying to tell me that in order to survive, the Vongola refuses to have any weak ends... I cannot accept that."

"An interesting character."

"Don't get off topic," I said to him.

"With the death of Cozarto, like the death of Keiko, our families cut ties."

"...I see. I guess my family has a lot in common with the Simon then."

"How so?"

"Despite how our families are now, a lot of my family can't help but hold a grudge against you. I'm sure you've noticed the mask my family has placed."

"Who knows."

He's toying with me.

TIME SKIP A FEW DAYS

The past few days was full of traveling around Italy, sightseeing, and more. My talks with Nono became about how my life is in Namimori with Tsuna and the others.

"You're leaving today," Nono said to me as I sipped my tea and took a bite out of the cookie I was given on the way into his office.

I nodded, smiling. "I'm excited to go home. I got my friends some souvenirs and gifts from here too. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces."

"Do you like traveling?"

"I've never traveled out of state before, but I'm happy I got to experience this. Though a small part of me dreams of seeing the world, I'm content with the part of the world I can see now."

"You two aren't completely alike. Though you've both been raised differently. Keiko has always dreamed of seeing the world. She felt restricted and confined in Japan. She took a ship out to Italy and because of the language difference, she brought a friend of hers that knew a little Italian."

"A friend? Who?"

"Asari Ugetsu."

One of Primo's guardians.

"Hmm. I've heard of him before you told me about him being Primo-sama's rain guardian...but his family name is not one I recognize in modern times. From the documents of my family's history, he was a nobleman who was good friends with Keiko-sama..."

He opened a drawer at his desk and took out a green cloth that was covering something rectangular, handing it to me carefully.

"You've earned this years ago, but everyone was too afraid to give it to you. Even now they are," Nono told me.

"Then why are you giving it to me?," I asked. "What is it?

"Because, we took it from them to give to you. It will come in handy for you in many times to come...and it holds the truth. Like a key if you may."

Okay... I wonder what it is.

"I suggest you to not open it until you are on your way back to Japan. I'm sure you'll know exactly what is when you see it," he said, smiling at me.

"Thank you, Nono-sama," I said, bowing in my seat. "I should get going and make the best of the time I have left here in this beautiful country."

"Oh, before you leave... Don't you think you should pay your respects to your ancestors?"

"I did. I do that every morning when I visit my household's estate."

"That is not what I mean... Let me be blunt here. We want you to make contact with Keiko's spirit."

My eyes widened as the hairs on the back of my neck stood out straight. "W-What?"

"There are things you need to hear from your past self."

I stood up, shaking, pushing the chair I was sitting on over. I stumbled backwards. "N-No... No way! I do admit she looks a lot like me, but she is not me."

"She was you at one point in life, even you admitted that when you told me about how reincarnation works once someone dies."

"N-No!"

"Why do you refuse to believe this obvious fact?"

Why do I refuse to believe it? Why do I feel like ripping my ears out whenever someone talks about that woman...

"... I don't know..."

"You probably knew all along that Keiko was your past life. Are you afraid of dying?"

"...If I...if I do as you say and meet her in my inner mind... How would you gather the necessary summoners to do so? It's not like I can just call upon a spirit and they'll come. I'm not that powerful."

"That is already arranged."

"What?... So...you've been planning this from the start. Why? Why do you need me to do this all of a sudden? What benefit does this do to you?"

"Now, don't look at me like that. I've planned this every since you told me that black magic could be used to summon a spirit. I'm not being a bad guy here. I may have sinned in my life, but everyone sins; even you."

"I get it. Sorry for the trouble..." I bowed. I have no choice. I don't have a reason not to do what he says; I only have a feeling of not wanting to.

The door to his office opened. Two men came in and escorted me and Nono into a different room were a large magic circle was. There was a chair in the middle of it. I didn't like the look of this room. It made me feel uneasy. Forcing a spirit to come requires black magic.

"Black magic...," I mumbled, looking at the cloaked, hooded people, preparing for the summoning. "So many of them too..."

I tensed up when Nono placed a hand on my shoulder. "Keiko was a very powerful person...in terms of what she did."

I guess this many people are needed...

I didn't like black magic. It made me feel uneasy and like I was doing something wrong when my family had to associate with them.

"Allow me," Nono said, taking the wrapped rectangular box away from me.

"Please sit here Fujiwara-sama," said one of the Vongola's men, gesturing to the chair in the middle of the circle, next to him.

"...I want Dino-san in here," I said, looking at Nono. "And Yamamoto-san... Please."

Nono stroked his chin, nodding at my request just as the door opened.

"You didn't think I'd left you go through this alone with a bunch of strangers in the room, did you?," Dino asked, patting my shoulder when he walked over to me. "I didn't bring Yamamoto though..."

"No need, we have him Dino-sama," said one of the Vongola's men, bringing in the confused, but always happy, Yamamoto.

"Whoa, this room looks so shady! Is this apart of the game?," he asked me.

I sweat dropped along with everyone else in the room.

"Yeah... I'm just going to be over there in that chair," I said, pointing behind me. I quietly said to myself, "Both of your presences here are enough for me to go through with this strange request."

I hugged Dino and Yamamoto really quick before heading over to the chair. Once I sat down, two of the summoners started to tightly tie my wrists and ankles to the chair.

"You're hurting her!," Yamamoto yelled, looking upset at that. He was about to come over to me and loosen them, but he was stopped.

"This is only a precaution for her safety," said my uncle, coming into the room as well now. "We can't allow Miyu to harm herself."

"Harm myself?... What exactly is going to happen to me? I only heard of this process in theory," I said, a bit frightened by my uncles words.

"Hime-sama, you'll be put into a state where you'll be in your inner mind," said one of the summoners that tied me.

"Right...," I replied, knowing that much.

"Then we'll summon Keiko-sama into your inner world," said another summoner.

"And the harming?," I asked.

"If you get too emotional in your inner world, that could have a chain reaction on your body here in the real world. At most your body should be flailing around if that were to happen," explained a different summoner.

Ok, don't get too emotional. Got it!... I wish Tsuna-san was here... I'm scared- NO! I don't need Tsuna-san to be here all the time! He's probably getting all cute and stuff with Kyoko-chan or Haru-chan! Don't think of that boy that is related to the handsome man that often visited you when you were a little, impressionable girl.

I started getting dizzy from my mental war, which was starting to happen a lot since I found out about Ieyasu's (Giotto's) relationship to Tsuna, the mafia, and my ancestor Keiko.

Tsuna's POV-

"Yamamoto and Miyu-chan should be back home by tomorrow morning," I said to myself, laying on my bed. I sighed. "It's so hot and boring here without those too..."

"TENTH!," Gokudera shouted, slamming open my door. "WE NEED TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST TODAY BEFORE THAT BASEBALL FREAK COMES BACK!"

"HIIIE!," I shouted, falling out of bed. "G-Gokudera-kun?!"

So it's still lively here, just not as much as before. I didn't really do much during the duration of Miyu and Yamamoto's trip.

Miyu's POV-

"Fujiwara-sama, are you ready to enter your inner world?," asked one of the summoners.

I took a deep breath and nodded.

I can do this!

The summoners were surrounding the outside of the circle, chanting and holding their hands together in an incantation.

Magic is so scary...

Purple lines darted out from the outside of the circle to the chair where I was. I gasped as my sight went dark. I couldn't see anything, but I could still feel. After a few seconds the darkness turned into an open field of wheat. The sky was clear and blue, reaching as far the eye could see. I was still wearing the purple blouse, tan coat, brown boots, and faded jean shorts I dressed myself up in this morning.

"So this is my inner world...," I said to myself, standing up. "Now what do I do...just wait? I've never done this before." The sky started to become cloudy.

I jumped back, slipping, falling on my butt and closing my eyes just as lightening struck the spot I was previously in. The sky cleared and the lightening faded. In the place of the lightening was a woman in a white nightgown and barefoot, but that's not important right now. What was was her physical appearance.

"N-No- It's true...," I said in near disbelief at the woman before me. She was taller by a few inches and stood in front of me, watching me blankly.

Face-to-face, with me looking up at her, she watched me and made me feel nervous and insecure.

"Should I make things easier for you?," the woman asked me, not just any woman though.

"I-It's fine, K-Keiko-sama!," I quickly said, bowing multiple times to her in a hurry.

She glowed and her features slightly changed. Her height matched my own. If we were out in public together, we'd probably be asked if we were twins. Everything was the same of course except for small, tiny differences in our features and our hair color.

"This should be easier for you, yes?"

"Y-Yeah..."

"Fujiwara Miyu...right?," she asked tapping her finger on my forehead. She looked around. "So this is your world...quite peaceful..."

"T-Thank you!"

"Why are you stuttering? No need for formalities either. Just talk to me like a normal person," said said sounding irritated.

"S-Sorry! I'm just...not use to this," I said shyly.

Keiko's eyes narrowed. "... How weak."

"Huh?"

"I've seen how much you've achieved...how feeble. Even now when I sense your power it's nothing compared to what mine was at your age."

"H-Hey!"

What's she trying to say?

"It must have been a fluke for you to have gained my inheritance."

"Inheritance?... I never did anything to deserve it yet!...Pardon my volume."

"Do you know how to gain my inheritance? How to gain my blessing to unlock your full potential?"

"...a pure act of sacrifice," I said. "Meaning you have to wholeheartedly give something of great meaning to oneself away. Right? Equivalent exchange."

"Then are you telling me you haven't..." She looked down at my hands. "Not even wearing it... Tsk tsk tsk. What a hindrance."

"That's not very-"

"How could I have been reincarnated into someone like you?"

I felt humiliated and offended.

"You are a weak successor that needs to learn the difference between growing up and believing in yourself!," Keiko shouted at me. "You have friends, don't you? Not only do they protect you, but you protect them! Can you not see that? I can't believe you're that same little girl from before. Accept reality before you die."

"Accept...reality?" I leaned forward, a hand on my chest. "I am accepting reality. I already accepted the world I'm in now!"

Keiko didn't look surprised or fazed by my outburst. "And what world is that?"

"The world of the mafia. One of the worst of worlds," I replied afraid of what she was thinking. She scoffed, but it turned into a snicker. "W-What's so funny?"

"You."

"I didn't say anything funny."

The mafia is no laughing matter! She should know that!

"Such a fool. Oh what I wonder blinded you. I wonder if you realize that I'm even insulting you."

I had my hands at my sides, clenching them. "You're...not nice at all..."

"What? Not nice?"

"I can see why...you were betray-"

In less than a second, there were hands around my neck applying pressure, slowly choking me. I grabbed the wrists that were connected to those hands.

"YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!," Keiko screamed, darkness radiating off of her as I gasped for air. "YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO SAY THAT TO ME!"

I was terrified. She was trying to kill me.

"S...St...op...," I weakly said trying to catch breaths of air.

"You...You will never understand how I feel the way you are now! One day...," she said as the darkness on her started to crawl onto my body. A lonely and empty feeling was following the darkness that touched me. "You too will understand my pain...and my-"

I started to glow brightly, causing Keiko to curse. Everything turned black.

I woke up on the plane. Everyone was asleep.

The summoners must have brought me out... I wonder what happened in real time while I was gone.

I put a hand to my throat sadly and shivered.

How could Keiko-sama be so...corrupted by darkness?... I guess it'd make sense since she created the head's curse our of her negative emotions... How could I be the reincarnation of her...? We're so different.

""One day...you too will understand my pain...""

My eyes widened.

What does she mean by that? Does that mean what I think it means... No, it can't be. We're both too different to live out ends that way.

I looked around, desperately trying to get my mind off of what happened. I noticed the wrapped rectangular box on the table in front of me.

Nono-sama said to open it on the plane...

I slowly unwrapped the cloth, revealing a fancy gold box. I opened it in suspense for what has inside.

"Ah!"

It was a silver ring with small pale pink gems around the outside of the ring. The top of the ring was clear and round, almost like there were sparkles on top of it or shimmering little flames, and had my family's insignia; the phoenix. Why the phoenix? Well, it is said that a phoenix could regenerate its wounds as well be reborn from the ashes of its death. It's an immortal birth.

"Pretty... Have I seen this somewhere before?"

I thought back, but nothing came to me. I could have sworn I've seen this before though.

This is mine, right? So it wouldn't be a problem if I were to wear it.

I slipped the ring onto my right ring finger and marveled at how it looked on my hand. Since everyone was still sleeping and I didn't know how long it would be till we were back home, I decided to go back to sleep. That moment, as I lost consciousness into the dream world, something changed in me.

Heaven...

"I'm home!," I yelled into the dark house. It was night now, so everyone should be either getting ready for bed or already sleeping.

The lights flashed on and my two older brothers and parents were sitting on the couch. I jumped a bit in surprise. I didn't expect them to actually be waiting up for me.

"How was your trip?," my mom asked, coming over to me first, taking my hands in hers as my father took my bags to my room.

"It was really fun! It got stressful at times, but I got through it," I reported.

"What did Vongola Ninth ask about?," she asked me.

"We talked about the Vongola mostly. It was like a continuation of my lesson from the competition."

"I see. That's good to know for you."

"We also talked about Keiko-sama and Vongola Primo..."

"R-Really? What'd he say about her?"

"Nothing bad. He just told me about her relationship with the Vongola and how Vongola Primo helped her and our family."

"You know most of that already, so it was like a review of our family's history."

My mom left to unpack my bags and get my dirty clothes as Mamoru draped an arm over my shoulders.

"No one provoked you right?," he asked. "I should have went with you."

"It's fine, really!," I said, waving my hands out.

I heard both of my brothers gasp as Mamoru's arm fell off of my shoulders.

"Where did you get that, Miyu?," SeijiChi asked me, taking my right hand, looking at the ring I was wearing.

"Nono-sama gave it to me. He told me it was mine, that I earned it a long time ago. I don't know what he means, but I get to keep this pretty thing." I smiled up at my brothers innocently.

"Are you okay? Is anything wrong with you? You're not feeling faint or anything?," Mamoru asked me putting his hands all over my face and pulse.

"Otou-san!," SeijiChi shouted as my father walked out of my room over to us.

"What's the mat-" My father stopped talking after taking one look at the ring on my finger.

What's the big deal here?

Five days after that night I've been at Namimori hospital. My father was being paranoid and having multiple tests run on me no matter how many times I told him I was fine. My mother tried to take the ring I was wearing away from me, but I refused to give it to her because it was mine and there was no reason for her to take it. Because of all these tests I've missed five days of school and my friends are most likely worried about me.

"The last test was clean Fujiwara-sama," said a nurse. "She's perfectly healthy."

"I see," my father said, nodding along as he looked at the results of the test we just did. When the nurse left he sighed. "There's no more tests that I can think of..."

"Otou-san... Can I go home now? You've had me here for so long and I'm missing school," I said, messing with my hospital clothes.

He looked at me. "Are you sure nothing feels off?"

I nodded. "I'm perfectly fine."

"Very well. I'll send a car here to take you home," he said, giving up on trying to find something wrong with me.

The next morning I was happily in my uniform and eating breakfast with my very worried baby brother and the rest of my siblings.

"Oneechan," Jun cried. "Are you okay? You haven't been home in so long!"

"I'm fine Jun-chan," I said, rubbing his back comfortably. "Don't cry anymore. I'm sorry for worrying you."

"Your friends are annoying," Mamoru said to me. "They keep pestering me about you and they keep showing up here looking for you."

I smiled. "That shows they really care about me, right?"

"Yes it does. You sure picked some great friends Miyu," SeijiChi said, feeding me a chocolate truffle and petting my head as if he was treating me for being good. "You should be careful though. Eight prefects from your school were assaulted and had their teeth extracted."

"E-Eh?! Those are the people in Kyou-chan's committee. I hope Kyou-chan's okay," I said, worried.

Mamoru waved off that thought. "I'm sure he's fine... Not even the grim reaper can kill him."

"What was that last part?," I asked.

"He's strong enough to take care of himself," he said to me.

"I guess you're right...," I said, thinking about his love for fighting someone strong. "I can protect myself too!" I pumped myself up, flexing my left arm to show what little muscle I had.

"Maybe I should stick with you more than I do now," Mamoru muttered. "I don't need to be in class."

I shrank. "You don't believe in my ability to protect myself. All those years of training...wasted."

"Training or not, you're still my Imōto-chan," Mamoru grumbled, leaving the table, ruffling my hair on the way to the door. "Let's go."

I puffed my cheeks, wondering how could my brother be so rude sometimes.

"Come on Momo-chan, Jun-chan," I said to my younger siblings who were rushing to get ready. The four of us were on our way to school when I got a call from my father. He was helping out at Namimori hospital today because of the assaulting issue.

PHONE CALL

Dad: "Sasagawa Ryohei... That's one of you and your brother's friends, right?"

Me: "Yes, why?"

Dad: "He's been checked into the hospital. He was attack early this morning."

My eyes widened as I ended the call.

I looked at Mamoru, who could tell something was up, and said, "We need to get to Namimori hospital now."

"You two get to school," Mamoru said to our younger siblings, grabbing my hand and running. There were a lot of people from Hibari's committee out today. They were all probably scared of the recent attacks. Hibari appeared in front of us. Well he crashed into my brother as they were both running in different directions. My brother was knocked onto the ground as Hibari stood there as if he just hit a fly.

"Kyou-chan! You're not harmed!," I yelled, putting my hands on his arm. "We were on the way to the hospital. Where are you-"

"I'm going to take care of this problem from the roots," he said as I noticed his tonfas out. He was ready to fight the outsiders trying to harm our school.

"Let me go with you. If you get hurt I can-"

He brushed me off, glaring at me. I flinched, but regained my composure as he ran off again.

Baka... It's not that I don't have faith in your strength... I just don't want another one of my friends to get hurt.

I was about to start crying soundlessly, but my brother distracted me.

He got up rubbing his shoulder, glaring at the direction Hibari went. "That devil. He crashes into me and doesn't even apologize. I hope he- Oh, Miyu! You're here, that's right..."

I looked at him confused.

Once at the hospital, we found Ryohei's room and went in. My father strictly told me not to use my powers on the way to his room, so that was a big upset. I guess it would make sense though. This wasn't our family's hospital so if someone who was severely hurt came out perfectly healthy, that would be a big problem with outsiders.

"You idiot!," Mamoru shouted when we walked in. I flinched at his tone. I stood at the foot of the bed as my brother was at his bedside, yelling at him for being reckless and getting beaten up like this. It was amusing to see my brother so worked up about his friend. It was a rare sight to see.

"Big brother!," Tsuna shouted, slamming open the door. "Are you all right?" Tsuna ran to Ryohei's bedside too.

"Ahh, Sawada. You came here fast too. I look really pathetic like this...," Ryohei said.

"Damn right you do," Mamoru spat out, crossing his arms as Tsuna noticed Mamoru but not me. It was fine. I sat back in a chair, watching this scene go out.

"Mamoru-san," Tsuna said. He shook his head and went back into panic mode. "Why are you looking at me like that?!"

"How are your injuries?," Reborn asked.

"Six broken bones, seven cracked, and... I lost six teeth!," Ryohei replied like it was nothing when he took off his breathing mash and showed everyone his missing teeth. Tsuna screamed, freaked out by Ryohei's attitude. I thought it was nice how he was still so lively even after his fight. "I've broken more bones and teeth during boxing." Ryohei started laughing, but then turned serious. "But that guy that came looking for a fight...although he appeared careless, he probably is a really strong guy..."

"Eh? You saw the attacker?!," Tsuna asked.

"Who is this fucker? I'll mess him up," Mamoru darkly muttered, cracking his knuckled.

I glared at my brother.

Don't curse!

"I saw him and he knew my name, but I didn't know who he was. He was wearing a Kokuyo Jr. High uniform from the next town over...," Ryoehi said thinking back.

"A Junior High kid?!," Mamoru shouted. "Is this another Hibari?"

"EHH?!," Tsuna yelled.

"Sawada, Mamoru, you both should be careful too," Ryohei said as Tsuna was complaining about how he isn't involved in this mess and doesn't need to be that careful. "I REALLY WANT THAT KIND OF PUNCH THAT GUY GAVE ME IN MY CLUB! ! !"

But he was a bad guy for hurting you... Second chances are good though, but that guy should apologize to Ryohei-san.

"Change of subject. Don't tell Kyoko the truth about this. She'll worry for sure. That's why I've covered my mouth," Ryohei explained.

Lie...but that'll worry her more... If it were me I'd rather hear the truth than a lie.

"ONIICHAN," Kyoko yelled, coming into the room in tears. "WHY DID YOU GO CLIMB THE CHIMNEY IN THE BATHHOUSE FOR?"

I blinked in confusion.

He already told her the lie?

Kyoko and her brother were babbling and I stepped in when Kyoko started to cry.

"Kyoko-chan...," I said, hugging her, making my presence known to Kyoko and Tsuna.

"It seems that those bastards are targeting Namimori students," Mamoru said, clenching his fists.

I quietly listened to Ryohei and my brother's conversation as I comforted Kyoko.

"You should get some water from the vending machine and wash your face in the bathroom," I said to Kyoko when she calmed down a bit. She looked up at me and nodded. I walked with her to the vending machine. As she was buying water, I looked around and saw Kusakabe walking down the hall.

"Kusakabe-san!," I yelled, getting his attention.

"Fujiwara-sama," he said to me, bowing slightly. "Are you okay? You weren't attacked right?"

"No... I wasn't... Did you hear anything from Kyou-chan?," I asked.

"He went off to find the culprits. Don't worry. He'll annihilate them," he told me, putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Really?," I asked, feeling a bit more at ease now.

"Of course. He's not the strongest in all of Namimori for nothing."

I laughed. "You're right."

"Take care of yourself," he said, leaving.

"Miyu-chan, you can head to school. I think I'll spend the day with my brother today," Kyoko said to me.

I nodded and waved bye to her after she thanked me for comforting her. On my way out of the hospital, I saw Reborn and Tsuna.

"Tsuna-san!," I yelled, running over to him.

"Miyu-chan! Are you alright? I haven't seen you for awhile now and no one was telling me or anyone anything about you," Tsuna said, looking me over.

I blushed, feeling my heart speed up a bit. I felt shy all of a sudden and embarrassed about my body. I crossed my arms.

"I-I'm fine... My father was just a bit paranoid is all," I told him. "It's nice to see your again after a long time. Sorry I didn't call or text you back, my phone was taken away from me while I was gone."

"What happened to calling me during your trip then if your phone was taken when you got back?"

"S-Sorry... I guess I was having a too much fun..."

I wasn't trying to avoid talking to you after Nono-sama told me about your ancestor's relationship to mine... Nope, not at all...

PLOP!

Tsuna and I turned to Reborn.

"What's this?!," Tsuna asked, looking at what fell on the ground. I bent down and watched it wiggle.

"Leon's tail broke off," Reborn said as he picked it up.

"Ewww, that's gross," Tsuna replied.

"Why is it still moving?," I asked, watching it wiggle.

"But, wait, do chameleon's lose their tails?," Tsuna asked.

"When this happens... It's an unlucky sign," Reborn said.

"I-Is... Is he alright?!," Tsuna shouted when Leon transformed into a baby octopus.

"He looks so cute," I replied, poking Leon.

"Leon keeps changing into all sorts of different shapes!," Tsuna observed as Leon turned into a totem pole, amazing me in the process.

"Once he loses his tail, he can't manage his shape-changing ability," Reborn told us.

"What the heck?!," Tsuna shouted as Leon transformed into a green balloon.

"MAKE WAY!," some male nurses shouted, pushing another victim through the hall. "Another Nami High student got heat up!"

My eyes widened.

"K-Ku...sa...kabe-san...," I softly said, not believing this. I just spoke to him a few minutes ago.

"Eh?!," Tsuna yelled, backing up close to the wall.

"It's the assistant head prefect Kusakabe-san!," one of the guys from my school yelled.

"They said he was beaten up right outside the hospital!," a girl from my school yelled.

And no one thought of helping him!? I-If I got outside in time...maybe if I got to where he was in time... I could have done something...

"Impossible," I heard Tsuna say next to me. "There's no way Hibari-san could lose a fight."

I felt my chest clench. I looked at the floor thinking I was crazy for thinking that Hibari could be in trouble.

I tuned back into what was happening when Reborn said, "The cause of all this fighting...is you, Tsuna."

"Eh?!," said boy asked, confused.

I looked at Tsuna, surprised. "Tsuna-san...?"

Tsuna-san is in danger?

Reborn started to explain how everyone who was attacked was on Namimori's Junior High's fighting strength list starting from rank 24. Apparently the list came from a boy named Fuuta, but I've never met him before.

"Since Kusakabe-san was beaten, than the fourth-ranked person that would be targeted next is- Third... Third... N-No way! W-What should we do Reborn?!," Tsuna asked.

"Things are getting worse and worse," Reborn said, looking down. "You go deal with it. I'm going to check out something that's bothering me."

"M-Me?!," Tsuna asked, pointing at himself as Reborn left the two of us. "Miyu-chan, can't you just heal Ryohei and the others?"

I looked down, holding my bag tightly. "My father said I wasn't allowed to use my powers. It makes sense...people would get suspicious. This isn't my family's hospital or clinic. This is a hospital that we have no ties in but renowned titles in. It'd be dangerous if someone outside our sphere found out our secret..."

"I see..."

I looked at the time on my phone. "I should head to school... I'm already late... Bye Tsuna-san."

"O-Oh, bye!," he replied trying to call Gokudera.

"If I see Gokudera-san, I'll keep watch over him and I'll call you," I told him to try to ease his worries a bit. It seemed to do the trick. "I got my phone back this morning after all."

Instead of heading to school though, I headed over to Namimori shrine. I went to the prayer alter and went on my knees, putting my hands together, closing my eyes.

Please...Kami-sama, don't let my friends die or get hurt... Bring Kyou-chan back already and keep Gokudera-san safe as well as the others. These bad people...are targeting Tsuna-san. That makes this a mafia issue, right? I guess things like attacks are normal in the mafia, so I have to make sure I'm ready to do my part.

"Look at what we have here," I heard someone say. Their words were slurred though. Either this person was drunk or they had a lisp. I stood up and turned around fully to the speaker. I gasped, surprised by the male's appearance. He had a large scar on his face, his tongue was sticking out, he had fangs, and he was wearing a Kokuyo school uniform.

He must be with that gang that's doing all these attacks. I should play dumb. It's not like I could be on the ranking list for strong people in Namimori. If Gokudera-san was already targeted, that would mean I'm not on that list.

I smiled and bowed. "Hello mister. Are you here to pray as well?"

He gave me a weird look, as if praying was something disgusting and lowly. "Huh? Pray? What good does that do? Oh, are you here to pray for your life because-"

I started to drown him out. I put hand on the side of my face, blushing as I watched him talk.

He reminds me of a dog... Cute!

"WHAT ARE YOU BLUSHING ABOUT?! DO YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE OR SOMETHING?!," he yelled, thrashing his arms around, mad.

I didn't register that he said that though. "So cute..."

"E-Eh?"

If I rub his belly, I wonder what would happen.

I imagined him growing a tail and wagging it happily. I started to giggle, making him more upset. I walked over to him with a beat in my step. I reached my hand out to his stomach to test out my theory, but he smacked my hand away.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!," he shouted, catching my attention as I held my smacked hand with my other hand protectively to me.

"Scary...," I said quietly looking to the side, away from the guy.

"You're annoying," he grumbled, grabbing me by my upper arm. "You're coming with me."

"..." I look at him and he looked back. "After a moment of silence I asked, "Are you a rapist?"

"... I'm done messing around."

"Let me down!," I shouted as he threw me over his shoulder.

Dammit, why does he want me to go with him so badly?!

"I CAN'T TAKE IT," he shouted when I escaped his hold. "YOU'RE SO DAMN ANNOYING! I'M SURE HE WON'T CARE IF I ROUGH YOU UP A LITTLE."

"Rough me up?," I asked, backing up a bit as he took out a pair of fang. He put them in his mouth and his body started to change.

"Wolf Channel," he said as weird marks appeared on his face as well as a small picture of a wolf. His nails seemed to have grown, looking like claws.

"R-Roll over?," I asked, uneasy as I reached into my bag for something.

"You really piss me off," he darkly said as he started running to me at a fast speed that of a wolf. I barely managed to dodge.

I don't have any weapons on me but-

I threw the talisman I took out of my bag out in front of me. It floated there as I touched it with my pointer finger. As I did this, the opponent was attempting to claw my head off.

"What's this?," he asked, only hitting the shield I put up.

"Shield," I replied.

"From a piece of paper?"

"Talisman."

"Oh. You really are my target then." He took out his current fangs and switched them with another pair. His body grew fatter and his arms got hairier. He looked like an ape. "Kong Channel." He started ramming his fists against my shield.

I can't keep this up... It's going to give out at this rate.

CRACK!

I've got to think fast!

"Got you now!," the ape shouted, breaking through my shield.

"HIIIEEYA!," I shouted, swinging my bag out. "Eh?" I successfully, somehow, hit him in the face with my bag. "Are you okay?"

Maybe I hit him a bit too hard...

"YOU BITCH!" He was about to punch me in the face, but I fell back onto my butt. "No where to run now. I'll smash you into there's nothing left."

My eyes widened at my situation.

I deserve this... I'm not that strong, I'm not even prepared for a fight...

I shut my eyes, waiting for the constant impact of fists.

"Huh? What the hell?," the ape cursed. I opened my eyes slowly and saw two chains wrapped around his fat wrists; one for each hand. I followed the chains to its origin. I saw someone dressed in all black. They were a shinobi shōzoku, a type of keikogi. I based off of the chest area, I could see the bumps, it was a female.

"I am your opponent now," the female said through the fabric over her mouth. She pulled the ape onto its side with one strong tug.

I watched as the ape broke the chains with his strength and the two fought. The guy changed his form to wolf, kong, lion, cheetah, and monkey a lot. I couldn't do anything but sit down on my butt helplessly while this ninja stranger was helping me.

Why? Why would she help me?... That uniform looks familiar...

I focused on the small insignia on the uniform. My eyes widened.

She must have been sent here! She's from the Ayasaki Clan!

When the guy was in his cheetah channel, he would land some scratches on the girl, but nothing too serious. Both were equally fast when he was in cheetah channel. The girl switched from her chains to nunchucks as well as just plain attacking with her legs. She was strong, but that was no surprise considering where she was from.

I need to do something!

I looked around me, not even finding a pebble to throw. I looked at my bag that was currently sagging down my arm.

This will have to do.

I stood up and chucked my bag at the bad guy, successfully hitting and distracting him long enough for the ninja girl to attack him with her nunchucks till he was getting bloody. I don't know why, but I didn't want to see this guy being treated like this anymore. It was a feeling. A feeling that I would meet him again, not now, but later in the future, and he won't be such a bad guy.

"Stop it!," I shouted, covering my eyes. When I uncovered my eyes, I saw that the girl stopped her attacks. I made my way over to the beaten boy, worried. He was unconscious and in his normal form. "You knocked him out." I went onto my knees and looked over his injuries. There was some internal bleeding as well as eternal and I was sure one, if not two, of his ribs were broken. The girl was silent. We just stood in the same place, watching me with those icy blue eyes of hers. "I..." I put my hands over the damaged boy's body. "...I..."

I want to save him!

I shut my eyes as a blinding light came from the ring on my finger as well as the usual green light.

What? This feeling...

Wanting to heal someone who wanted to kill you and kidnap you... How interesting...

I opened my eyes and watched how my green light was now shining brighter than usual and shimmering.

This...never happened before.

I healed all of the injuries the boy received, making sure not to heal the scar on his face as it looked important to him if he kept it this long.

"He should wake up soon...," I said, looking up at the ninja. "Thank you...for saving me. You must think I'm weird for healing a bad guy like this...but I wanted to. You're from the Ayasaki Clan, right? You probably know who I am already, but for the sake of introductions..." I held my hand up, out to her. "My name is Fujiwara Miyu of the Fujiwara Clan."

"Sorry...," she said formally as she went down on one knee, bowing her head down, her fist pressed against the ground. "I beat him too roughly that you had to heal him. I wasn't planning on letting him die in all respect."

"Is that what's wrong? It's fine. Sure people got hurt in the end, but I made it right," I said optimistically. "Raise your head, please?" She did as I asked and handed me my bag. I took it and thanked her. "Here, come here." She did as I asked and sat on her legs in front of me. I hovered my hands next to her body, preparing myself to heal her cuts, but she stopped me.

"Please, don't waste your abilities on someone like me," she said.

I puffed my cheeks. "I will do as I wish in this situation. If you are really worried about it...think of it as my thanks for saving me." She said nothing and I healed her wounds. I got up, slipping my bag over my shoulder, holding my hand out to her. "Come on. Let's get out of here before he wakes up. You don't need to fight anymore."

She looked up at me, as if surprised at my words. She took my hand and stood up. She was taller than me, which made me wonder what her age was.

"Excuse me, but I must take my leave now... Miyu-chan," she said to me before disappearing. I didn't get to say anything else to her, but judging from how she addressed me, we knew each other personally.

I decided to head to school today. School was over by now, I mean it was a half day today. The whole walk to school, I couldn't stop but think about that ninja girl. Her eyes looked familiar. It was strange for someone from that family to call me "Miyu-chan" if I wasn't personally close to them.

Why can't I place that girl with an identity? I feel like I've met her before... Why was that doggy trying to take me away? Could it be that they know what I'm capable of?...She knew my name, so I shouldn't be surprised.

I looked in the Reception Room, but I didn't see Hibari.

He must be patrolling Namimori. Yeah, that's it. He didn't find the source of all this trouble yet.

As I was walking down the hall, trying to collect my thoughts, I heard shouting coming from around the corner. I took that turn and saw Tsuna leave a room, sitting on the ground, leaning against the door. His hands were in his hair.

"AH! THIS IS ALL MY FAULT! I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!," Tsuna shouted at himself as I slowly walked over to him. "WHY COULDN'T I MOVE!? IF I JUST MOVED EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE! ! !"

He's going through denial...

"Tsuna-san," I said, bending down next to him He looked at me and his eyes nearly popped out.

"Miyu-chan!"

"Are you okay? Did something happen?"

"Oh...um, yeah..." Tsuna started to explain to me what happened after I left him earlier, and now it was my turn to be guilty.

"I shouldn't have left...," I mumbled, burying my face in my legs, hugging my legs to me.

"I-It's fine! I-I mean what good could you do? You don't carry anything to defend yourself with," Tsuna quickly said, trying to make me feel better.

I lifted up my head, leaning my chin against my knees. I thought about what Tsuna said to me.

It's true...I couldn't even protect myself...

"You weren't any good in her situation too," Reborn said, hanging from the ceiling via Leon. "Ciaossu."

"What the heck is that?!," Tsuna shouted, looking up.

"Leon has finally settled down and entered a cocoon state," Reborn explained. It looked like Leon was sleeping.

"Cocoon?! Anyway, while things have gotten really bad here, what have you been up to?!"

"I was investigating a jailbreak incident that happened in Italy," Reborn said, jumping down. This sparked my full attention.

"Huh? What jailbreak?"

"Two weeks ago, there was a jailbreak at a high security prison reserved only for the most terrible of mafia criminals who have committed the most heinous of crimes. The escaped convicts killed several of the wardens and other prisoners. After that, the mafia's information network tracked down the ringleaders behind the jailbreak. They were two subordinated under a young man named Rokudo, and they were headed for Japan," Reborn explained. My eyes widened. "Following that, three students returning from abroad transferred into Kokuyo Junior High. Not long after, a gang of hooligans war formed. That was ten days ago. The gang leader's name is Rokudo Mukuro."

Jailbreak... I heard about something like that when I was wandering Dino's home...

Tsuna was panicking about something that I didn't pay attention to, but I caught the time he asked, "If that's the case, our opponents are also in the mafia?!"

"The opposite," Reborn said. "These people have been exiled from the mafia."

It's the same people! So that guy from earlier...is an ex-member of the mafia.

I tuned back in to Tsuna shouted in distress, "I DON'T NEED TOMATOES!"

I sweat dropped and just went back into my thoughts, not noticing my surroundings. Not noticing that I was now alone.

Tsnua's POV-

"There's no place left to feel secure," Reborn said to me.

"Reborn!," I shouted.

"Not to mention, the guy that got Gokudera knows that you're the boss. They're going to come after you directly next."

"EEEEEEEEEEEE, REALLY?!" WHAT SHOULD I DO!? REBORN WHAT SHOULD I DO! !? I'M SCARED! !"

"You already know what you should do. Don't forget what those guys have already done in order to find you. If you keep escaping from this, the victims will only increase."

"E-Even so... Even so, to me, I think what those guys are doing is really strange. Why get everyone into trouble... That Mukuro guy sure pisses me off! But, even Hibari-san hasn't come back... There's no way that I, No-Good Tsuna, can go against a guy like that... It's impossible..."

"But that's not what the others think."

"Eh?"

"Oh! There you are. Let me go with you too!," Gokudera said, suddenly appearing. "This time, I'm gonna kill that spectacles freak! !"

"Gokudera-kun!," I shouted. "But what about your injuries?"

"What? Those little scratches?," he asked, laughing.

Those were serious injuries!

"Miyu fixed me all up!," Gokudera said, laughing more.

Oh, that makes sense.

"I'm going too, Tsuna! The little guy told me all about the matter with Kokuyu Junior High," Yamamoto said. "It's an inter-school mafia role-play, isn't it?"

You were tricked Yamamoto!

"I'm going too, I'm worried about Hayato," Bianchi said.

"GEEEEHHH!," Gokudera said, chocking.

The opposite effect is happening!

"Right! We'll all go to the enemy grounds together then," Reborn announced.

"No way! Hold on a minute! Don't decide we're all going together just like that!," I scolded.

"The hostage is someone you all know well," Reborn said to us. We all dispersed to get ready.

Reborn was walking with me home.

"Tsuna...were you paying attention when I said you weren't any help in her situation," Reborn said rather than asked.

He says it like he already knows.

"Her? You mean Miyu-chan?," I asked, puzzled by what he was getting at.

"Did you notice?"

"Notice what?"

"As a boss and friend, you fail."

S-So forward!

"What did I do wrong?!"

"You didn't notice that Miyu's clothes were a bit dirty. That there were a few scratches on her. That she was in deep thought. That you just left her alone in the hall without saying anything to her."

Huh?

I thought back to when I saw Miyu outside the Nurse's office. She had some dirt on her, but nothing too major. Most of the dirt and dust was on her skirt. There were scratches on her knees and the cloth over her elbows. It was all slight things that you'd have to really think about or see to really notice it.

She was mostly quiet when Reborn showed up...wasn't she in Italy around the time of that jailbreak!? She must have been upset or scared! But why was her appearance-

"She was attacked," Reborn said. "And what you said to her... I don't think she'll ever forget it since she really thinks highly of you. I don't know why she does, but she does."

"What did I say?," I asked when we got to my house. Reborn said nothing and left. "Hey, Reborn!"

What the hell did I say to Miyu-chan that was so bad?

Miyu's POV-

"I didn't even notice all these scratches," I said to Shamal as he was treating me. "Thank you, Shamal-san."

"No problem Miyu-chuuuuuu," he said as if he was in heaven. "That damn boy doesn't know how thankful he should be that you were healing him. He didn't even let you finish. He just ran out as soon as the pain went down. I'm sending one of my mosquitoes to him though."

"Mm..."

Gokudera-san isn't 100% yet...

Shamal stopped all his weird comments/compliments to me all of sudden and turned serious. "Miyu...about Mamoru..."

I glanced up at him. "What about him?"

"He's missing."

I felt all the feelings in my body leave me as I stopped breathing. "W-What?" I thought back to the ranking list I looked at with Tsuna this morning.

Mamoru-nii...was second on that list.

"According to Reborn, he should be at..."

"This is the place...," I said to myself in front of the gate to Kokuyo Centre. "This place looks like a wreck..."

I fixed myself up. I was wearing red shoes, jean shorts, and a green tank top with a black crop top over it. I had thigh-high white socks on as well and my hair was tied into a bun. I had a bundle of arrows on my back with my bow hanging on my shoulder, and talismans and bandages jammed into my belt pouch. I brought along a dagger just in case, though I hope I won't have to use it.

Oniichan... Kyou-chan, just wait. I'm coming!

I hopped the fence and started walking off, trying to focus on my brother's flame and Hibari's, but something, or someone, was blocking it. I heard shouts and yelling coming and followed it carefully. On a lower ground level than me, I saw Tsuna, Reborn, Gokudera, and Bianchi looking into a hole in the ground.

Why are they here? Are they here to save Kyou-chan and my brother too?

"Tsuna-san!," I shouted, sliding down the slope of dirt that separated his group and me. He looked around, not seeing where I was. I was going down too fast that when I was on level ground, I was stuck in a bit of a run. Tsuna turned just in time to see me crash into him, causing the two of us to fall into the hole.

"UWAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!," Tsuna shouted, wrapping his arms around me.

"Y-YAAAAAHHHHH!," I shouted before we landed onto the ground.

"I thought I was going to die," Tsuna said. "Itte! My back!"

"S-Sorry!," I apologized.

"She did the work for me," Reborn said from above.

"You were going to push me in here?!," Tsuna shouted as I healed his back.

"Tsuna! Miyu!," Yamamoto said to us as Tsuna was still a little dizzy from the fall.

"Eh? Whozzat?," some familiar voice asked. "Some small fry friends of yours? Okay, then. While you run Yamamoto, I'll hunt down these two rabbits first."

"What?!," Yamamoto asked.

I focused my eyes more through the bad lighting and saw the familiar voice's body. I gasped when he came charging towards me and Tsuna talking about some feeding time.

"Doggy!," I yelled, pointing at him.

I saw a vein appear on his head. "D-Doggy?! Who are- This scent... YOU BITCH!"

He charged with even more motivation. I threw out a shield talisman.

"That's not a very nice thing to say. Apologize. I even healed your wounds for you," I said, scolding him as he was blocked from me and Tsuna.

"Your little weirdo friend beat me up!," he yelled.

"But I'm the one that cured you. If I just left you there you could have died."

"WHO HEALS THE ENEMY?!," dog boy and Tsuna shouted, confused at my choices.

Yamamoto threw a rock at the dog's head, taking the attention off of us.

"You were fighting me, weren't you?," Yamamoto asked, gleefully tossing a rock in his hand. Then he turned serious and clutched the rock. "C'mon. If I get you with this, it's game and set."

"We're saved... Yamamoto...," Tsuna happily cried.

"Ohh~ It's challenge mode now, eh? I'll finish you off and get my revenge on the little bit-"

"Language doggy!," I scolded.

"MY NAME IS NOT DOGGY!," he slurred. "IT'S JOSHIMA KEN!"

"Oh, my name's Fujiwara Miyu," I said, introducing myself. "Though you know that already."

"Whatever! Since things got interesting, I'll show you all my serious mode too!," Ken the doggy said, changing his fangs. "Cheetah Channel!"

He wasn't serious before when he was fighting someone from the Ayasaki Clan?

Ken ran to Yamamoto with great speed, dodging all the rocks he threw. In the end, Ken bit Yamamoto's arm, causing Yamamoto to get the upper hand as he slammed the hilt of his broken sword into Ken's skull, blood even coming out. He would live. He was in no danger with that wound.

Once Ken was knocked out, Yamamoto fell to his knees in pain.

"I'm sorry, Yamamoto! It's all my fault your arm was... What about your baseball?! What about the tournament?!," Tsuna said, bending his head down at an angle.

That's right...Yamamoto-san needs his arm to play baseball...and he loves baseball more than anything.

"Oi, oi, give me a break, Tsuna," Yamamoto said, smiling. "Didn't I say this before? The person who would treat baseball as something more important than friends is no more, after that dive from the rooftop you did."

"Ya...Yamamoto," Tsuna said, touched.

Rooftop? Dive? Just what happened with these guys before I came here?

"Besides, this injury is nothing. I can still play baseball and Miyu here can treat me," Yamamoto grinned. I went over to him, watching the blood flow out of his arm.

After the three of us got out of that hole, I fixed Yamamoto up while Reborn showed the others the picture of the criminals that broke out of prison.

"Sorry little guy, the bat is broken," Yamamoto said down to Reborn, showing the broken bat.

"Geez, can't help it, can we?," Gokudera said.

"Don't worry about it," Reborn said, pulling out another bat. "Because I have a spare."

"Oh, thank you!," Yamamoto said, thanking the infant.

"That's handy," I said, smiling at Yamamoto.

"BWAHAHAHAHA! YOU SILLY BUNCH! YOU KNOW NOTHING!," Ken shouted.

"I guess he woke up now," I quietly said.

"I WAS FAKING~SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO CONFESS ANYTHING TO YOU! I USED MY OPOSSUM CHANNEL! But, I've thought about it. No matter what I tell you guys, there won't be a problem," Ken told us from the hole. "Because there's no way you can defeat Mukuro-san! ! All of you are going to die even before you see his face!" I clenched my fists.

I... I won't let that happen!

Bianchi dropped a big rock into the hole, successfully hitting Ken.

"What did you say? Eat sand!," Gokudera shouted.

"You're too soft, Hayato," Bianchi told him. "I wonder if those twitching movements are him faking death too."

Bianchi-san's scary side is coming out again.

"Nonetheless, like he said: it's not best to take Rukudo Mukuro lightly," Reborn said to Tsuna.

"THIS PERSON IS DAMN SCARY!," Tsuna shouted, crying.

We continued to walk on our way.

"Miyu, what are you doing here?," Yamamoto asked me as I was playing with his bat behind the group.

I stopped playing with his bat and hugged it to me, my happy-go-lucky mood turning sad. "Um... My brother... Mamoru-nii...he's missing and Kyou-chan never came back either. I know they're both here, but something is blocking me from sensing their flames."

Yamamoto's eyes widened for a quick second, but then smiled again. "We'll find them. I'm sure they're alright and fighting their own battles somewhere else here. Don't worry."

I looked up at Yamamoto and smiled back. "Thank you."

"That guy from earlier, did you meet him before? I can see a few scratches on you, but they seem to be healing fast."

"Mm. He tried to kidnap me...he didn't do a really good job at it. It didn't look like he took it seriously...but don't worry. Someone came and saved me from a crushing death."

"Miyu-chan, what are you talking about?," Tsuna asked, only now tuning into me and Yamamoto's conversation after the last part of what I said. "Crushing death?"

"I-"

"How about we eat now," Reborn said.

"Let's eat over there," Yamamoto added, pointing to some old, stone picnic tables.

As Bianchi and Yamamoto were fighting over food, I started to eat the non-poisonous food, aka the sushi. Bianchi's poison cooking started to bubble and fizz uncontrollably as if it was hot and before I knew it, Yamamoto pulled me back, turning his back to the table with me in front of him as the poison cooking blew up. "DUCK!"

"What's all this?!," Tsuna asked, panicking.

"We're being attacked!," Bianchi growled.

"Where's it coming from?," Yamamoto asked as I looked around with him and Gokudera.

"Hm... This sound...," GGokudera said, listening carefully. "There!" He threw bombs at a nearby building.

"What lame weapons. I wonder how a bunch of guys like you managed to get both Kakipii and Ken," a girl said in the wreckage Gokudera made, hugging a clarinet to her. Bianchi took control of this fight while I sat back with the boys. Bianchi turned the girl's clarinet into poison cooking just by touching it, like she did at her wedding. Bianchi only took action because she didn't want Reborn's sleep to be affected.

"Your friends are my next targets," said a creepy old man holding a laptop that had Haru and Kyoko on it.

"Kyoko-chan! Haru!," Tsuna shouted, sweating from the pressure of things.

"It's probably hard for you to understand what I mean. So please, direct your attention over there," the old man said, pointing to a wall projection.

The two girls were being stalked on video.

"You bastard, what are you up to?!," Gokudera and Tsuna shouted.

"Why?," I asked him.

"So, you're our next assassin," Bianchi said.

"Now, now, didn't I tell you all to stay calm?," the creepy old many said. "I'll explain everything. My name is Birds. Like the word suggests, my hobby is keeping birds. The image you're watching on screen is being transmitted to us by my cute little birds. They have miniature cameras buried in them." Two creepy...people(?) were behind the two girls. "Have you all finally noticed? That's a pair of twin hitmen loyal to me. Notice their cute faces? That's a result of being locked up for ten years in restraints that were never once removed. That's because they are brutal serial killers. Please watch. Very soon they will be joining your friends for inevitable fun and games..."

"Ah! They're in danger!," Tsuna said as I tried to figure out how to save them.

"What are you planning to do to those girls?," Bianchi asked.

"Hm? Nothing at all...if you all follow my orders, that is," Birds said.

"QUIT FUCKING AROUND!," Gokudera shouted, grabbing Birds by the front of his shirt. "They have nothing to do with this! If you don't call the hitmen off, I'm going to tear you apart!"

"Oops, you better not touch me. Look, your friends...," Birds said, amused.

"They're going to get it," Birds said as the twin killers held their hands near the girl's heads.

"WHAT?!," we all shouted.

"Even if you don't release me, I can give them my orders. They lives of your friends lie within my grasp," Birds said. "None of you are in any position to protest. It's best you don't touch me again, fool."

"Shit. Shit!," Gokudera cursed, letting Birds go.

"Let's start then. I want one of you to give the Vongola Tenth boss a real pounding, please," Birds said, grinning sadistically.

"What?," we all asked, not sure we heard right.

"In other words, I want you to beat up Sawada-kun over there," Birds said, pointing at Tsuna, who was panicking.

"Uh, looks like that spectacles freak woke up...," Gokudera mumbled to Tsuna.

"You would like these twp girls to reach home safely, wouldn't you?," Birds asked, knowing our answer already. "In that case, please suffer a beating until I see blood."

"That's crazy talk!," Yamamoto yelled.

"This is totally one-sided!," Tsuna yelled.

"Well, it's okay with me even if you refuse. My other hobby, you see, is seeing people get frightened. I love the look on the faces of these defenseless, unknowing, and innocent people when they're frightened or surprised. It turns me on so much that I nose-bleed. For example, what if the girl's hair suddenly caught on fire? I wonder what wonderful faces they will display. Now that I've said it, I really want to try it out~"

H-He's sadistic!

The twin killers held the lighters close to the girl's hair.

I don't want to see Tsuna-san hurt...but I can always heal his wounds... Miyu! Just suck it up! Stop complaining and man up!

"I'LL DO IT! YAMAMOTO, GOKUDERA-KUN, BEAT ME UP!," Tsuna shouted, shocking me and the two boys, and even Tsuna himself.

"Tenth!"

"Tsuna!"

"Tsuna-san!"

Yamamoto and Gokudera didn't want to beat up Tsuna and Birds only gave us five seconds to beat Tsuna up. I covered my eyes with my hands, not wanting to look. I heard Tsuna's grunts of pain as well as him sliding against the ground.

"Sis! What are you doing!?," Gokudera shouted. I uncovered my eyes and saw that Bianchi was the one that punched Tsuna.

"From the very beginning, I came to Japan to kill Tsuna, right? Lucky for me, that I have this chance now," Bianchi said, freaking me out more about my friend's lives before me. Tsuna didn't look like he was in as much pain as his wound leads on. "I haven't been the bad guy lately."

I smiled at Bianchi thankfully, hugging her because I was still scared. She hugged me back. I was just happy that this was finally o-

"Oho, nice job. Clear! Now, if you can clear the next request, the two girls will go free," Birds told us.

"EH?! ANOTHER ONE!?," Tsuna shouted as I tensed up.

"Who said that would be the end, hmm?," Birds asked. "But since you cleared that one, so nicely, I'll make the next one the final."

"You bastard, don't push your luck!," Gokudera spat.

"Next, then," Birds said digging into his coat. "Please, stab Sawada-kun with this knife." He pulled out a sharp knife.

...What?...

Everyone wasn't calm at all. We were over the edge of the cliff. This guy was messing with us, right?

"All of your shocked faces were great! Please, stab all the way through to the hilt of the knife," Birds requested.

"That's going too far!"

"Quit fucking around! You damn freak!"

Tsuna-san...has to be stabbed?...

"Oh dear, my nose is bleeding," Birds said as I shivered from his sadistic-self. "So then, decide quickly. Will you do it, or wont' you?"

"No fucking way!"

"Don't ask for the impossible!"

"I refuse!"

"Cruel..."

"Well, that's an acceptable answer too. So let's move on to the next attraction," Birds said, turning to the projection. "Let's approach the two girls carefully now, shall we? Oh my, isn't she cute? Like an angel, she is."

"Kyoko-chan!"

Birds was planning on pouring sulfuric acid all over Kyoko and lighting her on fire.

No... Stop it...

One of the twins was slowly getting ready to pour the acid, but before a drop could touch her, Tsuna shouted out, "STOP! STAB ME WITH THE KNIFE OR WHATEVER, JUST STAB ME!"

"Tsuna!"

"Tenth!"

Tsuna-san!

I was inwardly crying. Maturity or not, I was only fourteen. Why do I have to grow up so fast?

"I CAN'T! NEVER! I can't let Kyoko-chan face any sort of cruelty! She had nothing to do with this!," Tsuna shouted his heart out.

"Y-You!," Yamamoto said as I hugged Bianchi tighter.

"Tenth! Please reconsider your decision!," Gokudera tried to reason.

"I'll call for an ambulance right away and Miyu is here to tend to you immediately," Bianchi said. "Give me the knife."

"It's all right, I'll...do it myself...," Tsuna said, his hair covering his eyes. I looked at the knife in Tsuna's hands and I could see it was more than just an ordinary knife. It was covered in something, but I couldn't tell what.

No...

"All right then, let's start now. Shall we? You have ten seconds... Oh, and Sawada-kun can't stab himself," Birds said.

"I wouldn't hurt the Tenth!," Gokudera shouted as Yamamoto nodded in agreement.

Bianchi was silent. If she had to, I think she would. After all, she beat up Tsuna for the sake of everyone.

"Who said you boys had to do it?," Birds asked, turning in my direction.

"I got it. I'll do it," Bianchi said, reaching for the knife in Tsuna's hands.

"No, not you," Birds said, his sick smirk widening.

If it's not Tsuna-san...or Bianchi-san then... NO!

"Then who?," Tsuna asked desperately.

"Well, of course the unnoticed beauty, Fujiwara Miyu," Birds said.

NO!

Everyone looked at me and I let go of Bianchi, staggering back. Tsuna regained his composure from his shock first and walked over to me, taking my shaking hands, putting the knife in it.

"I know you're scared Miyu-chan...but please...do it for me...for them," Tsuna said, pleading me to do this quickly.

No! I don't want to hurt Tsuna-san! I- I-

Love is weird... Tsuna would risk death for Kyoko and Haru's sake. Probably for Kyoko's sake more since he had a crush on her. What about my feelings though? I can't kill Tsuna. Never. I refuse to cause serious harm to him on purpose.

"N-No... I respectably refuse!," I shouted, throwing the knife down.

"Miyu-chan!...please..."

It hurt. How desperate Tsuna was right now. It hurt in my chest.

Tsuna picked up the knife and handed it back to me. "Just do it quickly...then heal me. I know this isn't ideal...and you're the last person I would ask to do this sort of thing..."

"Ten seconds starting," Birds said as Tsuna close his eyes shut, bracing himself for the hell the knife would bring.

I held the knife up, hands shaking uncontrollably.

"Kami-sama...," I whispered quietly. "Save them..."

"Three seconds left," Birds said.

"HEEYAH!," I shouted, bringing the knife down, but I purposely miss Tsuna and dug the knife into the ground. "I can't... I'm sorry..." I teared up. "I don't hurt my friends!" Tsuna looked at me in slight disappointment and slight in thanks and relief.

"GHHHHHIIIII!," something sounded through the recording.

"What happened Gigi!," Birds said as one of the twin killers was on the ground, hurt.

"Hi~ Kyoko-chan. I'm here to help you," said a familiar voice. "As long as it's for cute little girls... It's okay even if this old man's muscles will hurt like hell tomorrow."

"S-Shamal-sama...," I quietly mumbled.

Thank you...Kami-sama.

"Doctor Shamal!," Tsuna shouted.

"W-What?!," Birds shouted, blood rushing down his nose.

Adult Lambo and adult I-Pin saved Haru, meaning Birds had no cards on us anymore. I tried to get up to help Tsuna deal with Birds, but my legs collapsed on me. They were shaking like crazy. I was still scared. Tsuna landed a lucky punch on Birds and Shamal was shown on the projection to have bloody killed one of the twin killers while my attention shifted to the woods nearby where a little kid was watching. It worried me that that kid was here.

"There isn't anymore right?," Tsuna asked as Yamamoto helped me up till I regained my ability to stand without falling.

"Wrong...," Bianchi said, turning to the trees where I saw that kid. "Quit hiding and show yourself all right? I know you're there. If you don't come out, we're coming over."

"Wa...Wait. It's me," the kid said, stepping out of the greenery just as I healed Tsuna's cheek wound from Bianchi.

"Fuuta!," everyone yelled as I stood there confused.

That name again... They must have met him in the time before me.

"What... What are you doing here?," Gokudera asked.

"Did you manage to escape?," Yamamoto asked.

"Thank goodness! You look well~!," Tsuna exclaimed happily as he trudged towards the little boy named Fuuta. "Everyone's here, so it's going to be all right! Come one, let's go home together!"

"Don't come here, Tsuna-nii," Fuuta said, confusing everyone.

"Eh?," Tsuna asked.

"I... Can't go back to where everyone is. I... I'm following Mr. Mukuro now...," Fuuta said.

"What... What are you saying?," Tsuna asked, trying to move slower towards the boy.

"Goodbye!," Fuuta said, running back into the forest with his huge book.

"Wait... WAIT FUUTA!," Tsuna shouted, running after the boy. "FUUTA! HEY, WAIT UP!"

"Tenth!," Gokudera shouted. "It's dangerous to go deeper!"

"What's happening," Yamamoto asked.

"Tsuna-san!," I shouted, running after him. I managed to easily catch up to Tsuna and we both started looking for Fuuta together.

"Fuuta, where are you?!," Tsuna shouted.

"You don't know me, but where are you Fuuta-chan!?," I shouted as well, gaining a sweat drop from Tsuna. "What?"

"N-Nothing...," Tsuna said, smiling at me. I blushed lightly and continued looking. "Maybe we should have turned right earlier."

"I told you," I said, sticking my tongue out a bit because it was hot and I wanted water.

"Whoops!," Tsuna said, tripping over a root.

"Are you-" I stopped talking, seeing a boy near our age in front of Tsuna. I made my way to Tsuna's side.

"Oh?," the boy said. His blue hair reminded me of a pineapple. He had one left blue eyes and one right red eye. What I noticed last was his uniform.

"EEEE~ A Kokuyo student!," Tsuna shouted, hiding behind me.

Tsuna-san?

"You're both here to help us, aren't you?," the pineapple asked me and Tsuna, leaning to us a bit.

"Eh?," me and Tsuna both asked.

"Oh wow, we're saved~ I honestly thought I'd never make it out of here alive~," the pineapple said, putting a hand over his heart.

This whole place was a prison? I'm sure he could have made it out...I mean we got everyone but like two people. I wonder if he's hurt. I should ask.

"Uhm, sorry to have kept you waiting...," Tsuna said, taking his place in front of me. "We're still...in the middle of the rescue though."

"Ex...Excuse me for jumping the gun here," the pineapple said, taking both of my hands in his, looking at me. "But, I'm really grateful that your group has come to rescue us. Thank you."

"U-Umm, you're welcome," I said, a bit embarrassed.

"Ah, i-it's fine," Tsuna said weirdly due to the awkward position this boy made with me.

Pineapple-san is really nice and friendly.

"That's incredible. You two must have come with some really strong friends, right?," Pineapple asked, letting go of my hands.

"Oh! That reminds me. Are you hurt anywhere?," I asked sweetly. "I can help patch you up."

Or make you close your eyes so I can heal you.

"No, I'm fine. Thank you for the offer," he said, smiling at me. He looked at my arrows. "Are you good with a bow?"

I laughed nervously. "I wouldn't say I was the best..."

"I think you're good, Miyu-chan," Tsuna said to me. "We don't really have super strong people...but there's a woman and a baby that I guess don't apply to that..."

"Eh, baby? In such a dangerous place?," Pineapple asked, shocked.

"Ahahaha, well, he's an exception, I guess," Tsuna said.

"Hmmm...what an incredible baby," Pineapple said. "He couldn't be a really strong fighter, could he?"

"No," Tsuna said, not believing his own words. "No way! How can a baby fight right?"

"But really, I wondered what he could do if he got involved in the attack directly."

What?

"Eh..." Tsuna was getting uneasy now, like me.

"What is he capable of doing indirectly?," Pineapple asked, his red eye drawing my attention. I swear I could see a number instead of a pupil.

His aura... It doesn't feel right now. I sense a mist flame...

"Ah, right! I seemed to have strayed off from the others. I have to get back!," Tsuna yelled. "I'll be back with my friends! Later!" Tsuna ran off, forgetting I was here.

I sweat dropped.

Is this the second time he left me alone without saying anything to me?

"I should follow him before I lose him and get lost. Bye for now." I waved, but before I could start running, Pineapple grabbed my wrist, stopping me. "W-What?..."

"Kufufufu," Pineapple laughed.

"That baby has to be one of the Arcobaleno ," said a new boy coming out of one of the trees.

"So it would seem," Pineapple said, the tone of his voice completely different from when I first met him.

Arco...ba...leno?

"What?," I asked, trying to pull my arm out of Pineapple's grip.

"Furthermore, if the baby isn't joining the line of battle, he must have something up his sleeves...," Pineapple said. "Let's get the Vongola Tenth boss in our hands, and find out what that is, shall we?"

"Tsuna-san? What are you going to do with him?," I asked, digging the nails of my free hand into Pineapple's wrist.

"Nothing much," Pineapple said, smiling down at me like it really was nothing, but I knew better than that. This guy was dangerous. I can sense it.

"...you look really happy...," said the guy with the beanie.

"Actually, I'm most astounded by this meeting. The Vongola Ninth boss is known as a man who can see through the strengths of others as if he had God's baton in his hands. The successor he has chosen is... Well, he is a much weaker boy then I expected...," Pineapple said. "What is it about him..."

"T...Tsuna-san is really strong! You'll regret calling him weak!," I announced, stepping on Pineapple's foot now. Nothing seems to be even fazing him.

"Well, whatever it is, I want that Arcobaleno to show his hand first. Because it's not likely they'll be able to put up a fight against him, right?," Pineapple said. "That fake Rokudo Mukuro."

My eyes widened. "Fake Rokudo Mukuro...then who is- Y-You...?"

He smirked wildly, pulling me along. "Time to leave, Hime-chan."

I dug my heels into the dirt. "Let me go. I want to leave...Mukuro-san."

"Kufufufufu, I've been waiting for your appearance for awhile now," he said to me.

Is he sadistic too?

"You can't use my powers. I won't let you!," I shouted, struggling to get out of his grip. Scratching and kicking didn't help in the slightest.

"Don't you want to see your precious brother?," Mukuro said to me, causing me to stop what I was just about to do. I was about to stab Mukuro with one of my arrows.

O-Oniichan...? That's right, if he's here...then his man would know where of all people.

"Take me to him...and I'll stop struggling...," I said quietly.

Tsuna's POV-

"Eh? It's not this way..."

I was wandering through the wood, trying to find my way back to my friends.

"Where's everyone!?"

I leaned my hand against a tree, looking around.

"Miyu-chan, what do you think?"

I received no response.

"Miyu-chan?"

I looked around, not seeing the female brunette anywhere.

Where did she go?

"Ack!"

I just remembered something before I ran away from the guy we met. I started to panic now.

"I LEFT MIYU-CHAN WITH A POSSIBLE WEIRDO! ! !"

I started running, searching for Miyu, Fuuta, or my group of friends.

"Why do all of Mukuro's hostages get all weird? First Fuuta and now that guy... Miyu-chan must be with the group by now. Yeah, she is! It won't be funny if I meet and enemy in a place like this, so I should hurry and find the others."

A few minutes later, I still had no luck finding the others.

"Where's everyone? I'm sure they were around here...somewhere..."

I saw the outline of a person in the distance.

"THERE! I'VE FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE!"

I ran closer, but stopped once I could actually take in the person's appearance.

"Eh...? That's... The one in the photo! That's Rokudo Mukuro! HIEEE! Back! Back!," I shouted, scooting backwards, falling on my butt. I looked around and saw Gokudera hunched over, Yamamoto up against a tree, and Bianchi fighting to protect the two boys.

It's him...

"HEY YOU! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!," I shouted, not thinking this though. I was angry, angry that he was the one that caused my friends so much pain.

"Tsuna!," Bianchi said as I caught Mukuro's attention.

"GAH!"

What am I doing?! I just challenged Mukuro naturally like Lambo would!

Miyu's POV-

I was thrown into a room roughly by Mukuro and the door shut behind me. I got off the ground and looked around. I gasped, horrified.

"N-No! Wake up!," I shouted, running forward, sliding down to my knees, carefully shaking the bodies of Hibari and my brother. They were both bloody and beaten.

They're both still alive..

"Just wait, I'll fix you two up...so hang in there!," I yelled pushing the two boys together, holding my hands over the both of them. "This won't hurt..." The green light came out of my hands, going onto both boys just as my ring started to glow again, making the green shimmer and shine. I closed my eyes, concentrating on healing the two boys at the same time.

The door opened as I was healing. It was the beanie wearing boy. He went over to me and grabbed me, disrupting my healing.

"Hey! Stop! Let me go! I need to finish healing them!," I shouted, pleading with my voice to make him set me free. He said nothing and brought me to a new room that looked like a cinema. We went to a window and he let go of me.

"Look out for a sight to see," Mukuro said.

If I run, they'll kill me.

"What?," I said, not being able to stay calm. I looked out, seeing as I had no choice and the loud crashes were catching my interest.

"Not yet!," yelled a guy down there, holding Dying Will Mode Tsuna by his neck, ramming him, face first, into the ground.

"No...," I softly said, not believing what I was seeing.

Tsuna-san...he's in bad shape...at this rate he'll start looking like Kyou-chan and Oniichan...

"Tsuna!," I heard Bianchi shout.

"Now, the finishing blow," said the guy who was hurting Tsuna as a giant chain ball came out of the sky, falling on Tsuna. I looked out, feeling something in me break.

Tsuna-san...is gone...everyone was fighting so hard and here I am not even helping... My arrows are weak, why did I bring them? They break so easily... I'm not needed here...

I felt a rush of anger all of a sudden towards Mukuro. I walked over to him, no one stopping me.

"Mukuro-san...," I softly said.

"Hm?," he asked, looking amused.

"Goodbye," I said, pulling out the dagger I brought, stabbing him in the chest. "This is for Tsuna-san..."

No fear...

I wasn't feeling anything but anger towards this man. My facial expression hardened when Mukuro's smirk grew. He vanished into indigo colored fog, my dagger falling onto the couch he was just on. I searched for his flame and my eyes slightly widened when I sensed them behind me. I pulled out an arrow and aimed it at him just as I turned around. It was aimed at his face.

"Kufufu, looks like I've awakened your fighting side," he said, seemingly toying with me. I let loose the arrow and yet again he vanished.

"Mist flames...," I muttered, looking around the room as multiple Mukuro's appeared around me.

"Confused? What happened? Just a second ago you were too scared to even fight. Is training that different from actually fighting?"

"Stop toying with me." I closed my eyes, searching for the source of his flames.

"Looking for me?"

I gritted my teeth, refusing to curse as I found the source coming from above me. I looked up just as the real Mukuro came down, slashing his trident down my back, detaching the container that held my arrows as well as digging into my skin.

"YAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! ! ! ! !," I screamed out in pain, falling onto my knees, but not missing a second as I shot an arrow out, hitting the real Mukuro in the shoulder.

"Just one hit by this small thing is not enough to defeat me," he said, pulling out my arrow just as needles came at me from the beanie boy. I blocked my face with my arms, the needles hitting my arms, stomach, and legs. "I applaud your skill to even land a hit on me, but that won't happen next time now."

I stood up and jumped back to get distance, but I fell onto my butt when I jumped. My arms and legs were starting to numb.

"W...What did you do to me, Mukuro?," I asked, glaring at him.

"What happened to Mukuro-san? Kufufufu, you're mine Fujiwara Miyu." I grunted, my eyes involuntarily closing. "If only you didn't fight so weakly."

Tsuna's POV-

"Your name isn't Rokudo Mukuro right? You have a real name right?!," I asked frantically to the injured man before me who saved me from an attack.

"...I...am...L-Lancia...," he replied weakly.

"Please hang on, Lancia-san!," I shouted, tears at the brim of my eyes, ready to fall.

"Having my name called like that... I remember now...love ago...my...family... Now, I can join them...right...?... Vongola...he has your friends, more importantly he has...her..."

"Her? Who's that suppose to be?," I asked.

"Fuji...wara..."

"L-Lancia-san?," I asked, shaking him a bit. "NOOO! LANCIA-SAN! ! ! !" I cried out his name in pain. He has died, hasn't he?

Fujiwara? Her?... Does he mean Miyu-chan? Miyu-chan is in danger!

"He was being used, and the moment he outlived his usefulness... Shit! Is that their way!?," Gokudera cursed out.

It's my fault that Miyu-chan was captured. If only... If only I didn't forget to bring her with me. I should have watched over her better.

"What does he think of people as? That Rokudo Mukuro," Bianchi asked.

"... That guy really pisses me off. Let's go. Let's find Mukuro. He has Miyu-chan," I ordered, clutching my fists at my sides tightly. Not even the pain from my wounds were bothering me anymore.

"But, we've already used up out final trump card," Reborn told me.

"I know that...but...but... We have to do something about Rokudo Mukuro! !," I said.

"I see," Reborn said, accepting my answer. "By the way, Lancia isn't dead yet."

"Eh?," I asked.

"The problem lies with the poisoned needles. If we can give him the antidote within an hour, he could be saved," Reborn told me.

"Really?," I asked, surprised by how simple it was.

"That yo-yo guy must have the antidote," Bianchi said.

"Boss, I'll crush the spectacles freak!," Gokudera happily volunteered.

"Gokudera-kun... Thank you...," I said.

"Yamamoto is out of this," Reborn said, shaking him.

"Let's move him to a safer place," Bianchi said.

"Sorry, Yamamoto... We'll be right back, so just wait a bit...," I said to Yamamoto's sleeping self.

"Damn it... Where should we go from here...," Gokudera asked, looking away from Yamamoto.

"Birds as done in! Birds as done in! Birds as done in!," said one of Birds' birds.

"It's the freak's bird," I said.

"It's going for the bird seeds, huh," Gokudera said.

"Let's watch it quietly for now. It should be trained to call for comrades when its master is down," Reborn said.

"Birds as done in!," the bird said, flying away.

"This sure fits that old man's style," Gokudera said.

"Ah! It's going for that buil-"

"YAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! ! ! ! !," someone screamed from that building.

Everyone froze and I felt my blood boil.

"Miyu-chan's in trouble. Let's go," I said walking ahead of everyone.

I'll save you Miyu-chan...

""You didn't notice that Miyu's clothes were a bit dirty. That there were a few scratches on her. That she was in deep thought. That you just left her alone in the hall without saying anything to her. She was attacked," Reborn said."

""That guy from earlier, did you meet him before? I can see a few scratches on you, but they seem to be healing fast," Yamamoto asked Miyu as I was listening in, making sure it wasn't obvious.

"Mm. He tried to kidnap me...he didn't do a really good job at it. It didn't look like he took it seriously...but don't worry. Someone came and saved me from a crushing death," Miyu said to Yamamoto."

""... Vongola...he has your friends, more importantly he has...her...," Lancia said."

This time for sure!

Bianchi handed me new clothes to change into before we entered the building.

Despite what I said before... I'm really nervous!

After finding a ladder to get to a higher level and meeting the yo-yo guy from before, Gokudera stayed behind to fight him while me, Bianchi, and Reborn searched for Mukuro in the higher levels.

"The third floor should be the cinema...," I said, opening the door to it. "Scary... Huh!" There was someone on the stage, sitting on a sofa.

"I'm very happy that we could meet again," said the person sitting on it.

"AAAH!," I said, realizing something. "IT'S YOU! Is this where you're being held!? Ahh, I met this person in the forest earlier. He's a Kokuyo student and a hostage."

"Please, come forward slowly. I would like to take some time to get to know you better. Tenth boss of the Vongola," said the hostage.

"Eh? How did you know I'm Vongola?," I asked, confused.

You're mistaken, Tsuna! That is...," Bianchi said, trailing off.

"That's right. I'm the real Rokudo Mukuro," the supposed hostage announced.

"Wha...HAAAAAH?!," I asked, shocked.

That means I left Miyu-chan with the one who wanted to capture her?!

I heard the sounds of a door closing and turned to see Fuuta leaning against the wall.

"Fuuta!," I shouted, walking over to him. "You s-scared me. Looks like you're alright. I searched for you with Miyu-chan after we met earlier. You'll meet Miyu-chan later, she's really nice."

"It's dangerous for you here right now, so you better step back," Bianchi said, going over to him to move him to a safer area.

Fuuta pulled out a trident-looking dagger quickly stabbing Bianchi in the stomach when she got to him. She coughed out blood.

"Bianchi!," I shouted, worried and shocked that Fuuta did that.

Mamoru's POV-

I woke up next to Hibari, and I quickly sat up ant scooted away from him as he just sat up, looking around.

"Tch," he said then looked at me.

"H-Hibari!," I shouted. "What are you doing here?!...Where is here?"

"We're locked up," he replied, looking at himself.

"I don't remember much...I got to Kokuyo Centre and then some sort of building that had a cinema and a bowling alley. At the cinema I found some creep named Rokudo Mukuro and fought him, but after that, everything's a blank... Judging from the blood on the floor and my clothes, I must have lost. You must have too."

He glared at me and I looked to the side, sweating bullets.

"Some of my wounds are gone...," he said.

"Huh?... Now that you mention it...," I lifted up my shirt, looking for the stab wound I received from some sharp part of the ceiling that fell when I was fighting. It wasn't there though. It was gone like it never happened.

The only three people I know, who can do this...

"Miyu...was here," I said, slamming my fist into the wall beside me. "She must have been healing us at the same time, but something happened that stopped her from fully healing us. "Dammit."

"The green trail of Namimori~ It's not big, nor small~ Nami is great~," Hibari's phone rang out singing our school's anthem.

"The green trail of Namimori~ It's not big, nor small~ Nami is great~," sang a higher pitched voice. Hibari and I turned and saw a small yellow bird repeating Hibari's ringtone.

After awhile of collecting our thoughts, we heard explosions.

"Done in! Done in!," the bird said.

I wish that bird shut the hell up.

"The green trail of Namimori~ It's not big, nor small~ Nami is great~," the bird sang again as the wall of our cell blew up and crumbled. I grinned.

Yes! Sweet freedom!

"Heheh... The only guy who'd love our lame school anthem... Has to be you, right...," Gokudera said, laying on the ground. Then the smoke faded completely, I got up wile Hibari took his time sitting down.

"What? Who are these guys?," asked the scar-faced guy.

"Namimori Junior High's head prefect...Hibari Kyouya and third-year, second ranked Fujiwara Mamoru," the guy in a beanie and glasses said.

I pulled out the sword I brought with me.

Looks like we're going to have to fight...

Tsuna's POV-

"Bianchi! Bianchi, hold on!," I shouted, bending down at Bianchi's side. "Fuuta, what are you doing!?" Fuuta ran to me and swung the trident dagger at me, but I dodged. "Wah! Hey, Fuuta!" I held my hand out to stop him. "Oi... What's wrong with you? Put that dangerous thing down!"

"His mind is being controlled," Reborn told me.

"No...No way! Wake up! Fuuta! !," I shouted as Fuuta just grunted.

"Uwah! Time out already!," I yelled, dodging Fuuta's attacks.

"Kufufu," Mukuro laughed, obviously amused.

"HIEE~ What do I do?!," I asked myself just as a whip came out of nowhere and wrapped around my neck. I was pulled back, feeling like I was choking.

"WHA!?," I shouted, hands at my throat.

"I borrowed this whip from Dino earlier. Use it to fight," Reborn told me, still pulling on the whip.

After releasing the whip and handing me it, I yelled, "You're giving me something like that... What do you expect me to do with it!?"

"Do whatever you want. If you don't fight, you'll die," Reborn told me flatly.

"My opponent is Fuuta! How could I possibly fight him!?," I said, not sure if I can fight a little kid, especially one that was my friend.

"Kufufufufu. What will you do now Tenth boss of Vongola?," Muluro asked.

That's right!

I ran away from Fuuta running towards Mukuro.

I have to go straight for Mukuro!

"Oh?," Mukuro said.

"Don't come closer Fuuta!," I yelled to the little boy chasing after me. "I have no choice! YAAH!" I lashed the whip out towards Mukuro, but knowing myself, I should have realized that I never would hit my target and look cool because that was only a one percent occurrence.

The end of the whip hit my eye and wrapped around my legs, tying my ankles together. "Gyah! Wah! Ouch!"

"Kufufufufu. You surprise me, as always," Mukuro said as I was complaining about the pain in my eye. "Oh, look, you better watch your back... It's dangerous."

I turned around and saw Fuuta reaching for the trident dagger, stuck.

"Fuuta got tangled up too!," I noticed, pushing away the trident dagger before he could grab it. "Stop it, Fuuta!"

I realized something about Fuuta, who was under Mukuro's control.

He has the same eyes as...Lancia-san...?

""How many times have I woken up, remembering nothing, while corpses lay at my feet," said Lancia."

Could Fuuta also have suffered Mukuro's mind control and ended up doing something unspeakable...the sense of guilt...

""I can't go back anymore...," Fuuta said."

Then...

While I was caught up in my thoughts, I failed to notice Fuuta free from the whip and holding the trident dagger until he moved to stab me again.

"UWAHHHH!," I shouted, my eyes nearly popping out of their sockets.

Fuuta...

"It's not your fault," I said to him, causing him to stop his movements. "None of it is your fault. We're all on Fuuta's side. You don't have to worry about a thing. Come home with us."

Fuuta grabbed his head with his free hand as if he was ragging war in his head.

"...Tsuna-nii...," Fuuta cried, his eyes returning back to normal before he collapsed to the side, his nose bleeding.

"Fuuta!?," I shouted. "Oi!"

"Now see, you've gone too far. Looks like he's suffering from a clash of wills," Mukuro said.

"No way! Fuuta!? Ahh... From his ears too!," I saw, trying to figure out how to help him. "If only Miyu-chan was here right now, she'd know how to help him..."

"I believe he hasn't slept at all in these past ten days. Come to think of it. He was the first to fall into our hands," Mukuro said, catching my full attention. "We came to Japan in order to find the whereabouts of the Vongola Tenth boss, but we didn't have a specific location. Then, we heard a rumor that Fuuta-kun here was able to recognized the Tenth boss and caught him. But, he invoked the 'omertà' and refused to talk. Furthermore, he closed off his heart, and subsequently lost his ranking abilities."

"What did you say!?," I yelled, looking down at Fuuta's defenseless self.

"So, given no choice, you used Namimori's fighting strength ranking list that Fuuta made before, to flush out Tsuna and his family, right?," Reborn said.

"Our plan was a huge success. The Vongola is standing before me right now," Mukuro said.

"...How could you do this to the innocent Fuuta... ROKUDO MUKURO! WHAT DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE!?," I shouted, pissed.

"Toys... I suppose," he said with a smile and a slight chuckle.

"Damn you... YOU BASTARD!," I shouted, running to him with Dino's whip.

Mukuro stood. "Do you really think you can go hand-to-hand directly against me?"

"UWAAAHH!"

We ran by one another, confusing me because neither of us hit each other.

"Eh," I questioned until a second later cuts appeared on my cheek. "Ow..." Followed by more cuts all over me. "Owowowowowowow~ ITTE!"

"What's...the matter?," Mukuro asked me.

"Uwahhh...what the heck happened...?," I asked.

"He unleashed a terrible onslaught of strikes in the instant he passed by you," Reborn explained.

"Very good, Arcobaleno!," Mukuro said, congratulating him. "That's exactly it." Mukuro picked up the trident dagger and attached it to his staff.

"His eye...," I said, noticing it glow. "It's burning with the dying will flame?!"

"Oh? You see it too, do you?," Mukuro asked. "It's this aura, rather. The aura of hand-to-hand fighting skill emitted by the fourth state, the state of shura."

"The state of shura?," I asked. "Skill...?"

"Do you know of the six paths of reincarnation? I know someone I recently met that does," Mukuro asked.

"The cycle of death and rebirth, you mean? The state of hell, the state of hungry ghosts, the state of animals, the state of samsara, the state of heaven; which state will you be born into after death?," Reborn said, confusing me.

"My body has already been through all six paths to Hades in my previous lives, and it has all been carved into my memory. The six journeys through Hades have gained me six fighting skills," Mukuro explained.

"What...Are you saying?," I asked.

"If that' really true, then you are a monster," Reborn said.

"You're in no position to talk, cursed baby of the Arcobaleno...and if I'm a monster then what is Miyu-chan?," Mukuro said. The way he said Miyu's name scared me. "Now then, shall I show you...my next skill?"

A skill carved from his previous life...? What... What does that mean...? Why is he bringing Miyu-chan into this?

After being caught up in an illusion that the floor was crumbling and snakes, a tonfa came out of nowhere. Gokudera came into the room with Mamoru and Hibari helping him walk with their shoulders under Gokudera's arms.

"Hibari-san! Gokudera-kun! Mamoru-kun! You...You guys...," I said, so happy.

Mamoru glared at me. "That's Mamoru-san to you."

"Y-Yes!," I shouted, scared as Reborn was talking to Mukuro.

"Now we're even," Hibari said, throwing Gokudera onto Mamoru, who in turn threw Gokudera onto the floor.

They just dumped him aside!

"What's this? One after another from the outfield? What is Chikusa doing down there, hm...?," Mukuro asked.

"Heheh, if you mean the spectacles freak, he's on the lower floors with the animal freak," Gokudera replied. "Having a nice break together."

Mukuro sighed. "I see."

"Incredible Gokudera-kun! A-Are you all alright?," I asked.

"Yeah... I'm fine... I wasn't the one who defeated them though...," Gokudera said, looking at Mamoru, who was standing in a crouched position, and Hibari, who was wobbly.

"Are you ready to repent?," Hibari asked, holding up his tonfa.

"What's this? How frightening," Mukuro said anticlimactically. "But please, don't get in the way of the Vongola and me right now. For one thing, you shouldn't even be standing. How many bones in your body have I broken? Same goes to you Mamoru-kun."

"Disgusting," Mamoru spat out.

"Are those your final words?," Hibari asked.

"Kufufu, interesting things you say. Wouldn't it be better if we made a pact? No choice, then. Let's dispose of you first," Mukuro said.

"Hold it," Mamoru said, standing up straight, pulling out a sword just as Mukuro's eyes started to burn with dying will flames again. "I'm only here for Miyu. I don't give a rat's ass about the rest of them. Especially him." Mamoru pointed his sword at Hibari who acted like Mamoru wasn't even there, insulting him.

That's right. I heard Miyu-chan scream... Where is she? I would think she was with Hibari-san since he was held captive...but...

"Hm? Miyu-chan? Doesn't ring a bell," Mukuro said.

"Liar! Who else do you think could have healed me and that devil's injuries to the point where we can move again and we don't even feel them?," Mamoru said, glaring darkly at Mukuro. "What have you done to my precious little sister?"

"Hm... I didn't think I gave her enough time to heal you two to that point. I should have had her out of that room faster, but she wouldn't have complied so easily if I didn't show her her 'Oniichan.'"

"So you do have her!"

"She's so weak. Despite all that training she's been through...she has no experience in a real fight. She's just a scared little girl in the end, isn't she? Don't worry. I'll make sure she's properly taken care of. Would you like to join her? After all, you both-"

Scared...? Miyu-chan is scared?

"Shut up and fight!," Mamoru shouted, pissed off. He took off for Mukuro, Hibari following suit. They were all fast with their movements so fast that I couldn't even make them out.

"Maybe I can look for Miyu-chan while they're all distracted...," I said, looking around, but failing to even spot her.

I wonder where she could even be... I basically searched all of the floors up until now...

In the end, Hibari and Mamoru took care of Mukuro, Hibari landing the final blow.

"It's... It's over... Now we can go home!," I said happily, forgetting about a certain female I was worried about just a few minutes ago.

"However, you were wonderfully useless against Mukuro," Reborn said plainly.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!," I shouted. I turned to Hibari. "Hi-Hibari-san, are you alright?"

Hibari collapsed onto the ground and Mamoru looked down at him in pity.

"He's been fighting unconsciously since about halfway through. It must have been very vexing for him to lose that first time," Reborn said.

"Hibari-san is incredible...," I said admiring him.

"Oi! What about me?!," Mamoru shouted.

I held my hands up in defense. "You too Mamoru-san..."

"Hmmpfth," he said to me, looking away. "His wounds were more severe than mine in the first place. That's why he's had a harder time than me."

"Oh! We need to hurry and take everyone to the hospital!," I shouted.

"Don't worry about that. The Vongola's best medical team is on their way here," Reborn said.

"Is it pops?," Mamoru asked as Rebornn nodded.

"That's good to know," Gokudera said.

"Gokudera-kun, you should take it easy for awhile," I told him, scared he might open some wounds.

"There's no need for a medical team," Mukuro said, standing up with a gun in his hand. "Because there will be no one left alive here."

"Bastard!," Gokudera and Mamoru shouted.

"Gokudera-kun! Mamoru-san!," I yelled at them.

Mamoru started running towards Mukuro, sharping his sword against the ground as he ran. "Assho-" An arrow came out of nowhere and embedded itself in the ground in front of Mamoru.

"Kufufufu," Mukuro laughed.

"Miyu!," Mamoru shouted, looking in the direction of a darker part of the room. Someone walked out holding a bow and arrow, and that someone was none other than Miyu. She was wearing the same thing she had on before, except for the green jacket of Kokuyo Junior High's school uniform on her, unbuttoned, her bun was now messy and a bit loose, and the shades she had on.

"There you are Miyu-chan!," I yelled as she continued walking. "Have you been there the whole time?" I ran up to Mamoru since Miyu looked like she was walking to him.

"Kufufufufufu!," Mukuro laughed louder as Miyu turned and stood in front of Mukuro. He put his hand on her shoulder.

"Miyu-chan?," I asked, confused at her choice of standing and the fact that she wasn't reacting to this scum's touch.

"I don't answer to you...," she muttered in a harsh tone that made me flinch. I've never heard her voice like this before.

"M-Miyu-chan?," I asked, a bit hurt at her words while Mamoru gritted his teeth.

"She's very useful to me, you see? She sees things my way now," Mukuro said.

"N-No! Miyu-chan! Mukuro's only going to treat you like you're replaceable! You're just a toy to him!," I shouted, trying to reason with her.

"This toy, you should be grateful that I broke her in," Mukuro said.

"Broke her in?," I questioned, not understanding.

"What did you do to her...," Mamoru asked. "Take you goddamn spell off of her, or I will fucking murder you till no one will be able to tell it's your body!"

S-Scary!

"Hm... Miyu-chan, if you will," Mukuro said as he brushed the tip of his gun along Miyu's cheek.

"Yes Mukuro-sama," she said, reaching behind her for arrows.

"Dammit," I heard Mamoru curse before he picked me up and threw me to the side.

"Tenth!," Gokudera shouted when I hit the ground.

My eyes widened as I saw more than ten arrows shoot out at the same time. Mamoru blocked most of them, but there were still some that grazed him. Miyu leaped forward and kicked him in the gut, sending him flying back. Mamoru crashed into the wall and didn't get up. He was out.

"Arrivederci," Mukuro said, shooting himself in the head, his blood splattering, some falling on Miyu.

Miyu-chan... Why is she like this?... Is she under Mukuro's control too?

"...He really did it," Gokudera said.

"...How could he...in front of Miyu-chan too...," I said. "Why... Did he do something like that?"

How is she going to ever forget that!?

"He probably thought he'd rather die than be captured alive," Reborn replied.

I felt a strong wave of power growing by the second. I looked over to Bianchi as I sensed it in her direction. Bianchi got up, groaning.

"Thank goodness! Bianchi has regained consciousness!," I said.

"Sis!," Gokudera said.

"Take it easy there," Reborn said as I turned around and saw Miyu's bangs shadowing her eyes.

She must be frozen in fear...now that Mukuro's gone, his control over her should be gone too.

I went over to her, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"It's okay Miyu-chan. It's all over now... I'm sorry you had to see what you saw...up close," I said to her, rubbing her shoulder. She said nothing so I continued. "I'm sorry I left you in the hands of the enemy... I forgot about you too during the fight. I guess I was caught up in the fighting. Can you-"

I looked at Bianchi as she turned to Gokudera.

"Lend me your shoulder, won't you...?," she asked him.

Eh...? What's this feeling?

"Do I have to?," he asked, horrified. "Just... Just for today, okay."

"Gokudera-kun! Don't go closer!," I shouted on impulse.

"What's wrong? Tsuna, lend me your shoulder too...," Bianchi said, looking up at me.

"Eh...!? Ah... But I have to look after Miyu-chan," I said, looking at the quiet girl.

Eh? Why did I yell that out to Gokudera-kun?

"It's all right boss. You take care of Miyu. She must have been through a lot," Gokudera told me. "My injuries aren't that serious too. I'm okay."

"...but...," I said, feeling bad now.

"Sorry about this, Hayato," Bianchi said.

"Give me your hand," Gokudera said as Miyu grabbed my wrist, catching me by surprise.

"What is it Miyu-chan?," I asked her.

"Ok," Bianchi said just before she grazed Gokudera with the trident dagger.

"Wha-What are you doing!?," Gokudera shouted, catching my attention.

"EEEEHH!?," I shouted.

"Oh my! What's with me...!," Bianchi said, shocked.

"Bian-...," I started.

There's definitely something strange... Something's wrong here...!

"Miyu-chan, stay behind me just in case," I said, worried about her safety. It was confusing to see Miyu-chan not seriously injured, considering that scream I heard from her, but I guess she healed herself.

"What are you doing, Bianchi?," Reborn asked, about to slap her. "Get yourself together. The one you just cut is your little brother, you know?"

Bianchi put her hand to her head as Reborn slapped her nose. "What have I done... I wonder!" Bianchi tried to kill Reborn with the dagger, but missed due to him flipping to safety.

"AAAAH!," I shouted.

"Reborn-san!," Gokudera shouted.

"This is going to be trouble," Reborn said.

"Could it be... The mind control...!?," Gokudera asked.

Then does that mean Miyu-

"No, it's different," Reborn said, relieving me about that issue. "It looks like she's being possessed by something."

That means Miyu's safe...thankfully.

"Then, it's a curse?," Gokudera asked.

"Is there such a thing...," I asked.

"But, it's reality now... Miyu, can you do something about this curse?," Reborn asked, looking at her.

"What are you saying? It's me," Bianchi said.

Something's definitely different... She's not Bianchi. This uneasy feeling...like before... Ah...

"Ro-ku-do...Mu-ku-ko...?," I asked, unsure, but taking a guess. "Ahh!"

Why'd I say that?

"Kufufu," Bianchi said. "And so, we meet again." Half of Bianchi's face changed. On the right side of her face, her veins were showing down to her right eye that was now red with a number in it.

"It's- It's him!," I shouted, panicking.

"This isn't good," Reborn said.

"En evil curse!," Gokudera shouted.

"That's impossible. It shouldn't exists...," Reborn said.

"But...he really is dead!," I said looking down at his corpse that was next to me and Miyu.

"Kufufu, there are still things I have to do," Bianchi- I mean Mukuro said. "So, I have returned from the depths of hell."

"It's... It's really true...," GOkudera said.

"How can that be...!," I asked.

"Now that I think about it... Could it really be...," Reborn said, looking at Miyu intently.

"Boss, leave this to me!," Gokudera said to me.

"But, our opponent is...," I said, but stopped, seeing what he was doing.

"RIN! KYOU! TOU! SHA!," Gokudera shouted, holding out two bent fingers, moving it from side to side fast.

M-Magic!? Where the heck did he learn that from?!

An invisible arrow pointing at Miyu indicated who he learned it from.

"Uuuuuu...Ughh...Uuu...," Mukuro said, putting Bianchi's hands to her throat, chocking.

"KAI! JIN! RETSU! !," Gokudera shouted, throwing his hand into the air as Bianchi collapsed onto the ground.

"It's... It's having an effect...!," I yelled, surprised this was actually working. I turned to Miyu. "Miyu-chan, can you do that too?" She didn't answer me. I tilted her head up.

"It's over now," Gokudera said proudly, holding the dagger in his hand now.

"Gokudera-kun...," I said, but then I quickly sensed Mukuro again. "Mukuro! WAH!" I grabbed Miyu and tripped, falling onto the ground with her in my arms. "HIIEEE! Now, it's Gokudera-kun!"

"You really surprise me," Gokudera- I mean Mukuro said. "This is a first. No human has ever been able to sense with one look when I am possessing another... You truly are absolutely fascinating. Let's see if what Miyu-chan said about you was true."

"Miyu-chan...said something about me? What did she say?... Wait, how could this have happened!?," I yelled, as Miyu looked up at me, her shades still on.

"Tsuna-san...," she softly said.

"There's no mistake. He pretended to commit suicide by shooting himself with that bullet," Reborn said.

"Huh?!"

"The possession bullet should have been forbidden. Where did you get it from?," Reborn asked. "The possession bullet, as its name implies, is a bullet which allows someone to possess another person's body and control it with his will. It is said that this special bullet was discovered by the Estraneo Family. To handle it well requires not just a very strong spirit, but also a virtuous affinity with the bullet. But, the use of it was so inhuman that the mafia would declare it forbidden, and destoryed its manufacturing instructions."

"It cannot be compared to min control. It's not control, but complete possession from the top of his head to his toes, they're all in my power," Mukuro said. "In other words, this body...is mine." Mukuro dug Gokudera's finger into one of his wounds in his neck.

"Stop! STOP IT!," I shouted. "You're hurting him!"

"You were able to ensnare a man like Lancia because of this bullet too. Why do you have this thing?," Reborn asked.

"Because it belongs to me... That's enough talking," Mukuro said.

Miyu tugged at my shirt. "Tsuna-san...you're hurting me..."

"What?," I asked, looking at her, puzzled.

"It's time for you to be possessed next, Vongola Tenth," Mukuro said.

"Wha...? M-Me!?," I asked, holding Miyu tighter to me.

"It hurts Tsuna-san...," Miyu said softly but there was a sort of venom in that tone that I couldn't think about at the moment.

"So, that was your real objective," Reborn said,

"Kufufufu. It's not an objective, but a means. Once I have the young mafia boss in my hands, my vengeance can begin. He's the last piece I need," Mukuro said.

"Wha... What do you mean!?," I asked. "No way, I'm... I'm... NO GOOD, NO GOOD! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!"

"Watch out for his dagger," Reborn said. "If you're cut by that sword, you will allow yourself to be possessed."

"What! WHAT?!," I asked, scared.

"You know quite a bit," Mukuro said.

"That's exactly right," Mukuro said, but this time in Bianchi's body as Hibari was hit with the dagger that Gokudera was forced to toss to Bianchi. "For example, if I were to do this. It's like saying, "I will possess this one.""

"What?!," I asked as Bianchi's body fell and Hibari's rose. I threw Miyu, more like rolled, her off to the side as Hibari, Mukuro, came to me, hitting me with his tonfas. "GAH! Ow!"

Hibari's body collapsed.

"This body can't be used anymore. He sould actually fight with this body. What a frightening man, Hibari Kyouya," Mukuro said.

It was so creepy to hear my friend's, minus Hibari, voices with Mukuro's words. Bianchi and Gokudera's body came up. Bianchi, who had the dagger, cut Mamoru and soon he came up as well.

"All three of them?!," I shouted as Miyu sat up and the doors opened to Ken and Chikusa. "No, five!?"

"That's not all!," Gokudera's voice shouted.

"He can use the skills of those he possesses as well?," Reborn asked, finding this all new to him as I grabbed Miyu's hand, pulling her up and running with her, avoiding the dynamite. Not only was Mukuro using everyone's abilities, but also his own abilities of illusion. Reborn was attacked, but he easily escaped. The downside was that he couldn't help me now.

"Tsuna, you better hurry and do something," Reborn told me.

"STOP SAYING RIDICULOUS THINGS! HIEE! I'VE ALREADY SURPASSED THE LEVEL OF EVERYTHING I CAN DO!," I shouted, running with Miyu.

"If you're my student, then you can surpass yourself," Reborn said, dodging attacks as well.

"How can there be such an...ABSURD REASON?!," I shouted.

"Kufufu. The teacher is getting impatient. Having your student driven to a desperate and dangerous situation... Have made you illogical!," Mukuro said in Bianchi's body.

"I'm not lying. Your older brother, Dino, was also on a path to surpass himself," Reborn said.

Eh? Dino-san?!

"When Dino was my student, he was caught up in a desperate situation as well... When he as able to overcome that, he turned from the 'Greenhorn Dino' into the 'Prancing Horse Dino,'" Reborn said.

"'Turned into,' you say...but I don't understand! Besides, Dino-san and I are-" I was cut off by the bombs above me. I pulled Miyu into my arms as they exploded. We were thrown back and rolled.

This isn't good. There isn't anywhere safe for me to leave her and she isn't doing much right now due to shock.

Chikusa came at us, but before he could get close, he collapsed. Ken picked up the dagger.

"This always happens. How many times now? It doesn't matter if I can possess and control a body. If the body has been broken, it still can't move," Mukuro said.

"...you mean... Even if an injured body can't move anymore, you can still force it to move...?," I asked, horrified by that idea.

"That's why you couldn't possess Hibari," Reborn said.

Chikusa started to struggle to get up.

"Looks like Chikusa can still move a little, hm?," Mukura said.

"Ah... He's being forced to get up... His injuries!," I shouted.

"Kufufu, it's fine," Mukuro said. "Because I...can't feel any pain at all."

"What?," I asked. "What are you saying?! That body belongs to your friend, doesn't it?!"

"Incorrect. Since I've possessed him, this body is mine. I can break or kill this body at my whim," Mukuro said.

"...That's...not right," I said.

"Do you have time to worry about others?," Bianchi's voice said. "You're facing certain doom yourself..."

"As interesting a boy as you are, you were never cut our to join the mafia," Gokudera's voice said.

As I noticed the appearance of their wounds.

S-So much blood! F-From their wounds! T-This must be what Miyu-chan experienced at Mafia Land but worse!

"I BEG OF YOU! PLEASE STOP! IF YOU KEEP DOING THIS, THEY'LL DIE!," I shouted. "Miyu-chan, sorry to ask this of you, but can't you heal them right now? Even if they're in Mukuro's control...they'll die at this rate!" Miyu groaned as if in pain.

"Kufufu. I just remembered. During the fight with Birds, you were ready to stab yourself in order to save your girlfriend weren't you? Or is she not your girlfriend? Is Miyu-chan here your woman? No matter whether your have more than one woman. Let's just go with what you did earlier. Because of that naivety I will possess you," Mukuro said to me.

"E-Eh?! M-Miyu-chan isn't- I don't have a girlfriend!," I shouted in protest.

"You're right. You could have noticed and cared more for her if she was," Mukuro said. "Let's see how Miyu-chan feels about you, shall we?"

"What?," I asked, holding Miyu closer to me. "I'm not letting you have her again!"

"Who said I ever let her go?," Mukuro said. "Let's reenact what she was suppose to do in the first place."

"W-Wha-"

"Tsuna, get away from her," Reborn told me, but it was too late. Miyu broke out of my arms and wrapped her small hands around my neck, pushing me against the ground.

"With some added entertainment," Mukuro added.

"M-Miyu...chan. W-Why?," I asked, my hands on her wrists, trying to pull her hands off my neck. She wasn't choking me yet.

"Tsuna-san has been a pain lately. Mukuro-sama just needs you and then everything will be better...," Miyu said to me in an emotionless tone.

"Why are you on his side!?," I asked.

"...Mukuro-sama sees the potential and use I have... I am needed here," she replied, the shades slipping off her face and onto the ground. My eyes widened. Her eyes were lifeless, like Fuuta's and like Lancia's.

She's still under Mukuro's mind control!

"Kufufu. Let's have a little fun. Miyu-chan~kill him," Mukuro said.

"K-K-K...Kill me?!," I shouted, terrified. "Miyu-chan wouldn't-... Miyu-chan, snap out of it! You're not yourself. This isn't you! You're under Mukuro's control! Miyu-chan!" Her hands started to tighten around my neck.

To make Miyu-chan...do such a thing against her will...to her brother to...

"Miyu-chan, I don't blame you for doing this or anything Mukuro made you do," I said to her, trying to ease her guilt like I said for Fuuta. "Please stop this... So-" What I was saying had no effect on Miyu. "Gah!"

She's really choking me! When did she get so strong that I can't even pull her away from me?

"What did you...do to her!...Mukuro!," I managed to choke out.

"I've sealed her will, or rather self, in her inner world. Unlike Fuuta-kun, Miyu-chan doesn't see what I'm having her do. She doesn't know any of this is happening. No matter how much you scream, she cannot hear you," Mukuro said.

"I-I don't understand."

"To say it simply, she is somewhere where you can't reach her."

So I can't treat this how I treated Fuuta...because Miyu doesn't know what she did...and I can't reach her. Just how can I- UGH!...reach her...

Miyu's POV-

"Where am I?"

I woke up to a dark sky and a large full moon.

"My inner world?"

I sat up seeing that I was in a field of wheat.

"Why is it so dark though?"

""What happened to Mukuro-san? Kufufufu, you're mine Fujiwara Miyu." I grunted, my eyes involuntarily closing. "If only you didn't fight so weakly.""

I hugged my knees to myself, resting my chin on them. "That's right... Tsuna-san is gone because of Mukuro... I was fighting Mukuro and I ended up blacking out.

""You...You will never understand how I feel the way you are now! One day...you too will understand my pain...," said Keiko."

Is this what she means by that? Me losing Tsuna-san?

""Confused? What happened? Just a second ago you were too scared to even fight. Is training that different from actually fighting?""

I started to cry. "Why... Why can't I fight...?"

""Sorry...," the female ninja said formally as she went down on one knee, bowing her head down, her fist pressed against the ground. "I beat him too roughly that you had to heal him.""

"I've been training for years to be able to protect myself...but I couldn't when the time actually came..."

""I think you're good, Miyu-chan," Tsuna said to me. "We don't really have super strong people...but there's a woman and a baby that I guess don't apply to that...""

"Tsuna-san... It's my fault you're gone... I should have stayed by your side the whole time...and now...-"

""I-It's fine! I-I mean what good could you do? You don't carry anything to defend yourself with," Tsuna quickly said."

"...That's right. What good would I do... All I have are weak arrows, talismans, and...a dagger that I can't wholeheartedly use...and that's only because I was preparing for a fight... I'm not strong at all... I can't even be considered good. Tsuna-san is being too nice to say my strength was good...I know it isn't even decent."

""Hey! Stop! Let me go! I need to finish healing them!," I shouted pleadingly."

"..."

""WHO HEALS THE ENEMY?!," dog boy and Tsuna shouted, confused at my choices."

"I'm stupid..."

""Miyu-chan, can't you just heal Ryohei and the others?," Tsuna asked me."

I rose my head up, still crying.

I'm under my parent's rules for using my powers...

"Tsuna picked up the knife I threw and handed it back to me. "Just do it quickly...then heal me. I know this isn't ideal...and you're the last person I would ask to do this sort of thing...""

"The only time I'm needed... Is when someone gets hurt..."

""You are a weak successor that needs to learn the difference between growing up and believing in yourself!," Keiko shouted at me. "You have friends, don't you? Not only do they protect you, but you protect them! Can you not see that? I can't believe you're that same little girl from before. Accept reality before you die.""

"Huh!" My eyes widened as I started to remember more memories.

""Oi, oi, give me a break, Tsuna," Yamamoto said, smiling. "Didn't I say this before? The person who would treat baseball as something more important than friends is no more, after that dive from the rooftop you did.""

""I WAS FAKING~SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO CONFESS ANYTHING TO YOU! I USED MY OPOSSUM CHANNEL! But, I've thought about it. No matter what I tell you guys, there won't be a problem," Ken told us from the hole. "Because there's no way you can defeat Mukuro-san! ! All of you are going to die even before you see his face!""

""Now, don't look at me like that. I'm not being a bad guy here. I may have sinned in my life, but everyone sins; even you," said Nono."

"...Why am I remembering these moments?..."

""You've earned this years ago, but everyone was too afraid to give it to you. Even now they are," Nono told me after he handed me the rectangular box that held the ring I currently wear.

"Then why are you giving it to me?," I asked.

""Because, we took it from them to give to you. It will come in handy for you in many times to come...and it holds the truth. Like a key if you may.""

I felt something in my hand. I opened my hand and saw the love charm I made.

"Tsuna-san..."

I felt my face heat up and my heart race.

"Tsuna-san...is gone though... Right?...I... Without lying to myself... I..."

With accepting reality with how it is...

"I really do have a crush on Tsuna..."

I covered my mouth, blushing hard at what I said, especially without honorifics. Just like Keiko fell for Vongola Primo, I was starting to fall for Vongola Tenth.

THAT'S FINALLY OVER. This chapter was originally over 40,000 words, but it wouldn't let me save beyond some point in the 40,000s. So now I had to split this chapter into two separate chapters.

I hope you all liked this chapter, yada yada.

Review if you wish!
