Author's Note: Hey guys! Miss me? I got a couple new followers and favorites in the last few weeks so I figured as a treat to myself for my first semester at a four year university (GO GULLS!) I'd post a chapter… has it been six months since the last one? That was Christmas time wasn't it? And again, apparently this sixth month thing is a thing for me. Sorry guys.

It's been a hard last few months, I just recently (finally) broke up with my boyfriend (the one in the military) and its been difficult these last three or four months so I'm using this as an excellent distraction… and I'm eighty percent sure you aren't going to read this and don't care about my sad excuses soooo…. I'll let you get on with it.

With so much Love, D.L.

Disclaimer: The only characters I claim are Evie and a scant few Prospects. The rest belongs to Mr. Kurt Sutter who makes an excellent and heart wrenching show. Same applies that it always does: No Tara, no Season Five (or Six) and OPIE OR KOZIK (nor Dawn, obviously) DON'T DIE IN THIS STORY!

Episode Seven: Arrival

I hear the giggle before I'm even fully awake. I stretch my legs and pass a hand over my face.

"Evie…" Dawn's voice is bubbly like it always is. I crack my eyes open and see both girls have identical smiles on their faces.

"Hey Dawn, Fawn." I say standing up and wincing as my back cracks.

I hold out my arms and that is all the incentive the two girls need to hug me tightly. I wrap my arms over their shoulders and lean against them burrowing my face in Fawn's long dark curls.

"Evie, what's happened to Daddy?" Fawn whispers into my neck. I sigh and nuzzle her head with my nose.

"Here, sit down." I say. The girls step away and Dawn props a hip on Tig's bed, curling her fingers around two of his, like she used to do when they were much smaller. Fawn just shrugs and sits cross-legged on the floor.

I sink down into the chair again and rub my face.

"He was in an accident." I start. Fawn snorts.

"That much is obvious Evie. Tell us what really happened. We aren't little kids we know what Daddy does." Fawn has always been the more outspoken of the two identical twins.

I glance into both of their eyes and almost start crying. Looking back at me are Tig's eyes.

"Okay, the boys ran into trouble on the way home from Tacoma, Tig got shot in the shoulder, it broke his collarbone on impact. Because of that he laid down his bike. The fall and slide caused three broken ribs, and broke both bones in his right forearm. The damage to his collarbone was pretty extensive. He's got a bleed and swelling in his brain due to the fall. I think his helmet is the only think that prevented him from dying on the scene." I pause here and swipe the back on my fingers across my eyes. Fawn slides closer and rest her folded arms and chin on my lap. I swipe a hand through her curly hair. I lean back and breath deep.

"They induced a coma. Dr. Moore isn't giving me a hundred percent clear answer but he thinks his recovery is looking positive. They took him off the meds that put him under around 9:30 last night. They said waking up is all up to him now." I whisper the last part and Dawn gets up to wrap her arms around my shoulders. I turn my face into her and just cry. Fawn lays her head flat on my thighs and grips my hand.

"Oh Evie…" She sobs. I wrap my free arm around Dawn's waist and hug her as the three of us cry.

Dawn is first to lean away. She wipes her tears away, and huffs when her fingers come away tinged black.

Fawn laughs as she does the same.

"God Daddy would have a shit fit if he saw us crying over him." Dawn says, giggling as she looks at her father. Her face sobers up quickly.

I stand up. "Come on, the hospital food isn't great but it's better than nothing. Prospect will sit in here and watch Tiggy while we are gone."

Just as the shake their heads the prospect sticks his head in.

"Jesus, are you guys psychic or some shit?" I snap turning to him. The prospect looks visibly taken back at my words. I've never raised my voice or taken any tone but polite with him before today.

"Sorry, Evren… um…" He starts but stops when he sees the twins watching him.

"What? Spit it out!" I growl causing the girls to erupt into giggles.

"Gemma called… she wants to have lunch." He says, finally, in a rush.

"Call her back, tell her I can't, and tell her Tig's girls are here." I say. I step around the boy and the girls follow after me. They wrap their arms around my waist and I wrap mine around their shoulders, visible leaning on them.

Author's Note: The girls are here! I hope that this turned out okay. I could have combined the last two chapters but hey, short and sweet chapters are enjoyable… well more so if there wasn't such a huge break between them. Sorry I suck so bad.

Either way, thanks for those who have stuck around since the beginning and the new ones sure to come. I'm excited and nervous about how this is being received by all of you, so any feedback, good or bad, is greatly appreciated.

Thanks again for the reads!

With Love, D.L.
