This chapter contains spoiler for 6x09 if you haven't watched it. This is a really short chapter to collect my random thoughts.
I was supposed to be working, but a note on Lily's locker had left me unsettled. She should be all right, right? She was a dragon after all. I texted Maleficent to meet me at my house. It was my fight, but I could use as much help as possible. After all, I was not the one who looped Lily in.
I told my boss that if he still wanted Lily to work in the Rabbit Hole and his customers to not die one by one, he would need to let me take the day off. I ran home. I knew what I needed to do. I knew I had some wooden stakes in my house. Hell, if I couldn't find it, I would make new one now.
I opened the door. The fireplace was lit. Someone was sitting on the rocking chair. I stayed on guard and slowly approached. She turned around.
"Oh, it's you," I was relieved that it was just the Queen.
"I can't wait to tell you my day. It was thrilling," The Queen said, "Also, I probably need to stay here indefinitely."
"Sure, stay as long as you want," I turned around to look in my craft box. Why was I so unorganized?
"So, I saw Rumpelstiltskin turning a fairy to a super old fairy. It was intriguing. Then I went to kill Zelena, but Regina showed up to threaten to crush my heart. Well, her heart, 'cause my heart is already crushed. She told me Rumple was using me, so I went to confront him and it was true." Her voice was beautiful.
"Um-hum," I tried to pay attention, but I couldn't.
"So, I stole his magic to poison Belle. She gave birth to their son and then she gave him away to the Blue Fairy, so now Rumple hates me," She said in the cutest tone, like a young kid who discovered an ugly caterpillar would turn into a beautiful butterfly.
"Found it!" I exclaimed.
"What is that? A stick?" She was not impressed.
I asked, "You want to go kill a vampire hunter tonight?"
She didn't say anything, but her smile said yes.
