It's been way too long since I uploaded this story, I've been kind of stuck on it for a whole while, but I hope you like it!

Chapter 7

Details

By Neko Erza

Gray yawned as he finally opened the door to his bedroom. He spent the last few days training again and he was truly worn out. Tomorrow he'd take a day off and just relax to regain some energy.

He let himself fall onto his bed only wearing his boxers, already having lost the rest of his clothes on the way up. The first few days he had had trouble getting off the bra but somehow he had already mastered to get rid of it almost just as easily as the rest of his clothes. So Lucy's hope for it to keep him covered up even if he were to lose his shirt was kind of shattered.

He did remember the embarassement he had felt the first time he had taken off his shirt revealing his new underwear. Of course it had brought up a lot of racket. The wave of comments and teasing didn't seem to stop and some of the older men wolf-whistled like the old perverts they were. Gray got so pissed off he froze almost the entire building, which made most of them finally shut up. But what was most surprising was that the one to back him up during the teasing was Natsu. The ice mage had expected him to be the first and most extreme one to annoy him with it.

He probably had had enough already during our training, Gray thought. During their fights he insulted and annoyed him just as much as he had always done.

Gray turned to lie on his back and stared at the ceiling. It had been more than three weeks already and still they hadn't heard back from Porlyusica. He had expected her to have found something by now, but nothing. And if Porlyusica couldn't find anything, he didn't know who could.

You're going to stay like this forever, a small pessimistic voice whispered in the back of his head. Maybe you should just give up and hook up with a lesbian.

The raven shook his head vigorously, trying to get away that annoying, nagging voice. He really didn't want to think about the possibility that he'd remain a woman for the rest of his life. Cana had reacted very insulted when he had stated this at the guild a few days earlier, screaming about Gray being sexist and discriminate. Of course, she had been pretty drunk at the time and most of the other guild members had just rolled their eyes. Everybody knew Gray didn't mean it in a 'I hate all woman, male is the dominant gender'- kind of way. Probably because they all know Gray was anything but shy about the ladies, that he anything but hated women (regularly picking them up at bars or after missions). It's just that he absolutely doesn't want to be one himself, which wasn't that weird, was it?

Gray was still staring at the ceiling, trying to ignore the coiling feeling that had started to form in his lower stomach. Since it had already been three weeks since he was turned into a woman, it had also been three weeks that he hadn't been able to get together with his girlfriend. And Gray being a healthy young man (on the inside at least), he had certain needs and desires.

He shifted his legs at the uncomfortable moistness between his legs. This was sure something he still wasn't used to. He was used to getting hard, not moist while he was aroused.
He hadn't dared masturbating with this body, feeling that it was weird and that it would feel like touching someone other than himself.

But still… he was starting to feel a bit frustrated. He and his girlfriend got together quite a lot, and it definitely wasn't just to take her out to dinner. He wasn't used to this 'celibacy'.

And secretly, he had to admit he was extremely curious to know how it felt to have an orgasm as a woman. Even just feeling aroused was an entirely different sensation with this body.

Hesitantly, the raven slipped one of his hands under the elastic band of his boxers.

His fingers slowly touched the wet folds, testing out their sensitivity. It was weird, but also strangely satisfying to know what the women felt when he did this to them. Experiencing the other side was quite fascinating.

After not too long his fingers were slick with the womanly fluid. Until now, Gray found the teasing only mildy satisfying, feeling that when he masturbated in his male form, his sex had a larger erogenous zone than a woman's.

But he had had enough girlfriends to know the small place that truly drove any woman crazy.

"Time to find out whether it's true or not." Gray mumbled quietly as he moved his fingers up. He rubbed over the tiny button. As soon as he did, his hips arched off the bed , the muscles in his tighs tensing up at the sensation. It felt like a small jolt of soft electricity shot up his spine. He surely hadn't anticipated this; he now fully understood why women sometimes needed a break or lost their mind from having their clitoris stimulated. That little spot, barely big enough to notice, was more sensitive than he could have imagined!

He rubbed more gently this time, sending satisfying shivers up his spine and down his tighs. A small moan managed to escape from his mouth. Startled, he slapped his free hand over his lips. He'd definitely never made a noise like that before.

He was slowly growing used to his female voice, yet hearing it in the form of a moan left him conflicted. He always found that the moans and whimpers women made during sex were very arousing, so hearing himself now was a bit confusing.

He pressed his lips tightly together to make sure he kept his sounds to a minimum.

He brought his second hand down and let it join his other. While his right hand kept stimulating the little bundle of nerves, his left hand explored the soft, wet entrance. He noticed the sensitivity increased the closer he got to the core. He moistened his fingers with the flowing juices and carefully inserted one of them in the soft entrance, yet he didn't get far.

Even just one finger left him with an uncomfortable feeling. How in the world was it possible that a penis even fit in there?

He quickly stopped and retracted his hand. He decided just to explore the extern for today, not feeling like coping with the discomfort.

His fingers rubbed over the tiny button, sending the pleasant shivers up and down his spine and tighs. It seemed to take him longer to reach his climax with this body, even after not having done anything in three weeks, though he could slowly feel himself building up to it. His heartbeat was slightly speading up and the tension in his loins was intensifying. He could feel he was close now.

Suddenly his vision went white and the tension snapped, spreading through his body. To his surprise, he could slightly feel the muscles of his inner walls contract, until the tension died away.

Gray panted slightely after coming down from his high, trying to figure out what he had just experienced. The build up had felt both familiar and foreign at the same time. The feeling of the tension releasing was similar to what he felt as a man, but it spread to entirely different places than he was used to.
Apart from that, to climax without releasing semen felt strange. It did leave littler a mess than a man, though more than he had expected. His inner tighs felt sticky with the womanly juices that had poured so freely after being denied for more than three weeks.

He pulled his hand out of his boxers and stared at the ceiling again, his brow slightly furrowed. He didn't know what to feel after experiencing this. Although it had been intense, he didn't seem entirely satisfied, or at least not like he was used to.

Women were so much more complicated than men. Both mentally and physically.

Gray suddenly remembered something Ur had once said to him, something he hadn't thought of in years.

Once while they were training, he'd asked her how it came that her magic seemed so much more refined than either his or Lyon's. Her customarily ice magic, Rose Garden, looked like the actual flower had been turned into ice. Every petal, every thorn was perfect and beautiful. The perfect copy of its natural counterpart.

To his surprise, she chuckled at his question. When he had looked at her questioningly because of her unexpected response, she had said to him;

"Magic gets more refined when you train hard and grow stronger. Just look at the difference between your magic when you just started and what you're able to do now." Then she had smiled to him, a light misshievesness tingling in her eyes, " But there's one thing you need to know, Gray. Women are details, men are elementary." Then she had given him a wink, leaving him even more confused about what she'd said then he'd been before.

Now he finally started to understand what her words and her wink had meant. She hadn't just been talking about magic.

Women are details.

Men are elementary.

Men just get what they need and only when it's necessary they will look for extras. It's in their nature to search for the shortest and easiest way to fix a problem or a situation. It was an instinct, and that instinct often was the reason of conflict between men and women. They simply don't think or handle the same.

Apparently this theory also was applyable to female physic.

Women are details.

"Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to let those two train together." Lucy said as she cowered together with Mira behind the bar. Flaming and frozen objects flew around the guild, making people cower underneath tables.

"They are just having fun, aren't they?" The white haired girl said with her everlasting smile.

"This isn't fun! They are sending lethal projectiles all over the place." The blonde whimpered.

The battle raged on for some more time, until Master Makarov crushed the ice and fire mage underneath his giant feet. After they finally scrambled back up, Gray went to sit next to Lucy at the bar. The blonde only just prevented the ice mage of throwing of the bra.

"Oh Gray, something came for you today." Mira said as she pulled out a paper from underneath the bar counter.

"A mission request?" The raven said as he read the note. "Probably some lot that saw us at the Daimatou Enbu?"

"Yes, but it's a very important one." The white haired girl nodded. "They need a talented ice mage up in the north, the villages on the top of the mountain have a lot of trouble with melting glaciers and they suspect a dark guild is the reason behind it. You need to take down that guild and make sure the glaciers won't form any danger."

"1 000 000 jewels! I'll take it!" Gray yelled excited.

"No, you won't."

Gray looked around angrily surprised. Who in the world would…? But then he saw it had been Master Makarov to deny him the mission.

"Ji-san?" The raven asked questioningly, barely hiding his displeasure.

"I don't think it will be wise for you to go on this mission." The tiny old man explained. "I think you should practice some more with this body."

"I've practiced enough!" Gray yelled defiant. "I've learned from the last mission-"

"Last mission wasn't nearly as hard as this one and see how it ended!" Makarov interrupted angrily.

The raven looked at the tiny man, who didn't seem as tiny as he normally did with his new body.

"You don't have faith in me! You don't trust me!"

"I don't trust your stubbornness!"

Gray glared at him, but Makarov just glared back, then continued, "I've watched your trainings with Natsu and even though you've improved a lot in fighting with this body, you're still relying on your muscles too much. I need you to be completely ready before you take on a dark guild!"

"I'll take Erza!"

"Actually, she's on a S-class mission." Mirajane smiled, but that smile vanished immediately when Gray gave her a venomous look.

"I don't want you to get hurt, that's all." Makarov finished.

Gray looked ready to explode. Although he knew the master would never deny him this as a way to annoy him, he still had trouble not feeling furious. He had to take a couple of deep breaths to calm down a bit. "What about the people who send the request? They can't wait until I've trained more or til I'm male again. Are we just going to let them deal with it themselves?"

"Of course not. I think it's best to send note to Lamia Scale and contact Lyon."

"Lyon?!" The raven roared. People stepped back a little; they had to admit it wasn't the master's smartest move to mention the other ice mage, everybody knew how sensitive a subject it was.

The raven's mood was definitely crushed now.

Sometime later the ice mage stomped out of the guild and let out an annoyed scream. He looked up when he heard a low chuckle. A few meter away Natsu leaned against the wall with an amused smirk on his face.

"Already giving up, Gray-chan?" He asked as he rubbed over a bruise he got during their fight earlier.

"I didn't give up, if you hadn't noticed: master stomped us into the ground. I'll kick your butt some other time." Gray growled, not in the mood for the slayer's pestering.

"That's not what I meant." Natsu shook his head. "I mean about the mission!"

"Haven't you heard him?" Gray rolled his eyes.

"And since when do you everything by the book? Just do it!"

"Too late, they already sent the message to Lyon, didn't they?" Gray sighed, he started walking again, but stopped when Natsu jumped in front of him.

"You mean… this?" He waved a rolled up piece of paper before the raven' s eyes.

Gray's eyes went big and an unbelieving smile spread over his face as he saw the pinkette holding the letter to Lamia Scale. "How did you get it?"

"Happy snatched it."

"Natsu, this is great!" The raven yelled excitedly. "I'll prove to master that I can take on this job!"

"He'll be pissed, though." Natsu smirked.

"Yeah well… isn't he always when we return from missions? I mean, we always destroy stuff." He looked at the paper again and smiled. "Thank you, flame brain. I owe you one. See you in a few days!"

"What do you mean? I'm coming with you." Natsu said, going after the raven.

"What?" Gray stopped dead in his tracks and Natsu bumped into him. He turned around. "What do you mean 'you're coming with me'? This is a job for an ice mage."

"Yeah well, without me you wouldn't be that ice mage, would you?" Natsu returned, crossing his arms before his chest. "And I think master was right about one thing; I'm not sure you'll be able to take down an entire dark guild on your own yet."

"I shouldn't be surprised that you don't have faith in me, I guess." Gray snorted annoyed. Was everybody going to doubt his abilities?

"Stop pouting and just get going already before ji-san finds out." Natsu said, slapping Gray on his back making him stumble forward. "Oh, sorry. But it does support the point Master was making: you don't have the same strength as before." The pinkette grinned. "You're petite."

Gray glared at him. "And you're a dick."

"No, I have a dick… unlike some people." The slayer teased.

"You're dead." Gray smirked right before sending spikes of ice towards the pinkette.

An hour later Gray and Natsu were walking down one of the stations platforms, waiting for their train to arrive.

"Can't we go on foot?" Natsu complained, not looking forward to riding a train for several hours.

"It will take days to get there by foot." Gray growled annoyed. "Just suck it up already."

"You might consider being a little nicer." Natsu countered. "It's thanks to me that you can even go."

"Yeah, yeah, you've reminded me quite enough already."

"You really are an ungrateful cunt, you know that."

"At least I'm not an idiotic flamebrain."

"You little..." Natsu grabbed Gray by his collar and raised a fist, ready to punch him.

"Hey! What the hell are you doing?" A man a few meters away suddenly yelled, storming over at the two of them.

Both mages looked confused, nobody had ever tried to break their fighting up before. Except for Erza of course. Then Gray understood what probably the problem was.

He raised his hands in front of his face and put up a scared face, then said, "Please, don't hit me."

The dragon slayer looked at the ice mage confused, not having caught on what was happening.

The man grabbed Natsu's arm and pulled him away from Gray. "Are you drunk or something? Don't just go hitting your girlfriend!"

"Girlfriend?" Both screamed indignantly.

"You better watch it, boy, or I call security." The man threated. Natsu was too startled by what was happening to react. Then the man turned to the raven. "Are you okay, miss?"

Gray had trouble suppressing his smirk, but he managed to turn it into something that looked like a thankful smile. "Yes, thank you mister. I'll handle it from now on."

"If he tries to do anything to you, just call for help, okay?"

"I will." Gray nodded, desperately trying to keep in his laughter.

Then the man turned to Natsu again. "You better watch out." Then he walked away.

"Why don't you just mind your own damn business! That bitch was asking for it." The pinkette yelled angrily, attracting a lot of attention of the other people.

Gray burst out laughing. "You're really making yourself look bad there, Natsu."

"Let' get out of here." Natsu grumbled as he started walking further down the platform. He only slowed down once they had left the spectators behind. "What the hell was that all about, anyway? They never tried to break us up before." Natsu grumbled annoyed. "That's just sexist."

"No, it would be sexist if they wouldn't say something about a woman beating a man." Gray said as he stopped walking when they reached the end of the platform.

"They probably wouldn't say anything about it."

Gray shrugged. "Let's try and find out." He then suddenly gave Natsu a hard punch in his stomach, then hitting him against his shoulder and arms.

"Hey, stop it already." Natsu growled, trying to block the hits.

Both looked around, but apart from people looking the other way or throwing them curious glances, nobody said or did something.

Gray stopped his attack, looking around. "Okay, that's sexist."

"Told ya." Natsu said, rubbing his stomach. Then a smirk spread across his face and he looked down at the raven. "Or they just think you wouldn't be able to hurt me."

Gray clenched his fist and slammed it onto Natsu's crotch, who fell to his knees in pain. The raven smiled satisfied and looked around, "Nope. Sexist."

A while later they sat on the train.

Natsu was already feeling nausious and looking green.

"Why didn't Happy come along, by the way?" Gray asked, replacing his feet so Natsu wouldn't throw up on them.

"Didn't... argh... didn't want t-to- aaaah- deal... deal with our fighting." The pinkette sickly gurgled out.

"Seems fair. And don't you dare throwing up on me." Gray said as Natsu made a gagging noise.

"H-hate t-trains."

"Yeah, I know." The raven rolled his eyes. "But you were the one that wanted to come along."

"T-to s-save ... arghh... your sorry ass." Natsu mumbled before dropping to the floor.

Gray smiled and pulled the slayer back on the seat, where he fell to his side. "Thanks, Natsu. My sorry ass appreciates it."

The pinkette opened his eyes and smirked. "At least... now that you're a woman, it's an ass worth saving."

End of chapter 7

A/N: Originally I planned to let the first part of this chapter end with 'Hesitantly, the raven slipped one of his hands under the elastic band of his boxers." and not write out his little masturbation-session because it was pretty hard to write how a man in a woman's body would react to it. Obviously, I personally have never felt a male orgasm, so I can only guess what the difference is. I hope I didn't mess up completely, but I thought Gray's first female orgasm was too important to cut out.

The second thing I want to say is this; the whole 'women are details, man are elemantary' part wasn't meant to be insulting, just in case somebody thought it was. I actually got this saying from a comedian, I'd say look it up because it's fucking hilarious, but I doubt there are many readers who'd understand him since it's a Belgian comedian, but I'll give you his name anyway: Xander De Rycke.

I also used this saying because men really pay less attention to detail than women, that's just a fact. I also once read a book ('Sounds like branding', I think it was called) and it explained the way men listen and the way women listen. In short it comes down to this: Men are solution-seekers, they listen to the most important parts and try to form a solution. The general idea is also that they don't talk if it doesn't have a purpose. Women, on the other hand, don't use this method of talking and listening. They talk to let out their feelings or they talk just... because they feel like talking. That's often reason for conflict between couples: the woman talks to relief her mind and let her emotions out, the man listens and tries to form a solution, while the woman didn't mean for him to do that. Thus, she thinks he wasn't paying attention and gets mad.

Now, I'm probably boring the shit out of you with my lecture, so I'll make it short. Thank you for reading! Let me know what you think about the chapter.
