Sting grumbles as he sits in a corner, whining about how his exceed betrayed him.

"Sting-kun is still the strongest in Sabertooth." Lector says, attempting to cheer up his partner.

"Fro thinks so, too." Frosch says, joining in the attempts.

"Come on, Sting. If you train, you'll be stronger and you can beat me eventually." Lucy smiles at him before picking up her plate and bringing the used dishes to the kitchen, smiling as Virgo appears and starts washing the dishes. "You didn't have to do that Virgo." Lucy says, a soft smile on her lips.

"Punishment, Hime?" Virgo asks, her eyes glimmering with hope.

"How many times do I have to say no?" Lucy sighs before stepping out of the house, smiling as the stars shine down on her.

"Hello Bisca. Alzack." Lucy grins slightly as she smells Alzacks slightly metallic scent due to his guns and Bisca's metallic chocolate scent, grinning even more as she smells the chocolate and rose scent of their daughter Asuka. "Asuka-chan." Lucy adds.

"We talked about your offer, Lucy." Alzack begins before trailing off, his breath catching as the blond turns around, making his wife slap him. "Gomen, Bisca-chan."

"Lucy-nee is pretty." Asuka says as she skips happily up to the blond. Lucy giggles and picks the child up, twirling her around in a circle, making the small female giggle.

"Thank you, Asuka-chan." Lucy says with a wide grin on her face as the two parents watch them socialize. "Did you decide?" Lucy asks, her eyes darting over to the parents.

"We did." Bisca smiles tenderly. "And we talked to Asuka about it too. Tell Lucy-nee what you chose." Bisca urges the small child.

"Un!" Asuka calls, making Lucy giggle.

"Do you want to lean Natsu's magic from me?" Lucy asks the girl, a smile forming when the child nods her head rapidly. "It's not going to be easy." Lucy says, making sure to give the child a fair warning.

"I want to!" Asuka says, her face set in a determined grin. Lucy giggles and looks at Alzack and Bisca.

"Do you want to learn some elements of Dragon Slayer Magic as well?" Lucy asks, raising a brow.

"If it wouldn't be too much trouble, Lucy." Bisca smiles timidly at the blond.

"That won't be an issue at all." Lucy smirks. "But my lessons are quite harsh. Keep that in mind. Once you start, then you can't stop."

"We're ready." Alzack and Bisca chorus and nod with determination gleaming in their eyes as they gaze at the blond.

"Good. We start tomorrow morning." Lucy says before turning around sharply, setting Asuka down, and gracefully manouvering around the parents as she walks to her bedroom, a satisfied smile on her lips.

"Thank you, Lucy-nee-chan!" Asuka calls, waving her hands at the blond cheerfully before leading her parents into their bedroom and crawling into bed and falling asleep.

Lucy smiles as she stands in her mother's room with her back to the door, her head bowed as if in prayer.

"Luce?" A deep voice asks, making the blond's head snap up as her body whirls around. She breathes a sigh of relief finding her pink-haired best friend standing in the doorway.

"Natsu?" Lucy asks, her head tilted to the side.

"Are you okay, Luce? You seemed kind've off earlier." Natsu smiles kindly at the blond as he steps up to stand next to her, looking at the picture hanging on the wall.

"I'm fine. Just thinking about some things." Lucy replies, a small grin on her lips as she raises a hand, tracing her mother's face.

"You look just like your mother." Natsu comments. "And Rufus, too." He adds offhandedly.

"Thanks Natsu." Lucy giggles as she hugs her best friend. "You're the best friend a girl could ask for."

"It's what friends do, Luce." Natsu smiles.

"I'm going to bed, Natsu. Go back to your room." Lucy smiles before parting her plump lips in a yawn.

"Night, Luce." Natsu pecks the blond on her cheek and givign her a bear hug before turning and walking out of the room, shutting the door softly behind him.

Timeskip: In the Morning

"Asuka! Bisca! Alzack!" Lucy calls as she knocks lightly on the door, feeling refreshed and ready to teach her students what she can. "Time to wake up." She adds, hearing three seperate groans, signaling the three mages are waking up.

After waiting for ten minutes, her three students appear in the doorway, eyes lidded and lips parted in a yawn.

"You'll get used to waking up before everyone else." Lucy grins as she leads the three out to the forest.

Gomen, minna! Sorry it took so long for me to write an update for this. I feel terrible. And it's not even a long chapter! I feel horrible. I'll try working on a longer chapter soon! Please forgive me! ~bows low~
