I knoooow, I know, I know. I'm so bad, so incredibly bad to make you wait for years between the chapters but ugh, engineering is smothering me. I did not sign up for this.. Or, I did but I didn't know what was waiting for me.
Final chapter, final battle. I can honestly say I had no idea what would happen when I started writing this chapter. I'm sure I had an awesome, heart twisting plan at the end of Chapter 6 but yeah, that got lost in time and I improvised this chapter completely. I started without a clue and let imagination flow and I certainly hope you will all enjoy it!

Chapter 7 - A storm before the calm
Justin still couldn't believe he was doing this. The robes were covering his lithe frame as usual and for anyone looking quickly they would say he was out on a walk. With a rabid chainsaw not far behind.
The one odd thing this night though was that if you listened you couldn't hear anything from his earphones. No rhythm, no beat. It was completely quiet.
"So, let me get this straight," Giriko started, hands in his pockets as usual as he slouched forward, now glancing over at the blonde. "You will actually be able to hear what I say? Without reading lips, no fucking comments on asking what I just insulted you with?"
"I will," Justin replied calmly, not even looking over at the other male as he made his way towards the gate. When closing in on the guarded exit however he turned left, moving towards the far end of the wall surrounding the city. "Is it that strange to you?"
"What do you think? For you to remove your music, it's.."
"..as if you would stop cursing, I know. Maybe you should try it." That only earned the priest a glare but Giriko decided to keep quiet for the time being. It was something up that the blonde hadn't told him and it was extremely annoying. He didn't know what to expect when they exited the city, only that Paw would be waiting. Maybe she would be in the front of an army, maybe she was alone; though he doubted the latter.
Justin didn't even seem curious or nervous about what they were about to face as he stopped in front of the grey, cold stone in the wall. With a quick movement of his hand he swiped over the rough surface, a clicking sound being heard and the blocks of stone moved to the side, revealing a secret exit out.
Giriko stood quiet for a while, just staring at the passage but he soon started to walk after Justin once more, flinching a bit when the wall shut behind him with an incredible force that almost sounded like a small explosion.
"Good you started moving, if you had delayed you would have been crushed." So calm, like Giriko's life hadn't just been threatened at all and it certainly pissed the brunette off.
"How about a fucking warning, huh!? Shitty priest." The last part he muttered as he gritted his teeth slightly, drilling his glare into the back of the blonde's head. He would lie if he said he wasn't tempted. It would be so quick, just a draw of his engine, a cut and the brat would spill the blood that pumped through his veins. To see that bloody mess once again, like when Calico had hurt him but knowing that it was his work this time.
Giriko's tongue moved over his lips quickly, the different feelings of lust and blood fighting inside of his chest. Why could things never be simple with the priest? When he was about to slit Justin's throat he hesitated and when he had the chance to bone the brat he wanted him dead. He never had this trouble with women, they were always simple or just plain stupid which made things simple in the end.
The walk continued in silence, Justin being busy trying to settle for a plan in his head while Giriko behind him drank from a dark bottle, filled with something quite stronger than beer. It was not much left in it though and it was not enough for him to lose his focus. He was determined to get out of this alive and so would Justin.
"You have not told me anything," the chainsaw stated after two hours of complete silence. "If you got a plan I want to know about it. You have had that shitty expression of being in your thoughts for way too long now and it's pissing me off."
Justin glanced over at the other, raising an eyebrow slightly before he let out a small sigh. What didn't piss Giriko off? Pretty much everyhing Justin did seemed to step on the other's toes and while it usually was fun due to how easy it was to provoke the brunette this was not the time for in-fighting.
"I don't have a plan," he soon said, voice completely calm as he stopped for the first time in quite a while. He noticed how Giriko was about to shout at him as usual and Justin didn't want to hear it so he casually grabbed the man's tongue between his fingers, looking straight into the hazel eyes with his clear blue ones. "But does that really matter? Are you afraid of Paw, huh, Giriko-san?"
Hearing his name come out from between those pale lips made a small shiver run down his spine since it was so unusual to hear it. He did however not allow the priest to have a grip on his tongue for very long before he made an attempt to bite the fingers in front of him. Justin was luckily too quick and was able to pull away, now facing Giriko properly instead from the side like before.
"Like hell I'm afraid of that witch. Nor her creepy ass dolls for that matter. She is a weakling hiding behind her creations."
"If I remember correctly that was kind of what you did the first time we met," Justin retorted, watching the chainsaw prepare to defend himself.
"That's not the same, fucking thing, you piece of shit! To use a golem to crush some kids isn't cheating or anything, I just saved my powers for the one that could have been a threat if he hadn't been busy protecting the little students." He huffed as he started walking again, not even knowing where they were supposed to go since Justin had gotten the note with coordinates for where Paw was.
"If you say so. Still, the one plan I had is doomed to fail in more bloodshed than I would find necessary. That's why we're doing this, alone." Justin walked after Giriko, a hand grabbing the pendant around his neck as he glanced up at the big moon that was glaring back down, grinning widely. "She might have an army, she might have just one doll or maybe she has all the witches in the world at her disposal. She won't win."
"Seriously?" It was Giriko's time to stop now, putting up a hand in the chest on the other to make him stop as well. "Are you..fucking serious? You sound even dumber than usual. You're going to win against an army? All of the world's witches? Who are you all of a sudden, God himself? I think your faith has gone to that pretty, little head of yours and that you are about to go into a sucidie mission." The brunette gripped the black fabric of Justin's robes, pulling him in closer so the blonde could feel the smell of alcohol on the other's breath. "You might be strong for a brat but don't throw away your life because of hubris, that would be a pathetic way to go."
"Who says I'm trusting myself that amount?" Justin replied calmly, moving a hand up to grab Giriko's but he didn't remove it from his robe. "My secret weapon is in front of me. I only need you to do one thing." He moved in one step closer, lips softly touching Giriko's ear. "You need to get angry." The blonde pulled away and now removed the other's hand from his robe as he turned to the right and started walking again, leaving a quite befuddled rival behind him.
"Get angry? I'm always angry, what the hell!? And where the fuck are you going now!?"
"You were walking in the wrong direction, we should have turned right a while ago." Justin didn't reply to the first part of the sentence though as he continued on walking and he could hear the usual rant behind him which only caused a small twitch in the corner of his mouth.
Giriko kept on insulting the other male together with all of the people at Shibusen just because he could but he soon went quiet as flames could be seen at the horizon. Paw's work, surely. How many people had died this time for her to make her statement? Not that it really mattered in the end, the whole world could burn for what he cared, as long as he was alive.
"I wonder how much you are worth now," Giriko soon said, watching the flames lick the sky as they got closer and closer. "She wanted you alive last time, I wonder if that's still the case." He glanced over at the priest, actually being quite curious about it. How much trouble was the priest worth? In Paw's opinion that is. Giriko would never give in to the blonde and even if he saved the brat's life last time and probably would have to do that this time as well he would still be there to kill him when time came.
"It doesn't really matter, now does it? Seeing that whether she wants me dear or alive it will end with my death if we don't win this." Justin's calm when talking about his own death was uncanny. He didn't move a single muscle in his face, no fear in his eyes, just a blank expression. "I'm still holding you to what you promised me."
"Just as I am holding you to your promise. I win whether you die or live, you on the other hand.." That actually made the priest's lips move, if only a little but it was something. "Oh, should I take that as you winning something on this as well? Maybe you aren't such a prude after all. On the inside you are secretly lusting for skin against your own, to moan out a name with a hot breath, to submit yourself to someone else completely."
"If you only knew," Justin replied, surprising Giriko quite a lot since he had hoped for an annoyed huff or perhaps rosy cheeks. "You know, you should start writing dirty novels, you got quite the talent for expressing your perverted fantasies in a poetic way."
"I got many talents," the chainsaw replied with a grin, shaking off the surprise from Justin's first comment. He would get the priest through this alive for sure, this was too good of an opportunity to miss out on.
After one more hour of walking they could see the source of the flames, a whole village set ablaze and Justin could only pray in silence for the poor souls that most likely still had been in their homes when Paw did this.
"You actually came." The voice could be heard from inside the fire, a shadow walking towards them with the flames dancing around her every limb but she seemed untouched. "You must be dumber than you look." The usually different coloured eyes looked red when reflecting the fire and parts of the patched up skin had fallen off here and there, showing a nothingness beneath the layers of her face.
"Calico?" Justin said and raised an eyebrow slightly, this was for sure not what he had expected. "Where is Paw?"
"In a box outside of Shibusen, I'm sure the guards are collecting her now." The grin that had been vicious before was now purely twisted as she stepped outside of the fire. While most of the now young woman was untouched, burnt flesh could be seen on her legs and arms, even the one that had been cut off last time. "She fixed my arm, tried to lecture me on how you were worth more alive.. Even tried to deactive me, bitch. You just can't rely on anyone anymore, now can you?"
"Look who's to talk," Giriko said with a huff, not even a little distracted this time by the tight hugging dress that seemed to hold pieces of rotting skin in place. "I guess you can't function properly without your master's powers. You're not going to be around for long enough to be a threat and with Paw gone, you're just a pathetic excuse for a slut with mommy-issues. Which I guess could be almost hot if it wasn't for you falling into pieces."
"Tch, Giriko-chan, I might not be around for long but.." She took one step closer and two more shadows appeared in the fire, walking towards them. "..I'll be here long enough to watch you both die. I always liked you Giriko, you reminded me of a a more vulgar, male version of Paw.. If it wasn't for me rotting away I would have spared you but as it is now..I would rather just see the life go out in your eyes and watch the flesh burn off your bones."
The shadows came out of the fire, two women with flames covering their entire bodies but they seemed unharmed. Justin recognized the green haired one right away as one of the witches that had almost claimed his life on his mission before he met Paw and Calico. She raised a hand and snapped her fingers and the fire died out in the matter of a second.
"Meet my new friends. They were so kind so they set this village on fire for me so now..I got my own field of weapons to choose from." That twisted smirk returned to her lips as she turned her back to the independent weapons, walking over the burnt ground, towards a corpse that looked surprisingly well preserved for having burnt for so long. Probably the fire had been meant just to kill and not to burn. "A playground, just for us five, doesn't that sound fun!? Heh, Giriko-chan? You want to play with me now?" She put her hand on the female corpse the body soon turning into a rapier that glistened vaguely in the moonlight. "I found dead weapons are so much easier to handle, they don't fight back..though keeping them in weapon form while dead is difficult... Lucky me you won't be around for long enough for me to get tired."
Giriko seemed repulsed by hearing his name like that, almost shivering a little from disgust as she turned that dead body into a weapon. This must have been a place where people from Shibusen came to get a break from the city for a little while meaning the whole village was most likely filled with different kinds of weapons. It was to both an advantage and disadvantage. Calico would never know exaxtly what she had to fight with but neither could Justin nor Giriko prepare themselves for what to come.
"Let the game begin," Calico chirped and with an inhuman speed she threw herself towards the two males, swinging her new weapon towards the both of them. Justin threw himself to the side only to have to duck once more because the brunette witch threw a spell towards him.
Giriko had felt the blade of the sword cut into his arm but it was shallow and not enough for him to even devote a second thought to it as he decided to aim for the green haired witch that was also throwing spells towards Justin. The blonde was flexible and quick enough to avoid but Calico had set him as her target as well which made it into a three against one situation. This would be a short fight if they didn't take out the witches so they then could aim everything to finally rip Calico to shreds.
"You have way more dangerous things to worry about than the priest," he growled, the witch having noticed his attack by now and she quickly aimed her right hand towards him, thick ropes streaming out of the dress sleeve and right against Giriko. They were no match for the brunette who now started his engine, turning it up to a higher gear right away as the chains now covered his body. The ropes were a short match as they soon fell to the ground and the green haired woman was just quick enough to duck before the place where she had been standing was ripped apart by the furious chains. "Like ropes would work against me, I'll separate every limb from your body before smashing your head in."
Giriko looked up towards the witch, bloodlust filling his hazel eyes making them almost tint black. The rage seemed to pump in the veins beneath his skin and it was obvious Calico's madness were dragging out his own one and it felt incredibly good.
The witch wouldn't live for much longer and the defeat in her purple eyes seemed to reveal that she was well aware of this when she met those crazy eyes of Giriko, his aura emitting an urge to kill and torture.
Justin was busy avoiding Calico's probably eleventh attack as he also tried to duck a lightening bolt coming against him. It was nothing but a fully blown hatred he had for witches as they, in his opinion at least, never showed any real strength with just standing on a safe distance throwing things at their enemies. The doll on the other hand seemed to have gotten to a complete new level when her madness took over and Paw couldn't hold her back anymore. She was almost dancing in her movements, swinging the rapier with ease and making every evasion a challenge for the priest.
Justin did however tire of the whole display soon enough as he had charged towards the witch, making her flee for a short moment so he could concentrate on Calico, finally meeting her blade with his own and with a powerful push the rapier broke in half, causing his blade to cut the joker styled hat in half. A pang of pain went through Justin's body as he realized he had just defiled the corpse of one of his own but he had to forget that for now and honour them properly later on.
Calico was quick with disappearing out of sight, moving into the village to find herself a new weapon and Justin could now aim his attention completely towards the brown haired witch that had dared to show her ugly face once more. Maybe Giriko wasn't the only one affected by the madness now.
The doll soon returned, her hands this time clenching around a musket, the weapon not being optimal since she had never shot anything before but it was for sure better than nothing. She did however lower the weapon as she saw the dead bodies of her so called friends on the ground, Giriko's bloody chains still growling but soon stopped as he tried to pick some of the green haired witch's clothes away since they had gotten stuck in the chains.
Justin on the other hand was for once not paying even the slightest respect to his victim as he wiped the blood off his blade on her clothes, getting up on his feet and turning a stern, deep blue glance towards Calico.
"Let's see how well you do without your companions, shall we?" Justin started to move, being fully prepared for an attack since this time Calico had a long range weapon. Giriko was not as patient, madness still spilling out of every pour in his body. He would have gotten lost to his rage if it wasn't for that short second where Justin had put his hand on the brunette's shoulder. It had not been much, no words had been uttered but it had brought Giriko back to reality even for a short second and it had made him able to control his anger. Though that had not been until after he had delimbed the witch and crushed her skull against the ground.
"Sure thing, I only needed them to make quick work of the village either way, I got every toy I need in here to take care of you.. I might even make you into my own toys once you're dead, would be fun." Calico grinned towards them before putting the musket up again, firing a shot towards both of them.
At first it had seemed like quite a laughable attempt since the bullet wouldn't even get close to hitting anyone of them but it soon split into fragments and all of a sudden the pieces were heading straight for both male's chest. They quickly evaded, Justin being hit by one of the fragments in the side but it was small enough for him to be able just think about the fight ahead.
"Oooh, cool. I didn't know this weapon could do that, perfect." Calico almost purred the words as she aimed the gun towards Giriko, the already wide smile looking even wider and more twisted due to the scars covering half her face. The bullet split once more, aiming to hit the chainsaw's heart but this time Giriko was prepared and he avoided the fragments without trouble, chains on his feet pulling him forward on the ground. A quick kick towards the doll destroyed the musket without mercy and almost cut off Calico's other arm.
"Try fucking escaping this, you bitch," he roared as he aimed another kick for her but she jumped over his leg, soon landing and aiming a proper punch right up in Giriko's stomach. The sudden hit caught him by surprise as he stumbled back, putting a glove covered hand over the lower part of his stomach as he tried to regain his breath. Calico took her chance to flee once more and disappeared between the houses. "Fucking hell, I haven't gotten sucker punched in a long time.. She will pay for that." He spat on the ground, raising to his full length now as he finally was getting serious. About time if you asked Justin.
"I never thought you would fall for a punch like that," the blonde said, glancing over at Giriko with a slightly raised eyebrow before turning towards the place where Calico had disappeared.
"Well, at least I wasn't about to be killed by a severed arm," Giriko muttered as he clenched his fists, waiting for something to move. The silence was getting almost deafening as Calico seemed to have disappeared. "Fucking bitch, she just ran aw.." He wasn't able to get any further before something came right towards him and without being able to avoid the attack a deep cut appeared at his waist. "What the..?"
The brunette put a hand over his wounded side before looking up, Calico standing on one of the roof tops with a more than familiar yo-yo in her hand. The black body with yellow details, there was no doubt that it was Paw.
"I might have lied about Paw-san.. I wanted to keep her alive, make her my own doll.. But she was so soft, much squishier than I had anticipated.." Calico looked at the toy in her hand, almost looking sad for a moment before turning back to the two males on the ground. "At least she is useful as this, more useful than she would be in a box near Shibusen. Did you really believe that? I guess you are just as stupid as you look, Giriko-chan." She gave him a lopsided smile before preparing a new attack and this time the chainsaw had to hide between the houses since the deep cut had restricted his movements.
Justin on the other hand was fully prepared to take her on, at least for as long as his body could handle it. He was still weak due to the poison and wounds from the last fight, at least if you compared to his usual self but he wasn't about to give up. Even if Calico would die soon enough she could cause tremendous damage if she even got close to Shibusen and he wasn't going to allow that.
Calico was skilled with handling the yo-yo, the deadly string trying to slither around his body every chance it got and the body of the toy itself leaving several shallow cuts where he was a bit too slow to evade it. She didn't allow him even remotely close to herself and his movements were getting slower and slower the heavier his breaths grew.
Suddenly the roof behind Calico almost seemed to explode and the roaring of engines could be heard as Giriko landed on what was still left of the roof, not far from Calico.
"Got you, slut," Giriko said with a wide grin as he threw himself towards the doll in front of him, chains being at their highest gear by now and Justin could sense the chainsaw's aura even though he wasn't even close to the building they were on. That was the anger he had wanted, that controlled rage that made Giriko the most dangerous enemy the priest had ever faced. The rage that made him into the man even the devil would fear once it was his time to die and Justin could only feel sorry for his beloved God if he would have to deal with the chainsaw after death.
Calico was able to somewhat avoid the attack but not before half her face was torn off by the chains, leaving only her green eye and mouth still intact. The nothingness inside of her body was now gruesomely obvious as she stared at Giriko with pure hatred, succeeding with holding back a scream from the pain. She had managed to land far away, the rest of her body still as intact and stable as sewn together, rotten skin driven by magic could be.
Justin wouldn't let Calico rest for even a second as he now got closer in a quick pace, managing to avoid a desperate attack with the yo-yo and his blade glistened in the light of the moon as it was raised, the priest quickly cutting down over the doll's chest. The front of her body split open, from the collarbone down to her navel, revealing more of that emptiness inside her and this time the pain was too great for her to hold back a grown but she was too exhausted to make a scream. She quickly jumped away from the guillotine but it was for nothing.
Right behind her she could hear raging chains and before she even was able to turn around she could feel the dark presence almost suffocating her.
"Looks like you lost, let's hug on that." The muscular arms, covered in chains wrapped around her and with one last, pained scream the rest of her body was ripped to shreds, the yo-yo falling from her hand before the skin pieces that was left of the doll rested on the ground.
Where the toy had been Paw's broken body appeared, every bone in it seeming in an unnatural position, poking out from beneath her skin. It was quite a horrible sight but Giriko didn't seem to care as he slowly went back to his usual, slouched position, putting his bloody hands into his pockets after removing the chains.
"What an anticlimax, just a flesh wound." He glanced down at his waist, feeling quite dizzy from the blood loss by now but he didn't seem to care as he moved towards the priest, Justin being busy thinking about how he would try to explain this mess to Shinigami-sama. He would for sure be punished for this, one way or the other. "Ey, asshat. I'm bleeding, make it stop."
Justin turned to the other, raising an eyebrow as he glanced down at the wound. That reminded him of his own cuts and exhausted body but Giriko had taken the worse of it.
"I'm not a doctor," Justin replied calmly, restraining himself from sitting down since his legs were shaking by now. He did however remove the robe, tearing off a big part of it as he walked the last distance that was between him and Giriko, soon starting to bandage him up. "I can't make it stop bleeding completely but I can lessen the flow so you will live for longer. You need medical attention though. If we go back to Shib..."
"Like hell," Giriko replied, grimacing slightly when the priest put more pressure on the wound. "You said you would let me free if I helped, I helped. Paw is not only ugly now, she's also dead and Calico is non-existent. I know where to go, I've been hurt before while on my own."
"Is that supposed to impress me?" Justin kept calm as he soon finished bandaging the other, taking a step back so they now where facing each other.
"Like I need to impress you," Giriko snorted, gritting his sharp teeth slightly. "You better be prepared though, you still got a promise to fulfill." The stern grimace he'd had first turned into a grin as he took one step forward, pressing up against Justin as he grabbed the T-shirt that had been beneath the robe. "Also, I'm taking this as a souvenir."
Before Justin was able to think about what the other meant he had lost his T-shirt, now standing in only his pants and shoes and he looked quite baffled as Giriko just turned around and walked away, putting the piece of clothing into his pocket together with his hand.
Once the chainsaw was out of sight Justin slowly sat down, falling onto his back as his body felt heavier than it had done in a long time. He was exhausted to say the least but he couldn't help but let a smile decorate his pale lips. It was not a lopsided one nor was it amused. It was genuine relief that showed on his face, for a short while making him look like his real age. The following minutes got blurrier and blurrier before everything went black and when he woke up he was in the medical wing at the school.
He would have to face an angry Shinigami-sama, most likely. Not to mention fellow Death Scythes that would curse his foolishness. At least Giriko could drag some of that hate away from him. Or not, the chainsaw was gone, something Justin had already forgotten and he sighed quietly for himself before he glanced out through one of the windows. He had never spent as much time in hospital beds as he had during this mission but in the end, it had been worth it. They had not lost anyone or anything, or perhaps some sanity on the way but it had paid off in the end.
"Finally awake? Thank God, I was worried you would be out for a week." It was one of the nurses that put some water on the side of the bed, changing one glass that she had probably put there earlier in case he would wake up. "The whole town is talking about what you did. It was very dangerous and extremely stupid." Of course she had to lecture him, nurses always did when you put your health at risk. "But you saved us... And Shinigami-sama will for sure have that in mind even if he punishes you."
"Of course, he is a fair God. Whatever he decides I have deserved it and I won't wait for my judgement." He threw the cover off, not caring in the slightest that he was completely naked except for bandages and he walked over to the chair where his clothes were neatly folded, a new T-shirt waiting for him. The nurse had quickly looked away with a bright blush on her cheeks, not having been prepared for the sudden display. Justin hadn't thought about it, he had mostly just been happy he hadn't had Giriko standing there ogling him like a piece of meat.
"Y-you have to rest a bit more! After that fight.."
"I'm going, Miss, but thank you for your concern and care." He bowed his head slightly to show his respect before he walked out of the medical wing without another word. He was on his way to Shinigami's room, mustering the strength for whatever would hit him.
oOoOo
"I can not express how stupid, right out idiotic it was to go after Paw yourself. Or even worse, alone with Giriko! Justin-kun, you have always been one of the smarter ones here." That earned Shinigami some insulted stares from the rest in the room but Justin didn't take it as a compliment. He felt like an ashamed puppy at the moment but he didn't show it more than a slightly apologetic glance in the Death Gods direction. "You leave me no choice. You are by now...grounded! For a week. No leaving the city until Thursday next week, I have a mission for you then I need you to take care of."
"What!?" Spirit hurried up to Shinigami, standing between him and Justin now. "Grounded!? He walked out of here without a word, he put himself in danger and disobeyed orders and the most suitable punishment you could think of was to not leave the city!?"
"Nah, nah, Spirit-kun. Disobeyed what orders exactly? I never told anyone of you to not go and meet Paw-san in the middle of the night together with a crazy chainsaw, now did I? Or did I? I really can't remember but either way, even if I did the disobeying of that very strange order lead to the protection of this town and the closure for everyone in it that knew people who lived in that village. Now we could save the bodies and bury them properly, if Justin-kun hadn't gone maybe they would have been destroyed and Calico would have attacked this town instead. It was still a very foolish move so..grounded, one week. Dismissed!"
"But.."
"Dismissed!" Spirit sighed quietly before nodding and turning to Justin, giving him a glance that almost seemed to tell the priest to not do anything like that again. The blonde just nodded slightly towards the other before turning back to Shinigami.
"Thank you, Shinigami-sama. I'm in your debt." He bowed his head towards the other before he could feel one of the big fingers beneath his chin, lifting his head up.
"No, my boy. We're in your debt." The voice was a bit calmer than usual but he soon shrugged that calmness away. "Dismissed!" Justin nodded quickly, not wanting to force Shinigami to say that a fourth time and he hurried out the best his still tired legs could hold him and he headed home.
After the painfully slow walk to his house he was just able to get the door open before he suddenly was dragged into the hallway, door closing behind him as his blue eyes met those hazel ones he had thought he wouldn't see again at least for quite a while.
"You.." He wasn't able to say more before Giriko gritted his teeth and let go of the blonde's T-shirt. He took a step back inside, seeming a bit unsteady and probably a bit drugged on top of that. Which would explain why he made the stupid decision of sneaking into Shibusen in the middle of the day. He might have saved the city but that didn't mean he was welcomed.
"I'm here, tada, or some bullshit." He leaned against the wall, looking quite tired as he put a beer bottle to his lips, using the sharp teeth to remove the cap and spitting it out on the floor without a second thought. "Your bed was much more comfortable than that Wo lady's." That was the nicest thing Justin had heard Giriko call someone. Though she had helped them a lot so he guessed Giriko could show some kind of politeness or at least respect towards a few chosen people.
"How long have you been here? And how much have you been drinking exactly?" That only earned him a shrug as the brunette turned around and walked towards the couch on unsteady legs.
Justin couldn't help but let out a sigh, bowing his head slightly forward to hide the smile that was forming. Once he made sure it had died down he looked up again, kicking his shoes off and slowly moving into the living room as well.
"I'm grounded for a week. No leaving the town, no missions before next Thursday." Justin sat down on the armrest after Giriko threw himself on the couch, projecting one leg up over the couch's back.
"Oh, poor you. What a harsh punishment." Giriko huffed quietly as he downed almost half his beer in one go, putting it down on the table. "You really are weak as fuck here, grounded. What are you, a kid?"
"Wouldn't that make you a pedophile?" Justin looked over at the other, watching the familiar vein in his forehead almost explode as he was called something like that. He didn't really care about the rage though, nor did he care about the promise he had made yesterday. Or if it was last week, he didn't know for how long he had been out.
Instead the priest crawled onto the couch as well, placing himself over Giriko and looking down onto that weathered face.
"What, you gonna beg me to fuck you now?" The chainsaw grinned as he moved his hands towards the other's hips, already planning how he could rip those clothes off the slim yet well trained body. His thoughts didn't go very far before Justin dropped all of his weight onto the other, making him almost lose his breath. "What the hell!?"
"You can fuck me tomorrow, I want to sleep." Justin didn't even care if he used that word, nor that he so casually gave into Giriko's taunting. He was tired and cold and Giriko was just the perfect amount of warm to heat his body up.
"Tch," was the only thing that came from the chainsaw as he wrapped one of the big arms around the blonde, giving away more of his warmth. "Sure, priestess. We got the whole week after all." He grinned a bit before closing his own eyes, actually almost relaxing a bit.
"Then I'm gonna humiliate you once we meet again on the battlefield."
"Fuck you."
Well, that was it, geeze. I hope that I didn't disappoint too many people since I know some were waiting for it to go down between the two but believe me, you don't want this story to end with a sex scene written by me.. Just trust me on that one.
So, almost three years and seven chapters later it's the ending and while I've been incredibly bad at being consistent with posting I'm so happy people have kept reading, even if it has been a year between the chapters.
Thank you so much for the cute and uplifting reviews and I will try to get some more fanfics up when I got the time but probably some patience will be required when reading those as well...
Until then, bye!
