Bianca's POV

The Next Day

I didn't sleep one bit the entire night. How could I? All I could think of was Nico.

My once perky little brother had changed so much. Percy told me long ago that after my death a few years back, he ran off and met this spirit, named King Minos. That he threw out all of the Mythomagic cards and figures he'd collected, except for one. The one I died for. Percy claimed to have seen it in his cabin one time, before he freaked out.

I just laid awake on my cot all night long, so when Percy barged through my bedroom door, I barely reacted.

"Bianca?" He mumbled.

I had the cover's drawled over my face, curled into a pillow.

I assumed he sat down, because the side of the bed slunk down next to me.

Percy grabbed my side and began to shake me. "Biaaaaanca. Wake up. We have to go to breakfast! Luke, Oliver, and Cassidy are waiting.. You still have to transform."

Rolling over, I pulled the blankets back with me. Percy was sitting on the edge of the bed, his transformation incomplete as well. His raven black hair was a mess as usual and his bright green eye's were glancing around the room.

"Go away." I turned back over.

I could hear Percy sigh. "Didn't sleep well?"

I groaned as a response. "No."

"Thinking about...?"

I nodded.

We both remained silent for minutes to come. Percy stood up from the spot where he sat.

"Well," I felt a pair of hands grab my waist. "you still have to get up. We have capture the flag today and we need training beforehand." Percy continued on, as he pulled me out of the bed by my waist and over is left shoulder.

I groaned, just allowing this as he walked off. "Percy, put me down."

Percy chuckled, walking to the main room in the Chaos cabin. Our cabin was much larger than the other's, on the inside that is. On the outside it was the exact same size, though the door wasn't a see through screen.

"Percy.. Set me down." I muttered again.

Laughter echoed from behind me. "Not a morning person, Bianca?" It was Oliver's voice.

Percy dropped me on one of the couches, "Shut up Oli." I yawned, lazily.

Oliver stuck his tongue out at me and I just smiled at him. Nico used to do that when he got agitated.

Something glittered from the corner of the room and I was tempted to turn my head, until Percy yelled "Shield your eye's!" Which I did, quickly.

"Lord Chaos." It was Luke's voice, he sounded surprised. "What are you doing back so early?"

I popped my eye's open. Lord Chaos stood at the other end of the room. His usual dark skin was a lighter brown color, his suit was still pure white, but with a dark red tie.

Chaos looked generally shocked too, "One of you summoned me. I assumed one of my children needed me."

"It wasn't me." Oliver announced. He wasn't relaxed on the couch anymore, he'd stood and straightened up like he'd been taught. I swear, sometimes he could be such a prod.

"Me neither.." Cassidy mumbled. Her eye's were droopy, must of been weird for her to sleep on a different planet for the first time.

"I summoned you, Lord." Percy spoke up. His voice quivered at the words, but he stepped forward.

Chaos turned, grinning. "What is the problem, my dear boy?"

Percy was paler than normal. Something was seriously wrong with him. "I have a favor to ask, my lord."

There was a pause in the room. The atmosphere had changed entirely. "Ask away, Perseus."

Percy sighed. "Okay..." He started. "You see, yesterday when we were getting a tour around the camp. The boy who was leading us, Jason Grace-" Chaos nodded in acknowledgement. "-he'd told us, one of my friends were killed a few years ago..." Percy's expression harden.

"Ah, yes. Leo Valdez, I assume?" Percy nodded. "And you want to know if... I can bring him back?"

"Exactly!" Percy chirped.

Chaos sighed, "I'm afraid, Young Perseus... That your request is out of my reach.."

Percy was crestfallen. His shoulders slumped,"You can't bring him back?" It was barely a whisper.

"I'm afraid not.. He's only been gone for three years. The fates only allow the hero's another chance after five years of their death. That's how I brought Bianca and Luke back so easily." Chaos explained.

Percy didn't meet anyone's eye's. He just kept staring at the floor.

"But, Perseus. For such a great hero, I may be able to talk to the Fates and see if I can try to bend the rules a little bit." He smirked.

Now the room was dead silent. Bending the will of the fates? Every Demigod knew that was a big No-No.

Percy's mouth was slightly a-gap. "Seriously?"

Chaos nodded. "Seriously. Now, I must be off. You two transform. You have exactly one minute and twelve seconds before Pallasia will arrive at the door. Toodles." With that, he disappeared.

"Did he just say Toodles?"

"Who's Pallasia?" Cassidy mumbled.

Percy hit the button on his watch and I watched as he changed. "Pallasia is my sister." He muttered. "Pallas is her nickname, like Percy is mine."

I reached down for my watch and transformed. Just in time too, as a knock echoed on the door. "I'm coming in!" Pallas yelled.

Her form appeared in seconds. She was out of breath, her eye's were puffy as if she was crying. "Hurry... To the Big House. Now."

Percy's P.O.V

"Wait..." I mumbled. "Repeat it again."

This wasn't right, not again. Rachel Elizabeth Dare sat exhausted on the Big House's couch. Her green eye's were closing fast. Rachel quickly repeated:

"Unforgotten enemies will attack,

leaving us and our Companions taken aback,

The Son of Poseidon shall rise again,

only a battle he can defend,

Day's of War, It's Savaging ways,

Lives lost in an endless Haze,

Suffering a war to all extent,

Only to end with a Hero's last Breath."

"Its another prophecy.. That's why Chaos sent you all, he knew something was going to happen." Annabeth spoke, from the opposite side of the table. To be truthful, it's really awkward being this close to her. Since we all sat down, her eye's haven't left my face.

Crowding around us are some of the Cabin councilors. Like Jason and Piper to my left, Nico and Pallas in the far corner, Peter and Annabeth in front of me, Clarisse and so many more. Some I didn't recognize.

Nico had his arm wrapped around Pallas, who was crying silently.

"Unforgotten enemies will attack... That's got to be Gaia and the giants.." Annabeth claimed.

"Or..." I stopped. "It could be Kronos."

Annabeth gave me a look, no- the look of How-the-Hades-did-you-know-that? I smiled cheekily at her.

"What? I do my research." I smirked, which caused her to glare harshly at me.

She averted her eye's back to the paper, "Okay. Leaving us and our companion's taken aback. That could be the Romans or Chaos's army."

This time nobody objected.

"And the next line is clearly about Peter." Annabeth stated, which got a clearly read smirk to appear on his face.

"No it's not." Someone sneered, but not just anybody, it was Pallas. She had stood from where she was perched, with Nico at her side.

Peter glared at her. "Sit back down." He growled.

If Luke hadn't grabbed onto my wrist, I would of pulled out Riptide and literally cut his head off.

Pallas held her ground, with a similar glare. Nico had one arm on her wrist to be sure nothing happened and I silently thanked him for that.

"The Son of Poseidon shall rise again, only a battle he could defend. Peter's never rose to victory, like Percy has. He's coming back.. He has to!" Pallas argued.

"Pallas!" Annabeth snapped, wheeling around in her seat. "Percy's dead. Okay?! You heard what Nico said. He couldn't find his in the Elysium Fields. He probably chose rebirth. Get over it." Annabeth spun back around in her chair, forcing herself to focus on the work.

Pallas's hands clenched, her head bowed. "For years... You've put the blame on me. The whole camp has! But it wasn't just my fault! It's your's too, Annabeth! It's your fault he's d-dead too!" On the last word, Pallas ran out, with Nico close behind.

Everyone in the room was silent, but I could still hear her words. They blamed Pallas on my death? How could they? Pallas hadn't made it quick enough, that was all. It wasn't her fault.. But, another though occurred to me. I'd blame myself as well if the roll's were reversed.

"Excuse me.." Annabeth mumbled, her head low, she left the cabin too. Peter rose and swiftly followed.

"Well..." It was Piper who stepped in. "Long day ahead of us.. See you all at the Games. Meeting adjourned."

Every cabin filed into the dining hall and sat in their according spots. Everybody but us. We stood at the front of the hall, table less.

Many camper's were sitting with their parentage. Though, Pallas sat at the Hades table instead of her's and Annabeth sat with Peter. My eye's were trained on the two, when Nico leaned forward and kissed Pallas on the cheek. That made me smile.

Chiron stomped his foot and everyone hushed. "Tonight," He called out. "we need to welcome our guests. From Htrae, Lord Chaos's army. Hail to them." Everyone clapped. "Not only are we welcoming them, but tonight is also our annual Capture the Flag tournament."

The hall erupted in cheers.

"I feel loved." Oliver pipped in.

A few chuckles gave way to his response. But, Chiron brushed over it.

"Our team's, as everyone has been anticipating for have been picked. But-" Many groaned. "-before I announce the teams, the Aphrodite cabin has volunteered to step out of the competition for Lord Chaos's children to participate."

Down the pavilion, a husky laughter echoed. "Children of Chaos or not, we'll still crush em'!" Clarisse rose from where she had sat at the Ares table. The rest of her siblings howled along with her.

"Oh yeah?" It was Luke who stepped up.

"Luke..." Bianca mumbled.

"If you think that to be true, then we accept your challenge." He smirked.

Chiron cleared his throat, "Ah-ha. Now, would you rather argue or hear the teams?" Silence. "That's what I thought. Okay and on the Red team...Nemesis, Hecate, Iris, Ares, Zeus, Apollo, Hermes, Tyche and Nike." Some cheered. "Blue team is Poseidon, Demeter, Hephaestus, Dionysus, Hades, Hypnosis, Athena, Hebe, and Chaos. Now good luck to all."

The two teams split up in the pavilion to meet up with their teams.

The children of Hephaestus were the first to approach us. Lead by Nyssa; Shane, Christopher and Harley followed close behind, along with two more children I didn't recognize the ca.

"Hi," Nyssa announced. "I'm Nyssa, head counselor of the Hephaestus cabin. These are my siblings. Shane, Christopher, Harley and our newest member's Jordan and Alec."

I shook her offered hand, "Hi, I'm Gavin Ross. That's Alexander-" Luke smiled. "Lilly and Logan Marullo, and lastly that's..." My words trailed off. We'd never picked a name for Bianca.

"Holly Montez." Bianca spoke up. "Nice to meet you all."

More campers began to show up, introductions were quickly said before we all filed towards the woods.

Chiron grinned among the campers, he turned to Mr. D, who sighed lazily.

"Okay, okay. Brats-"

"Mr. D..." Chiron warned.

"I mean Campers.. Man your stations. Capture the flag will begin soon."

With that.. We're off.

Annabeth's plan was already in action. Guarding the blue team's flag stood Nico, Pallas, and I. The others were spread out in the woods to take down surprise attacks, if needed.

Between Pallas and I, Nico seemed the least tense. He held Pallas's hand and squeezed it every now and then, mumbling reassuring words towards her.

Why?

Just because the Blue flag happened to be placed near the place I'd been 'Killed' and some new drop off that hadn't been there before. It was literally a fifty foot plunge.

Pallas mumbled something about checking the perimeter.

Nico jumped from the place where he was perched. "No."

"Nico, I'm just going to see-"

"Pals, you can't go off alone. Not here." He replied, sharply.

"Neeks," Pallas sighed. "I'll stay in view, I promise." She leaned forward and placed a small kiss on his cheek, before walking off.

My eyes flickered after her. She was walking towards the drop off.

"What happened over there?" I mumbled, once she was out of view.

Nico sighed, running his hand through his shaggy hair. "An accident. A long time ago." He paused. "I'm guessing you've heard about Pallas's brother from somebody?"

I nodded. "That's what I thought. Well, that night.. When she found his sword, bloodied... She freaked out and caused an earthquake." He leaned against the tree.

"S-She caused an earthquake?!" I gaped.

Way to go little sister. Out of everything we've been through, who knew you had that in you.

Nico nodded. "I don't think I've introduced myself. I'm Nico Di Angelo, son of Hades."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Gavin. Gavin Ross."

"Gavin. British name." He replied, casually.

I gave him a funny look. "Yeah.. I guess so."

The corners of Nico's mouth rose slightly, he opened his mouth to say something right when Pallas screamed.

My head whipped towards her. She was backing away from a shaded area, holding her sword. Seconds later, Clarisse emerged.

Nico ran forward, trying to get to her side, but another camper stepped out from the shadows and cornered us.

My hand reached for Riptide automatically, before I stopped myself. I couldn't pull Riptide out.. Pallas would recognize it. She would recognize me.

I grabbed the quickest think that I could find. Some stick that had fallen off of a nearby tree. The two campers that approached me slowly laugh, "Ohh, what are you going to do? Destroy us with a stick?"

"This is the best Chaos's army has? A stupid little kid holding a stick?"

Maybe I should of swung the branch, but, instead I charged at the smallest one. Taking them by surprise, I slammed the branch over the boys head.

He gasped, dropping his sword.

Wow. Really?

I sprung forward and wrapped my hand around the hilt, blocking the attack from the girl to the left, to no avail. Her knife bit down into my left shoulder blade.

"No maiming." I croaked.

"Oops!" She chuckled.

I managed to pull myself onto my feet and began to back away. My shoulder bloodied, I lifted my good arm up for another attack when Nico cried out.

"PALLAS!"

I turned in the last second to see Clarisse slamming her hilt into Pallas's chest and Pallas falling over the edge of the drop off.
