I DO NOT OWN PJO OR HP

HoO NEVER HAPPENED

This is an AU. I'm just making up stuff that will happen now.

Hermione asked a few more questions and Nico usually just answered with simple "Mhm's" or "No's."

"Do you like music?"

"Can you draw?"

Dear gods, can she give him some peace for just a minute? Hermione left after he insisted that he just wanted to go to sleep, and then he rested his head back on his pillow. Without realizing it, he started to doze off...

Percy was not a happy camper, to say the least.

All the campers around him had a happy buzz. The Titan War was over, yippee! All Percy could think about was how those campers didn't even notice the catastrophe on the verge of happening.

The Son of Poseidon's eyes shifted from waves crashing onto a beach shore to a hurricane waiting to happen. How could they help Nico now? Annabeth didn't know where Nico was, and Chiron seemed to be holding something back. But why would he do that? If this was to save Nico, then didn't the centaur want to save him?

Shaking his head, Percy focused his eyes onto the scene around him. He didn't realize he walked back to his cabin. Shrugging his shoulders, he opened the door, regretting it much later.

He was squished into an enormous bigger-than-a-bear hug, and almost got Riptide out until he realized who was 'hugging' him.

"Tyson?"

Nico was in a dark room.

A man with pale skin, and snake-like features was ordering around a group of men and women in front of him.

"Severus, any news on the item?" Asked the snake-guy in a voice so low it was almost a hiss.

The greasy-hair man from the house Nico was trapped in stepped forward. His face seemed to be fighting the urge to sneer as he bowed in front of the Dark Lord.

"No, my Lord. The item has been as closed off from us as it can get. That will be changed though, I promise, my Lord." replied Snape in monotone.

Voldemort nodded his head. Although his expression was stoic of emotion, Nico could see something was bothering him, most likely that this "item" was being closed off.

"May I state a suggestion, my Lord?"

Nico turned his head to a platinum blonde haired man. He was tall, and lean. He has this aura of authority about him, like he was in much higher authority than the rest of the gloomy crowd around him.

Voldemort turned his head to the man. "Speak, Lucius."

The newly found Lucius spoke his suggestion, "How about if Severus convinces the item to leave their hiding place, and we can ambush them then."

The Dark Lord has a thoughtful expression on his face, though Nico could only guess that he was pondering this idea. Aside from that, what was this item? From the context the group of people were speaking in, it was obviously a living being at least.

Finally, Voldemort spoke. "I believe this is an acceptable plan. Severus, take care of the item. Lead them out, but make sure they don't know they're being tricked. Your are all dismissed."

Snape nodded and without a word, the cult had divided and left the dreary room, leaving a very confused Nico in its wake.

With a start (and maybe a slight yelp) Nico snapped up and jumped out of his bed panting. Demigod dreams, why do they always have to do that to him?

Shaking his head, Nico rubbed his dry throat and decided to go downstairs to get a glass of water. Getting up from the bed, he walked through the door and headed downstairs to the kitchen. Filling a glass with water, he sat down on a chair by the dining table, and thought up of ways to get out of this house.

It had to have a front door didn't it? How else could these people get in? Getting up, the Son of Hades walked around the house and soon came across a door. Was this it?

Looking around, Nico didn't see anyone and reached for the handle.

"What do you think your doing?"

"HOLY SHIT"

Nico yelped and dropped his glass of water. This guy just scared the living Hades out of him.

Snape looked at the boy in interest. The description of the boy being startled was an understatement, to say the least. He dropped the glass of water and turned to Snape with a wary expression, which soon became one stoic of emotion.

"Oh, you..." Nico said while narrowing his eyes. After his little dream that night, he wasn't going to trust this guy for a while.

Snape looked down at Nico. Why was he suspicious already? Never mind that, he had to get this item to the Dark Lord as to not raise suspicion. After telling Dumbledore of this of course, the Order will send out some members to collect the item and it will be in their possession again.

"How about I get you back to your room now, shall we?" Said Snape while sneering.

Nico looked up at Snape. This guy was really getting on his nerves. "Ummm... sure. Why not?" He replied cautiously as to not raise suspicion, which failed miserably.

Snape looked at the Son of Hades with his eyes narrowed. Grabbing his arm, Snape started to drag the boy, who had surprisingly good strength.

Nico started getting dragged away by Snape but dug his heels into the ground, which didn't help much except for his strength from training at camp. "I can walk on my own!" He growled at the sneering man trying to grab him.

Snape pulled harder and reached with one hand to his wand, getting ready to apparate while he had the item with him. With a popping sound they appeared in a dark room.

Nico felt a sudden sensation of being squeezed to death and looked around the area around him. It was a dark, gloomy room with a stone chair in the front of the room with the snake-man from his dream sitting in it.

"I see you have brought me the item, Severus."

Nico has a feeling his day was going to get far worse, and dang, was he right.
