The team was hanging around the kitchen and living room, trying not to think about what Robin said, excluding Wally. Wally was thinking over everything Robin had said and decided he was right on something. If he did ever come back, it would never be the same as it was before. Robin would probably never be his old, happy self. It wouldn't be like it would before, when they would joke around and go on missions together. There would be tension there like-

"You called Robin 'Dick' in there. Is he who I think he is?" Artemis suddenly said, leaning against the back of the couch.

Wally ran a hand through his hair, "It's not really my place..."

"I knew it! He is Dick Grayson! That little troll! 'We'll laugh about this later.' I should have known!"

"What's going on?" Megan mumured to Conner. He just shrugged, not knowing either.

Artemis stopped her little rant and her face fell, "Wait. Did that really happen to his..."

Wally nodded forlornly.

She gave a yell and started kicking the couch. In between kick's, she mumured, "It's not fair! It's not fair!"

Kaldur turned towards Wally, "Could you please enlighten those in the dark? Why is Artemis kicking the couch?"

"She figured out Robin's civilian ID."

Kaldur eyebrow furrowed, "That does not explain her fit."

Wally sighed, running his hand over his face. "Look, I don't think I should say...It's not my place and Bats would kill me. I don't want to die..."

"I think it would be benefical for the team to know. It would help us understand Robin better and the reasons he...left."

Wally thought hard for a moment and then nodded reluctantly. "Alright. Robin grew up in a circus called Haley's with his parents." Wally paused when Megan gasped. They had a mission there. "They were trapeze artists called the Flying Graysons.

"On Robin's eighth birthday, the circus was in Gotham. Robin overheard a mob boss, named Tony Zucco, threatening the ringleader. Zucco said that if the ringleader didn't give him money, something would happen to one of his acts. Haley, the ringleader, refused.

"That night, Robin was supposed to perform live for the first time with his parents. Right before he was about to go on, the wires snapped. He watched as his parents fell. Zucco cut the wires. They...they didn't survive."

Megan was sobbing into Conner's shoulder, who wasn't faring too well either. Kaldur looked like a fish out of water (Heh!) and was gripping tightly onto the countertop.

"It's not fair! He didn't deserve any of this!" Artemis yelled as she continued to beat up unanimate objects.

"I know. I know." Wally said sadly.

"What...What happened next?" Megan whispered.

"Robin didn't have any other family, so he was assigned a case worker to find him a home or orphanage. His case worker hated him for some reason and put him in Gotham's Juvenile Detention Center."

"WHAT? That's the worst one in the country!" Artemis yelled, whirling around to look at Wally.

"What's a Juvenile Detention Center?" Megan asked confused.

"It's a prision for kids." Artemis growled.

"He didn't do anything wrong! Why was he put there?"

"There are horrible people in this world, Megs. Horrible, horrible people. How long was he there?" Artemis directed the last comment at Wally.

"He was there two months before he was taken in by Batman. Robin found out he was Batman two weeks later. Then, Robin took down Zucco and officially became Robin the Boy Wonder."

"That's what he meant that day. Batman didn't tell him Zucco broke out of jail. That's why he was upset." Megan said, still sobbing.

Wally nodded. They all were in a greiving silence before,

Speedy B-06

"God damn it, it's Red Arrow!" Floated in through the door. Wally eyes widened at the sound of it.

"Did anyone call Roy and tell him we found Robin?"

To his horror, they all shook their heads. His eyes widened in fear and he didn't have time to say anything before Roy's arm was against his throat.

"So, why is it that I had to learn from my fian-resources and not you that Robin had been found!?" He growled, his eyes narrowed dangerously.

Wally spluttered, "I-He-It's so-Uh."

"Well!" He pressed harder.

"YeswefoundRobin, buthe'stheapprenticeofDeathstroke. HedidthingstoRobinthatchangedhim. Hetorturedhim,Roy. Wesawsomeofitanditwasawful. Iguessweforgottotellyou." Wally blurted out.

Roy just looked at the other members of them team, not being able to understand Wally. Seeing as nobody else would step up, Artemis stepped forward with a sigh.

"What Baywatch was trying to say was that we did find Robin, but he's not the same."

"Not the same how?" He growled.

"Well, I guess after our fight, he went to Gotham and somehow became the apprentice of Deathstroke?" She ended it nervously, tugging at her hair slightly.

Roy froze, "Deathstroke?" He spoke softly, barley a whisper.

Artemis nodded cautiously.

"Robin became the fucking apprentice to Deathstroke? The World's Most Deadliest Assasian? Are you fucking kidding me?!" He released Wally and punched the wall, leaving a crater. "What else should I know?"

"He was kinda...uh, Deathstroke tortured him. Deathstroke changed him. He's just so different now. He doesn't smile or laugh. He's not energetic and he's just so broken...He attacked me, Roy. He attacked me. I want my little brother back." Wally whispered the last sentence, his head hung low.

Roy stared at Wally, not wanted to believe a word of it, but knew nothing else could make his best friend act this way. He pulled Wally into a hug, surprising most of the ocupants of the room.

After a while he let go, "I want to see him."

Wally nodded, speeding to go find a Leauger with the code.

Black Canary opened the door for Roy, giving him a sad look before turning away. He stepped into the room and gasped slightly at the sight before him.

"Robin." He breathed.

His usually entergetic brother, was as still as a rock with a stoic mask on his face. It was wrong. He should never look like this. He should be bubbly and jumping around the room. This...this wasn't Robin.

Robin stared at him with an indifferent expression. "Red Arrow."

Roy flinched slightly at the montonous sound of his voice, but steeled himself before it could get any farther.

"I would have been here didn't tell me, the assholes. My resources had to tell me." He felt himself babbling, not knowing what to say.

"Cheshire, you're fiancée, you mean."

He gasped. "What? How-How-"

"She's an ex-employee of his. Master keeps tabs on everyone. It would help if he was ever needed weaknesses exploited. I was slightly surprised when I found out."

"I-You-Deathstroke knows?"

"No. I deleted it from his files before he saw."

"What? Why would you do that?"

Robin's brow furrowed, the first time he showed an emotion since he entered the room. "I-I don't know." He seemed puzzled at hisself. "I-I just saw it and something came over me. I didn't want Mast-Deathstroke to see it."

Roy was flabbergasted, "Thank you."

Robin nodded. He opened his mouth to say something, but before he could, the wall suddenly exploded and a figure stepped out of the dust.

Roy growled, "You!"
