Those words echoed in my brain and didn't fade until I felt a gentle tap on my cheek.
"Yui~"
When I open my eyes Kou is no longer close to me, but sitting at the edge of the bed wearing his school uniform. How much time has passed?
"You sure do sleep a lot," Kou says with a small giggle.
"But I guess that's expected from a little kitten." He says and leans forward, giving me a small peck on my nose.
"We have to go to school, so be good while we're gone okay? If not, you will get a bad~ punishment when we come back."He warns with a voice as sweet as honey and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear.
"If you're good, you may even get," He presses his lips to my neck
"An award." He mumbles suggestively before grazing his fangs against my neck. He pauses and exhales a shaky breath.
"How is it possible for someone to smell this sweet? He mumbles to himself, his voice heavy with desire. I couldn't help the small squeak that came out when he pressed his tongue against my neck.
"How cute~," He practically moaned and wrapped his arms around me. Before I knew it, he had rolled us over and we were on our sides, facing each other. He took one look at my face and licked his lips sensually.
"You're making this so hard…" Kou whispered and buried his face in my neck, pulling me flush against him.
"Why did it have to be you? He mumbled something under his breath. It was so quiet I couldn't even hear it. I squirmed in his hold, all too aware of how close we were.
"Hey stop moving," Kou commanded and tightened his hold on me. I couldn't move anymore, he was too strong. We laid there like that for a while. Eventually, I stopped trying to get away and succumbed to his embrace which was almost, comforting. It had been so long, I had begun to wonder if Kou had fallen asleep. I pulled back just enough, so I could see his eyes. They were indeed closed.
"U-um Kou…" I whispered quietly. Kou groaned and snuggled more into me.
"Just...just a little longer."He mumbled sleepily. I found myself smiling softly. I guess not everything I thought about these guys was a lie. Kou was still the little kid you thought he was. I let my hand fall into Kou's hair, temporarily forgetting my position. As soon as my hand touched his hair, Kou abruptly pulled away from me.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Kou demanded with cold eyes. The sweetness in his voice had all but evaporated into thin air. With wide eyes, I slowly brought my hand back to my chest. But before I could fully place it down, Kou snatched my wrist.
"Listen here. Don't ever touch me again, understand?"Kou commands. I slowly nod, my voice once again failing me. His grip on my wrist tightens.
"Say it!" He shouts. I wince not being able to help the tears that are forming in my eyes.
"I-I understand!" I sob as the tears start to fall down my cheeks. Kou's lips turn up into a sadistic smile.
"Hey~ Do you want to hear a secret?" He asks quietly. I say nothing, but he continues anyway.
"You...Are nothing."He says and kisses my cheek softly.
"So don't get any ideas that you're something special, okay kitten?" He says and places his lips on my forehead. I open my mouth to speak, but he places his fingers to my lips.
"Shush now. Just be good and obedient. It will keep you alive a longer." He smirks sweetly at me and rolls off the bed. He walks over to the door, straightening his uniform as he walks. He opens the door and just before he walks out he turns to me.
"Be a good girl." With a playful wink, he walks out, closing the door behind him. I stare at the door for a long time after he leaves, trying to comprehend what just happened. It takes me a moment to understand what them leaving means. Escape. I can finally escape! I jump out of the bed, adrenaline pumping. This may be my only chance, and I have to take it!

I try my hardest to shake off the memory of her hand grazing my hair. I hate this. Why is she the only one who blocks those awful memories? I shiver as I remember how it felt to have that man's hand gripping my hair, dragging me to my feet. He seemed to be deaf to my screams of pain. Just like the rest of them. To them, I was just a beautiful plaything. No. I don't want to remember! I've tried so hard to forget. No matter how hard I tried, I could never stop the dreams. No. Not dreams. Nightmares. But when I'm with her, I can sleep nightmare free. I feel so at peace with her. I hate her. She makes me feel so weak, but at the same time, I feel stronger when she's by my side. Why her? Out of all the girls that could make me feel this way...Why did it have to be her?
"Kou, did you chain Yui up like I instructed you to?" Ruki's voice seizes my attention, pulling me out of my thoughts. I give Ruki a sheepish smile.
"I forgot...Sorry Ruki-ni!~" I apologize. Ruki lets out a sigh of frustration.
"You do realize she's going to escape right?" Ruki asks rhetorically. I just shrug.
"Oh well," I absentmindedly say while tucking my bang behind my ear."
"Not like it matters anyway." Yuma, who has been listening quietly adds.
"She'll...Come back...We're way better…"Azusa says with a small upturn of his lips.-YUI'S P.O.V.-
Okay, all the rooms are clear. The living room is clear. No one in the kitchen. The house is completely silent. I wonder where my cell phone is? I backpedal to the bedrooms. It must be in one of their rooms. First I check Azusa's room. I have never seen so many knives in one place in my entire life. Every drawer I check-in has at least ten knives in them. Now that I think about it, what if I'm caught? I'll need a way to defend myself. I grab a small silver dagger and tuck it into the waistband of my pants. After looking in every nook and cranny of Azusa's room and realizing my phone is not there, I check Kou and Yuma's room. No luck. Of course, it would be in Ruki's room. The only room in the house I'm not allowed in. I open the door and sure enough, there's my phone sitting on the dresser charging. I stealthily, just in case I wasn't alone, crept up to my phone and took it off the charger. No messages or calls. I guess I wasn't very popular even before I lost my memories. Figures. There was one thing I had to find out. I went to my search engine and typed in 'Sakamaki Mansion'. Nothing. I typed 'Sakamaki'. Nothing. What else could I type? Maybe… I typed in 'Vampires'. Several articles popped up.
'Are Vampires Real?' 'Proof Vampires exist.' 'Vampires: Mythical Creatures'. Yeah. Mythical. Sure. 'Mansion Rumored To Be Inhabited By Vampires' This sounds about right. I click on the article and start to read it out loud.
"The 'Naraka Mansion' has been vacant for thousands of years. It's a spot many teenagers use as a 'courage test'. The first person to do the challenge was a 14-year-old boy in the year 1940. He was said to have come out, albeit a little creeped out, but other than that perfectly fine. Since then it has been a tradition to spend the night in that house before the age of 18. But unfortunately 20 years later the game turned dark after a 16-year-old girl spent the night in the house. Her friends left her in the house for 24 hours, but when they came back she was nowhere to be found. For three agonizing weeks, the town searched for her. Finally, she was found in a nearby ditch. Dead. Her throat had been slit and her body had been completely drained of blood. Even though there were many factors that pointed to her being killed in the house, teens still continued to play the game. If the teens were under 16 or male, they came out unharmed. But if 16 or older and female, they all either disappeared or were found dead a few weeks later. All the bodies that were found had all their blood drained. Some had their throat cut and others were strangled. The most recent disappearance is a girl of 17 years old. Yui Komori." My breath catches and my phone falls from my hand. Me? Did I spend the night in that house? I picked up my phone and with shaky hands, continued to read. " Yui's story is rather unique. Instead of being dared by her friends, her own father tricked her spending the night. Yui had been living with her mother for ten years and after years of convincing, her mother finally allowed her to stay with her father for six months. Her father believed that since she was going to live with him she needed to go through the tradition. He says he hadn't heard about the girls going missing, but the authorities find that hard to believe. There is no sufficient evidence to charge Yui's father. Because of that, he will face no charges. The search for Yui continues. As it has been several months, the search has now turned into a body recovery. Many people are turning to the ridiculous that vampires are taking these girls, sucking them dry and then disposing of their bodies. Now that you've read all the facts. What do you think has happened to those poor girls?'" With that question, the article ends. My mind is reeling from what I just read. If this is really true then that means, I need to find that mansion. I quickly go back to the search engine and type in 'Location of Naraka Mansion'. A few moments later a map pops up telling me how to get there. To my surprise, it's only a few blocks away. I better go before those guys get back.
