"What are you doing here?" He seethed, watching as Hermione straightened her back in her seat. From what Marcus could see Vivian's long polished fingernails had more than likely grazed her bare back during the time she had gripped the head of the chair.

"Don't be so callous to a dear old friend love, and take that scowl off your face, it'll give you worry lines," Vivian smirked. Hermione watched as Marcus' scowl grew more serious on his face.

"Leave Vivian," He said glaring at the woman in front of him.

"Marcus," She chastised, "I'm sure your mother taught you some manners towards women."

"He does have manners," Hermione corrected.

"Notice I said towards women dear, not girls," She giggled.

"I'm older than you," She responded.

"And how do you know that?"

Hermione smirked, "I knew you looked familiar, bleach blonde hair, powder blue eyes, dimples, and a smirk that could kill. I remember you from Hogwarts, you were a fifth year when I was in my seventh. You're Vivian Carrow."

"Good observation girl."

"I'm not a girl, I'm nearly three years older than you and I have a lot more maturity on my plate than you do. If I were you I wouldn't have approached us, let alone spoke with us, I would have just left, because it's rude to interrupt dinner between two people when you weren't even invited."

"It's also rude to start arguments with people whom you don't know," Vivian retorted.

"I've got my wand strapped to my thigh, if you want an argument we shall have one."

"I'm from Slytherin; I know more spells than your dainty little head could comprehend."

Hermione leaned closer and smiled as Vivian looked at her mysteriously, slowly Hermione placed her mouth by Vivian's ear, "I'm a mother to a three-year-old with Draco Malfoy as her biological father, I'm sure I know a few tricks."

Stepping away Vivian threw her head back in laughter, "Isn't that rich, Marcus you're dating a mother. Wait until the pureblood wizards hear of this."

"Where have you been exactly Vivian?" Marcus asked rising from his seat.

"France, why?"

"Haven't you heard?" Hermione smirked.

"Heard what?"

"I'm very popular around the pureblood society if I must say so," She smirked.

"That's even richer, now you're a liar as well?" Vivian laughed.

"I'm sure a few ladies from the pureblood society can attest to that," Marcus chuckled.

"Such as?"

Suddenly, the door to the restaurant opened and four familiar ladies walked past the concierge and towards Hermione with smiling faces.

"Hermione, love, how are you?" Narcissa Malfoy smiled engulfing her into a large hug.

"I've been wonderful, much better than I was earlier, how are you as well?" Hermione smiled.

"I'm golden darling, Cassie's with Lucius; she's having such a joyous time. I wish you and Draco would end your quarrel though, Cassie seems to notice when you're upset with one another," Narcissa lectured.

"Your son needs to learn manners towards me and what conversations are to be around our three-year-old," Hermione responded. Behind Narcissa three snickers were heard.

"Hush you three," Narcissa scolded.

"Elizabeth, Isabelle, Seraphina, how are you? We haven't spoken in weeks, the boys have been distracting me from you all," Hermione smiled as the women engulfed her into a tight embrace like Narcissa.

"We've been all the same, we are always at Malfoy Manor, whenever Cassiopeia is dropped off we hope it's you but it's always Draco. You should quit that job of yours! It's taking too much quality time from Cassie!" Isabelle Zabini scolded.

"Is it taking too much time from Cassie or you Isabelle?" Elizabeth Pucey teased.

"All of us!" Seraphina Nott corrected. Elizabeth eyed Marcus and smiled warmly.

"We're being rude. Mr. Flint, how are you?"

"Splendid, Hermione and I were just dining when we were interrupted," He chimed glaring towards Vivian.

"And who might you be?" Seraphina asked.

"You don't know who I am?" Vivian gaped

Narcissa scowled. "If I knew I would address you by your given name," Seraphina snapped.

"It's quite rude to be that disrespectful to your elders," Elizabeth scolded.

"I'm sorry ma'am. I'm not used to having to explain who I am to others," She replied nervously.

"Well," Elizabeth said.

"I'm Vivian Carrow, Marcus ex-fiancé."

"Oh, a Carrow," Isabelle responded eyeing her up and down.

"You shouldn't address yourself as an ex-fiancé either, it's quite rude to the new relationship formed between him and Miss. Granger," Narcissa replied.

"I can hardly call it a relationship," Vivian snorted.

"Well it is," Hermione snapped.

"You shouldn't meddle in what isn't your business to meddle with," Isabelle retorted.

"You Carrow's are always getting into each other's business and causing havoc over things that don't involve you. I think it would suit you best if you left the premises and went home. You're just a girl learning your manners, when you're as well-mannered as Miss. Granger here then you can come and apologized to us women and Mr. Flint, so as of now you need to go on," Narcissa lectured crossing her arms, something she only did when she was upset.

Vivian bowed her head and quickly turned on her heels before leaving the restaurant.

"Those Carrow's are nasty people," Seraphina spat.

"I think you might have scared her," Isabelle giggled.

"Wait until I receive my howler from Alister Carrow later this evening, then I'll have Lucius handle the situation," Narcissa giggled.

"Would you two like to continue your date now?" Elizabeth smiled. Marcus nodded.

"Thank you for coming," Hermione smiled kissing each of the ladies on the cheek.

"That's what we use these for," Isabelle smiled holding up her ring on her index finger.

Marcus was suspicious as the four women waved one final time at Hermione then headed towards the exit of the restaurant.

"What's that mean?" He asked raising his index finger as Isabelle did.

Hermione placed her hand on the table and shower Marcus. "We designed these rings together; they signal one another when you press the center diamond here. It tells your location and the severity of the situation depending on how long your finger stays on the diamond."

"Aren't you a clever witch," He smirked leaning across the table as he was earlier.

"Where were we?" Hermione smiled.

"I was about to kiss you before we shared out wine," He smiled, nearly making Hermione's heart melt.

"Please do."
