Hey guys I am back with another update because I got a review, and it made me want to write. So I will now say thank you drakonic13 for the review, and I am glad that you like this story. Also I have decided to let Eragon go in exchange for Iliana, since this chapter is mostly about her.

Iliana: *Walks in* Hey, when can I get back to training?

Me: When you are done here.

Iliana: Oh, ok

Me: Ok now if you could just say what you need to, then you can leave, but I will need you back here at the end.

Iliana: Ok, Frost doesn't own anything, but the plot, myself, and any other characters that do not belong to the Eragon series. Alright well I will see you later.

Me: ok bye. Now onto the story.

Chapter 7

Eragon's POV

After letting Iliana, Arya, Thorin, and their dragons rest for a day after they came back to Vroengard, I took Iliana out for her first training session.

"Ok, so Iliana, I want you to show me what you know, and we will go one from there." I said as we squared off with sticks.

"Um, ok."

I let her come at me, but unlike Daedhrog and Thorin, I was able to break through her defenses quickly, and if this had been real, she would be dead by now.

"Ok stop, we definitely need to work on you sword skills, now can you tell me what you know about magic, and I will give you a few minor spell to try out."

"Ok, I know how to make a rock float, and Arya just basically told me the basics when we were in Alagaësia."

"That's good. Ok try to make this pebble float." I said as I found a small rock and handed it to her.

"Stenr reisa!" she said, and slowly the small stone rose off of her palm, and after floating for a few seconds the stone fell onto her palm again. (Stone rise.)

"That was good, try again."

"Yes ebrithil."

I made her practice with the stone until early afternoon, and then we ate and went to help with the construction.

"You did a good job today, and will I go help with to work, I want you to read some of the scroll that we have."

"Yes master."

I took her to where we keep the scrolls, and then went to help with the building, and a few days later Iliana's dragon, Mythia was able to fly, so Saphira took her out to train. Everything went on like this for a few months, and we were coming along with the building we had peace again. All of the riders were coming along with their training, and Iliana was slowly improving with a sword, but I had yet to let her use a real one yet. This was because I had let her once before, and she almost cut Thorin with it, so she will not be getting a sword until she gets better. However with the sticks it does take me a little bit longer to beat her, now with magic she as surpassed Thorin, and is catching up to Daedhrog, she already know some of the more advanced spells, and Iliana can also keep a stone in the air for about two minutes.

Thorin is very good with a sword and is able to beat Murtagh two out of three times when they fight, and his magic is coming along to, but he can only keep a stone in the air for about a minute.

Daedhrog is another story all together, with her being and elf, she can beat everyone except for Arya and me, but that is only because we have more practice. However, she will soon probably be able to beat us one day, and her magic is also up there, with us, but that is probably because she has lived with it her entire life.

Time Skip (Two Months)

Finally, after 16 months 32 weeks and 2 days we were done with all of the construction, we had made walkways between the buildings, and some of the elves had built smaller building so that they can have shops, or their own house, sometimes both. As far as the smaller buildings go, we have a leather shop, where the elf there makes saddles for the riders. We also have a blacksmith, who will make swords and other weapons for the elves; it is also, where the rider swords will be kept. One last small building that we have is a clinic, I mean we have a few other ones; those are just the main ones.

Other than the happiness of being done with the building work, another thing I like is that I can give more time to training Iliana, well that and the fact that I can relax more. However recently it has been as if we are still building, because Arya, Murtagh, and myself have been training our students even harder, and we are also testing Daedhrog and Thorin to see when they might be ready to become masters themselves, as we will be doing today.

"Ok, Daedhrog you first, show me why you should be ready to have your own pupil." I said

"Yes ebrithil." She said, and immediately got into a fighting stance, and then Arya ran at her with the first attack. However, Arya was unable to hit her, because Daedhrog used her speed for her advantage, and was already gone. She showed up to the side of Arya, and went in for her first attack, which she almost landed but Arya deflected it at the last second. It went on like this, with neither person landing a hit, until Arya feinted one way, but did the opposite and caught Daedhrog off guard will hitting her arm. However, Daedhrog did not fall but instead went with the blow lessening it, and then she immediately ran at Arya with her on retaliation, catching Arya in the leg. That was when Arya jumped up using the downward motion, which the blow had made her take, to jump over Daedhrog to get behind her. Then it was all over with Arya's sword being at Daedhrog's throat.

"Good job, Daedhrog, you almost won, and if you learn to better anticipate your enemy's moves then you will win the next time, and every single battle after it." I said as Arya let Daedhrog go.

"That's right, and very good job, I am proud you will make a fine master one day." Arya added

"Thank you ebrithilar" Daedhrog said bowing

"Alright Thorin your turn." I said, and then Arya and Thorin went at it. The fight lasted almost as long as Daedhrog's did, but all too soon it was over and Arya's sword was at Thorin's throat.

"Great job, Thorin, but you too must learn to better anticipate the enemy's moves, you should also work at bettering your defenses." Arya said as she let him go.

"Arya's right, but otherwise good job." Murtagh added, "Also we will work on those defensive moves later."

"Ok, that is it for today, everyone go get something to eat, and I would like for all of you to read through the scrolls. Oh and Iliana, I asked Glaedr to teach and talk to you some, I put his Eldunarí in your room." I said to the young ones, and to Arya and Murtagh I said, "Arya and Murtagh can you stay here for a bit."

"Sure" they said, and after the students were gone they both said, "What is it Eragon?"

"First, when do you think Daedhrog and Thorin will be ready for their swords and to become masters?"

"At least not for a couple more years, they may be great with swords, but they have yet to learn everything about magic and the rider's history." Arya said, while Murtagh added,

"I agree."

"Ok, secondly I need to ask you something Murtagh." I said

"What is it Eragon?"

"I need to ask you if you would be willing to fly to the elf city Ellesméra and drop off two more eggs, to add to the one that didn't hatch last time."

"I may not be welcomed there." He said

"Murtagh is right, but they may be more willing if Daedhrog was with him since she is an elf." Arya added

"Ok, then Daedhrog can go too; it would be fair since Thorin was able to go last time."

"Ok, then I will go, when do you need me to leave?"

"You can leave at dawn to tomorrow, so you and Daedhrog should go to sleep early tonight."

"Ok, then I will leave to pack and to tell Daedhrog, good day."

"Goodbye and Sé onr sverdar sitja hvass." (May your swords stay sharp.)

"And as I hope yours will be too."

After that, Murtagh walked off, and Arya and I left to follow him as well, but only after watching the sunset.

Alright well that is it for this chapter I hoped you all enjoyed it, and I will try to update again as soon as I can.

Iliana: *Pops in*

Me: Hey glad your back, you mind?

Iliana: Not at all, please review and tell us what you think.

Me: Thanks

Iliana: Yep, bye

Me: Bye. Ok, so tune back in next time, to see what happens. Bye everyone!
