Sakura was alone in a hallway, while the team along with the Arusians were in the Command Center. She was sitting on the floor, with her back against the wall as she held a picture in her hands. Hearing footsteps she looked up to see Keith walking up to her, she looked back down at her picture.
"Don't want to party?" He asked as he sat next to her.
"Not really." She shook her head.
"Who do you have there?" He asked as he looked over her arm, to see a nice friendly looking elderly couple.
"Joey, and Amy. They've raised me since I was eight." She showed him the picture. The elderly couple was sitting on a couch inside a living room, Sakura was sitting in between them with a cat in her lap. "I miss them, and wonder if I'm gonna see them again." A tear slid down her cheek. "Joey has a heart condition." Another tear slid down her cheek. "I would give anything to see them again."
Keith wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her gently to his side. "You will see them." He promised. "I promise you that."
Sakura rested her head on his shoulder, accepting his comfort. "I just prey and hope, that I won't be too late."
Keith opened his mouth, but Shiro called for them.

"What!?" Sakura gasped. "Pidge, you're leaving? Why?" She was clearly shocked by the news.
"The download from the Galra ship was enough to at least get me in the right dirdction to start my search." Pidge answered. "I have a pod ready to go." He looked up at Shiro.
"You can't leave." Keith growled, walking to Pidge's side, who turned his body to face him.
"You can't tell me what to do!" He barked, glaring up at Keith.
"If you leave, we can't form Voltron." Keith stated, scowling at Pidge. "And that means, we can't defend the universe against Zarkon. You're not the only one with a family. All those Arusians have families. Everyone in the universe has families."
"Yeah, I have a family. They live on Earth." Hunk said, breaking the tension between Keith and Pidge. "I want to be with them. Is that, like, a thing that can happen?"
"You want to leave, too?" Allura asked, looking at Hunk.
"Of course I do! Look, Voltron is super cool, don't get me wrong. But I never signed up for a lifetime in space, fighting aliens." Hunk said while looking at the Princess.
"You're putting lives of two people over the lives of everyone else in the entire galaxy!" Keith continued, slowing stepping towards Pidge, who backed up.
Sakura grabbed Keith's arm, pulling him back. "Keith, please. Hold the temper." She told him calmly as she hugged his arm tightly.
"That's not how a team works." Shrio had everyone looking at him. "People have to be part of it. They can't be forced." He looks over to Pidge. "Please, just think about what you're doing."
Sakura still hugged Keith's arm. "Pidge, without you, we do not have chance against Zarkon." She tried to plead. "Please don't leave."
"I'm sorry, but you're going to have find someone else to pilot the Green Lion." Pidge said before turning around and walking towards the pods, as everyone else stood in the hallway.
Sakura sighed heavily as she continued to hug Keith's arm, afraid he'll do something that he might regret.
"I can't believe it. The team is falling apart." Allura said as they watch Pidge walk away. "How will we ever form Voltron?"
"What are we going to do now?" Sakura asked, Keith wrapped his arm around her shoulders.
"We're gonna have to do the best we can." Shiro turned to look at her.
A loud explosion is heard, and the castle started shaking. The Arusians started screamed in terrior as the power inside the castle went out.
"Oh no! The crystal!" Allura gasped.
"Where's Lance!?" Sakura cried, remembering she hadn't seen him anywhere.
"What happened?" Shiro asked as he and Hunk ran to Coran's side.
"I'm not sure." Coran said, groaning as Hunk put his arm over his shoulder and everyone looked up. The crystal is destroyed.
"LANCE!" Sakura screamed, seeing him lying on the floor.
"Lance!" Allura gasped.
"Lance? Lance!" Shiro urgently called as he held Lance, his face bruised and dirty.
"We have to get him to the infirmary!" Pidge yelled.
"We can't! The crystal's been broken!" Sakura cried, they all looked up to see the crystal which it had been placed, is now shattered.
"Without the crystal. The castle has no power." Allura said with worry.
"Lion Warriors!" The team turned to see the Arusian chief running towards them. "Our village is under attack! We need help!"
"Let's get to the Lions!" Keith said looking at Shiro.
"You can't. They're sealed in hangers. There's no way to get them out." Allura explained, everyone looking at her. "We're defenseless."
"Will you not help us!?" The chief asked again in a more panicked and impatient tone. All of them didn't know how to answer.
Sakura bit her lower lip as she wrapped her arms around herself. With Lance hurt and the lions locked in their hanger, there was nothing they could do.
"This is bad." Hunk mumbled.
"We have to get a new crystal, in order to operate the castle again. But we'll need a ship." Coran explained, removing his arm from over Hunk's shoulders and standing on his own.
"The pod I was loading, we can use that! I left the bay door open!" Pidge informs, catching Hunk's and Coran's attention.
"I can use the scanner in the pod to see if there's a Balmera nearby." Coran said, turning towards Hunk. "Hunk, you come with me. I'll need someone big to help me carry the crystal."
"A Balmera?" Hunk asked, raising an eyebrow.
"It's where the crystal's come from. I'll tell you about it on the way!" Coran explained, running out of the room with Hunk and Pidge behind him.
"I'll go see what's happening at the Arusian Village." Keith said.
"I'll go with you, Keith. I brought this upon the poor Arusians." Allura said with a guilt tone.
"I'll tend to Lance and stand watch over the castle." Shiro said.
Sakura nodded. "I'll stay to help take care of Lance." She knelt down and gently pulled the injured Lance into her arms.
XxXxXxX
"Hang on buddy, help is on the way." Shiro said as he walked down the hall with Lance over his shoulder, Sakura walking along side him.
"How did we not know something was wrong?" She asked with worry. "I hope Hunk and Coran come back soon." She turned to look at Lance.
"Don't worry, I bet they're at the Balmera right now, getting a new crystal." Shiro tried to reassure her. "Lance will get healed, and he'll be back to his old self soon."
Sakura looked up at him. "Shiro, do you believe Zarkon will find a way to Earth?"
He stopped walking and turned to her. "Yes. Even without us, fighting to stop him. We found Blue Lion first. And Blue Lion was on our planet."
She looked ahead of them, and her eyes widened at the army of Galra soldiers standing at the entrance.
"Sendak." Shiro growled. He placed Lance onto some ledge part of the wall, Sakura quickly went to Lance's side.
"Stay with Lance." Shiro said. "I'll handle this!"
"Be careful!" She knelt down by Lance, looking at his face. "I'm sorry I snapped at you yesterday Lance." She apologized, moving a lock of his hair off his forehead. "You're going to be ok Lance."
"Stand aside." Sendak commanded.
"No. You're not getting in!" Shiro yelled as his cyborg arm glowed and ran towards the enemy.
Sakura watched as Shiro fought with Sendak, she was itching to help him, but she couldn't leave Lance's side.
"I see you've spent some time with the druids. They do love to experiment. Too bad you didn't get the last model!" Sendak's arm suddenly rocketed out, sending Shiro flying back to Sakura and Lance.
"You're asking for it, ugly!" Sakura pulled out her bayard, and ran at Sandak. "Aghhh!" She swung her bayard hard at him, but he dodged the blow, she sent a hard kick into his chest before jumping backwards before aiming a thunderkick into him, but he grabbed her leg and swung to into a wall, falling to the floor, then quickly rolled out of the way when Sendak tried to kick her.
Jumping to her feet, Sakura dived for her bayard. Snatching it as she got back to her feet. Sendak ran towards her, Sakura rammed her staff into his stomach, sending him backwards.
"I have to admit, you're pretty good for a human." Sendak growled as he got up. "But not good enough!" He raised his arm.
"Sakura!" Shiro shouted, when Sendak was sudenly in front of Sakura and punched her hard in the gut, which sent her flying backwards and hitting a rock, Sendak ran at her again, kicking her hard in the chest, and she fell in a heap on the ground.
Sakura tried to push her upper half up with shaking arms, but she soon passed out cold.

Sakura found herself in a grey foggy area, the only thing she could really see is a bench swing.
"You're a long way from Earth." The woman's voice spoke, causing Sakura to turn around sharply.
A woman now stood next to the swing, she smiled. "Hello, sister."
"Holly?" Sakura's watered with tears. "HOLLY!" She cried running towards the other girl.
The two hugged tightly. "I've missed you!" Sakura sobbed. "I've missed you so much."
"And I miss you too." Holly pulled away from her, then the two sat down on the swing. "I never left you, Kura." She gently patted the Paladin on the knee. "I've always been watching for you."
"I don't know what to do." Sakura said looking down at her lap. "I'm really scared."
Holly took her hand. "Kura, I know I wasn't there for you, when you needed me. But I'm here now." Sakura looked at her. "Look how far you've achieved! Getting in the Garrison, standing up to what's right, rescuing Shiro, finding that lion, going to the far galaxies of space, finding the other lions, and helping your princess friend, seek peace."
"You make it sound like politics." Sakura said as she folded her arms.
Her sister laughed. "But I'm serious." Her smile faded. "You have to go back, you have to help your friends stop Zarkon from destroying more worlds."
Sakura took her hands. "Don't go!" She begged. "Please!"
"My place is here." Holly replied. "Your place is with your friends. And when it really is your time, we are going to meet at this very spot."
Tears slid down Sakura's cheeks. "If I do go back, you'll leave me again."
"I never left." Holly placed a hand on her sister's heart. "I'm always right here. In your heart, helping guide you." She smiled. "I most definitely approve of Keith."
Sakura blushed. "Only friends!"
"Uh huh, how many times have you heard me say that?" Holly stood up. "Go back."
Sakura hugged her sister tightly. "I love you Holly."
"I love you too Kura."
Pulling away, Sakura took a few deep breaths and turned into the grey fog.

Sakura slowly awoke up, feeling a cool washcloth on her forehead.
"Hey, guys! She's awake!" Hunk's excited voice came first, she slowly opened her eyes to see Hunk was standing next to her. Sakura found herself lying on one of the couches, a blanket was gently placed on her.
Soon, everyone - minus Lance was in front of the couch. "Guys, give her space!" Keith told them, sitting on the armrest of the couch.
"Wow, my head hurts." Sakura said as she slowly, and with Hunk's help was able to sit up. She looked at everyone. "What happened?"
"Sandak got into the castle." Shiro answered. "You and I tried to fight him. He knocked you out pretty good."
Pidge finished telling it, on what Sandak was up to.
"Wait, wait, wait!" Sakura's eyes widened. "He's here, inside?"
"He's in a sleeping pod." Allura answered.
Sakura blinked. "Uh, not sure how I feel about that." She looked at Pidge.
"Pidge, we really appreciate what you'd done today. Seriously, we wouldn't be in this position if not for you. I can't help but feel, you were meant to be part of our team." Shiro said, looking at him.
"Dad use tell me, how close he was with his crew members, they were like family. Now I understand what he's talking about." Pidge looked up at everyone. "I'm staying with you guys. Let's stop Zarkon for all our families."
"Good to have you back on the team." Keith smiled with a soft tone of voice.
