Rex and Nova were finally exiting out of the guest bedroom sweating profusely, breathing hard and suddenly full of energy.

They speedily walked over to the elevator when Nova coughed to get his attention, which worked because he peered up in her direction.

"I sit at my apartment and I can't help but to reminisce about the past. I wished that I could go back and accept what I would have accepted what I should do but…" She was cut off by Rex.

"The past is what encourages our growth as mature grown ups. We have had our ups and downs and personally I would love to go back." He sincerely reveals.

That last statement brought a huge smile on her face as it caused her eyes to gleam wither hope.

'Oh how I have missed that smile.' Rex thinks after he receives a kiss on the cheek and watches her disappear behind the elevator's door.

He decides to clean up the room so that no one would find out about their secret meetings.

As he tides up the room, a piece of paper unexpectedly flutters on to the floor. Curiosity strikes him as he bends down to pick up the paper and reads through it. The content suddenly hit's him like a ton of bricks.

'Why didn't she tell me?' Rex gravely demanded to himself when he cradled his head in his hands.

Kamikaze was restless since something was weighing heavily on her mind. It was the package! It was bothering her.

'Today of all days?' She grumbled after she rolled out of her bed and tried to find the nearest clock to check for the time.

The morning sunrays barely touches her window when the red head tiredlessly shuffles inside of her walk-in closet. She randomly selects a wetsuit and drags out a blue surfboard with a cluster of orange hibiscus along the bottom portion of the surfboard.

'Now for a bikini.' Kamikaze runs down her mental checklist before she aimlessly grabs a red with black polka dots two-piece bathing suit along with short bottoms.

'This has such historic value...I don't deserve it. I will have to tell Sensei that I decline.' She sternly ruminates while she rewraps the gift the exact same way it was when she receives the package.

Kamikaze tells herself to make something to eat while she ties the back part of her bathing suit together and steps in the tight black spandex outfit.

For some reason, surfing in the morning essily clears her mind of her problems as if the waves secretly reveal the answers to her questions.

That, which was in the box, added yet another complication to her life. Not to mention this lunch date with her mother tomorrow already had her nerves on end about what they may talk about.

Kamikaze makes her to the kitchen all while deep in her thoughts about this lunch date.

The thing is they do not have the typical mother to daughter talks, usually it would consist of only two questions: who they met and where they have been. It was nothing more and nothing less every time.

While Kamikaze whips up something for Yusei to eat, she plucks off a couple of grapes and scoops up a banana from the fruit basket for herself. She then grabs a stationary card and scribbles 'Surfing' on it.

The red had stealthily tip toes over and watches the innocent Yusei soundly asleep on the couch peaceful in his slumber. She could not help but stare at his peaceful face in his slumber.

'If he would only smile more then you will be super kawaii.' She inwardly surmises before she ventures down to the beach.

Jack had a scowl on his face after he nearly pushed a camera guy down from his furious nature.

He was so caught up in his anger that he did not see Nova amble right passed him. She opted to silently proceed about her own business when Jack jabbed the highest number on the elevator.

The blonde stumbled in while Rex exited as he wore the same stoic face but his eyes showed something else. Jack horizontally leapt over the couch like it was a hurdle that was easy for any jumper.

"Are you okay Master Jack?" Rex asked in a monotone while so many things ran through his own head at the same time. He answers with a slam of his fist against the table.

Jack angrily grabs his deck and irritably lays them out on the table. He checks to make sure that all of his cards are still intact. His prize possession, Red Archfiend Dragon, caught his eye once he finished.

'You will bring me my victory! So that I can keep Stardust Dragon from his true owner, Yusei Fudo!' Jack declares before he busies himself with his cards.

Rex lets him continue to do whatever it is he was doing. The blonde silently checked the marriage papers that he produced from his jacket pocket. 'Now all I have to do is get her to sign.'

Yusei woke to breakfast on the kitchen table along with a folded yellow card that contained a yellow sunflower imprinted on the right side with a blue and white border.

He then rubs the sleep out of his eyes and finally registers that he was in Kamikaze's house as he takes it within his sights.

Yusei drowsily trudges over to the kitchen until he soon realizes there was a step in order to reach the level floor before he climbs up two more planks to finally reach the dining room.

The table could seat at least six people at one time. In the middle of the table there was an upward style floral arrangement with three flowers on top of pebbles and water in the flat black plate. The color of the table reminds him of a maple tree or at least that is what he can recall from doing random research about the world on the computer.

He decides to check out the entire kitchen only to see a flat top stove with a oven inside of the wall. His blue eyes glance over at the refrigerator with three parts, a freezer, a cooler and an extra storage space. Off to the right was the sink with dishes already in it.

'She must have already ate.' Yusei presumed to himself after he sat down to eat. He then reads the card, which simply says "Surfing".

As he was eating, he could not help but to check out what he was sleeping on late last night.

The raven haired male notices an L-shaped sofa that was a dark brown hue similar to coffee beans. There were huge red, green and dark yellow pillows along the couch. The color scheme kind of reminded him of the season autumn. She had a Chinese or Japanese scroll that hung from the wall with some symbols on it.

It did not interest him what it said but it appealed to the room's decor. Besides, how could he even miss that enormous T.V. that directly aligns with the center of the sofa.

'And she said she wasn't rich,' Yusei refutes after he finishes up some eggs and pancakes.

He placed the plate and fork in the sink and decided to explore the mysterious house. So the male jumped down from the platform and landed with perfect grace.

Yusei strolls down a hall and realizes that the pale white walls resemble the snow that falls during winter. On one side were three portraits but one in particular caught his eye.

From the labeler, it was Kamikaze and her mom. The red head sits on a wooden stool while her mother's two hands rest on both of her shoulders. Kamikaze faced forward while her mother tilted her head at an angle as if she was about to converse with the girl.

By their facial expression, he guessed they appeared happy and content with life, but boy was he wrong.

"Yusei, do you want to join me in my Tai Chi session?" Kamikaze unexpectedly asks after she returns completely drench in water and tracks wet footprints along the floor.

Yusei shrugged his shoulders up and down like a child who could not chose between gummy bears or chocolate.

"My sensei should be here in a couple of minutes. If you hear a weird doorbell sound...that's him. I'll be in the shower rinsing the chlorine off of me." She instructs the boy before she climbs the stairs.

After about an hour or so, he soon heard a melodious sound that graced his ears.

It sounded as if someone had the voice of an angel, who flew directly from the Heavens' just to sing it especially for him. At that moment, Yusei remembered that her sensei was due to arrive.

He quickly opens the door but there was no one outside of the door.

"You have a very strong aura around you, Yusei Fudo." He overhears a masculine voice addresses him by his name.

The raven haired male turned to see an elderly man present in Kamikaze's home.

His blue eyes fully examined the old man as he gracefully glides around the room as if he walks on air.

He wears a traditional Japanese style outfit with the long white robe underneath a gray colored overtop with the ying-yang sign on his chest. Some of his long salt-n-pepper hair gently blows in the breeze since the top of his head was in a miniature bun. And to top it all off, he had black and white shiny slippers.

"A strong arua indeed, full of hidden strength, rebelliousness and intelligence. Yet, you are confined to something that I can not sense." The man was rendering the results of his readings while looking at his Chi with his cold piercing blue eyes.

"Now, now sensei don't scare my guest away with one of your readings. He's just a single lily pad floating on the current of life." Kamikaze interjects after she comes down in some yoga pants and a tank top.

"Quite detailed yet simple, I have taught you well." He boastfully gloats about his teachings when a hoarse chuckle escapes his throat.

She then physically bowed to show his due respect as he in turned bowed to acknowledge her.

"I did learn from the best after all." The red head genuinely admits about her teacher as she signals for him to sit down in one of the kitchen chairs.

He carefuly shifts one of his robe flaps out of his way before he settles down in a seat. The older male then tells her, "I will take that as a compliment."

"Can I offer you anything to drink?" She cordially probes since she wants to make sure that he was comfortable.

"Jasmine Tea but let Yusei make it for me." He coyly demands while he glances in the direction of the raven haired teen.

Yusei visibly wears a funny expression on his face while he physically mouths, "How does he even know my name?"

The red head jokingly teases him with "He's a mystical being" but he did not quite comprehend what she means.

"The tea box is to your right. It is in the second shelf, third door. The tea kettle is in the bottom cabinet to your left in the first shelf." Kamikaze verbally guides him through her kitchen before she occupies a seat across from her sensei.

"Did you receive a package last night?" The elderly man inquisitively questions when his focus shifts back to his student.

"Yes, yes I did. Sensei, if you don't mind, did you send me that?" She asked being highly concerned if he did say yes.

"Why, yes I did." Kamikaze receives the answer that she did not want to hear.

"So what does this exactly mean for my training? I thought someone on a higher ranking than I would receive that!" She fretfully fumbles since she starts to become a bit nervous.

Yusei finally finds the teakettle, places it on the counter, removes the green package and reads the side of the box for directions.

"You are correct but nevertheless you have been chosen and it is your future." Sage firmly asserts before the raven haired male runs the hot water inside of the kettle.

"I haven't been with you ever since that very day! So how can this be possible?!" The red head anxiously probes as she brings up some personal memories about her past.

"I remember it as if almost the great Kami-sama brought you to me." He jokes with her name because partial of her name being Kami.

"Funny for you, I had to fight you for a meal and that isn't a funny memory to have." Kamikaze claims.

"Well we shall not relish in the past any further." He advises her with a small smile. She had always treated him first as a sensei and then as a father figure.

"Yes, sensei," Kamikaze consents when the teakettle clanks a little before Yusei closes the top.

"The real reason as to why I am here is that I have been told to relay important information to you. You are now the guardian of the Crimson Dragon." His tone is very seriousness.

"Crimson Dragon?" Kamikaze confusingly repeats since the name did not sound familiar to her.

"Let me give you the history of the Crimson Dragon," he mentions as he clears his throat

"An ancient pre-Incan civilization was constantly under attack by evil monsters. They summoned a mighty beast, known as the Crimson Dragon, to protect themselves. The mighty Crimson Dragon imprisoned the evil in to the ground, which created the Nazca Lines. There are a total of five descendants from that group in this here present time. All five of them have the power to summon the Crimson Dragon back in order to guard against evil once again."

"These descendants are known as "Signers". They may be recognized by their "Dragon Marks", a symbol on their bodies that represents a part of the Dragon. The marks react by glowing when the owner and another Signers are dueling one another. There are as followed: the tail of the dragon, the wings, the claws and finally the head." He concluded his explanation before the teakettle erupted in a fit of anger.

"Well then will you accept?" he asked her after Yusei poured a cup for the two of them.
