Wednesday October 29th, 2004 - Crystal Lake, New Jersey
Jerry woke up, having slept in late due to the camping party last night. He got up, and walked outside of the tent. When he got out he saw that no one else was here.
"All of them must still be asleep." He reached out to one of the tents and opened it up. He then stuck his head in and yelled, "GOOD MORNING!" However he was met with only silence, and he noticed no one was in the tent.
"Ok then, guessing they're awake." He then proceeded to the next tent, but when he got to it, no one was there as well.
"Ok now this is officially freaky." Jerry looked around, wondering where his friends could have possibly gone off to. "Must be off fishing or something," Jerry thought to himself. He looked around and found the fishing poles.
"Ok, guess not...maybe they're swimming?" he said. He looked around some more, and decided that must be where they were. He then ran off to get his swimming trunks. Once he got them he quickly ran off to the lake. However, his friends were not there either.
"Ok, where could they possibly be?" Jerry said to himself. He then jogged back to the campsite. He put his clothes back on and walked around, grabbing some twigs and branches. He then put into a pile and lit himself a fire. He grabbed some marshmallows and began roasting them.
As he was eating a s'more he saw that there was a note next to one of the tents. He frowned, and picked up the note.
Jerry, we did not want to wake you up, we went to go explore the woods for a while, be back soon.
Jerry sighed, wondering when they would ever be back. "Guess I should go after them." With that he put out the fire and looked around till he found a trail that had just been used. He took a step forward, then heard a branch snap. He paused, his foot hanging in the air frozen. He slowly looked around him, wondering what had snapped that branch. "Probably just a deer," he convinced himself. He then continued walking.
However, he soon began to realize that following the trail was harder than he had thought. The woods became more dense, and after a while, he could no longer see the trail. He was lost.
"Oh crap...GUYS, WHERE ARE YOU!" he shouted out into the forest. He was beginning to get cold in the autumn weather. Not to mention it was cloudy, so he couldn't really see where he was going with the sun being blocked out. He stumbled around, looking for any evidence of his friends. Suddenly he heard a branch snap and whipped around, wondering who the culprit was.
"Hey, Jack is that you?" but he was given no response. Jerry shrugged, concluding it was just the wildlife, and kept on searching for his friends. That's when he felt like someone was watching him. He continued nervously, looking back and forth. Finally, he saw something.
It was a cabin...or perhaps more like a shed. He walked into it, asking out loud if anyone was there. When he was met with no response, he stared to walk out. Until he saw a hand by one of the doors.
"What the..." he slowly made his way to the door, and then opened it. Jack's corpse came crashing down, with the other half of him following suit.
"Oh my GOD!" Jerry ran, but stumbled into another room, where he found the bodies of each of his friends. Everyone of them had been brutally murdered in horrible ways. Jerry bolted out of the building, and quickly fled back the way he came.
He ran, knowing he had to get as far away as possible. He swore he had seen the old campsite, and he knew people were there, they could help. They had been sent their to rebuild the place after all. It was just up ahead, and he ran a little faster...he was going to make it.
But he didn't get very far. As he was running, Jason appeared in front of him, and rammed his machete into Jerry's gut. The victim crumpled to the ground, spewing blood profusely. While on the ground he looked up and saw a car had appeared
"Please...help," he called out to the people getting out of the car...but he could only manage a whisper.
The hockey masked man stood over his victim, and decapitated him.
